I placed an online order for 2 large 2 topping pizzas at 12:50. The pizzas were to be ready by 1:10 pm. We did not receive the pizzas until 1:40 pm! The employees were working extremely slow and they did not appear to care that there were only 3 customers in the building waiting at that time.
Our pizzas were not hot when we purchased them and there was no apology for the extended delay of service! We will not be returning to this location EVER again!

I am very upset at the service, and quality of the food at this el campo pizza hut. I am a resident of el campo, so we eat there every few weeks for the lunch buffet and also dinner. Today my co-worker and I went to the buffet for lunch, and there was no pizza. Myself and about 15 other people waited for 20 minutes for them to restock. We waited 10 minutes to get our drinks. The manager brought out 3 pizzas, and as he was carrying them I noticed his fat rolls were in the pizza he was carrying. Absolutely disgusting. Since there was such a line the pizza was gone in a matter of seconds, so here I wait again. When another waitress brought the pizza out I noticed her fingers in the pizza as well as her fat rolls touching the ones she was carrying. I paid and left. One time before we stood at the front counter for 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then when we finally get seated and ate, an hour and a half later I stood at the counter to pay (because she never came around to hand me the check) and the girl had her ear buds in listening to music. She couldn't hear me and didn't even take them out. What kind of business is this? The tables are sticky, as well as the menus. There are signs up everywhere saying beer on tap, but the taps haven't worked in over a year. Why are the signs up? All of the work stations are filthy. Do the owners not give a [censored] about their business this much? My name is matthew bena. I went a couple of weeks ago to Pizza Hut in Bonham, TX. I had called my order in and they told me how low it would take. I arrived and my order was still not ready and there was others in there waiting as well. I was looking in the cooking area and there was a worker that was wearing slides without socks. I'm sorry but that is nasty not to mention unsafe. On 6/17/2018 a friend of mine entered the same location and the manager got into it with a customer and the law had to be called. Her order was all wrong and she said that it was an awful experience. I would hate to see this location to close. They need better management in this location. The day that I went the manager was there. She isn't much of a manager. I hope to see something done.

I ordered a veggie lovers pizza for delivery to my home from the Dahlonega, Ga store. After an hour and half of waiting, I called the store and the person answering the phone said that the delivery was on the way but there were four other deliveries in that trip. I was told to call back in half an hour if I didn't have my pizza. I called the store again one hour later and cancelled my order since the pizza still hadn't arrived. They looked through the order forms but didn't find one. They apologized to me, but I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future. Still angry.

We ordered on line the 7.99 large pizza special. Picked our pizzas up on Main st in joplin mo. I couldn't belive it when I got them home. One was a mushroom and pork sausage there were hardly anything on this pizza you could actually see more crust than anything. The other one was pepperoni and pineapple there were only 7 pieces of pineapple on the whole thing. I have called in the past and the people are just rude. So this is the LAST order I will ever place with Pizza Hut. I am asking all my friends and family to PLEASE consider any other restaurant to order from also. To bad because before it sold they had the best pizza and customer service. Now they don't care after they get your money they could care less.

I just ordered a pizza about an hour ago and they got the order wrong so i called and the put me on hold 2 times and the third time they hung up on me and i was promised a call back from the manager but i never got one. I paid 51 dollars for the order for them to get it wrong . They didnt review the order and hung up vety quickly so i didnt even know how much it was.

We went to Pizza Hut tonight. When we came I'm, there were only a few people. After we were seated, two groups came in today. There were 15+ in each group. The server immediately began arranging tables and chairs for these groups. We were patiently waiting for her to come wait on us. I finally got her attention and asked for menus. She brought them and we asked for drinks. She went behind the counter and began waiting on some of the people in the group who wanted 2 liter drinks. We were completely ignored. We sat there around 10 more minutes and left.

We love the pizza at Pizza Hut and go often. I don't know if we will go again. I am not so much complaining about the server as the lack of servers. Shenwasbthe only server. I know she was overwhelmed.

I went to the dumfries Virginia location where I have been ordering for atleast 3 years but over the past year I have seen more then enough changes in this location. I tried to call n place an order for pick up after calling a total of 6 times and getting no answer over a 45 minute period I gave up and went in for carry out to order 2 pan pizzas pepperoni and cheese after waiting about 30 minutes a employee dressed in civilian clothes with her boyfriend both high out of their mind came in and went into the kitchen proceeded to come out and she place her own order and did not pay when the young man there asked her for her money for the order she laughed at him after seeing that I complained about her going into the kitchen dressed as she was and the young man up front said he didn't know what to do because he was new I finally got my order after about an hour wait and when I got him the order was completely wrong I received one pan pizza and one garlic something crust that was disgusting or course I tried to call to complain but they turned the phone off AGAIN

I order delivery about three times a week but today was my last time. I ordered 6mild wings when they got here I grabbed one and but in to it I had to spit it out because they tweed rotten and smelled disgusting. I'm not one to ever call and complain but I don't want anyone to get sick so I called and ask to speak to the manger I don't know her name because ell she said was "hello I am the manager" I told her she said ma'am I can assure they are not bad she got super deffenaove arguing that they were not bad I kept telling her I'm smelling them you are not she said I'll give you credit but they are not bad. I was trying to preven another customer from getting sick or complaining but your manager tonight did not care and your wings are spoiled! I can let you view my pizza account so that you can see that tonight you lost a loyal customer from many many years! I hope NO ONE gets sick!

Today I stopped in the Pizza Hut in Cut Bank MT, I was treated horrible! It started off with a long strand of hair in the hot wings and a small hair in the pasta, both times I showed the waitress, she didn't apologize or offer a refund or any kind of discount., With the hot wings she put in a new order, however with the pasta she grabbed her manager to come take a look at the second piece of hair. Neither the manager or waitress apologized the second time, she offered to make a new order for the pasta which we denied. The manager just walked away and my husband asked if we can have a discount on the meal, she didn't respond! My family sat there for over 15 minutes and not once was acknowledged since we complained about the hair. The manager even had the audacity to insinuate that the hair was my own stating she had no workers with dark colored hair, which was a lie her and the waitress had brown colored hair. I ordered the special which was 1 large 3 topping and 8 bones wings for 20.99 and a family order of pasta and bread sticks and the salad bar with 3 sodas, my total came up to be $46.50, the manager refunded $6.00 which was very surprising to me since the food and service was horrible! I was trying to tell a friend who was also eating at the restaurant that my food had hair in it and the manager started yelling at family and I stating we couldn't be saying that... I will never be back to this restaurant again...

I called in an order of a meat lovers and Hawaiian pizza with a s'mores cookie, the woman I spoke with said the computer was glitching and kept canceling my order on her after almost 20 minutes of trying to place my order and her repeating my order to me. I figured I was all set. I live over a half hour away. I went to pick my order up and it was wrong. I told the woman I would like the pizza I ordered but if I had to wait for it everything else would be cold.. my thin crust was nasty and burned.. I was very disappointed in the service or lack of and the final product.
When I asked the lady if there was a price difference between the pepperoni pizza I got and meat lovers I should have gotten she said no..

I ordered online at 9:57 pm and said it would be delivered at 10:55 on friday june 15 and as of 11:15 i called and checked on my order and the lady said it's going out the door now the driver has two stop and your is the 2nd one.and it is 11:21 and I'm still waiting my kids are hungry and tired because of waiting for the food i don't complain but this is not rite the lady that answered the phone very rude and had no explanation of what was taking so long. I really love pizza hut but i dont think I'm going to order from there for a long time die to this is the second time in a month i waited a very long time for my food .

I sat a my computer for 2 hours trying to order pizza for my family and using your promo codes that obviously don't work in my Bad Axe store I was very unsatisfied with my experience with your online ordering I called the store ask them if they would help me they would give me no assistance I have online codes and our store refuse to accept them Not only was I on your website for 2 hours trying to order pizza for my family and I went to Hungry Howie's where was cheaper and easier to order online and they took my promo codes Thank you very unsatisfied customer. Manager busy on cell phone, forgets customer is waiting for order, bad service. Arrogant manager, real need to clean place and send someone from corporate to find out what is going on. Never buying from Pizza Hut and will tell all my friends never to go there again.

instead of apologizing manager was dismissive and rude. Pizza was a result cold. will make sure to put bad reviews online and call my credit card company.

My family has always loved pizza hut, but here recently have chosen to use another pizza place in our area. The people that answer the phone are rude and don't respect the values of Pizza Hut. I understand everybody has bad days and its hard to sound happy but aleast you can make a person feel comfortable to talk too. And the people answering the phones has not made us feel comfortable about asking questions or explaining the things we want. Please address this matter because like I said enjoy the pizza but customer service is part of the experience.

Today, I went into our local PH. I wanted a salad to go. They were very busy so when there was no lettuce on the bar, I decided that was fine I had some at home. When I got home too finish fixing my salad I discovered that the carrots were rotten. Then when I tasted the sunflower seeds they were rancid!

I called back to tell the manager and he said, "sorry 'bout that".

I just want you to know if your patrons get food poisoning and that hits all the news he will be more than sorry.

If you charge for food it should be edible.

I recently just ordered online. A big box dinner with wings and pop. Well when it was delivered he handed me the big box and a 20oz pepsi. I thought I ordered a 2 liter. Well I infored the driver of the mistake and asked if he could go back and fix my mess up. And I will pay for the extra cost. Because I have a family. And the 20oz is not enough. He told me no he cannot because they're busy... I excepted and delt with the 20oz. Very upsetting. Then he left and I brought my food in. Well when I opened my box. They forgot the bacon on the one pizza. And the other pizza had very little pepperonis... And I order the hottest wings. Which were not hot at all. Very sweet is what they were. I was very dissatisfied with this today. I called the pizza hut and asked if they can just give me a refund. Because 25$ isn't worth all this mess up and a 20oz pop. And they told me I would have to drive up there to refund it. Mind you I have no car. Which is why I had it delivered. So now me and my kids are very I'm happy. I would really like my money back... so how can that happen. I mean we ate it. Because we really had no choice. So what options do I have?

Put a online order through at for 3 pizzas and 2 sides at 22:52pm on Tuesday night the 12th of June 2018 at Mangere Pizza Hut the person who took the order told us it will take 30 minutes to an hour to arrive . We never received it till 11:00pm. as well as no one called us . so we rang back around 11:00pm. after minutes waiting for someone to pick up
When I rang the store in mangere center one staff member told me there was only one driver and that the driver was on the way but the car broke down while he was doing the trip. None the less the person who answered the phone only said this and ened up with a :'sorry Brother, next time you order we will give you a free side". . but no one bothered to call us to let us know untill we rang . I order the Pizzas and side as my car is broken down and have no transport to go for food on that day now the fact that no one bother to call us back to tell us no one was going to deliver the order left us with no other choice than trying callin out other restaurant but even on munu log at 11pm no restaurant we open or available for deliveris . I had to walk aroun 11.30 pm in the heavy rain over to the BP for my family and I to Have food once I reach to the BP they only had 2 pies left, that all we were left to share on that night..!

It is so shame that this night not only we were left starving but we were called brother and offered free side for our next order, when really what we needed is our order to be delivered or some at least to have the dignity to call us and tell us what had happened so we could arrange something else before everything closed .

Now the next day Wednesday the 13th of June between 11pm and 2pm i went over physically to the store in mangere town center asked to see the Manager and explained the whole issues that we had to go through but the Manager said that he was going to investigate and call us in the evening that same day or the next days . Its now been several days and I havent recieved a call or any action has been taken from this issue!

Very very angry and dispointed .
Never again from Pizza Hut.

I called to order a small thin and crispy cheese pizza and they advised that they do not make small thin and crispy cheese pizza's that they could take a medium and cut in down to size but the charge would be more. I have ordered small thin and crispy cheese pizzas for years and now we have to go to casey's pizza. Can I ask why and I would like an answer not a coupon.

6/10/18 . I called the pizza hut in the rising sun plaza in Phila. The lady answer an asked me to hold. I said ok. 10 mins later I realize she didn't come back to the phone so my friend called to see if he would get the same respond. An he did. So I hang up my phone an called the Pizza Hut located at 66th and Board st Phila. The guy answer and took my order. We drove there to pick up the order while still holding on the phone for the rising sun store. Only to see the guy putting the pepperoni on the pizza with his bare hands no gloves. I just walked out the store. Today again I called the rising sun store to order. The " Manager" answer an asked me to hold. I said ok. 7 mins later am still on hold. So I drove to the store while still have the phone going. I walked in only two customers and two employees in the store. I asked her for a complaint form and she stated they don't have one an asked what was the issue. I told her since I called Sunday and today an I have been placed on hold an no one ever come back an retrieve the call. She stated can't you see how busy we are. I said you have two customer and even if you was that busy you could have come back an asked me to hold instead of having me hold that long. Her respond was am I going to order or not cause she is busy. So unprofessional. I will NEVER go to a Pizza Hut again.
