My girlfriend and I entered the Pizza Hut located in "Tennispalatsi" in the Kamppi neighborhood of Helsinki. I said hello to the waitress who was supposed to seat us. Not only did she not greet us back, she did not even look at me and raised her hand at me in a condescending and rude manner to signal us to wait. We waited for sime time after which she gave us a choice between two tables, one of which had not yet been cleaned. We told her we'd like to sit at that particular table and as a result she sighed and rolled her eyes at us and reluctantly went to clean it. At that point we decided to leave. I have previously visited Pizza Hut in other countries and the service has always been top notch. I've always had a good image of Pizza Hut which is why this terrible service and attitude shocked me. If I didn't know that this service was not usual for Pizza Hut, I'd never eat there again.

On 9/292017, around 6:45 pm, at Chamberlain, SD Pizza Hut place I stopped in to pick up my carry out I had ordered over a landline around 5:30 pm eariler. The lady asked me my name & I gave it. She told me the price & I paid it. She looked through all the boxes then went to talk w someone. She came back & I jokingly said, " They gave it away huh!?" She mumbled something then continued boxing up done pizzas. After 5 minutes I asked her again where my pizza was. Finally she said something I could hear & it was that, "It's coming." I had ordered the pizza at 5:30 pm to be ready at 7:00 pm because on Fridays I go to see my mother for a whole day ( usually all Saturday ) in a Hospice Home in Sioux Falls. I take the pizza w me because that is my supper for the day! For y see I drive hospital patients all over the state of South Dakota. Usually by the time I get to Sioux Falls I have already logged in about 1, 000 miles driving for that day. The pizza might be cold but it is usually good anyway. I told the lady boxing pizzas I can't wait another 30 minutes for a pizza I ordered 2 hours ago! I want the money they took from me probably knowing they didn't have a pizza for me already whem I came in! The receipt info' :

They suck at service. Two and half hours for two medium pizzas. They doesn't fly in my book. U need to review and watch them on camera. They are not that busy . This is crazy . I plan a small party and no food groom my favorite pizza place . A complete let down. Your customer herbert burnette . U as a corporate company should check ur employees as a company ran franchise and a leasing contract on to other people. Thank u

ordered 2 large pizzas a 16 piece bone out chicken two order's of French fries and 2 Dr peppers on 09/29/2017 @6:39 pm from y'alls store on Gross Rd in Mesquite Texas the pizzas I ordered we're a large pepperoni black olive that came like I ordered the other was a am pineapple and jalapeño pizza it never made it instead I got a medium pepperoni pizza I had ordered 2 order's of blue cheese dip it never showed either I ordered the Dr peppers and only one came and about 40 minutes later the other the manager gave me a small credit and normally I don't have a problem with this store they actually are a good crew I spent $54.70 ad that was after a %20 discount and 60% of my order was messed up I had all my grandchildren over and needless to say they didn't get as much as expected for dinner I'll be honest after this experience I'm almost persuaded to use someone else because obviously I wasn't important enough for anyone from the manager to the delivery driver to take time to get the order right thanks for y'alls time.

I made an order online at the South Cumberland St. Lebanon TN location went to go pick both pizzas up.. a personal pan and a large stuffed crust that I had ordered and only one had been made. The woman who checked me out said that the manager was suppose to have called me and did not! So instead of making things right they acted like it was okay ! And it's not ! Such horrible service at this location! I will never order at this location ever again!

My family and I went to Pizza Hut in Dryersvile Iowa . We sat down ordered drinks ask about a special the waiter said I don't know that's was there before I started . He brought our drinks had to go back and ask about Manager about the special. As we where ordering he was walking away very nervous . Yelling what kind of crust we wanted across the resururant . Long story short he didn't put our order in and told us we should just leave . The manager said no it's not ordered that's was it we walked out after waiting for a hour and watched 3 other tables get up and walk out .

Placed on September 28 at 5:48 PM. My order amount was $38.23. I tipped the driver $5.00 cash, did not add any additional amount to my card because Michelle was tipped with cash. My debit card was charged 45.88. This amount was NOT authorized. I need some to please advise why this amount was taken out of my account. The amount of 45.88 was not authorized. Our pizza was cold and out pizza boxes were all mashed in. I am requesting the difference back, even though our order was sub par at best. I have called the restaurant myself and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes with NO resolution. My time is valuable, my money is valuable and I do not appreciate being stolen from. If some one would reply back I would be able to send a copy of my receipt. Please advise!

I ordered the dinner box online and a two liter mountain dew. I used an online coupon from groupon.com which made the dinner box $9 and mountain dew was $2.75 and I received my email confirming my order to my email stating my total with tax and delivery fees was $16.74. well wen it was delivered I only got two orders of bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and mountain dew... the driver was very hateful and rude And said I didn't order a pizza...I showed him my email confirmation my order and he basically called me a liar. I refused to take any of the food and I ddnt pay him. I told him I would call Austin. So I did and after being put on hold for about 15 minutes, he said it showed that I ordered dinner box which includes pizza and bread sticks and cinnamon sticks..but said it ddnt show wat kind of pizza I wanted ( which all they would had to do is call me back to ask) but instead they sent me the wrong order. After talking with Austin he said he would fix pepperoni pizza for me bc they messed my order up...I told him I wanted the dinner box with pepperoni pizza with sticks included and two liter mountain dew. He said he would fix it and send them back out wen my order was ready. Then about 45 minutes later another male delivery driver came and told me my order total was $23.32! I had just got off the phone with Austin and he said he would fix it prior to sending another order out here..then with this order I was charged $11 for dinner box (although I used a coupon online) and was supposed to be $9..charged me $4 for bread sticks ( that I didnt order) and $2.75 for two liter. This delivery driver was also very rude and hateful. I called Austin back again bc he was supposed to fix it prior to sending another order and Austin was very rude, cussing, and was very unprofessional. He was on speaker phone phone so driver could hear him about my correct total and Austin said I owed him $16.35 or something close to that..I gave driver $20 and he didn't even give me my change back. I have had an issue before with this pizza hut and I tried being nice ad possible about it but this is ridiculous. I have worked many years in customer service and restaurants/ retail environments and Austin and his driver's are far from professionals. My debit card was charged $98.00 few months back and I went in several times and spoke with Austin about it and he didn't seem to care and refused to give me a corporate number. I hate to get ugly about it but I WILL NOT fool with this place again.

Please have a general manager contact me about an incident that happened with an order to the Galvez, Louisiana location. Please do not have the manager of that location contact me, she was NO help. I am a loyal customer to out Tompkinsville, Ky. Pizza Hut. 09-27-17, I tried to put in an online order knowing they closed at 9:00 PM. I called them at 8:45 to see if my order had gone through and she informed me they closed at 9 o clock. When I tried to put my order in again, because she told me it had not gone through, it said the store was already closed. It was now 8:46. I understand people want to go home aftr work but the restaurant is suppose to be open until 9:00. I found this very rude. This is not the 1st time I have called to put in a order and they have informed me the store closed at that time. I give a lot of business to this place but if I continue to be done like this I will take my business elsewhere. All I want from this complaint is for us to be able to order up until closing time.

Long time Pizza Hut customer here and I've never had a problem. I ordered a pizza and a drink tonight and the delivery girl, while super sweet, couldn't find my apartment for like 20 minutes. She called twice and I tried to talk her through it. Finally I had go meet her in a parking lot four stories down. After all of that, my drink wasn't delivered, my sides of ranch were warm and my pizza was cold. I left a note on my order how to get to my building and I've never had a problem with someone delivering. Please let me know if I'm able to receive a refund as my pizza was cold and they forgot my drink.

I ordered a $10 large ANY toppings pizza when I ordered what I wanted I found I had to pay extra for toppings which were pepperoni bacon onion and black olives. It shouldn't state any toppings because it's misleading. When I got home with my pizza I just picked up I saw it didn't have any bacon which I paid extra for. I couldn't go back for them to fix it because I live 30 minutes away and I just worked a 12 hour day so too tired. Normally I love pizza hut and have no complaints but today fell short of the norm.

I am a loyal customer for over 20 years, and never had a bad experience, I ordered a Tuscani Chicken Alfredo pasta dish to my hotel. And when they delivered it they provided no type of utensils. And when I called to tell the manager she told me well they usually don't put that with delivery unless specified. I told her every order that should come utensils unless it is pizza.

I was at the Pizza Hut 2004 Eastern blvd Essex md 21220 today September 27th 2017. I walked in to find the females making pizza with gloves. I asked why were they touching food without glove and her response was " The oven that bake the Pizza is so hot that it burn off all the germs" so not only did she touch the food without gloves she was also working the cash register at the same time. I am waiting for corporate to return my call if not I will contact the health department

My son and I went to order lunch on September 27, 2017 at 12:26 pm at unit 002600 in Bentonville, Arkansas with our server being Kassi. We walked in and ordered two drinks and a an order or garlic knots as an appetizer and a meat lover 's pizza we had a coupon for the side. We were waiting for appetizer and finished drinking our drinks and no refills because she was not attentive to her customers. The appetizer and pizza came out at the same time and still no refills I had to ask for refills and had to use a plastic fork that broke as I tried to cut my pizza.The appetizer was to be filled garlic knots they were not and came out barely warm and the marinara sauce was watery. The pizza was ok but by far not what pizza hut has made in the past. The service was terrible and product was as well. I asked for a box and two cups and just wanted to leave and will never order there again. When paying the girl said she could not break a $100 and gave us all $5 for change. I can not believe I had to pay $25.21 for a pizza, garlic knots and drink that I could have gotten at a far less price elsewhere. I hope something is done about his store I now understand why the parking lot was empty.Pizza hut product was and is better in other locations.

When I came in to the lobby of pizza hut to order didnt see anyone but of course thought might be in the back but after 15 minutes of waiting shouting hello! Still noone then I saw a girl and a guy come from way back of store they saw me but were having a conversation with each other didnt even acknowledge me like I wasnt even there girl talking the whole time dont know what was going on there but didnt look work related but anyhow after all this she finally came towards lobby gets on her phone! This was ridiculas and wierd and when I turned around to leave then she asked if I wanted to order NO THANK YOU! Before door closed I heard her reply "Good didnt wanna take an order anyway" I will never return to this store atleast not when this person is there you could tell she was very young and immature and definately unprofessional...

This restaurant deserves nothing but a bad feedback. The delivery took 2 hours to get to me. I told them i would file a complaint and it still was late. This is the last time i place an order from this [censor] service restaurant. AbuDhabi - Musaffah branch. Customers have the right to know when is the exact time the food will be delivered. They lied and kept saying it'll need 10 more minutes to get to me. This restaurant deserves negative feedbacks.

He turned the soda machines off and I couldn't get a refill he was turning the lights out and turned the TVs off while I was watching the cowboys football game and trying to eat my food. This guy is always an a hole
He has refused to break a hundred dollar bill several yes at lunch he want put a BBQ drizzle on my pizza the list goes on I have never been treated so rudley in my life he has no customer service skills I will not be going back to this location as long as he is there

The server Lacy I had today wasn't the nicest or best ! She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and me and my husband had to get up and refill our own drinks! When we did she decided to get an attitude with us! She made me not want to EVER go back there again, if I were to walk in and see she was working I would literally walk right back out!
