Pizza Hut extra charge for pizza and fail to provide menu card even on request

I was charged more for the pizza . I asked the owner to provide two medium size pizza pizza of 7.99 $ . And provide the menu card so that I can see topping option. Owner denied to provide me the menu card and told we have our own rates. If I need medium pizza then 21$ and for big size 23 $. It was already 11:00 pm so I dont have any other option and I took the pizza. But I am customer of pizza hut from last 4 years but cant believe any chained shop have different price.

I am attaching the receipt of it and need some clarification from pizza hut that is it right or wrong.

Pizza Hut payment

I had ordered 2 medium pizzas the other day, and I was charged twice on my credit card. I swiped one time, but my discover card was charged two times. Different amounts, one for 14.96 and the other for 15.96 I left a dollar tip and got charged two times! Is there a refund I can get or some sort of credit I could get towards future orders, I'd rather not have to pay interest on something that I didn't technically even get myself, like paying for a rental car, and staying in a hotel all week.

Pizza Hut overcooked pizza

The pizza I ordered online for my lunch was dark and not presentable. Being I was on lunch, I had no choice but to accept the pizza. I tried eating the pizza during my lunch and was not satisfied with the taste and representation. This is my first and last time going to this specific Pizza Hut as I have not experienced anything like this at any other Pizza Hut I go to and I am a regular Pizza Hut consumer. The crust was hard and the cheese was dark. The pizza looked as if it had been sitting under a heating lamp for an extended amount of time prior to me picking the pizza up. I also was not offered any Parmesan cheese and had to request it. I've never been to a Pizza Hut I didn't like until this visit 8/17/2017 and hope I do not have this experience again.

Pizza Hut customer service

I went to the Pizza Hut at 61 Old Country Rd in Westbury, NY 11590 on saturday and the "manager" Latisha acted really rude and racist. She was making comments about people's appearance who were ordering. She also forced customers to leave if they came in within an hour before closing. It was hell and people in the community are no longer attending due to the treatment. I contacted Pizza Hut corporate offices, no one has gotten back to me. Does Pizza Hut even care about this kind of treatment? I am going to call the news and report the racism and harassment from Latisha (the manager with blue hair) if she is not fired.

I did not mean she must be fired, however I do want her to be spoken to by the corporate offices atleast because this unacceptable.

Pizza Hut georgetown, in employee brianna bye

My daughter called to inform your company of an employee named Brianna Bye and her recent arrest for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphanalia, and possession of marijuana. My daughter called the store but then the store called Brianna and gave her my daughters name and number so Brianna called and demanded that she re-call the store and say it was all a lie, so my daughter did because she was being yelled at. I do not feel comfortable with an establishment that has employees that do methamphetamines and then threaten my daughter for informing their place of work demanding she recant what she informed the manager. I am also upset that your store gave Brianna my daughters name and phone number, which is the only reason she knew who to call and threaten, which, again, was my 14 year old daughter. Do you not offer anonymous complaint lines that don't hand out the person's personal information so disgruntled employees can't seek revenge or demand the person, or in this case, child to recant?

Pizza Hut complaining about food product

I am complaining about one of your stores. I have received my pizza pie cold and I called to give a complain, they credit me a 10$ voucher and when I called to place another order the voucher is expired something that was never explain to me . I am so upset that I am going to make sure my whole town will know what type of service they provide.

Pizza Hut online order didn't placed on time

I had ordered pizza in Pakistan on uan number +[protected] at 9:45 pm, made a followup call on 10:15 pm after due time passed and got the information that pizza will be deliveted shortly. Finally pizza delivered at 10:45 PM. I was wondering the order time at slip was 10:24 whIle I had recieved messages from pizza Hut on 9:45 and 10:10 for order and delivery respectively. Please look into the matters urgently

Pizza Hut rude and unprofessional staff

I called to place an order and in the process there were employees laughing and playing which made it hard for me to place my order. The young lady on the phone kept asking me to repeat myself, which irritated me to the point that I just hung up. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with pizza hut. The first bad experience came about when I placed my order but it never was delivered to me. They didn't offer an apology or to do something to accommodate my needs.

Pizza Hut bad quality

My daughter found a plastiс piece in her food. Still don't get what it was. Instead of replacing or refunding the manager just tried to cut the pizza into smaller pieces without explaining why it was needed. She couldn't say what it was either.
I'm writing it because I want someone to look into this matter and to take actions regarding the quality of the food you provide.

Pizza Hut delivered product and service

I placed my order ( 3170815211105001183014535 )for delivery lastnight at 10:11 and was told it would be here by 10:45. I called at 10:54 to store #014535 and spoke with Tracy, the current manager on duty, and he said that my pizza was out for delivery next and he was waiting on the driver to get back. When my driver Steven gets to the residence that I'm visiting, it is now 11:17. He proceeds to give me my cold food and I asked him where the garlic sauce I ordered was. He checked his page and he didn't have it and I checked my boxes and I couldn't find them either. He offered to go back to the store and get it, but as I told him.. it is no point because my food will be even colder than what it already is if I have to wait on the sauce. Yes, it is understandable that the sauce is only 50 cents, however, I paid for the item with a purpose for it. I warm up my food and as I start to my apple pies, 2 pies are stuck to each other by chicken skin. At first, I thought it was the cinnamon sugar connecting it but when I tasted it, it was definitely chicken. Not to say I don't like chicken, just not with my pies. I called the store and spoke back with Tracy and told him along with my food being late it was also missing parts. He offered a $5 credit on my next order but considering it's not my local Pizza Hut and I won't be back in that area to ever order from them again, that doesn't benefit me at all and I wanted my money back. He proceeds to tell me that I would need to come to the store to get my money back. This was bothering to hear because the purpose of me getting my food delivered was so that I DID NOT have to go out. Considering that I'm currently temporarily without transportation, it doesn't seem feasible nor logical for me to do that. I spent $13 on a cold, wrong order. Also considering it was my first and only meal of today it's made me very upset and frustrated. And I was still hungry, my food was not enjoyable at all, a complete waste of my money and I'm highly HIGHLY disappointed in my complete experience.

Pizza Hut the quality of my pizza that I ordered

I ordered pizza for delivery and once the pizza was delivered we sat down to eat our meal. Once we began to eat we were all disappointed because the pizza tastes like it has no pizza sauce on the pizza... I would have just rather just given the pizza back and got my money back so we could have gone and eaten a meal we were able to enjoy. I dont think that we will ever order pizza from pizza hut and have it delivered again.

Pizza Hut bad customer service, unethical behavior

Hi I placed an order on line in July 21, 2017, at 7 pm. It said that I was going to receive it around 7:45. Well I call in asking why, y pizza never got delivered at 8pm, and they told me that it was going to be 10 more minutes, never got there. I called at 8:30 and still and still they told me again in 10 minutes and that diver had just left with my pizza. I called at 9pm and told them that it was ridiculous that it had token the pizza to get deliver, so the person I talked to said that he apologize for the inconvenience, and that for that he would give me $10 off my next order. So I waited and till 10pm and I went to sleep, but my kids and husband waited till 11:30pm and gave up. Ww3ell the next morning I called and asked why we never got our order and who ever I spoke to said that he had no idea why but that my pizzas were sitting on the counter, but that he would fix it. And send me a coupon for a free pizza. Well today 8/15/2017 at 12:00 I tried to place the order online but the system was saying that the minimum amount I had to order was $9.99. So I called pizza hut that delivers to me to see if they could help me. But the girl that was helping me was rude and hung up on me, I called again and but she would just hang up on me repeated times.

Pizza Hut pizza ordered

The pizza was cold the bread stick and the cinnamon sticks was hard and old . Management have an bad attitude. The holly hill store need help badly need new employee and management . Driver seem to have been driving or smoking or on some type of drugs. I don't stay far from the Pizza Hut and I don't know why my pizza was so cold . I plan to have this pizza party at my house for the fight that's coming up this month with so co workers I just hope I don't have this same problem.

Pizza Hut an online order placed aug 14 2017

Yesterday I placed an order online because my roommate had gotten a free pizza but it had a minimum price required. I bought a 7.99 large two topping pizza from the coupons and then added his pizza through the code provided to him. He got a large one topping pizza and after that was all done we completed the order but the total was 9.99 for mine AND 7.99 for his but it should have been free. When the pizza was delivered the total was 22.71 when it should have been half of that.

Pizza Hut buffett

We stopped at pizza hut in New Hartford N.Y. for Lunch while out running to appointments after waiting 10 min the lady told us to seat are selves. We waited another 5 min for her to take a drink order in which she messed up. We got to the Buffett were there were no plates and just a couple pieces of dried out pizza. The server was busy talking to what looked like a friend about how she was headed back to the hospital. There were mostly dirty tables and food all over the floor before we got are drinks we were handed are bill. We did not see the server the rest of the time we were there. A gentleman came out once and put a fresh pizza at the Buffett.

Pizza Hut poor customer service!

They decided to cancel my purchase by their own. I was waiting for 3 hours for a driver to come. He called and said he stuck in traffic, so he would be late. And that was a lie because I'm sure he was at a restaurant at that time. After that, he called again and said that everything is fine and he's on the way to my house. After 30 minutes of waiting, they called me again and said there were no drivers and just canceled it! I don't know what to say. If you don't want the same to happen, just don't order from them.

Pizza Hut the length of time it took to deliver my large taco pizza

I ordered my large taco pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi and the Lady on the phone told me 45 minutes and it took close to 70 minutes. I have been ordering pizzas from you for years and have been very loyal but I am not happy with the time it took to deliver when your pizzahut is 10 m8nutes from my apartment. I should get free pizzas for awhile or I am getting my pizzas somewhere else next time.

Pizza Hut ordering food in person/lazy workers

i walked from the hotel to this store number 033590. the manager ( that is a girl) i think her name was Jamlia took my order. i asked for 2 personal pan pep. and garlic knots with marinara dipping sauce. she messed up my order and forgot the garlic knots. Plus on their website it said they dont deliver but they have all those bags were everyone can see like they do deliver. i didnt walk from the hotel to them to get short on my order which they cant listen. i even saw the manager wearing crocks which i know that is against dress code. that store isnt very busy plus there is a few problems with that store. the address of the pizza hut is 117 sidney runnels dr, canton, ms. if you read the reviews on google it will tell you somethings about the store. they all need retraining to respect customers and listen to them when they order food. i told them i didnt want the sauce since i didnt get the garlic knots and they still put it in the bag. ill never eat there again when i come down here for work.

Pizza Hut service and food size

We ordered a family order of bread sticks and pizza waited for almost an hour and they gave us 5 bread sticks and said they don't do family orders of bread sticks. The food was luke warm they didn't have silverware so we used plastic because they needed to wash all the silverware. There is maybe 15 people and it's taking almost 1 hour for people to get their food. When we ordered food she didn't say they don't have a family order of bread sticks. Overall was terrible.
