I called the pizza hut closest to me which is on Edgefield street in Greenwood s.c.. Firstly I kept trying to explain the special and asked if they had any other specials she didn't know so I just got 2 mediums for 6.99. The girl on the phone got my orde4 but I asked her about what toppings were on what and I got 12 garlic park wings, a medium meat lovers, a med bacon chicken parmesan, and a brownie. She said 45 mins well I would say it was am hour and a half close to 2 hours and the pizza still wassnt there. So I called and checked on it the girl was hard to understand but she said she was gonna track it and so she put me on hold for a long time.so long that I was still holding when I opened up my door cause my food had arrived.then the wings were plain not garlic parmesan the meat lovers was a little dark and the chick bacon parmesan had no tomatoes and that to me is the best part. I DECIDED then ok it's no big deal I worked as a manager in a restaurant I know how it is. Then I called yesterday which was 2 days after I after my previous experience but pizza hut is the only place that will deliver to my area and we were having a party amd so i need them to deliver. Well I call and they tell me that they no longer deliver to my area . When i asked to speak to the manager I was given the run around. I've always loved pizza hut but I am very upset and I really don't understand what changed over two days.

I ordered 2 pizzas from your Gig Harbor store tonight. One was mushroom & bacon the other pepperoni and sausage. There was a piece of what appears to be bone on one of the slices and I discovered it only after biting down on it. This was made doubly uncomfortable by the fact that I had endodontic surgery last week and still have stitches in my mouth.

Tonight we ordered two med pizzas, breadsticks and wings. When the order didn't come in an hour (told it would be 30 mins) we called back. They informed us that the driver had called, not gotten a response and drove away. No phone call came in, but that's fine. We told them we'd be waiting downstairs when they came back. 30 minutes later, we called again. Same story. This time, they sent the driver home. By this time, we'd wasted an hour and a half, but we still asked if we could come pick up the pizza ordered. Apparently, that wasn't okay either. I will never go back. Shame on pizza hut!

My name is Candice Giles and I ordered from Pizza Hut 2020 Bolton Road at around 11:17 October 6th 2017 and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza two orders of regular fries a cookie and a 2 L soda. I did not receive neither the cookie or the drink and then she called and let me know that there was no more soda of my choice and she's supposed to be bringing back the soda and the cookie and I tried to call her back, I received no answer. I am so tired of this store doing so poorly, but it's the only one nearby and I don't have a vehicle to drive to another one. If people don't want to work then just quit I understand they need people to work but this is ridiculous! And then on top of that the previous time I ordered I ordered a cookie they didn't have anymore but they failed to contact me and let me know so I could have chosen something else.

The $7.99 commercial for delivery is a joke! I ordered 2 extra toppings as advertised in the commercial and the total for my order was $11.86. Fine!
Then my order was refused because site said that the minimum order amount for delivery is $9.99! WHAT? I might not be a math whiz but I am pretty sure that $11.86 is greater than $9.99! I'm going back to Dominos!

I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta online from the Pizza Hut 14505 LA 44 Gonzales LA. 70737. It took them almost 2 hours to fill my order. There were already other people waiting there for over an hour complaining when we arrived. After the whole ordeal I called and asked the mananger for her supervisor's phone number so I could complain. She told me she didn't have a number for her supervisor and when I called [censor], she hung up on me. This [censor] needs to lose her [censor] job! That store is a complete cluster[censor]. And the manager is an arrogant, useless [censor]. Furthermore, I will no longer do business with Pizza Hut again. If this is how you operate, I'll go to Dominoes next time. The managers name is Laura. And I expect her to be terminated.

We visited youe sault ste marie michigan location on the 4th and it was nothing but a terrible experience. When we got there they left us sitting at the table for 15 min with no menus or drinks until my husband got up and got them himself. We ordered 2 apps and 2 medium pizzas at 6:05 the apps came quickly but the pizza didnt arrive until 7:15 we watched 3 tables who got there after us get the food eat and leave. During are very long wait the waitress brought us 2 pizzas that were.other tables then when she knew we were upset she told us that if we wanted to pay for the stuff we already had and leave that was ok. This is the worst customer service i have ever had and will not be returning.

I am not pleased with the type of service I have been receiving lately from this company. Last night I ordered food, that they sent 2 hours late, delivered to the wrong house, kept hanging up on me, I wanted a refund couldn't get it and then they sent cold food. It was late so I had to warm It up and serve it to my kids. NEVER AGAIN will I order from pizza hut

Hi dear, first of all I want to complaint about the worst customer service which I received when I entered the store I was standing next to their checkout for about 2 minutes. No one came to attend me they were just talking, laughing and just staring at me as I have committed a crime by entering the store . Then I got these pizzas cheesy veggie and cheesy garlic . First of all they are over cooked and bit burnt and then this cheesy veggie pizza doesn’t have any veggies at all. I am attaching the picture. So that you can see. My house is almost 5 kilometre from the shop . I have traveled all the way to get this pizza with my only 2 months daughter. I hope you will take some action. I’m really disappointed and I’ll never go to Pizza Hut again.

I ordered delivery. I live in the basement so I cannot hear the door all the way upstairs. So my sister placed an order for me and acccidentally gave them her number on the order instead of mine. She made two orders and the other order had my number listed. So they called me and said that the delivery driver was there and no one was answering. So I let the individual know i believe her name was Michelle. She had a attitude with me. Then she told me the delivery driver would be back in a min. So I stood there and waited for him. He he walked up and had a unpleasant look on his face. He asked me to sign receipt and i was unsure where to sign so I asked. He told me it's just like every other restraunt you sign right here in a very unpleasant tone. I let him know he didnt need to have that kinda attitude towards me. He then complained that he had to wait 10 min. I explained to him that I did not hear the door from where I was at in the house. He then handed my pizza and walked off. I NEVER complain to companies because I understand people can make mistakes. Then I go to eat my pizza and it's not cooked all the way. I called the manager about the rude employee before I tried the pizza so I wasn't aware at that time that the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. I really don't appreciate one being disrespected by a Pizza Hut employee and I don't appreciate spending my money and not having a pizza thats cooked. I will not be buying anything else from this Pizza Hut.

Brought wrong wings out, burnt pizza &, hardly any cheese, wrong wings that came out wasnt the ones we ordered. Sick with diarrhea & in stomach after eating there.. Packed up paid left ASAP. I ordered my pizza at 920pm delivery time was supposed to be 955pm I live 5mins by car away and it is now 1036pm and my pizza still has not arrived. Not impressed I have hungry children waiting . Have spent over 40mins trying to ring them I have ended up ringing another store which they answered and have rung the Shirley store for me they have said it is now on it way and that was 15mins ago I'm furious as I have paid by credit card and can't cancel.

Ordered a pizza w mushrooms and jalapeños from store 33249 in Bessemer, Alabama. When I picked it up, the jalapeños were not on it. The clerk told me he made it and they are there but can't be seen. He gave me jalapeños in a cup to put on with the invisible jalapeños on the pizza.
I have ordered a mushroom pizza previously and it showed up with out mushrooms because they ran out. No notification or adjustment in price.
This store needs new management and staff training.
I am a stock holder but considering moving on to Papa Johns.

I ordered food for pick up on Friday 9/29 through your call center. They called me back after I called your store(# 026577 @ 4432 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando Fl.) several times and no one answered. I placed an order and was told to pick it up in 15 min.
Upon arrival the young kid at the register could not find my order in the system, that was very frustrating as a long day at work, unable to reach the store and the lobby was full with customers waiting and ordering. Only one person on register. The manager came to put money in a register that was NOT even being used and didn't even assist the young kid, or show any type of concern for the long wait time. I had to re order my original order AGAIN AND WAIT WAS 30 MINS.
About 15 min after I thought I saw part of my order in the hot box, I ask the kid to please check if that was mine, he checked and said NO. About another 15 minutes go by another female comes to the front unable to use the register starts to help him giving customers that were waiting in the lobby their orders. (something the manager should've been doing). The female checked and ofcourse the order I asked the kid to look into was mine and had been sitting there. Food was dry and chicken was dry and didn't taste fresh it was soggy.
My order ticket number was 0161 @ 7:01pm total $17.55
I have Poppa John's, Lil Ceasars, Broadway Pizza in the same area and yet chose your company. Manager in that store needs to work on his customer Service skills.

i receved the worst pizza ive ever seen no cheeze in the whole middle of the pizza i was so mad i throw it away i took the pizza stright up to the store after it was deliverd and thay said thay where not going to do anything. the 2ed time i got a pizza that looked like it had been thrown around up side down. i got the same response. and the 3ed time. it was the same as the first. wow. thats crazy how can you let this happen. ive allways loved pizza hut. but now. thinking again

First of all the driver side and argued with us about the total and refused to give Us thePizza . he was rude and just stood at the door like we were lying . Second pizza was cold and it looked like thin cardboard . I'm not happy with service . The quality has really gone down .Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorite pizza places to order from I don't think they will have my business after this experience. You guys definitely need some feedback in order to come to correctify this .matter

I made an online order on 9/30/17 and when the pizza arrived all the toppings were shift to one side so half of it was just sauce. But the kicker is the fact that cheese wasn't melted at all and it was room temperature. When I called in to report the young lady said they were busy and if it had to be remade it would be an additional 45 min to 1 hr.

I'm a huge fan of stuffed crust pizza and have picked Pizza Hut every time when my entire family always wants papa johns. But I may never come back if this is the "new way" of making stuffed crust after all these decades.

We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza tonight and was so not impressed.
It is so thin and lacking in dough and cheese. It's so terrible it's almost soggy.
