ordering online plus delivering order late when requested a certain time ahead

I was told by the manager that my ticket number is 114
I ordered using your online ordering website. I ordered 24 wings a 2 liter of mountain dew and an order of bread sticks to be delivered at 7:00 pm to spartan light metals (the food needs to be there at this time because its a factory and they can not take breaks when ever they want). I placed the order around 5:11 pm on 5/31/2018
I got a text message at 5:55 saying my order was out for delivery. I was like what? its not supposed to be there until 7:00 pm ! I called and told the girl that answered that I had ordered for 7 and it was out for delivery over an hour early. I told her the order needed to be remade because it would be cold because it was made so early. She said Im sorry its already been boxed up and there is nothing they can do.
I said are you kidding me? You are going to try to deliver an order that is not supposed to be there until 7 over an hour early? This is not my fault.

AFter about 5 to 10 minutes on hold I told the manager what was going on and she told me that it was a software issue and that's why the order went out early because the delivery time was at an hour. She told me she would pull the ticket and remake the food and make sure it was there at 7.
At 7:05 the food was still not delivered. I called the store again and the manger said she was sorry but its out for delivery and she didnt know how long it would take to get there but the guy only had two other deliveries so it shouldn't take long.
I told her the whole thing of wanting it there at a certain is because these people can not just take breaks when they want. And they only have 30 minutes for lunch.
At 7:14 the food finally got there. 14 minutes late...
She didn't offer us anything except for im sorry...
We order from this pizza hut 1 to 3 times a week.

My husband and I went to our local Pizza Hut on Friday, May 18th at 6:30pm. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The server came and took our drink order and brought them back. We asked if they had an daily specials and she said she was new and she would go ask. Again, she came back with the information. We asked if she could give us a minute to talk it over. Little did we know that a minute would turn into 15 minutes or more. A staff's friend with her children came into the restaurant and all the staff was at the counter socializing with her. We finally left $3.00 on the table to cover my husband's soda and left. (I'm sure the money was used as a tip!) No one even noticed as we left.
We were traveling and stopped in Shelby MT for the night. We went to local Pizza Hut for supper. My husband and I both ordered Spaghetti with bread stick to go. Waited long time. Finally waitress came out carrying two bowls of spaghetti in her hands and takes it to a table. Brings it back to us and says that she didn't know we were carry out. Ten minutes later she returns with our order . When we get in car I decide to check the sack. No bread sticks. So I go back in and tell them that there wasn't any bread sticks and she tells me that it wasn't included. I tell her it is and to check the menu. Unhappily she gets our bread sticks. When we get back home and i read the receipt to take survey for $10 off of purchase for our local restaurant I find that they gave me the Merchant copy so there is no code to use. It is restaurant #013766 and server was Preston. Date 5/31/18. Ticket 101. Not happy at all.

We have been ordering pizza from this same Pizza Hut ever since they opened. at least a decade ago, and have never encountered a problem like this one last night. Yeah sure we've had the occasional order not quite right but that's about it. Last night was unbelievable! Normally we receive our order in 30 min or less, usually less. Last night was told it was going to about 45 min. because very busy. Ok it happens. After 55 min I call and am told the guy was just leaving (we live about 1 mile away). 20 min later I call again while on the phone with the manager the guy turns the corner to my street coming from the direction of the store. At this time I'm a little upset so the manager says he'll refund the delivery fee (which I have yet to see). I get the pizza inside and it is cold. I call the manager back and ask for refund and he told me he would give me a refund if I brought the pizza back to the store. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Needless to say we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
He is right you know. If you have no issue eating the pizza you should have no issue paying for it.

My family and I were at the Decorah, IA location last weekend and it was terrible. The waitress (Emily) did not write down our order and had to come back a few minutes after taking our order to ask again what it was. Then, when the pizza arrived it was wrong. And she forgot to bring our pitcher of water and the cookie we ordered. Finally, when she never came back to check on us or bring our check, we went up to get it. We were the only people in the restaurant so it's not like they were slamming busy. At one point there were five people behind the counter working and one was sitting down on his phone. Very disappointed with the service.

I went to Pizza Hut today in Cary, NC at 2026 Kildaire Farm Rd Suite B19 and received a undercooked messy pizza after waiting for 30 mins (I called the order in 20 before I arrived at the store) Seth who took my order advised that the wait time would be between (14-20 mins) I paid over $16.00 for the pizza, well after waiting an additional 30 mins for my order I was advised by Seth that there was nothing that he could do to compensate me for my time and for the undercooked pizza!? I obtained the GM'S info "James Hudson" ph# 919-967-0660. I called the Corporate Office 1st after being advised by Seth that Mr. Hudson was out of town (Nothing he could do either) I dialed 972-338-7700 and a young lady answered I explained to her how I did not get what I paid for she then proceeded to explain that there was not much she could do either!? When I responded to her saying "There has to be something that can be done?" She then stated "look ma'am I am trying to help you, do you want my help or no!" I promise to God not to ever spend my hard earned dollar at any Pizza Hut, never get this type of treatment at Papa Johns!
foodborne illness from consuming pizza
My husband, son and I ate a carry out Super Supreme pizza from the Greencastle, Indiana Pizza Hut. We picked it up at 8:35 PM on May 29, 2018 and consumed it at 9PM. We ate nothing else with the pizza and drank water as we ate. My son began having diarrhea and vomiting at 12:30 AM on May 30. My husband started having diarrhea at about 9AM on May 30. My symptoms began about 4 PM on May 30. We all have had similar symptoms: vomiting; uncontrollable, watery diarrhea; headache, chills, dizziness and general weakness that continues as of this morning, May 31. This is a nasty experience and action needs to be taken by Pizza Hut corporate to clean this store up.
As a note, when my husband went into the store and used the restroom, he noted that the floors were dirty, with paper towels overflowing onto the floor and the fixtures were dirty. How I wish he had walked out without ordering food from this location! I
pizza hut on shady grove in irving texas
We just ordered pizza from pizza hut with a $5.00 credit because the last time they did our pizza they messed it up. We ordered tonight and they still messed it up. My heart went out to the lady taking the orders/answering the phones... Because she was taking orders, checking out and getting the pizzas to the customers and you could tell she was so so overwhelmed. The phones were ringing off the wall. No one came to help the girl. If I had had more money on me I would have given her a big tip. She deserves a hug and a pat on the back & a raise. We then got another credit because whoever made the pizza messed it up. Rachel took the order right... But whoever made the pizza did not do it right. I will be calling the manager in the morning and telling him/ her... What a dang good job rachel was doing. Rachel is the only one up at the front. She is the only one I ever see when I come in the store. She shouldn't be having to do that all by herself. That is way to much for 1 person. The manager was no where in sight. If you hear the phones ringing off the wall... Come help.

On may 30, 2018 at 1810, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza (large) with extra cheese and pepperoni for deliver. At the time, I did not realize that the wait time was going to be until 1930, but I accepted that they were busy. At 1938, I called and the person on the other line stated that the order should be there in about 7-10 more minutes which would put my order at 1948 at that point. I get alerts when my pizza is on it's way via text message and at 1900 my alert told me that my pizza was on it's way. So almost an hour after that, I get the pizza and the delivery guy was very nice as was the person who told me that it was still 7-10 minutes away. The problem is that it was a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese which gets kinda gross when it is cold and it was cold. Not even warm. It was as if it had sat out on the counter all night. My order number I believe was 024151 and my ticket number was 0058. Invoice 38. I am work two jobs and one happens to be a manager in a retail store so I am very familiar with issues coming up and being busy and having to deal with so many issues at once. I honestly would just like a coupon for a free hot stuffed crust with extra cheese and pepperoni. I would have gone straight to the store to ask this question but the first time I ordered from there I got a free medium pizza because my order was early and I was a little surprised so I went in to just talk about it and say thanks and I found the manager slightly standoffish but not a big deal. I have also had some great experiences there. Anything you could do would help. I appreciate all you do.

WOW what happened to Pizza Hut! I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut food. Today I ordered the 2 item special for $7.99. There was no pizza sauce on the pizza and it was like eating a pile of dough with a few pepperoni. I get they have specials but that pizza could not of cost Pizza Hut $3 to create. I guess you get what you pay for. Really bad pizza.
horrible customer service
Tonight a group of 20 of our Special Olympics swimmers arrived at the Charlotte MI Pizza Hut at 7:30 pm and were told we could not be accommodated even though there were no other customers. We asked how late they were open and they said the dining room closes at 9:30. The manager on duty told the server "you can stay late and wait on them but I'm not". We asked if we could all sit at different tables but they clearly did not want to serve us. We walked out and went to Mancinos Pizza where they happily served us $120.00 worth of pizza and gratefully accepted our $50 tip. None of us will be visiting Pizza Hut again. There are too many other options available to us.

Went to pizza hut in jasper, in today salad bar was empty only 2 pizza our on buffet no bread sticka pasta wad empty tables all dirty got served our drinks in a kids cup... The workers were very busy just couldnt keep up only saw 2 guys working n the 1 guy was maken pizza n checking people out at the register too...2 couples walked out n left didnt even order...

I was trying to ordered on line and it was showing me higher then the amount advertised so I decide to call in the order and ask for help, I spoke to the employee and I explain y problem and he said that no one ever has my problems ordering on line, I explained that if he can help and his exact words where, I can only offer you my discount if you can figure out the on line order?
I told him I would try again to please hold on and he said that he will put me on hold and he hung up!
My wife still went to pick it up and from buying a large with 2 topping at $7.99 turned out to be $17.33 and will place a posting on line and as well on social media to let every one know my dislike about pizza hut in el sereno ca. 05/29/18 ticket # 18 manager (jose v.)

On 5/28/18 I ordered pizza for my staff from a Pizza Hut in Orlando FL on Apopka Vineland road. We thought it tasted funny but we ate it anyways thinking maybe it was us. Well every single one of my staff ended up sick. Everyone. And it all happened without a couple hours of eating your pizza. Not only will me or Amy if my staff ever order from that Pizza Hut again, but we will never order Pizza Hut ever again. The competition out there is way to cut throat for us to spend another penny at a Pizza Hut. I had staff miss school today, work because they were sick from your pizza.

Pizza deal 2 medium pizza with 2 toppings for 5.99 each was a scam.
I ordered 2 medium as the deal has advertised and received 2 awful box of something that I don't know what are they (See picture below). Only dough and 2 toppings without any sauce and cheeses.
Found out tomatoes sauce, cheese, crust, flavor are options for extra charge.
For really medium pizza with 2 toppings will cost more than $11.00 each.
I was scams and will not come back with pizza hut again.
bad busy
I have always loved pizza hut and in the pass had good service at the pizza hut in Prairieville Louisiana until the last month when my sister and I ordered on line and it took over 2 hours to be delivered yes I said over two hours.. Then today I called in my order and was going to pick it up so I wouldn't have the same problem. After they took my order the female said hold on... well I held for over 10 minutes and got angry so I hung up and called back and could never get anyone to answer.. Well I was really hungry for pizza so I went to the store in hopes that they made it. And of course they didn't.. the manager just turned and told the workers not to put ppl on hold... didnt offer to rush my order or anything.. I just walked out hungry.. We ordered a medium pepperoni pan crust and it came out very doughy. We told out waitress about it and she had no response she just walked away then we spoke to another employee and was told in simple turns oh well. We paid our bill and asked for a receipt and again we we're ignored so we just left. We have been dining at this same pizza hut for years and have never had any issues till today.

We ordered online delivery on Saturday night (early Sunday morning) on May 26th to 13601 East Nevada Place, Aurora, CO. The phone number associated with our order was [protected]. I have gotten Pizza Hut online delivery many times and have never had any issues with it. However, this night we were particularly starving and looking forward to our food. We ordered 2 pizzas online (one pepperoni one pineapple). We waited for over an hour and a half and the pizzas still hadn't arrived. Getting hungry, my friend tried to call the store and got no response. Then he had a missed call from a number so he attempted to call/text that number (thinking it was the delivery guy) and still, no response. Our pizza never came and we never even got a heads up that it wasn't coming we just waited and waited and then never received our food. I am not one who normally complains but this was unacceptable. I called Pizza Hut today and they said that they are refunding my card for the online delivery (and that this can take up to 10 days), and that they had left a message stating that they were out of ingredients and that is why the pizza was never delivered. But my friend does not have a message on his phone so that is a complete lie, not to mention why wouldn't we have gotten a call right when the order was placed instead of waiting around hours starving and then receiving no correspondence? The store was closed when we kept trying to call, but we should have gotten a heads up sooner and we could have tried to order something else or at least known not to be waiting around starving for pizza that never came. I was extremely disappointed with this Pizza Hut experience.
worst experience ever
Our visit to here was horrible. What happened to Theresa. First you got rid of Erin who made sure every thing was done correctly. At one time this location had a great supervisor team. This location would have us drive from to meridian to get a great pizza hut which is 28 miles. The friendly smile and warming customer service and great food. This last visited to see new faces and terrible waits. Is this a training store, I see new faces. We the community will be sitting away from this facility hoping that we can get a little ceaser here. We have formed on facebook.
i'm complaining about an order
Well I ordered a 12 Piece chicken wing and they were cold, I ordered an hour and thirty min ago and when I called the person that picked up the phone hung up on me before I could finish what I was trying to say her name is maricela I can also tell that my order was sitting for some time because the heat created water puddles in my meal and everything is also watered down, I pay $17 for this a a tip for some watered down wings that's not fair at all and I'd like this to be resolved in some way, please get in contact with me via email @... not getting what I paid for
Once again I tried you restaurant in Caledonia Michigan. It was later on Sunday evening Memorial Day weekend when I placed my order online. When I arrived the guy couldn't find my order in the computer. When I showed him my email confirmation, he was very hesitant and his nonverbal communication led me to believe something was afoul. I asked him if my order was ready or at least cooking. He quickly said "yes" as he closed the window and went back to the computer. He generated my receipt to sign and I again asked him if my order was ready. He confidently said "yes" this this. I thanked him and proceeded to issue him a 10% tip assuming this experience was not going to be like the past 3 I've had at the restaurant. He then gave me 4 items of my 5 item order and quickly shut the window...I yelled through the window at him (he was still in the other side) but he ignored me. I honked the horn of my truck and he still ignored me. I then had to look up the store phone number online and call the restaurant in order to have someone come back to the take out window that I never left. The worker who took my money never showed his face again. The woman who came to the window informed me he was in the back preparing my garlic knots they failed to make and that it was going to be another 8 minutes...she offered to take the food I was already given and place it under the heat lamps while we waited. I declined knowing it is against food code to take food back through the window once it's been sent out, on top of not wishing to wait even ionger...the manager ultimately provided me a refund for the cost of the garlic knots I paid for along with his excuses as to how he has high turnover.
I order take out because I don't want to cook and clean up after a long day. As it turned out, I had to go home cook something for my wife who's order was missed, and then eat my cold Pizza Hut food that I still paid for.
You run a business of making food orders for customers. It was NOT busy at all. There may have been one customer car in the parking lot and I saw 2 cars pull up to the window from the time I placed my online order sitting in the parking lot until I went to the window myself at the email identified time. This is nothing short of incompetence and laziness with a total disregard to the customers you serve.
