Pomeroy Ohio Pizza Hut is by far the dirtiest Pizza Hut I have ever been to.

I don't know how the health department hasn't shut them down.

Tables were not wiped off, and there we're slices of pizza on the floor.

This isn't the only time this has happened in this location.

It was remodeled earlier this year, but nobody is clearly doing anything about keeping it clean.

I'm all about support of local business, but in this condition, I just can not.

I askes for my pizza to be refunded but never got it and said I could just get my money but instead said we put money online for u when I just wanted my money so I tried to get another pizza and they said oh u have to pick it up but another store said I could just get it to my house I am vary confused and I just wanted a pizza it would be nice if u guys can help me

lady at the counter was rude Jessica was we're name she had no customer service I told her about a concern I had she smirked in a joking matter. I am 6 months pregnant just wanted to get home and relax instead I had to go drive back to the store because I was misinformed on size of a personnel pan pizza I contact the store and ask if I could just take all 4 personal pans back and make them a large 2 topping pizza I drive back to the store and was being charge 5 more dollars trying to make me pay $20. I than asked for a refund she rolled her eyes and smirked again. She give wrong information and has no manners I will not be returning

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a 2 liter dr pepper. The total was $20.00. I got an alert saying they charged my card $20.00 then adjusted it to $24.00 before I even received my order. I called the store to ask why that was, then the general manager proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me over the phone and assumed I accused his driver of taking it. After he was extremely rude and yelling at me, I asked him to just give me my $24.00 back since he wanted to be rude towards a paying customer and he told me he was not giving me any of my money back. Then told me he was the general manager and if I had a problem to call his supervisor. I am extremely unsatisfied and offended by his unprofessional behavior.

Hello my name is Ayrton I order all the time from you guys specially online with my email [protected]@yahoo.com. Today I made an order about 45 minutes from my usual 2 locations due to making an order for my co workers @ 820 Mansell RD. The pizzas delivered to them were cold and sloppy I wasn't satisfied this time with them and would like a refund for the pizzas I can't take a credit because it's not the store I usually order at. I called the store at first due to my friend/coworker not getting the pizzas in his hand but for other workers near by and that was fine but he said it was cold and not how what he expects from Pizzahut

I am from Saudi Arabia, Riyadh city. I have ate last week pizza in the king fahad branch in Riyadh. I called the customer service ( Saudi Arabia number) and complained that I have suffered a stomachache which also 2 of my friends had the same issue. Now it has been take One week of the tcomplain and have not received any call.

I said I will not complain to the related ministry that oversighting the restaurants as I wanted an action from Pizza Hut.

I went in and ordered a pizza they made the order wrong I called them I told them they said they would replace it so now I go to call them to have them make the order so I can go pick it up and a lady says I will a family order but I see no proof she basically called me a liar I don't appreciate being called a liar and either want my pizza fix or my money back

I ordered my pizza at 1:17am and when i made a call after one hour the person said they didnt received any order but in my call list i have prove that i called and talked to them for almost 4 mins i said i will make a complain so they said do what you want to bye it was reallg shocking how they behaved hope to get apology from them. This made my guests upset too

Last week I ordered the huge dinner box that comes with 2 pizzas, a pasta dish, and I've gotten 2 sides along with a side of boneless chicken wings. When I got my food they had given me the $10 box that comes with 1 pizza and 2 sides, 1 cheese sticks and 1 cinnamon sticks. My receipt shows I paid for a $10 box, but I was charged for the larger box as well. I'm very much disappointed with the way things have been handled. I had a hard time finding this page to make a complaint as I've never had such horrible service. The dinner was for me, my boyfriend, his mother, and our roommates. We won't go back to that establishment until they're taught how to properly do their job.

I think that if you are going to have a ‘deal' that says ‘free fries with any order of wings' it should not cost more to order it than to just order wings. I tried to order a 6 piece bone-in Spicy Garlic wings with the ‘free fries' deal and it came to $10 something. But when I ordered just the 6 piece bone-in Spicy Garlic Wings it was $7.49... if the deal is free fries, it should not cost $3 more to get the deal. It's false advertising bc you're still charging for the fries. It should be the same price as the wings without fries. Otherwise, they're not ‘FREE FRIES'...

I ordered 8 boneless wings, a two topping pizza. Online price for the wings was $4.80 I was charged $5.99.
the two topping pizza had no toppings I have a picture.
I give a two dollar tip to the driver I was charged $3
before tip my bill was $17.24 was charged 20.24. thats a $3 dollar tip
so I get over charged for my wings, very few anything on top of my pizza. and charged $3 for a $2 tip

We live in pocatello idaho! We have two pizza huts! We had a problem with who was going to deliver our pizza! We live in the middle of both pizza huts boundries so neither one said they could deliver pizza to us! We have had pizza delivered to us before no problems! VERY UPSETTING! We got bounced back and forth between both restaurants! We finally got our pizza but it was a long time because of this problem! With that said! We think your pizza is one of the best in town but it needs to be fixed! For the problems we had we didn't even get a discount or nothing! GET THIS FIXED OR LOSE CUSTOMERS!

We purchased a large 2/topping special for $7.99. Before going to PH, I said to husband let's try Little Caesar's and he said that's toy guy, so we went online for two topping special. We got the WORST pizza ever. It was dry, barely had any toppings, cheese was sparce. It makes me to never want Pizza Hut again. I would rather pay full price and have a good pizza then buy a special that is rot gut!

Order two 2 topping pizza one veggie and the other beef & mushrooms this order was placed at 8:43pm and I did not receive my order until 9:58pm when the pizza arrived it was cold and really thick my total was 22.44 plus I tipped the delivery driver 2dollars the first thing he said was man I'm sorry for being so late but that still doesn't constitute for being more than an hour late plus having two cold pizzas I would like a refund or a credit for the amount that I spent due to the fact that my pizzas was cold and taste old we really love Pizza Hut and I would hate for this to breakup our relationship with our neighborhood Pizza Hut

Pizza hut in north mcallen 10 th street has guys putting toppings on pizzas, wiping their hands on shirts, touching their hair
I noticed this as I was waiting for a carry out pizza I asked someone at counter if gloves are ever used he said no not really... He asked if I was worried about cross contamination... I said yes... He said "me too that's why I don't eat here"

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for many years. It has always been convenient and personnel have always been friendly.
However, I stopped by today to get a pizza and the condition of the property where the Pizza Hut is located is horrible. Starting with the sidewalk outside the door, in a well keep strip mall, the cement is black. Yes, black. This should be washed on a monthly basis by with a power washer and hot water.
The door going in was filthy. I can't even think when it has last cleaned. Then you get in to the store. The counter was unclean and you could see to see doors of coolers and heating units and they were filthy too. At that moment I hesitated even taking my pizza because I was afraid of the condition of the kitchen where my pizza had been made. How is it that the owner of this franchise, the manager, and workers leave such a mess as this? This is uncleanliness was not just done in one day but has built up for a long time. Somebody please check on this store and get it cleaned up.
I am coming to you in hopes this can be cleaned up. My other choice is calling the the State Health inspectors which I really don't want to do.

I called Thursday night because are pizza was not like we order there said they would credit my account I call back Saturday to be told they let someone that use my number so they gave them my credit I ask manger for corporate number and I was told they could not give it out that I would have to look on website! I don't no how you can not ask for ID or anything before give out a credit I will no be ordering from here ever again this in not the first time my order was messed up but when we try again after a year we get some thing!

Last night july 20, 2018. My husband and I ordered pizza hut for delivery at the washington indiana store like we do every weekend. We ordered via online so we could use some of our my-rewards points along with the rest of our order. When it was 7:30pm there was a male delivery driver who had me sign a receipt gave me what was supposed to be my order and just walked off no thank you no nothing when I opened the box it was not my order at all. So I hollered before he left and told him it was not my order. Minutes later a lady showed up which says her name was mandy on my receipt she had the correct order but my pizza looked like it had been completely ran over or smashed! Then I went to eat my french fries and my bbq bone out wings there was a huge long black hair in my fry that I bit into! I threw up every bit of my food and threw everything in the fire! I have always been a loyal customer but after last night unless it gets fixed I will never order from pizza hut again!

This area vanished once on me so I'll shorten my response,
Staff had zero people skills or appropriate behavior for servers. Summer told us her life story while we ate. Not there to socialize with staff. Only one other table in use & no take outs entire time. Our table was dirty
The cheese & pepper shaker were sticky gross & she didn't clean them or bring us new ones. While checking out our feet stuck to the floor. Gross. When she wasn't texting she folded a few boxes n set them on the floor next to her booth. Again, gross.
I loved Pizza Hut in WI but since I moved here I'm grossed out. I may not return.
Plus why isn't delivery offered? Ridiculous.

Placed a delivery order online. Said delivery time was 50-55 minutes. After it was 25 minutes late, I called to check on my order. The lady told me that the online delivery time was wrong and it doesn't know what's going on in their store. She proceeded to tell me that it would be 3 more HOURS before I got my order! That puts it after midnight. She didn't seem to care either. I asked for a number to call to complain and she gave me a number that didn't work!
