Pizza Hut late home deliveries. habitually

I'm Usman from Islamabad pakistan. Your pizza delivery service here is islamabad is pathetic. It takes them 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver one bloody pizza. Which made me embarrassed infront of my guests. The head office and branch office kept lying that pizza is on the way and suddenly branch informed that the rider has just left. What a pathetic service by pizza hut. Please ensure that it service is not giving bad name to entire pizza hut. I'll post this on social media that your team in pakistan is incompetent and u have sold ur franchise to incompetent people here in pakistan who have no ethics and no concept of timely delivery.

Pizza Hut customer service

I order the bone out chicken chunks a lot of times and a lot of times I just order the chicken chunks and have them delivered I called today to see if I had enough money to have the bone out chicken chunks deliver to my house and all of a sudden they're telling me I have to have a $10 order I order just the chicken chunks quite often sometimes I order other things to go with it whether it's pop cheese sticks whatever and they're telling me it has to be a $10 order I'd like to know why I can get him sometimes and why I couldnt get them today

Pizza Hut service, online, and phones

Phones have not been working for at least 3-4 months. Place online order for delivery and food never shows up. Have to go to Pizza Hut and then they say don't have any delivery drivers and phones are broke. Need to turn off the online service if you aren't going to respond or let people know that they are not going to bring food. Last time I tried to dine in AC was broke and it was a sweat box. This establishment needs some major attention.

Pizza Hut delivery service

1. customer complaints failed to pass my request for the PHD delivery branch to call me after half-an-hour late delivery.
2. after the 3rd call to customer complaints, then only PHD delivery call me. But it´s the rider who made the call. The rider only pass the phone to Manager upon request.
3. so called manager named khairi (i am not sure if he is really the manager), said a lot of orders came in. we as a customer need not to know that. if you promise 30 minutes, make it happen. it´s not like we are having natural disaster. the way he talked is like customers need to wait, no matter how long it takes. He also rudely say -abg nak pizza ke tak ?- which means -do you want the pizza or not ?- . he repeat this statement twise during the conversation.
4. no apologies what so ever from the manager, or even from the rider who sent the pizza at the first place.
5. pizza hut website does not shows pricing anymore. hard to pick when you don´t have enough cash in hand after coming home from oversea.

I wish that I didn't have to give ones star because 0 stars would be more accurate every time I deal with this store they say they don't deliver to my address and when I ask for a manager they say there isn't one on duty I love Pizza Hut pizza but I am just done being treated terribly by the employees at this location so I will no longe me ordering from you guys just because I prefer not to be lied to or treated like garbage when I am spending momey on your food

Pizza Hut order

Visited my son in Mc Alester, OK. We decided 2 eat at local pizza hut. It was worst customer service experience. We ordered wings, breadstix, and garlic bread for appetizers. I believe apps are 2 receive and eat b4 your pizza. We ordered 3 medium pizzas. We received 2 md pizzas b4 any appitizers. We then received garlic bread. Then 3rd pizza. I asked waitress why bread was brought after pizza. I was told thats just tbe way they i guess meaning kitchen has been doing it. Still no wings or breadstix. She was going 2 check on them. She came by few minites later refill drink still no wings breadstix. Finished our pizza still never received wings or breadstix. Went 2 get box 4 leftovers never received a bill had 2 ask at register told them 2 take off wings and stix bc we never received them. How does this happen? We visited on Sunday the 12th of Aug around 1pm.

Pizza Hut food

I ordered breadsticks and boneless honey bbq chicken. I didn't get my marinara sauce with my breadsticks and my chicken didn't have any honey bbq sauce on them. They were regular tenders. I was charged for honey bbq and my box said honey bbq but that is not what I was given. This is the worst meal I've ever gotten from Pizza Hut and I love Pizza Hut! I would like a refund because of this. I'm very disappointed.

Pizza Hut not receiving order

I placed an order online. The store was out of the stuffed crust and they canceled my order with out notification by phone or email. I called the customer help and was put on hold for 8 minuets and was hung up on while I was placed on hold for the rep to check on the status of the order. I called help customer help back and was finally told the store had canceled my order. I will not be ordering from any of your stores again as I find this to be unacceptable way to handle customers ordering and the customer care.

Pizza Hut food/customer service

I went inside of a pizza hut establishment and ordered 2 large large pizzas and 24 wings the cashier was rude and snappy and when i received my food the pizzas had no toppings and i paid for 3 additional and my wings were sloppy with sauce.I went back to the restaurant and complained to the cashier to get a manager and she kept telling me over and over again that a manager was not on duty. So when i left i stood outside and called the store and asked for a manager when he answered the phone and i explained the situation to him he told me that it happens and hung up.

Pizza Hut pizza

First off I ordered my pizza online to be delivered and I ordered extra sauce on both pieces after I realized I did not order my breadsticks I called back and added the breadsticks to my order my pizza arrives with no breadsticks and my pizzas did not have extra sauce on them so I called the store they told me I had to bring my pizzas back up to get them remade so I did I went there I waited 45 minutes for my pizzas to be remade A employee from the back made smart remarks about me standing there waiting then started to get rude with me when I told him I had been waiting 45 minutes for my pizza after it was messed up in the first place and started Arguing with me and i finally got my pizza and they were still wrong so I took my stuff and left I wasn't waiting for anything else it was absolutely rediculious the manage would not fix the problem this was the worst experience I have ever had it makes me not want to eat there again this was at the hillview ky location

Pizza Hut when you ask for more topping on the pizza and they charge you but you really do not get the extra topping

When I called pizza hut I was told I got what I ordered but I did not get the extra topping but I paid for them. The manager said she was there by the man that took my order on the phone I believe she told me that just to get me off the phone. So I told her I would not order pizza from Pizza hut again ever . I believe she read my receipt and she did not want me asa customer to be happy with my order .

Pizza Hut ordered online, payment processed online but no order confirmation number in turn no pizza

It happened Friday evening at pizza hut in Te Awamutu. We placed an order online for pizza. It was a treat dinner for my children. Order was placed just after 1700 hours, went to pick up order at the specified confirmation time stated straight after card payment was processed but the order had not been received. At the store the women who served me said you need to go away and brig back confirmation email. After another 20 mins of waiting for a confirmation email nothing was received. I returned to the store and said confirmation email had still not been received. I showed the team member and manager the poof of payment in my bank account, but was told until I receive an email they cannot help. No email arrived at all. At 1830 we rang the store and spoke again with the team members and manager about the situation. Only at this time one and a half hours after placing my families pizza order the team member said we can still process your order, what did you order and we will make it. Due to poor standard of communication and wait time we requested a refund. Which we were told we would have to wait to do until later and someone will ring you back. I rang back 45 minutes later, at this time though a drawn out process ad needing to speak to about 3 or four people and good approximately 20 more minutes of time used up we were told because the payment was made online your refund would take 4 days to be processed.
Not at any stage of the above negative experience did any one from pizza hut take ownership of what had happened and apoligse.
Very disappointed in the overall service 0/10.
One recommendation I would like to suggest and reviewing your online processing of orders, payments and refunds. It should not take 4 days for refunds to be processed.

Pizza Hut order place online

17/08/2018 i had placed an order online at 11:35 am order # 3114883 expected delivery at 12:07 pm.

I called Pizza Hut online number @ 12:06 +[protected] spoke with Somaya for the order not delivered to me she told me order is delayed and it will be with me by 12:30 pm. (delayed for 22 min)

12:33 pm i called +[protected] spoke with Dhanlaxmi asking about my order she told me i don't as the order is been place on my systems but not yet delivered i will arrange call back from store in 5 min.

Pizza hut branch manager Mr Pathan called me said that he has not received any order in his store and there might me online issue as order might have been placed in a different store.

I called with a conference +[protected] spoke with Dhanlaxmi again asking about my order she said same thing i will have to check with store i told store manage her i have store manager on other line.

Dispute started with store manages and call center handler Mr Pathan justified himself by saying he has not received any order in his store Dhanlaxmi said that she will get her manages to speak with store manager and placed our call on hold for 10 min and disconnected my call.

This has been the worst experience of my life i ordered this food for my daughter and we have been waiting for almost 1:30 hrs for this order.Tone of the call center guys was terrible on empathy for their error.

I will never recommend Pizza Hut to any one again and also promised i will never enter any pizza hut outlet again never expected this from Pizza Hut really shameful, i done call recording for this call however i am unable to upload the recording and you can get back to me for recording.

Pizza Hut welcome to the neighborhood coupons

As a loyal Pizza Hut customer since 1962, and having just relocated to a new state, I was very happy to receive in my "Welcome to the Neighborhood" packet a coupon from Pizza Hut for a free medium one topping pizza!

Since unpacking and settling in is a stressful time I was happy to see my old friend Pizza Hut was going to deliver a free pizza!
On the face of the coupon was the name and address of the local Pizza Hut so I called the number on the front of the coupon and was told that they do not honor this coupon and that she would transfer me to the other store. Before I could say anything else my call was switched to another Pizza Hut.
I told them what was happening and was told that "corporate sends these things out" and that since it was the "other" store's address and phone number on the welcome coupon that they would not be honoring the coupon either.. and then asked me why they transferred the call to them.
Well...how would I know why? I can only guess that the first store didn't want to be bothered and made me someone else's problem.

So I want to thank you for the useless coupon. I used the coupon from Dominos... where I will be buying my pizza from now on.

No wonder Domino's is winning the pizza wars...they honor the coupons that their corporate offices send out.

I will no longer "putt putt to Pizza Hut" because Domimo's actually does "out pizza the Hut" and doesn't stoop to trickery to get customers.

Pizza Hut filthy conditions in restaurant.

I stopped in to the pizza hut location in Galloway New Jersey for lunch on [protected]. I sat down at a table that was very dirty, the waiter didn't even wipe it down. There were "chunks" of food on the floor next to my table, in fact the food on the floor wasn't just next to my table it was on the entire floor in the entire restaurant. There were only three other customers in the restaurant sitting at one table besides myself. There was no excuse why that floor and tables could not have been cleaned since it wasn't busy. Don't get me wrong, I love pizza hut but this had to be brought to someones attention.

Pizza Hut management

We have been through so many shift managers that are fair and they always bring someone in not worth it...like now they got rid of our rgm that was decent and gave our store to a shift manager who is just a dictator and talks mess to and about employees he favortises people and causes so much drama with other employees. We have told our district about this and he doesn't care. Our store got robbed yet no one got fired the pizza hut in Port lavaca and the ones in Antonios district are all crooked...I am a server acting as a shift manager and I get treated like DIRT

Pizza Hut fraudulent employee and bad food quality

Pizza hut mardan, pakistan are doing fraud with customers. We had MCB 50% discount offer but first they said card swap machine is not working. I complaint the bank. But i think they become afraid and charge the mcb card and give me 40% discount instead of 50%. My total bill was 2700 rs. And they charge me 1700 rs but 40% discount amount should be 1620 rs. one thing more they provided me with 2200 rs printed bill and 500 written with pen on that bill. So i think they manupulate bill to doodge bank too..

Pizza Hut delivery/customer service

My wife order a pizza on Tuesday August 14 2018 at 535pm the employee was very rude to her didn't give her order time. A hour went by no pizza so I called the employee was very rude and short with me. He told me one of his drivers was 10 minutes away. About 25 minutes later we got our pizza the time was 710pm. When open up the pizza box it was the wrong pizza. The pizza hut is in sliverdale Washington.

Pizza Hut customer service

My son ordered a few things from the Pizza Hut in Golden, Colorado. He called back to add to his order, and they had to take his card number again. When the driver showed up, my son signed the first receipt and planned on putting the tip on the second receipt. He didn't even give him a chance to sign the second receipt and said thanks for the tip and stormed away. He did have to call my son when he showed up because my son didn't hear him knock, so maybe that's why he was upset as well? It doesn't matter, because he didn't hang up his phone when he left, and my son heard him call him an "effing punk" when he got in his car. I called to talk to the manager, but the excuse that I received was that he was old and that he's getting grumpy in his later years, and a quick "sorry about that." It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Pizza Hut order

I ordered a pizza deal for 2 pizzas with cheesy bites and 2 sides for $26 pick up and got home to find that 1 pizza didn't have cheesy bites upon ringing the store the manager said that they have nothing to do with the deals and that it was only for 1 pizza with cheesy bites even though the picture of the combo deal clearly shows 2 pizzas with cheesy bites and doesn't have any disclaimers written underneath as is present on the other deals this is the 3rd time this year they have f****d up my order and denied any fault and or failed to offer any reparation
