Pizza Hut food and service

My family and i went to Ruby Tuesdays in Easley sc tonight and were extremely disappointed. The service and food were horrible. The salad bar was low on or out of everything. The tomatoes were rotten. It took about 45 mins to get our order and we were never given any refills. I had to go up to the bar where the manager was and ask for more tea while i could clearly hear and see all the waitstaff in the back laughing and talking. I had to send my steak back because it wasn't cooked right and when the waitress brought it back out, she told us the cooks were tired and grouchy and the cook threw my steak back on the plate. Her words. The pasta in my husband's dish was like rubber. They overcharged us (they charged $14.99 + $3.00 for the chicken and broccoli dish w salad bar. The special was 9.99 + 3.00). I had to get up and go to where the waitress was standing talking to another waitress to tell her about that. We will def not be going back there again.

Pizza Hut give me what I pay for with extra sauce please

I have order pizza yesterday 10/29/2018 around 12:00pm from this same Pizza Hut every 2 week this same guy always messup my order heavy set guy with a beard I personally like for the older guy to make my pizza this older with glasses guy is in his late 40's or early 50's well manner he always give me what I pay for but anyway back to the younger guy hand me my pizza 2 large pepperoni with xtra pepperoni and cheese and sauce this guy bring me out the pizza out the warmer the 2 large burnt pizza I look at it then I checked underneath the cheese like I expected almost no sauce on my pizza he blame it on the pizza warmer saying it dried out in the pizza warmer the sauce not true the older guy made my pizza before and the pizza sauce did not dried out in the pizza warmer in the past with the older guy I ask him I don't have enough sauce on my pizza he said it is enough then he said I am not making you another pizza and have a nice day this guy did this to me a month ago burnt my pizza and did not add no xtra sauce on both of my pizza I paid for it saying to myself it is not that important then when I got home to eat it it was the driest nastiest pizza I have ever eating in my life the guy got mad at me and raised his voice at me like I made the mistake on this pizza this is crazy I wont come here nomore until he is gone because he don't like me now and I think he will do something to my pizza the address is 7941 euclid ave Cleveland Ohio [protected]

Pizza Hut employee pulled up to my house and the proceeded to drive off. he had his pizza hut sign off.

I order my pizza @ 10:00 pm he did not arrive till 11:17 my order was already not fresh as it could be but then the driver decided to get off. I did not receive my food, me and my husband both were coming out when he decided to drive off. He was in a little blue car maybe a Toyota or Nissan couldn't make it out he had all his lights off. This is very inexcusable and very disappointing. I am not happy at all.

Pizza Hut unauthorized credit card charges

called pizza hut Ennis at 7:43PM to order the big box dinner. She did tell me that it would take 70 minutes to be delivered to my location of 1604 Yorkstown Drive, Ennis
9:15PM I called back to pizza hut and asked of an update on my order and she told be another 30 minutes as they had no drivers and that I needed to calm down and wait like everyone else and hung up the phone.
9:18PM I called back and another employee answered the phone and I asked them about my order and they said it was ready and that as soon as a driver got back that it would be delivered. I told her that it wasn't a problem that I would just come pick it up. Once I got to PH - Ennis. The employee that I had spoken to last said that my order was still being made. But had previous told me on the phone that it was ready. She also informed me that instead of the original $39.71 that had already been charged to my card that she only charged $20.28 which PH - Ennis did not have my permission to make another charge to my bank card. I do business with PH - Ennis every Wednesday. Very disappointed in this experience.

Pizza Hut mushroom soup

Hai, saya nak complain untuk mashroom soup yang saya beli di pizza hut putra heights subang jaya, selangor. Saya beli 4 bekas tetapi mashroom soup itu cair seperti air dan juga rasanya sangat tawar tidak macam sebelum ini. Saya sangat kecewa kerana pekerja disitu tidak memberi kerjasama yang baik apabila saya ke sana untuk mengantikan dengan yang baru. Jadi saya harap pihak HQ dapat membaik pulih hal ini supaya tidak berlaku lagi. Terima kasih :)

Pizza Hut pizza order/ delivery

On Sat. Oct 27th, my family decided to order pizza for my kids sleepover. We placed and paid for the order at 7:53pm and was given an estimate time of delivery of 9:25pm for this order. We called the location on 4715 Jonesboro Rd. we couldn't get anyone on the phone around 10:45 we were quite frustrated from waiting and we had hungry kids who were also disappointed because they collectively agreed on Pizza Hut. Once I did arrive at the location on Jonesboro the location looked closed minuse the two cars in the drive through so I decided to wait, but after about 15min of sitting there and no one coming to the windows and the cars just sitting I decided to get out of the drive through line and try to get someone's attention inside. I drove around to where the lobby entrance is and I noticed a delivery driver pulling pizzas out of his truck. I called him over and explained the reason I was there at 11pm, and hopefully to see if he was just running extremely late and my order was in the truck. After I explained my experience he asked my address and then proceeded to tell me they were closed, and that he didn't have any order with my address. I told him I had paid and I have a confirmation on my phone, and asked if he knew how I would get refunded he assumed that the refund would just go back to my card. He then proceeded to tell me he was the only driver and that they should have called me to inform me if they weren't going to be able to fulfill my order (I didn't receive a call) also he said that if a driver calls out orders get bumped, because they don't have drivers to cover them all. I don't feel like this is an acceptable solution to my problem because I didn't get a call, we waiting over 2hours! And no one told us anything, I had to leave my house and come to the store just to be told that the store was closed for one, I may receive a refund of the monies I'd paid, there wasn't an order for my address, but I have a receipt on my phone. My kids were extremely disappointed and I was extremely upset. I would like for someone to reach out to me by phone and offer a solution to my problem. Pizza Hut service

Yesterday I ordered a pizza and 2 orders of boneless wings from the Pizza Hut at 110 Daniel Drive in Uniontown, PA. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived approximately 20 minutes later and still had to wait 10 minutes for order. Upon arrival home I opened the container that I thought would contain my double order of wings to find just a single order. I called the pizza hut only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Once they took my call they said to come back and they would give me my remaining wings. The last thing I wanted to do after a 12 hour work day and 20 minute drive home was make a second 20 minute drive back to get my wings but did. Upon arrival to Pizza Hut I had another 10 minute wait. While waiting I witnessed a young female employee snap and yell at another customer who had her takeout order screwed up. With service like this I do not understand how this site is still open. It may be a long time before I try this establishment again.

I called the location at 10:35pm because I had not received my order and was told that the order was cashed out so it was on it's way. I called back at 11:24pm because I still had received my order. I was told by Manager that someone called and I have no missed calls. I had been sitting waiting since I placed the order at 9:55pm and no one called me to discuss that something they didn't have which was the Pasta, Chicken Alfredo. So my order was cancelled. My debit card was charged $41.93 and I had added a $5.00. This location is terrible for delivery and it's getting worse. The Manager was very unprofessional and tried nothing to rectify this problem. So I am out money and no order was delivered.

Pizza Hut pizza was cold

Ordered a Pizza online about 12:00 for pickup at 2:00 PM. Got there exactly at 2:00, at the store on Jefferson, across from WLAC, and the place was almost empty, and the counter girl went into the kitchen and sliced up my pizza. She carried it to the counter but didn't open it, as is usual. When I opened it and touched it, it was cold and the cheese was "set." I asked her to refund my money, but she said she couldn't because I paid with a credit card.
Next time I'll pay when I pick it up, and definitely at another store. I threw it in the garbage after taking a bit. It was terrible.

Pizza Hut food

I rarely ever order from Pizza Hut anymore, but I was out late with two kids and I chanced it. I'm very disappointed. The service was fine, but the food was burned and stale. The pizza boxes are full of dark black grease, and there is grease and smeared food all over the outside of the box. It's disgusting. We went ahead and ate since I spent $30, and we we're desperate. I wouldn't eat at this restaurant again, not ever. I feel bad for feeding it to my daughter and her friend. I hope someone does something about the quality of food because it's been this bad since the early 2000's when I boycotted it in the first place. It makes me sad because my mom used to take us and it was a special deal, back in the 80's when the table cloths we're red checkered. She always loved you guys, and that's why I periodically chance it again. It won't happen again.

Pizza Hut service /customer service

I placed my online order at 7:06 pm. Arrived at the Pizza Hut on Street Rd in Warminster, PA at 7:30 to find a room full of people waiting for their food. After waiting 15 minutes, I was asked if I was being taken care of. After paying for my order I watched as order after order went out. A man with his daughter came in and ordered AT THE STORE and got their food before me. One lady actually came to the store to order because no one was answering the phone. Another gentleman left his cold food there, even though he had paid for it. When I finally got my food at 8:12 the pizza was cold and so was the apology, or lack thereof by Doug, the store manager. When I asked Doug if there was someone I could complain to he informed me that the person was "too busy, I can complain to him". When I asked Doug the name of the person who was too busy, he told me that the person WILL talk to me in "a minute or two ". Five minutes later, I left. I did get the regional manager name... Pizza Hut unethical behaviour

On 10/26/18 I placed an order on line at 10:50 with the Pizza Hut location 3620 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77007 store number (021765) charged to my visa $36.26 at around 11:48 the driver (Rueben) calls an ask my address I gave him 3100 n. main he stated the address was incorrect I stated no, this is the correct address Rueben stated that it wasn't I inform him where i was located and he stated we don't deliver to that address. I was like why not and he said because it outside of their delivery area. Rueben stated that he was canceling my order. I said the web gave me their address he said he couldn't deliver my order and hung up with him . I called the location at 713.861.8877 talked w/Akela (manager) she stated that we were inside their deliver area, but when I gave location she stated that they get this issue all the time with this address and that corporate is aware of this, but still will not allow them to deliver even when the customer is unaware of the address issue. I asked for my money back and she said it was going to take 3 -5 days. I said I want my money back today. The General manager (Arfran) told her to tell me 3-5 days and to hang up on me because I stated I wasn't hanging up until my money was back in my acct today. The fact that corporate is aware of this address issue and as well as the store, but not us as the customer. I was told that corporate tells the store not deliver or they will get "mad" with the store is totally unethical and rude. The rude attitude of the general manager (Arfran) to tell a manager to hang up on a customer is appalling and insensitive, but it stands to reason that managers act this way since attitude is a reflection of leadership. Leadership that knows of known issues, but will not address them properly outside of inconveniencing a customer and not caring that they have ruined an event. I had to cancel the event that was planned and my money wasn't placed in my account so, that I could place an order with someone else. As a longtime customer of Pizza Hut after today I will spend my money with businesses that appreciate my business. I'm thinking about contacting our local TV stations concerning these practices.

Pizza Hut order not ready within decent frame

On October 25th 2018 I placed an online Pizza Hut carry-out order that confirmed to be ready at 7:55 p.m. I arrived at the Pizza Hut store at 8:35 and I had to wait until 9:10 p.m. to get my order I know that Pizza Hut does not wait until you get there to keep your food hot if anything my food should have been cold because I was late getting there not waiting on wings to cook there were four visible employees and no customers there's no reason I should have had to wait an extra 40 minutes for wings

Pizza Hut bad service

I ordered a delivery order online tonight. After an hour I called to see where my pizza was. They told me it would be a two hour delivery wait. What? We live in a tiny town and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes. I asked how long if I came and picked up my order. He said 10 minutes. I went to the store and picked up my order. There were no customers in the restaurant and at least 4 people working. I asked the girl at the till why the wait on delivery. She couldn't even hold her eyes open she was so messed up on something and mumbled to me incoherently. The "manager" had to push the buttons on the till for her because she couldn't. I wondered why she was working at all and why they didn't send her home. When I got home I called the store because I wanted the managers number. I thought he needed to go to the store and see this for himself. I talked to the guy who was managing the night shift, his name was Nick. He told me the managers name was also Nick and wouldn't be in until morning. I told him the girl was so out of it she couldn't keep her eyes open. He paused for a long time and then said he hadn't noticed yet. I said yes you did you were right there when I was in. I then told him he needed to send that girl home. He said he would. I will never order from that pizza hut again. I have only heard bad things lately and it's NEVER busy.

Pizza Hut large pan super supreme

I was surprised by the very poor toppings of the large pan super supreme pizza..I contacted the branch that delivered the order and complained...no action was done as if the Egyptians do not deserve the high pissa hut standards known all over the world! Searching for the delicious pepperoni, could not find exept a very little amount. The empty portion surrounding the edge is too large as shown in the figures.

Pizza Hut delivery service

I ordered a large pizza for my nephew in Corpus Christi, TX at approximately 9:55 pm on 10/21/2018. I was told that it would be delivered in 40-50 minutes. I got a call from the delivery person at 12:45 am trying to find out the apartment #. My nephew said that the pizza was cold and it should not have taken almost 3 hours to deliver. I paid $30 with my credit card for the pizza and cinnabons. I think that this should be refunded. I will not call into pizza hut again since they cannot hold up to delivering in a timely and hot manner.

Pizza Hut cleveland, tn - keith st.

I ordered a pepperoni, bacon pizza tonight and received ham instead. I called resteraunt, after a run around from employee conveying message to her manager she told me to bring ham and it would be remade. I told her I would be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived to get pizza they had not even began to remake proper order. I asked for a. Coupon or something that would compensate for the hour I spent trying to get my order correct. She explained to me that it was not her fault that my hour was wasted, in a very rude, unprofessional manner. The name tag was unreadable. I know she had a cast on her arm. I have my online receipt if there is any other information you need to gather. I was given a cookie when pizza was finally done. Point is the customer service I received from the smart mouthed manager was unacceptable. I don't feel I will be returning to that location.

Pizza Hut pizza hut service in boulder city arizona

I enjoy pizza hut often . We usually go to kingman arizona for the lunch special and all the team there is wonderful.
They keep the buffet full and team work is great. BUT we stopped in boulder city nevada the other night and WOW.
The waitress kept repeating to all her customers how she was by herself and we would have to be patient and it wasnt that busy. Service was slow but that was ok. But when the orders came three of them were wrong ...said she was going to have cook remake but when the pizza came it was still wrong and my husband didnt even get his wings..Waitress claims she told cook to remake them with correct sauce but he left on a delivery and never made them ...It was super mass confusion..We werent the only table complaining or getting wrong orders..I personally think they were all high except one female cook who was working her butt off...Anyway wont be going back there too soon ..Just thought you should know..

I have picked pizzas from given store. At home, I can clearly see the old cheese and vegetables on Pizza. Possibly Pizzas were made early morning (old previous day), and just reheat to deliver.

It was a horrible experience to eat such pizza. We believe that company should told customer when Pizza was backed. Customer assumes that Pizzahut is delivering fresh Pizza as advertised.

Pizza Hut ordering pizza online

Tonight I placed an order using you online service. When I placed my order my expected delivery time was 30 to 45 minutes. I waited an hour and decided to call and check on my order. The lady that answered the phone was rude and not friendly, I expressed to her that my order was placed an hour ago and my pizza had still not been delivered. She informed me that delivery had a two hour wait and pick up had an hour and half wait. I wished I had been informed in some way since online it stated 30 to 45 minute expected delivery time. My kids were late for bed I canceled my order which you could tell she was not happy about and told it would take 3 to 5 business days for my account to be credited. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut and will not be going back. For many years I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer over Dominoes and Cici's pizza which are both offered in my town. Thank you from a very unhappy customer.
