I work at pizza hut currently, trying to find a complaint phone number. I've been there for almost 2 years, started out as a driver then moved up to shift leader. My district manager agreed to pay me $8.25 during my manager training, then after I got my servsafe, I would go up to $9 an hour. So I did my training, got my servsafe, passed it the first time I took it, & I didnt get my raise. I asked him after about a month, when would I get my $9 an hour, he said when you learn to keep labor down. Okay, so over the past 5 months, i've been keeping labor down & doing good & then I brought it up again because i've had my servsafe since march 2018 & he said it was up to my gm. So my gm got mad at me because I asked my district manager for my raise I was promised in the beginning. The next week, my dm comes in & says he will put my raise request in on tuesday. This was 2 months ago. Still only making $8.25 for busting my [censored] when i'm only given like 4 or 5 employees on my shift. Then she hired an old cooks brother, (he didnt have a servsafe or anything), she hired him to be a shift leader. She started him out at $10 an hour! Wtf! While I have a [censored]ing servsafe & bust my [censored] for this cheap [censored] company making $8.25 you hire someone else & you start him at $10 in training?! I'm being [censored]ed for real. Also, we're having a hurricane right now, I live in north carolina & we are under a state of emergency for hurricane florence, & my gm is writing me up for not coming in because I had to evacuate my trailer & my town to come to my moms who was a little further north of the storm in a brick house. The roads are too bad to drive on & alot of areas are flooded. Trees in the roads, most people dont have power. But i'm expected to go to work. When I called her earlier to tell her I wasnt coming in today she started screaming at me & everybody in the house could hear her, all 15 people. & she is writing me up for not coming in during a hurricane. If anyone can help or direct me on where to go it would be much appreciated.

So I wrote a letter and mailed to you a few weeks back regarding an order I placed on 8/28. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:39. The delivery time window was 22-35 minutes. That window of time came and went... Then 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order I get a call from them saying they don't have a driver to deliver and wanted to know if I wanted to pick it up? I ordered delivery because I did not want to get out so I cancelled the order.
I took your on line survey and received a coupon code to use. I never heard back from the letter I wrote and was hesitant to use it since I got no response but I figured what the heck everyone has a bad day.

So today 9/15 I used the code and order a pizza and bread for delivery. Just got a call from the Singleton location in Dallas to once again inform me they had no delivery driver. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I have done my best to inform you of issues and even sent a letter that apparently got filed accordingly. I feel if I try to order a 3rd time I must be a total glutton for punishment so I'm done. Thanks

I ordered EXTRA pineapple on my pizza and I got more of the other toppings that I ordered a REGULAR amount of than the pineapple! I also had to pay about 4 more dollars for this atrocity. The photos on the website are very misleading. This happened on Saturday, 09/15/2018, 3:36 PM, my confirmation # was 3180915153623001181033224.
I would like a refund for this mishap of my pizza.

I ordered pizza off of the website today for dinner. I was picking my pizza and the site froze so I had to redo my order twice. When I was done ordering I didn't realize but it took both of my orders. So instead of getting two pizzas I got four. I should have checked why my bill was so high but i just placed the order. If you look at the order it just looks like I ordered two pizzas.

I ordered 2 pizza for 7.99 each with 2 toppings. I said I wanted beef and canadian bacon on both and wanted to add 2 extra items. I wanted mushrooms and onions and extra for both and extra sauce. When I received my order, one pizza had very little beef or canadian bacon and no onions and no mushrooms and very little sauce. The other pizza had very little onions or mushrooms and very little sauce. I made it very clear to the person on the phone that I wanted these 4 items on both pizzas. They werent good at all and I was very disappointed. When I made my order it was very looud on their end and I felt like they werent paying attention.

We placed an order online for 2 large pizzas, 16 boneless wings and a 2 liter Dr.Pepper. When we received the order, we notice that the wings container was smashed on the bottom as though it had been dropped. When we opened the container there was a lot of hair wrapped around pieces of chicken and hair stuck on top of the pizza box. From the looks of everything, I believe that the container of chicken was dropped and spilled on the floor and then put back in the container for delivery. I don't know if it happened at the store or in the delivery car, but which ever way, it was the most disgusting, unsanitary order I have ever received. It took me way to long to get through to the store manager and when I did she offered to bring a new order or give me a credit in my next purchase, but never apologized for the inconvenience or anything and didn't seem the least bit sorry. I opted to have them bring me a new order and almost an hour later, we received the order. We order from this Pizza Hut location regularly and have never experienced this kind of service. I was extremely disappointed by all of this and felt as though someone higher up needed to be notified of this unsanitary service.

I am a pizza hut delivery driver. In July I was robbed at gun point while on delivery and my personal items were taken. I have since fallen on hard times because of the money that was stolen from me and no one at pizza hut cares (From the store manager to HR).
I provide excellent customer service and I have even received great reviews, and I almost lost my life for this company. I have since had my utilities shut off, on the verge of eviction and pretty much all of my bills are behind. I understand that Pizza hut has policies but, for a loyal employee, who has kids, to have a hardship because of the job, and for the company to only be worried about the business aspect instead of their employees well-being and the well being of the children they are taking care of is outrageous. There is no moral behind this company, and this company should not be delivering pizza if they can not take care of their drivers. No one will understand unless they are staring into the barrel of a gun as your life flashes before your eyes. I absolutely hate this company now and will not be going out of my way to provide good customer service again. If you don't care neither do I!

My name is Adrienne Jackson I'm a former employee of pizza hut located in st.martinville, la 70582. Upon hire I was told by College and Kristy (managers ) that I would make $8 hourly, upon employment that never happened in made $7 an hour and was told upon receiving my 1st check it would be corrected and never was. I tried to talk to a cashier named Sabrina Ivy at the Aberdeen, MS store and she got a nasty attitude about my store credit after I talked to her on the phone. She screamed & yelled at me. I asked what was rhe problem & she accised me of getting smart because I asked the person who informed me of the store credit. I think she has a NASTY attitude!

I completed the surveys and also signed up and paid for the offers and it never registered that I did. My bank account even shows that the monies were taken from my account on the offers that I supposedly did not complete. We are military family and on a tight budget and was excited to receive a gift card . If I would of known this was a scam I would not have continued on with it much less gave my debit card information along with social on offer site.

Her name was amanda very rude when i came to get my order, you have lost a loyal customer, i always went up north for my pizza tried your south store and it was total crap im sorry but i think you need to do something with some of your employees at that store. They all do drugs i pulled up amd across yhe street was two employees smoking marajuana, not only is service terrible, i dont want to bring my children around that kind of environment. In my opinion dominos does way better, this store is a failure as is, please get new employees. Till this is resolved i will not buy anything from this company. Thank you

Went to hampton blvrd pizza hut to buy pizza the said it was 20 minutes to 30 so we went out and when we get back it's closed already I tried to call the store yesterday nobody answer so as the 800 complaint number and I tried to call again I had a chance to talk one of the worker but she told me she can't do nothing and the manager is not around. She told me to call after couple minutes and I did they told me that the manager is busy. Poor customer service. The worker didnt even told me that they will call me back or she will do something so I'm the one who asked if they can call me back when the manager is free but until now no call. Worst pizza hut ever.

Good evening. We have been loyal customers of Pizza Hut in Howell, NJ for over 2 1/2 years. Ordering at least 2 to 3 times a week. We were just informed that they no longer deliver to our area. We were told after we placed our order by phone and was waiting for it to be delivered. We just received an order as recent as this past Friday. This is terrible way to treat loyal customers. I live in Jackson, NJ which is literally 15 minutes from that Pizza Hut. This is the only Pizza Hut in the area. We are very very disappointed and will NEVER order from any Pizza Hut again.

Ordered the big dinner box. 2 pizzas bread sticks and pasta. bacon on one pizza pepperoni on the other. Chicken Alfredo as my pasta. Upon eating my bacon pizza there was somehow a bone fragment on the pizza that cut my gums pretty well. I still have bone fragment. Have been in contact with the pizza hut location that it happened at. ( Pizza hut in Baden pa in the us) gave me a credit on my account and was to have manager call me but have never heard back.

Ok the wings were ordered buffalo mild and they were not mild at all. the marinara sauce was very watery not thick it was very close to tomato juice. Also we ordered lemon pepper wings and you could not taste any seasoning on it. The wing was not consistent. We also ordered buffalo chicken pizza with extra cheese and got beef instead. We also did not ask for seasoning on the crust and it came with it.

Put in order, did not receive cheese sticks- got bread sticks; personal pan pizza was "forgotten" by waitress causing toddler to wait the longest to eat. Food was substandard. Boneless chicken wings were veiny and grissley. Waitress was CLUELESS. her problem wasn't the kitchen- she had NO idea at all.
She said she'd comp the personal pan pizza but it wasn't. Total cost was $82.58. Large sum for really bad service, food, and cleanliness.
I'd really like a refund. Spoke to staff at register and she didn't offer any compensation

This location needs an overhaul training for their staff as they lack the understanding of good customer service. I was told it will take 88 mins but it took 2hrs from ordering and I was able to get to their store, and the pizza still haven't arrived. On top of that, I was calling to get an update and they just hang up on me. Arriving at the location, the phone kept ringing and no one ever answered it. Initially they didn't want to refund my money as they kept saying the pizzas left the store already and about to be delivered. I said I didn't care for it anymore and I want my money back instead and they finally refunded me. This is not the first incident of lack of customer service we had at this location and it is the last straw. We will never order again at this location. Your product is good but this type of incidents give us bad taste to just opt to go somewhere else.

I called last Friday, 8/31/18, and on three occasions the local Pizza Hut (on McDermott in Allen, TX) hung up on me. I called a local Pizza Hut in McKinmey, TX, and the fellow there said he'd reach out to them and call me back. This never occurred. NO follow-up. I just called same Pizza Hut on McDermott (near Alma) in Allen, TX, on 9/8/18 to give them a FIFTH opportunity... I reached them but they said 'Sure, we cannot give you a split pizza and we can only arrive in 90 minutes or later. Wow! My thought is 'Buyer beware' unless you want to Very occasionally reach them and be able to order only what They want you to order, and if you are willing to wait 1.5 hours (again, 90 minutes or more). Again, WOW! NEVER again. Buyer beware of Pizza Hut! Dominoes is SO reliable like, after this last weekend, and tonight, too, compared to my unfortunate experience with Pizza Hut! Ted Post

First of all, I am not one to complain, because I previously worked in the food business.

My husband and I went to Pizza Hut, in Paoli, IN, this evening. We arrived there approximately 6:00 pm. They were not busy, there were dirty tables, and a couple of other tables were not happy either. We were told to have a seat, and she would be with us. We ordered breadsticks with marinara and nacho cheese, two Pepsi's, one medium thin crust pizza. The pizza that we ordered was: hamburger, pork, pepperoni, and mushrooms. When we got the pizza, it was wrong, we only got one sauce, and when I had to go to the counter to be helped, they gave me the marinara, and it was ice cold, not hot like usual. The pizza that was given to us had: canadian bacon, pork, pepperoni, and mushrooms. We refused it, and I had the server take the marinara back also, because it was ice cold! So after approximately 45-50 minutes later, we got the pizza, and it was right. The server proceeded to tell me that it was her fault, she hit the wrong button, still not our fault for having to wait that long. Then she came back to the table and asked me if I wanted a cookie for the mess up that she had did, and I politely told her no. She asked me what they could do to make up for it, and I said that I shouldn't be charged for the pizza, and I asked her to take off the extra sauce also. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do that, and they probable wouldn't do it either. When we got our bill, the only thing that they done was take $5.00 off the bill, so our bill ended up being $22.01. This is the very reason that we have not been back to that store in a really long time. The service, not clean, slow.

It will take a lot to get me to go back, I'm sorry!

On 8/19/18 I placed an order online after waiting for 3 hours I called back and was told it would be another hour before I received my order which I paid for online so I went to the store in Winston Salem NC on Stratford Rd where the manager was making food with no gloves and rude giving away free food I placed another order and was told that I would be receiving a refund on my card in 10 day's and I just called and was treated rude and I still don't have my refund don't eat at Pizza hut ever I also posted this on Facebook and other media sources
