Pizza Hut a very bad pizza

All right I have been a customer for 30 years plus today I ordered a pizza from Pizza hut in Bakersfield California on Panama Lane I called to talk to some the person who is in charge they were very rude to start and today was a very first time I have got a pizza from your company and it was the worst pizza ever had and first thing they thought is I wanted my money yeah I would like to have a replacementbecause of the rudeness of this this person at your pizza location in Bakersfield California on Panama Lane I will not go back and it's messed up because my pizza was raw I asked for light sauce it had hit it had too much sauce on it I have been making pizza ever since 1988 so I know my pizza and it makes me mad when I called to talk to somebody about the order that is not my peach not being cooked all the way through and they told me the only thing that they could do is give me a discount that's fine they can take their their pizza and shove it up their butt cuz I'm mad very mad and upset I thought you guys were the best pizza around but I guess you're you're cut your employer please are showing how nice they are being rude to your customers I don't like to complain but this time I am I am never complained about anything from you guys for and I'm complaining today

Pizza Hut bad customer service and horrible food

I made a online order for delivery & I spent $30.77 I bought blue cheese for my wings which the blue cheese was not delivered I called the store and spoke with Joshua whom stated he's the manager and would send me more wings and the blue cheese out a hour later I calls back speaks to somebody name Ant whom said Oh we'll send them out it will be a hour I told him I'm not waiting another hour for wings and blue cheese i want a refund I was placed on hold for 5mins and then they hung up and wouldn't answer when I called back. Everytime I order online and have to order from that store it's always a problem & the food was horrible..I will not be spending my money at Pizza Hut anymore And I wouldn't like a refund for this order...Ticket #0098 Store on Castor Ave ...My number is [protected]

Pizza Hut order wrong

I placed an order for 3 medium pizzas, burning hot buffalo wings and four drinks. The drinks were wrong, the burning hot buffalo wings were the wrong flavor and now I my pizza is cold waiting on the correct order. I called to store in hopes of getting the order corrected and they insisted they need to order number. I told them the delivery girl didn't give me a receipt but I have the online order info. The lady that answered the phone was rude and continued to ask how do you know the wing are wrong. UGH ! The SMELL for one.

Pizza Hut customer service

Waited 2 hours for pizza another hour for delivery, then it was over 45 minutes late, so I called to check on my order. I was told I could cancel it or continue to wait. Meanwhile no one called us to say it was running extra late. So I cancelled since that was really my only other option. Then I called back because that was such bad customer service and they offered to re-cook my food and deliver it, then I was put on hold and hung up on. I proceeded to drive to the store, I get there for them to tell me they just delivered my pizza, I get home and no pizza. I called the store back and they delivered it to another person. This is ridiculous!

Pizza Hut coupon failure/uncaring mgmnt

This is concerning an issue I had on Thursday, 11/15/18. I was emailed a coupon for a 3 topping med for 6.00. Nowhere on this coupon was there a limit however you had to order online only. Not a problem, I have/use the app frequently. The app would only apply the coupon to one of the pizzas, so I ordered only the one, completed the sale and continued to make an additional order a little later. The coupon would not work. I went ahead and submitted the order, paid for it and then called the hut that was going to be making the order. The second girl that was put on the phone said that they couldn't honor the coupon since it was an online only thing to which I replied that was fine but I wanted to at least make sure the pizza had the 3 toppings bc the app will not let you triple a single topping. Apparently, the people in house can't do that either without adding an additional charge nor can they be even remotely sympathetic or helpful. She mentioned that she had a different coupon that was 6.99 but couldn't/wouldn't adjust anything. I would have been content if she just said "Hey, I will make sure the topping is tripled for you, don't worry about it" but no, that would have just been too much to ask in customer service. I will say the pizza was good tasting and looking but I am no longer interested in being loyal to a place and treated poorly. I will be deleting the app and will from now on go to another place for service. I remember when Pizza Hut cared as much about returning customers as they did a buck, times change. There is no resolution to be had, I just want corporate to know that the people they employ now don't care about anything but their check, there is no pride in their work. Their attitude definitely reflects leadership, all the way to the top...standards of service have diminished greatly. This is what happens when everyone gets a participation trophy, there is no competition to be good and proud at what you do.

Pizza Hut overcooked pizza

Very disappointed last few orders. Medium/Large pizzas always a gamble with overcooked and cold upon delivery. I ordered two small pizzas, because they're generally cooked very well. This time, $56, two small and one medium, overcooked (like a McCain frozen pizza), the cheese was hardened/black/brown, the slices were separated (luke-warm). I ordered the pizza online, around noon (12 PM), and it was to be delivered at 1:30 PM. While the pizza boxes felt warm upon delivery, the pizza wasn't necessarily hot. It was warm, but like it was either re-cooked, or kept under some lap (not cooked to serve).

Again, extremely disappointing, because it's been getting worse, and I expect the standards to be way above what one would expect from a frozen pizza, or a Little Caesar's pizza that's been cooked well in advance.

Pizza Hut a slip and fall

As i was entering the door to pay for my food, I completely just slid and fell && i seen that there was no wet floor signs up cause it was raining really hard that day, no one asked me was i ok or anything it actually made me feel bad, the cashier was laughing as she was to the front my leg didnt bother me at all lastnight it didnt start hurting until this morning && thats when i went to the hospital && they told me what was wrong witg my leg it was because of the fall

Pizza Hut my order

I was emailed coupons I ordered the pizza spoke to some to clarify. Was informed my pizza was order on us told them what I wanted she said manager took care of everything. I get my order to door the drive ask for money informed him it was a order oh Pizza Hut. He take them to car speak to some and take pizzas back. I called and asked for manager was denied I'm not happy with Pizza Hut at all something need to be done.

I ordered pizza with the coupon that was emailed to me . Was told my order is in and it's was called order on us. The Driver took them to car . We ended up paying for them and the same pizza they took back they redelivered that's cold and old I am not a happy Pizza Hut customer. When asked to speak to manager i was denied . How do you treat customers any way and expect them to spend money at your location.

Pizza Hut I ordered online and never received my order.

I ordered online for my family's dinner on Monday November 1st because I got off work late.We waited and waited and nothing ever came, and by this time everywhere around us had closed and I had to explain why we didn't have dinner. I think I should have gotten a call at least saying they were no longer delivering, I understand it was late, but they said that they were still delivering, so assumed everything was ok. It sounds small, but where I live after a certain time everything closes down and we didn't have any other options...I believe it to only be fair that they repay us in the food we asked for, that's a lot easier than explaining to a 9yr old boy why he doesn't have the food I promised him...Thank you for your time.Thanks, Mark. Pizza Hut waiting for my food order for over 29 minutes!

I order Pepsi and Personal Pan Supreme Pizza and 2 employees forgot my order (Twice!) that have been delayed for over 29 minutes at Pizza Hut in Traverse City. This is the longest wait in my 40 years of eating there that happened in the same restaurant building since 1978 that I eat there as a teenager in my high school days. It happened on November 8, 2018 and 007941 and Table 23 at 1:02 p.m. I arrive there at 12:40 p.m. and did not leave at 1:40 p.m. I should have left half hour behind schedule. Also, One of the employee forgot the dish and software for my pizza. I had to get out of my seat to get it the dish and software in the cooking room.

No! Chris 1977! They only have just 3 employees in the building! Short staff! 2 employees and one cooking and that it! This is kind of weird, But not happy with the delay all the time. Traverse City population is 15, 545, But the county is 92, 000. This is only 1 Pizza Hut building in town.

Pizza Hut service

I am writing to complain about Pizza Hut at 59th and Peoria in Tulsa okla first of all I ordered 2 pizzas and order cheese 2 maybe 3 months ago I was told it be 30-45 min when I took 1 1/2 hours to get it after I called the store can you find out where my pizza is at that time that manager offered me a 10% discount I was absolutely fine with that then when my pizza and And what was to be my cheesesteaks got to the house over an hour and a half later my cheese sticks was actually just breadsticks I did not get the cheese on them so I called the store back and this time the manager offered me $10 credit on to my next pizza order I was OK with that one and then last night on 111 and what was to be much cheesesteaks got to the house over an hour and a half later my cheese sticks was actually just breadsticks I did not get the cheese on them so I called the store back in this time the manager offered me $10 credit on to my next pizza ordered I was OK with that one and the nexts day after this experience I did the survey they gave me a promotion code to use at that time to take $10 off from my neck pizza order I waited quite some time to order another pizza just because I was still really upset at the way things are taken care of but I completely understand if things do happen so I was willing to try again then on 1110 I tried to use my credit and that promotion code they told me at that time but it had to be an online order I've tried four times to do it online order it would not let me do that order it just kept taking me back to the start screen so I called the store back and they told me that I would have to call because senior and gave me the phone number I called the call center explained exactly what happened and the lady on the phone told me in order to use that code I would have to do it online again I explain to her that it would not let me I did not know what was going on with Pizza Hut website she got an attitude with me so I told her I wanted to speak to a manager she told me that she was a supervisor and that nobody else was going to give me any other answer than what she was giving me when all she was basically was giving me an attitude I was not asking for anything special other than help to get this pizza order After having attitude from the store manager when I called the store and then getting an attitude with a person at the call center that says they are a supervisor I tell them I want to speak to a district manager she told me that that's not possible and that once again wasn't nobody going to override her and change her the story of what how thing after having attitude from the store manager when I called the store and then getting an attitude with a person at the call center that says they are a supervisor I tell them I want to speak to a district manager she told me that that's not possible and that once again wasn't nobody going to override her What she was saying was the way it would be because she was a supervisor as well so I got frustrated and said just forget it I would call another company after talking with my boyfriend we decided that it be best to make a formal complaint with Pizza Hut corporation due to he was a A store manager for the Pizza Hut corporation and we both worked at one time at the 49th and Peoria store we know that's not how Pizza Hut in general rents their business but if this is the way the people and customers are going to be treated by your employees I will no longer be doing service with This company I completely understand everybody has a bad day because I work in retail myself but what I do not understand is how this company does not let their people help you win at their website that's having issues

Pizza Hut delivery service

Me and my coworkers order lunch at 11:00am and requested that it would be delivered at 12:00pm and we only get 20 minutes for lunch. They didn't show until 12:30pm I missed my lunche and how to wait till 2:30pm eat my food. I was not happy with the service they provided to me and my coworkers. We had order food earlier in the week and they delivered it on time I don't know why they were late this time but it was a big inconvenience to all of us because we order there all the time.

Pizza Hut pizza and delivery

They took forever to bring our family order and then when we called to see what was going on the order wasn't even put in and so they redid the order and still took forever and then it was wrong order . I have 3 small children and two teens and made dinner a hectic night. The driver didn't seem to care he also forgot our drinks and still had to pay for something we didn't really want . We called to complain and kept getting hung up on or they put us on hold forever

Pizza Hut order that went through call center

At 5:33 CST today 11-07-2018 I called local Pizza Hut number in Centerville, Ia and after barely a ring it put us into a call center line. I ordered a personal pan pizza, 1 order of cheese sticks and asked for a personal size chicken milano. I was told that is not available is no longer in the menu, so settled for a personal size chicken alfredo, ended up getting to pizza hut and asking when they stopped having chicken Milan on their menu and were told they have it, then we mentioned the prices must have really increased and find out it showed we ordered 2 family orders of cheese sticks, a personal pan and a pan of chicken alfredo with a side order of 5 plain bread sticks no sauce so basically order was ridiculously messed up. If in the future we call and are placed with customer call center where apparently the staff is inept we will no longer eat at pizza hut.

The service fee that they began charging their customer whether carry out or delivery as I was told by my regular pizza hut place where I live said that its for their new answering system. When you call to order pizza and they are too busy to answer, it will automatically transfer you to a call center overseas and talk with the customer service and order it for you by computer. Still when I called it took them a long time to pick up and spoke with a heavy accent lady and offer a lot of other things for extra fee. I told her I just want to order a large peperoni pizza just like I always do. Then she ask me where do i want to pick it up?

I should have known that this so called complaint site was a joke! I made a complaint for Pizza Hut, pizza delivery ticket # 145/I unit #002689 9/29/18 driver: james. To date I have heard nothing from you or Pizza Hut and am very upset. I expected a response from you, but as I said you are a joke! Complaints to your service are just like Pizza Hut, lousy and a lie.
Do you ever answer a complaint or resolve anything?
I really would appreciate a response and my money back, as taking this to Facebook would not be good.

Pizza Hut poor delivery

I ordered a pizza at 8 o'clock in Dubai(from their Satwa branch) and they had not delivered my Pizza till 9:30 and I had to go out to eat. This is not the first time that this has happened and I live 800 meters from Pizza Hut but they take an hour to deliver a pizza. The pizza Hut service is very unprofessional and hope Pizza Hut US takes an action as their reputation is being tarnished.

Pizza Hut my overall order

My order took long to be delivered and not only that when my order was delivered ($40 worth) they left out the ranch and marinade sauce for my wings and bread sticks. Called and was told they was telling the driver to come back. They never did. I will never get anything from them again. Especially someone that's been in customer service for years. All this took place around 6 something pm when I placed the order 11-3-18 for Darlington pizza hut

Pizza Hut pizza

When I ordered a 2 topping pizza with EXTRA cheese I was expecting exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately the topping were mostly on one side of the pizza and looked like they had an amputee make it with their feet. So I decided to call and see if they had made the order wrong. And apparantly from the associate I spoke to when u order a pizza with 2 toppings they only put it on one side? The person even hung up in my face and continue to pick up and immediately hang up the phone the 4-5 times I tried to call back which was EXTREMELY unprofressional. By this time I was forced to drive down to the store and deal with another person by time time I was over the pizza and just wanted my refund. The amount of disrespect was unbelievable, made me feel as though I was a beggar instead of a PAYING customer. I prefer the dough and sauce from pizza hut but I probably will not be back.

Pizza Hut chicken alfredo

We take away two chicken Alfredo and when reach home and start eating 50% is over cooked, burn and so hard means definitely not eatable. We are customer of pizza hut since 15 years in Uae. This is happen to us but when we are paying it should not happen even single time. You should take it serious as it should not happen. Once a customer want to enjoy a meal and this things comes out it is really disappointing. So look into the matter and take necessary action as we are very old customer of you.

We bought the chicken Alfredo some time ago and once we reach at home and start eating we found that 50% of meal is burnt, over cooked and very heard means it was totally not eatable. This happen with use first time but we are disappointed really with this poor cooking. I am attaching the pictures and bill also and hope that you will take quick action and resolve our complaint

Pizza Hut services

I have been ordering from these people for a while now and they are the worst. My order is never right or I get it up to four hours late most of the time and every time that I call in I'm told sorry and that they will give a discount but nothing ever happens. I don't get the discount and the services is worse the next time. We live in a small city so we have few fast food places that deliver and they play of of that. The delivery drivers are sometimes rude and won't show but will lie and say that they did because they don't want to travel here. I even went into the store and ordered and it took 3 hrs to get my food, other customers where waiting along time as well and they were so mad till they were cursing the workers out because they just walk around, talk and play instead of working and that doesn't make any sense.
