I just visited the pizza hut Express in the novi target for the 2nd time today 09/28/18. The first time I came after 12 noon and was told the ovens were down and they did not have food. I thought I would give it a second shot today and when I walked up to the counter there was no one there. There was not a single Express food item available to grab and go. Not one thing. A gentlemen finally came and when I ordered a pizza breadstick combo meal he informed me they were out of breadsticks. How is a pizza place out of bread items? The coke machine was out of ice, cherry coke and diet coke. The coke I did get was flat. I was offered a substitution item of the breadsticks so I chose popcorn. I sat waiting for my individual pizza to be cooked. After it was delivered I sat to eat my meal in the open tables provided. I watched 3 different customers come up to the counter and leave as the gentlemen left the counter. Eventually another staff member from the Starbucks came and put up a gone on break sign back at 1:45 . Why would you schedule a break of your only attendee during the lunch time frame? Needless to say I am only submitting this complaint because you really have an opportunity to make more money at this location with the amount of traffic I saw come through here but the service and availability is so poor. The Starbucks had a continuous line and help with good service.

Can't think of a better way like having friends over ordering or eating Pizza Hut pizza showing them having fun while watching and being into the game and liking the pizza at the same time? No let's show a girl freaking out ripping a box, huffing and puffing snorting out of her nostrils telling parents this is a great way for your kid to act. Thank you Pizza Hut !...said with sarcasm.

On 9/26/2018 at 9:08pm I ordered a pizza online for my elderly mother. An hour passed with no pizza. I called and was told they didn't have an order for that name. I looked at my email and received a confirmation number and called back. They told me that they would send someone out there. I asked if it was going to be free because it had been over on hour. and he said yes and then the manager got on the phone and said the delivery person went the senior apartments and called and nobody answered the phone which is a lie because she's waiting on a pizza. He then tells me he voided the order and I would have to pay again because the first order was cancelled. I explained to him that's not my mothers fault . He then told me that he couldn't do anything else and I would have to place a new order. I told him "no" you have to do something and he hung up the phone in my face.

9/26/18 my husband and I were working from home. We ordered from Pizza Hut Delivery on-line for dinner. We went to the website, picked out our pizza, chicken wings, and a cookie for dessert and placed the order for delivery at 6:53. I got a text message on my cell phone that the order was received. I got another text at 7:26 that our order was going to be delivered in 35 to 45 minutes. At 8:30 no pizza. I call the Pizza Hut store, no answer. I wait another 10 minutes, no pizza, I call again, no answer just rings and rings. I go online and check my bank card to see if the credit card was charged, it was charged $32.00 plus tip. I call 2 more times in the next 30 minutes, no answer, no dinner! It is now 10:20...Where's our food? Delivery guy never called, no one called us even though they text my cell phone that the food was on its way! We called the Pizza Hut Store 4 times, the phone kept ringing, no one answered! How do you expect to stay in business if you leave your customers hungry and wondering if their food is on the way. And Pizza Hut Corporate...check into the people running your MacArthur Road, Whitehall, PA store. They don't answer the phone. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS! I'm calling my bank tomorrow to stop payment on the charges to my credit card.

9-16-18-those managers need to pay attention!
I order wings 2-3 times a month plus the ones I eat when my sons bring. This evening we again ordered two orders and were unable to eat them because they were buffalo hot. We returned to store a second time and again, they gave us a buffalo hot sauce. I called the store because I was not willing to return a third being that I was already so upset and the person who answered the phone at the store placed me on hold and transferred me to the call center. I again tried to call another 4 more times and all 4 times they hung up on me! The idiots working there really do not care or are just plain jerks and purposely switch the sauces! I am so angry and hungry right now cause I couldn't eat that the feeling to show up at that place and cause a scene is rapidly increasing!

I have been a customer and lover of your food for a long time! However, after today that has changed! I placed an online order for two large two topping pizzas, cheese sticks and garlic knots on 09/25/18 at 11:30am at the Jefferson N.C. Pizza Hut! My ticket number was 0005! We could not eat the pizzas! They had put a thick layer of what appeared to be Ranch dressing (a white slime)on the crust then covered it with cheese and toppings! This was slimmest worst damn tasting pizza we have ever tasted! Our guest were appalled! Both pizzas went straight into the trash dumpster! Your food has always been good up till now! You let me and my guest down big time! I guess I will not purchase anything from Pizza Hut until you can restore my faith in your food! Pulling stunts like this is a great way to run off your long time customers like me to your competition!
Pizza Hut does offer a ranch dressing type sauce instead of the usual tomato sauce. I have a friend that orders it all the time but you have to ask for it. I'd get my money back.

One of the drivers had someone in the car and smell like a lot of marijuana I was very uncomfortable approaching the vehicle this individual has had this occur more then two occasions I don't know if this Is a new policy but if it isn't this problem definetly needs to be addressed I been waiting over a week now to hear from a manager at the pitkin avenue location

I received a email for a free large any topping pizza and I went to redeem my pizza and it says it's expired but the expiration date says 10/05. I don't know why it's not letting me use it. I got it and within the same week I went to try and redeem my pizza and it says that Everytime I try! I called the store I usually order at and they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone.

Your paying customers would apppreciate your policy change on when it's s appropriate times for such maintenance. Seriously it's ridiculous!

I have been ordering pizza from Pizza Hut and I am not receiving my (Bonus Stars) which the ad on the app said every $1 dollar you buy you receive 2 bonus stars but out of all the 15 times that I have bought with the iPhone pizza hut app I don't receive any Bonus Stars. I usually buy about $30 worth or things every order and I have boughten 15 times. So, I believe Pizza Hut owes my 450 bonus stars. date of incident was Saturday 9/22/18. placed an online order and at the address written below. later on called this location and changed the pick up time to 6pm instead of 3:30pm. When I arrived at the store to pick it up. the staffs at the desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. I stood in line as I watched how they talked to a lady infront of me and did the same thing with me. When the lady requested to have their names and manager information to report them they stated "here is my name badge, we don't care". I told them this will be the last time am doing business with them over at this location

The store is supposed to open up by 8am. I went inside to order breakfast (Grilled cheese, breaded chicken tenders, and juice. However the lady was extremely rude, when I asked if I could order and snapped at me "Can't you see I am trying to get it together, I am not even open yet". Nasty beyond belief, it is not my fault she did not open the store on time. Get a LIFE witch! I will take my money elsewhere and screw you pizza hut for hiring nasty ghetto employees!

I order my pizza online so i can pick up 20min from the order time to get my pizza once i arrive. There is no reason why i order 20min before i arrive and an extra 30 when i get here. This is unacceptable. If business isnt wanted and we can go elsewhere. The store in santa ana Harbor take forever. I get it that they get backed up but laughing at customer faces and making jokes about it is not right. Customers want their orders asap that why they order carryour. They are kicking back cracking jokes while im frustrated because its been nearly an hour and the pizza isnt ready. This is pizza hut on Harbor and first in santa ana. I have a rewards account and been a loyal customer for a while now but after this behavior it ruins my views on the location. There is pleanty of places down the street. Papa john, dominos, etc. Please fix this...

I tried to order delivery service, as i have been doing weekly for 5 years at my current address and have never been turned away, however, when i tried today, i was told that my address is outside of delivery boundaries which was weird to me because my neighbors and i have always gotten delivery to our addresses. I ended up just canceling my order and was promptly hung up on by a man who said he was the manager. He had hung up on me before i could even ask him when i could expect my money to be back on my card. When i called back, i spoke to the real manager who informed me that the person i spoke to had lied to me about being the manager. Very unprofessional! I have been been a customer at this location for many years and sadly, i will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was just at columbia city, Indianas pizza hut. I ordered 2 large pizza.. one being a taco pizza... mind you I spent 16.99 on this pizza. I get home and go to eat my pizza and I cant eat it because I cant have onions.. It had onions when i asked for no onions.. also i asked for tomatoes and it didnt even have any on it.. i called to complain and the manager was very disrespectful towards me and offered me a $5.00 credit... my pizza was completely wrong and I paid 16.99 and she only offered me 5.00? How is this? After arguing with this manager she gave me a $10.00 credit which still doesnt pay for my pizza that i now cant eat. I settled because i was very upset. But I have never been treated like I was by a manager before. I haven't eaten at a pizza hut for years because the last time i had eaten there you started putting garlic on the crust and i was not a fan so i stopped going. I was craving a taco pizza and pizza hut is the only place that has them in our town.. first time I go in years and I get a pizza I cant eat and crappy service.

Store 581208: I placed an order for delivery at 1:48 p.m., my food arrived at 4:33 pm. I called several times and kept being placed on hold. One of the several times I called, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no one returning to the phone. I received a text at 3:30p.m. Saying that the food was out for delivery. The experience was horrible.
football commercial with angry child
I'm going to be honest, both my husband and I are very offended with your football commercial where a young girl is growling and tearing a pizza box. Then to top it off, her parents approve of her behavior. I'm not going to go on and on about violence in our society and all that, we all know we are trying to curb and even punish violent behavior and even speech. I just wanted to be heard that I am very disappointed. I hope you choose to remove the commercial. There is enough trouble in our world without adding or instructing or approving of violent behavior.
This commercial is promoting childhood aggression, plus is promoting that young black children are aggressive and the black parents are condoning this aggression, with giving each others hi-fives. This commercial should be removed, or I can see lawsuits in the future for Pizza Hut.

I am an employee well I was an employee until this evening. Today I was delivering Pizza when on the way back to the store I noticed I had bled all over myself where it was noticeable so I stopped at a gas station and threw my under garments away. When I got back to work I told my manager Josh that I had an accident and exactly what I just wrote to y'all and he said go to dollar general and clean up and then come back because and I quote "I make to much money to do the dishes" I looked at him like who would say that as a Manager to people who make less than him to do the job. I then decided this job isn't for me I have dealt with a few things that I have turned my head to there because it's not my place but my spouse has been a restaurant General Manager for years and I have never heard of someone saying those things to employees. Then after I left he hadn't pulled my audit yet and he started texting my personal number telling me to bring the $8.75 to him or he was filing theft on me. I already don't feel comfortable around him so I said how much do I owe sir and he said come back or I'm filing. So I contacted the GM saying I would be happy to bring the money in the Morning but that I didn't want to be around Josh again. This is Somone y'all have picked as a leader and he uses that as an excuse and power trips to make others feel and think that because he makes what he does he is to good to help or is better than everyone. Leadership starts from the top by leading by example. I contacted this way because I could not find how to get in touch with HR. I now have had to leave a job that was decent for the evenings and made to feel dumb in front of others.

Their is a smell inside the restaurant that is very unpleasant. It smells like the place is not clean. It's 12pm and nobody is in the restaurant but me and the workers and they opened at 11am meanwhile the floor has every reason to be swept and mopped, all of the tables are dirty, and utensils and napkins are on the floor. The floor is so sticky. The place looks uncleaned and uncared for. I can see a stack of dirty dishes from the casheir table.
