Pizza Hut rude manager

I visited a Pizza Hut store at 780 S. Labrea in LA, CA. The store manager, Pedro was very rude to me and my young daughter. He made us wait a long time and then I walked out of the store. Went back in because my daughter really wanted pizza. I had to ask him to help us. He slammed my change down onto the counter. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and asked him to write down his name on the back of the business card, he refused and told me to write it down. My daughter was so upset that she started crying. I deserve an apology, and will never shop at that Pizza Hut location again.

Pizza hut, Islington London, phone number [protected]

crappy customer service. Ordered online and waited for 30 mins just to receive a call from the delivery man saying he is not willing to send to door and asked me to go down and wait for him in the cold saying he will arrive in 5 mins. 20 mins later, no-one arrive, left me waiting in the cold like an idiot. called the manager, rudely told me that delivery man didnt see me so turned back n if I want the pizza I should go to the local hut and collect it myself. The manager's name is Abdul. Refused to give full name.

I placed an order by telephone earlier tonight to be delivered to my house.
The driver called 10 minutes before leaving to deliver to ask for direction which I
duely and CLEARLY gave. They are very simple. From Newington green head down
Matthias Road and when you see the first busstop thats my block of flats.
Simple.
10 minutes later I recieve a call from the driver who tells me he's at completely
the wrong end of the street and could I meet him there.
I live on the third floor of a block of flats and I have a 7 year old child who
shouldn't be left unattended. i inform the driver to at least go to the correct
place I had told him earlier, .
I go downstairs to collect the order and the driver is not there.
I wait for 5 -10 minutes in the cold to see if he is on his way.
Nothing.
So I go upstairs and call Islington Pizza Hut.
The manager tells me he is outside my flat. I go back downstairs. The driver is not
there. I continue to wait. Still not there. The manager says there are a large group
of kids outside the flat so the drivers life is in danger.
There are no kids outside my flat. I am standing there myself. It is perfectly safe
where I live. The manager says they are cancelling my order because I am not willing
to go outside to collect it. Despite the fact that I am stood outside on the main
road waiting for it
The manager then tells me they do not usually deliver to Matthias Road. I have been
ordering from there for four years and when you enter my postcode into the search
system on your website it informs me that the Islington branch is my local branch.
So I should think I know where it is. The manager says I am liar, they never deliver
to Matthias Road, despite confirmation emails from the previous Sunday that they
deliver and the driver coming to my door to deliver it at the time.
The manager then hangs up.
I call back and speak to someone else who says that they can see from my records
that I am a regular customer and can only apologise for the terrible way I have been
treated.
Needless to say I am beyond livid at being treated like I was some sort of criminal
despite the fact that I have been a good customer for years and went out of my way
to help a driver that can't navigate a bus stop on a main road?
I expect a full written apology for the upset from the manager and demand to know
how on earth you can allow your staff to treat customers like that. I was not
abusive and I did not threaten them but I was treated like the ### of the earth.
I want an enquiry and I expect to be compensated for the distress caused.

7 july 2011, on about 12.20 pm. we three person visited pizza hut located in Taiping
once i entered the pizza hut, we sit on the seat, then a waitress came to us and said that the seat is for five person, could not sat here, so we moved to another seat. After 5 minutes, entered three person, they sat on the five person seat.
i felt very unsatistified with it, because very unfair to us, how can other person can sit on the seat and us cannot?

i hope pizza hut can improve their unfair treatment, so that can give good impression to customer..

orderd a mealdeal on line tonight, waited 30 minutes just to get a call to say there bikes had broken down it will be yet another 30 minutes.Then it arrived in the time they stated, but was cold, so rang up the branch[39 the green, acomb, york] to speak to a lovely man called carl, whitch offerd to send it out again, but i refused, and he put the manager on[name unknown]whichwas so rude and more or less called me a lier, i workt at pizzahut as a star trainer for years, but never realised how much thair standerds have slipt

Pizza Hut right ontime but late delivery

I would like to submit that today i went to pizzahut for my dinner with couple of my friends ...we ordered garlic bread platter and salad for the starters, two pizzas and spaigette with cold drinks. we were served the starters on time and one of the pizza was also served ontime...but after that we finished the pizza and waited for the drinks and second pizza and pasta...after some time waiter served us the drink...and pizza was served later on which was very cold...by this time pasta was not served and more than half an hour was passed. we contacted the duty manager Mr. MD Rashid Hossain and explained him the quality of service in detail and he was duly told that we shall not serve for late delivered pizza. He went to his IT system and after checking he came back and started his conversation as follow" for your very kind information i have checked in my system and pizza was made in time" we told him again that it was not delivered ontime...even till the end of the conversation pasta was not served...therefore after a long but unsatisfactory conversation with the manager we cameback and cancelled the remaining order. it was very embarrising incident for us which happened due to pathetic service and unsatisfactory conduct of the floor manager.

Pizza Hut terrible experience

My Partner and I decided to get Pizza Hut for a late lunch/early dinner as we had not had it for a while. We ordered the 'big night in' which was 1 Hawaiian Pizza, 1 Meatlovers Pizza, 1 Supreme Pizza, Chips, Garlic Bread and a Drink. We were told 10 or 15mins which was fine, 40 minz later we were finally walking out with our food. 1stly, the Chips were cold and uncooked, the Hawaiian Pizza was not cooked properly and the ham was hard and stringy. The Crust was not what we had asked for and the Meatlovers Pizza had no BBQ Sauce which we specifically asked for (even though i think this should come with the sauce anyway). To top it off, i am supposed to be at work today but instead i am forced to stay in bed with Food Poisoning! we are a young couple with a mortgage - i cannot afford to be having a day off. It might be a while before i can go back to Pizza Hut again - if i ever will which is quite disappointing because we don't like any other pizza. so maybe we will just have to find a completely different type of food. Burger Wisconsin maybe?

this is worst food joint in uae . delivery taken online @ 8.40 pm . its 10.10 pm . food hasnt even left their kitchen .
i want to complaint to UAE govt authorities . i don't no how to do that . believe these people at the joint work & are still surviving.

ordered meat lovers pizza. it arrived late and had no sauce or bacon (as one of the meats) on it. we called the store and was told they only had 1 driver and they were busy. she was rude. I called pizza hut to complain, they said they would send me a coupon for a pizza. 1 month goes by. no coupon. I call them again and they said they would send me a coupon for 2 pizzas. couple weeks now and still no coupon. never again will I order a pizza there.

Ordered two pizza's yesterday from PIZZA HUT NEW PLYMOUTH and I almost had a heart attack when I opened the boxes. My son was hungry, so I just trimmed off the burnt sides of his pizza but the other one...well, I took it back to them and asked them if that is their standard these days. Absolutely DISGUSTING! I won't even feed a homeless dog that pizza. The nerve to even CHARGE people for this crap goes beyond me. One thing I know for sure...Pizza hut will never see me again. After speaking to few people and what the word is out about this New Plymouth Pizza Hut...thank but no thanks...might as well just shut those doors. Pathetic doesn't even cover it! Hope the photo goes through I took of what disrespect New Plymouth branch shows towards their customers to actually BOX UP SOMETHING SO PATHETIC!

I bought a Chicken Supreme pizza last Sunday. Thickness of the topping of the pizza was very flimsy. Looks like the franchise owner is cheating the customers and cheating the name of Pizza Hut brand. decided that I will never return.

i just ordered vege supremes they taste so weird and not cut properly and sauces are runs over the whole pizza. its very disguisting. i think i would never to go pizza hut again it pissed me off

On 9/27 I placed a carry out order. When picked up it was wrong so they remade if then the remake was wrong. I waited and finally told them never mind and took the pizza as is. They gave me a credit of $5. WOW

went and got a large supreme pizza for supper tonight on7-27-08.my brother got home with it there wasn't any red sauce on it as i could tell and nothing around the edge, not much in the center, i called back down there, the manager said if we brought it back she would fix us another one but we live 14 miles away.i asked if she would pay for the gas it took to come back.she said there wasn't anything she could do.it is a shame you buy something and don't get what you pay for.if any one asked me for a good pizza place i would tell them not to go to pizza hut for they don't care about their customers at all.that is my complaint

Pizza Hut service, cleanliness, help

I sent a long detailed letter to the District Manager of this Pizza Hut a week ago and to date, I have not heard from her. Is this your company's policy? Do you ignore complaints and only acknowledge compliments? I will keep writing until someone answers me. I may even contact the Attorney General of New York State if I do not hear from someone.

At 6:30 pm I called to find out where my pizza was and was informed that it was ready but there was not a driver to deliver it yet. But that it would be delivered shortly. At 7:00 pm I called again and one of the two drivers at this location got the manager...

Pizza Hut will not hire black people in long beach

I am a 37 year old black male looking for a second job, part time. I have been to 5 Pizza Hut restaurants looking for work. All 5 restaurants have signs in their windows saying they are looking for drivers. All 5 said they were hiring drivers. I have a great drivers recored with only one ticket in the last ten year. I see only one thing that all 5 restaurants have in common, there are no black people working there. I feel something needs to be done to stop this crime.The color of my skin should not stop me from working to pay my bills.Pizza Hut needs to do something about the people they put in charge of their restaurants. There is only one word for it. RACIST.

They are not suppose to do this to Black People. Greencastle, Indiana in the United States of America we have 1 black guy and he is deaf and he does AWESOME delivery the pizza to door to door when he has a delivery. Black people is the same as white people everyone needs a sort of a job. either part or full maybe temporary it doesn't matter. If i was black and they done that to me, i would do something about it right away, like saying something to them, or pray about it, let God show you the way.

Pizza Hut terrible quality food!

The last four times that my finance and I have been to that particular pizza hut there have been problems. The first time the food was cold. The second time they were out of bread for their sandwiches. The third time we ordered a personal pan and a supremo sandwich and they were out of cheese and the bread, plus the pizza was cold. Then we tried to order the new pasta and they were out. Then tonight we ordered the meat marniara and an order of wings and they told us twenty minutes. When we went to pick it up, the wings weren't even made. One of the employees comments was we'll I just got here. On top of that the marinara tastes like beeferoni straight out of the can. We ae tried of every time there is a complaint that the try to give us something for free. We pay for everything that we eat. We just know that we will never go to another pizza hut again.

my comment is more of a complaint today on 26/10/2008 i went to pizza hut in plymouth crownhill retail park i ordered my food my wife and 2 kids were with me i went out for birthday dinner we had starters that was fine then pizza came out with raw onoins on it so we sent itback for cooked onoins it came back again second time and it was not much better but i thought that would do did not want any prblems but my wife did not like it so the pizza we order i got boxed and paid and left i asked for them to cook pizza agian with onoins on it every one else had what they wanted ok it is like they could not be bothered with it and custmer is ment to be right i left very un happy not sure if i will be in such a hurry to go back again the address of pizzahut was crownhill retail park tavistock rd crownhill plymouth pl6 5da it just made the whole day go down hill from there so thank yoyu pizza hut .

Pizza Hut poor service & tasteless pizza - home delivery

This complaint is for the Pizza Hut delivery service out of Northampton/Catasauqua, PA area. I have been a customer of this Pizza Hut for many, many years. But no more!When you call for delivery it will be an hour or more, the pizza is tasteless and the edge of the pizza is getting larger and larger, if I wanted just crust, I would order that! But one good thing did come out of this...thank you for turning me onto Pappa Johns Pizza...way better then Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut treat employees like crap

As a long time employee of pizza hut, i'm tired of getting treated like crap. They pay us minimum wage, and hire managers with literally no experience working at pizza hut. They don't even feed us; we have to actually buy pizzas to eat when we get hungry! In the mean time, the manager just makes a pizza and stuffs her fat face while we all look on hungrily.

I am also employed at a pizza hut. This foreign worker program has also gauranteed better wages for people who don't even live here. Our human resources guy tales trips to India and china and brings back people to work for better wages 10.50 for cooks and 13.00 for managers. All the while our cooks make 9.00 and managers 10.50. I fully support a multicultural restaurant but it seems that the target employment group is not the surrounding community, Managers are forced to hire certain etnicities because they will "stick around longer" or hire foreign workers to cut down on turnover. Trust me. A small voice is enough. When my job is handed to the next manager from India who doesn't speak English just because the government will give you subsidized wages, I will make a big stink. I have been this companies [censored] for 10 years. I'm Canadian. I'm the minority.

PIZZA HUTt: THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH. After reading these reviews, I have made two decisions. I will never eat at any YUM branded joint again. I will go to the local mom and pop joint where I can trust that my patronage will be valued. Second, I will continue to publicly voice criticisms of this food industry. My voice is small, but I will not be resigned to this company's notion that customers are mere "pigs at the trough."

A Pizza Hut franchise in British Columbia, Canada is notorious for reducing available hours to long time employees. This accomplishes two cost cutting goals. First, it forces employees to find work elsewhere, and allows the employer to hire new staff at basic minimum wage of $8.00 per hour. It also justifies the hiring of foreign workers under Canada's Foreign Workers' Program, a program intended to fill positions that Canadians or Landed Immigrants do not wish to perform. Foreign workers are then guaranteed 40 hours per week and at the end of the two year period are entitled to apply for Landed Immigrant Status. They are never kept around that long...

As for those employees who have worked at the same location for years, shown up on time, in clean uniforms, and to the best of their ability completed their assignments; they are forced to pound the pavement looking for another McJob at basic minimum wage. And the poverty cycle continues.

Most who work in this restaurant are mature women with little education, students, and retirees. There is little to fall back on when management prefers to gain profits through labour cuts rather than address deeper flaws related to kitchen, delivery, and service organization. Rather than follow the "team" gospel according to Pizza Hut Head Office, these incompetent goons shed responsibility on those who have no authority or power. Tactics such as revoking security codes, throwing coats on the floor, telling staff they cannot talk to each other...It makes going to work in what is already a demeaning work environment, a purgatory. Hell is when two managers gang up on one person, and force the rest of the crew to stand and watch the abuse.

Employees have no recourse at either the provincial or federal level of government. Nor are they a static enough group to organize a union. Don't believe the hype: British Columbia is NOT the best place on Earth! In this country, the government is concerned over FAIR TRADE, yet their own people are trampled on with impunity. FOR SHAME!

Totally agree, and it's not much different in the uk!
I hate that they constrain labour to 14%, they run us ino the ground to satify their greedy needs! something needs to be done about management too, whatever happened to looking after and rewarding those you employ, some managers and stores don't even bother with team incentives or team builds!

Mean while we work our ### off to keep customers satisfied, with no tip gurantee on minimum wage! There should be a union! Especially with the new service and menue launch> casual dining? More pay!

Pizza Hut cockroaches

A group of us went to our local Pizza Hut for a few pizas and a chat. After we went for our first round of pizas, we noticed a cockroach running down the wall. A friend of ours killed it, not really making that big of a deal about it, then after having a few more peices of pizza, inspecting each peice, we then got up and went to pay. Much to our horror, there was a cockroach on the register. My fiance flicked the cockroach onto the bench and said to the waitress, "theres a cockroach there!" to which she replied, "yeah i kow, that will be $33.15". She made no attempt to exterminate the bug instead letting it run away to take our money. We left as soon as we could and i am now finding it hard to find someone i can make an officail complaint to. If there is an infestation problem in the store, then maybe they should shut it down and get rid of them rather than let the roaches crawl over the shop whilst people are trying to eat their dinner, and to make no attempt at all to cover the problem is an absolute discrace.

Pizza Hut unfaif treatment

I am an employ at pizza hut f/10 branch, islamabad, pakistan..
I have been working for the past 8 months as a cashier..
I was forced to resign by the managment. They have no respect for their employes.
The management at pizza hut f/10 branch, islamabad, pakistan has no respect and dignity for their employes. They use bad language and threathen they employees. I was told to wash dishes and when I refused I was forced to resign.
The manager takes undue advantage of the company. They get wrong refunds and do not payfor the food they eat, which is against the company rules.

Dear Sir/madam

With reference to my previous letter Dated 25th of August 2017 (Copy Enclosed) I wanted to register a new complaint about your service which is continuously going bad day by day. Last Saturday 23-06-2018 I ordered Chicken Fajita Pizza Without Onion and Green paper at 1:05 pm and they promise me to deliver it within 30 min of time after 50 min they delivered my pizza with green paper topping on it (picture enclosed) after that i registered a complaint on [protected] they told me that branch will contact you, every time I have to put a complaint after 40 to 45 minutes and same story they repeat again & again that branch will contact you soon after exact 2.5 hrs at 4:30 pm Branch Manager Mr. Adil call me and ask me to take my complaint back and promise me to deliver new pizza within next 30 min. As i am fed up with the calls i ask him to deliver it on next time and he promised me to deliver my new pizza at any day in morning shift so i called today [protected]:15 pm at branch contact no 021-[protected] my call was picked by Mr Faizan he told me that Mr Adil resigned last Sunday and told me to registered a complaint to your call center, i again registered a complaint at 1:15 pm & Mr Abdul Rehman your Call center agent promise me that branch will contact you soon but after waiting of 1 hr i called your Call Center no again at 2:15 pm and your so called Mafia Leader of your Call Center Mr Amjad Ali told me that i am again black listed for making many Complaints & branch will not take my order anymore.

Is this your policy that when a customer made complaint, you put them on block list rather than to resolve the issue.

I request you to kindly resolve this issue, contact your higher authority and take some necessary action against your staff. I hope your management will take serious action against your staff.

I have visited Pizza hut restaurant Five Star, Hyderi, Karachi, I walked into restaurant 10:45 pm. After 25 minutes of waiting, when nobody came to take our order, I call one of the staff nearby to take my order. Then nearly around at 11:10 pm. Our order was taken by staff. after half an hour we have been served our starter. While we were eating starter. The staff came to me, told me that for some technical reasons we can't server your meal. I said why can't you tell me earlier on? So he said the oven is out of order. In fact the family came after me in to the restaurant was served meal before our order. When i started to complain the manager, The staff became very rude to us. One of the staff member was literally shouting at us. He was saying what is the big deal if you had to wait for an hour? So I said are you joking me? The one staff member that were shouting at us, pretend that he may start assault us any time. I want to know is it that your customer service? Is this the way you treat your customers? I have paid 460 something for the starter roll. I believe that we shouldn't suppose to pay for this starter once our full order is not served. I am very disappointed with the service and very very rude behavior of your staff. I want you to take an action. and refund the amount that staff took from me. Also i will never visit Pizza Hut again. Also i will make complain to the head quarter. I must say the staff has no manners whatsoever.
I would highly recommend everyone to boycott them.

Worst serrvice demonstrated by your home delivery order desk no. [protected] and ore than that by your Karachi University branch. Order placed at 7.15 p.m but due to improper delivery includes missing items followed by careless action against 8 to 10 calls to order desk and branch, till now at about 10.45 p.m. no proper order been served. 2.5 hours have been passed but nobody is taking care from your representative on nos. [protected] and Karachi University branch.
I have talked to almost 8 - 10 your representative but I feel that I am purchasing it with ZERO price.
You must have to look into this as I have never seen such type of worst service in my life.

I just ordered a Pizza today
There was a regular deal which the person explained
When i enquired whether can i upsize it, he told me that with extra money, you can do that
Due to some reason my landline got disconnected, when i called back, the new caller refused to upsize it, i had a talk with the manager CSR Mr. Muhammad Sohail, he listened to the call log am started defending his employee, i told him that i will go for complaint to which he said, this is my name & number, GO SUE ME..!

I am seriously disappointed with the behavior of your Call center employees, this is what they are being trained for

You have lost a customer for good
And as far as i have my circle of people, i'll inform them never to order from
Pizza Hut, as they have no respect for
Customers.

I have been mis guided by mr shah noor who happened to be the floor supervisor on 15th of september 2014 at 1:00 am. I ordered a split pizza half super supreme half cheese lovers which is my normal order for the last two and a half years. Today when i called i was told that they dont give that pizza out and he forwarded the call to mr Shah noor who happens to be the floor supervisor he insisted that we dont give that pizza out on phone we are not allowed to which was new for me as i have ordered that pizza a minimum of 200 times or even more in the last 6 months. Which made me curious so i ordered a different pizza and called again from a different number and ordered the same split pizza ( Cheese lovers and Super supreme) and the guy on the phone took the order and confirmed me the price. Once the order was confirmed which was priorly denied by MR Shahnoor i asked to talk to Mr Shahnoor the floor supervisor and the representative came back and cancelled my order and said that we are not allowed to book this order. When i asked to talk to Mr Shah noor again they kept me on hold for atleast 30 mins and no one answered. ill make sure this gets through to every one on the web, news, and social media. I am sure you would be aware of the business losses mcdonalds is facing due to its negative hype on SOCIAL MEDIA, i wish Pizza hut Pakistan all the best to defend the poor and egoistic customer services of your representatives.

Pizza Hut employee caused son to lose job!

My son, Brian Collins was working at the pizza hut on Ashley River Rd. One of the employees, Trina, seemed to have an attitude problem with him. She didn't like him for some unknown reason. She berated him every chance she got. She complained when he first started working that he messed up cutting a pizza and told him to never get on the cutting table. One Saturday, a few weeks ago, the GM Shannon was on vacation. Steven from the Savannah Hwy store was sent to fill in. He told Brian to get on the cutting table and he liked his work. He then told him to make a pizza and he was satisfied with that. He was showing Brian a lot more that he was being shown, because Trina told him he was only hired to wash dishes.

When Shannon came back from vacation, he was going to try and transfer to the Savannah Hwy store to work for Steven. On Monday, Brian went in to get his check and Trina lit into him screaming that he was getting written up because he went against her orders. Brian told her to talk to Steven and she said she didn't have to she knew what happened. She was told by a friend of hers that Brian messed up 3 pizza. Mighty funny Steven didn't know anything about it. I talked to Steven myself and he had no problem with the way Brian worked and wanted him to come to the Savannah Hwy store. Trina said Brian cursed at her after she cursed at him. He doesn't remember what he said but he was willing to tell he he was sorry.

He went in later to get his check and was told he would not get it until he turned in his uniform because he was fired. He was shocked and very upset. There is no excuse for him cursing her, but she didn't have to scream and curse at him.

Brian's dad died in May and I am not physically able to work. He was helping out with some of the bills. We are getting ready to lose our home. He loved working at pizza hut, but now he can't find a job.

I know this will not help him get his job back, but I felt like Trina should be held responsible. He wrote a letter to Shannon, but nothing was done about it. He was hoping she could help him get his job back. It seems to me like she should have waited until the General Manager came back and let her handle. I understand, Trina is not supposed to be able to hire and fire. I have been in the store and friends of mine have ordered pizza and have complained about the rudeness of Trina.

He called this morning to get his last check and Trina was sweet as sugar to him. Now that she was instrumental in getting him fired, she wants to be nice.

Hey Brandi, my name is Tabitha, I used to work with you at the Brynn Marr Pizza Hut, I live in Joplin Missouri now but I remember working there, I also worked at the one on Gumbrach which in my opinion is A LOT better than Brynn Marr, Jill is so much better than Dawn, but I heard that Dawn got moved to one of the delivery Pizza Huts across town? I'm starting to think every pizza hut buisness is the same! I worked at brynn marr pizza hutt here in jacksonville nc, first time every waitressing and they through me out on the floor on a saturyday night! people wonder why they dont get the best of service blaming there waitress when they should be going to managment. 6 months later they put me as a shift manager which was a joke. i was told i was goign to make 7.50 an hour 6 months of asking when my pay was going to change from 6:50 my general manager dawn said shed call the office. i get my check and it is 7.00 so another month goes by and i tell her. by now im 8.5 months pregnant so what would be the point of hounding her to fix her employees pay? i told her i wouldnt be coming back after teh baby she wondered why?> theyre always wondering why people dont stick around its because they dont take care of theyre employees and when they do find out somone is finished they act like children. i went in to get my check on monday which is the day we always have been able to get our checks. but my assistant manager has teh nerve to say i have to come back at 2 because after working there for a year and 2 months everyone has to wait till 2. i understand how your son feels and i hope he finds a better job that will appreciate his hard work!

i go out with her and she shoves me into the back seat and starts tearing off both our clothes

so i said yes
later, she invites me to her house and we have it again
the next morning i discover that someone has stolen my credit cards, my wallet, my bank accounts empty and someone has resigned from that pizza hut store!

Pizza Hut delivery complaint!

I called a ordered the special for the 2 of the 3 topping pizzas, and bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, the delivery driver was very rude to me didn't have the right amount of change did not know how to count his money threw the bag to me and told me to count the change myself. Then got smart with me because he had my order not fixed like it supposed to be.

We order 2 pan pizza veg they said 20 min. We went to pick up we got eat home when open the box it's hand toasted and they charge extra for pan, we took back to pizza hut they are not accept what they made and they said this is the pan pizza. If we make an other one it's same and no sorry, no refund, no manager. My kid not happy , now what can we do. They do not know how to behave at all!

Pizza Hut scam and dishonesty!

One night my husband ordered pizza hut. After a long wait , he was treated extremely rudely by the female order taker. He asked to speak with a manager , was refused, then her friend came on the phone & told him they did not need his business. He said "Fine, I'll call Domino's in the future". He ordered from Domino's & 1 hour later called them to see where the pizza was. They said a female had called & canceled the order!

I am extremely sorry to tell your pizza hut franchise on Airport road is looting people. I had a reall bad experience yesterday. I think across bangalore in all the pizza hut outlets you have benefit for Gold card members. When i placed an order and later when i got the bill the total scenario is changed the person Muneem who attended us was really rude and did not understand the clauses or the conditions of the offer and finally i had to pay the entire bill amount after a big arguement. Its a beware note for all the people who go to Pizza Hut on Airport road. I can attach the scanned copy of the bill to the people reading this mail if required. I had to shell out few extra hundreds due to this fraud at Pizza Hut located in Airport Road. Secondy when i wanted to speak to the seniour management of the restaurant no one was ready to give me the contact number nor the person was available.

Pizza Hut customers

My history-20+ years in casual/fast casual dining. The problem of bad customer service is a direct result of the price you as a consumer are willing to pay for the product. Think about it; should you really be surprised that minimum wage workers, mostly high school and college students, would mess up, not care and if fired, move on to another job in a similar establishment? The only people making a living wage in this business are the store level and above managers. Delivery drivers work for tips and they know who tips and who doesn't. Most are part time, are out of the store most of the time and do the dishes when off the road. Wait staff work for tips too. They are either the laziest of workers in the store, or the hardest of workers and the hard working ones move on to more lucrative locales (higher priced establishments). The good ones usually only do this type of work for a couple of years until they can be employed in what they really want to do. Cooks (CSR's fall into this category-at my store I do not hire CSR's-everyone answers phones) are the least appreciated, most underpaid (my company currently pays $6.40 to $7.00 hr-there are NO bonuses, NO further raises-NO incentives what-so-ever) and therefore hardest to fill position in the store. The lowly cook does prep work, makes, cooks, cuts and boxes the pizza, answers phones and takes orders and when I find someone who can consistently show up, do what is expected and doesn't ### about everything, that person is on the promotion list (and quickly or they won't be around for long-two blocks up the street they can start at $8.00 hr). Underpaid, overworked employees translate into poor service. Just trying to get through the rush is sometimes all you can do. When my store has a bad day, meaning not enough people to staff for the amount of business we see, we just put our heads down and push on through. We give away a lot of pizza and piss off a lot of people. Unfortunately there is no way around this. The upper management only looks at numbers. Understaffed equals great labor. That, sales beating last year’s sales and food cost are all they care about. They go home at 4 or 5pm, never, ever are in a store during Friday or Saturday nights’ rush. Basically, we are on our own. This is the M.O. of just about all such casual/fast casual dining establishments; the rule, not the exception.
In summary: unless customers are willing to pay MUCH more for their product, they will lose on the service side. Those of us who care will try to satisfy, but we can only work with the tools we are given. When you place an order, don’t assume your mind is being read. Ask questions. Make follow up calls. Don’t be abusive to the CSR. It will only make matters worse. Once you raise your voice, or talk down to the person on the other end of the phone or across the counter, you might as well just give up. We have a lot of other customers to attend to who aren’t being ### about it. People instinctively want to do a good job and instinctively respond to kindness. Everyone makes mistakes, including you. Remember that and your life will be smoother in every way.

Wow! Someone actually presented a balanced an accurate view from the perspective of the store. Now if we could get some customers that wish to voice their complaints, to do the same thing.

This is one thing that I would like to stress to customers. Getting angry doesn't help. It doesn't make you, or anyone around you feel any better. And it won't gain you any respect from the customer service staff. In that situation, the staff just want you gone. They won't care about what you want. If you want respect, give a little first.

Pizza Hut bad delivery service

Not happy at all with the service we had from you, we like the food but wont be ordering again, we felt very sorry for the poor delivery man who was still delivering food at twelve oclock, we placed our order at ten oclock expecting to get the food within half an hour but it didnt arrive till twelve, which we found most unacceptable, and it was cold ,we tried again last week just incase it was a one off, we even booked a time and it was still really late forty five minutes to be exact, why take on so many orders if you cant cope with them all. Its really bad customer service.

Ordered the deal - past/pizza/calzone + side + drink for £7.99
did not recieve the drink the pasta was burned and tasted like water and the chicken wings were inedible and the icecream was half melted
the delivery man just basically threw the food at me
the chicken wings box was open
only ate a tiny piece of the pasta and a bite of the chicken wings and one bite of the ice crea, before i threw it away

not impressed at all and will not order from pizza hut again

I ordered the Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni from Pizza Hut Greenwich - and waited for almost an hour before it finally arrived. There were two measly "tubes" of pasta - one which seemed to have discintegrated. I was very dissapointed as I had ordered this dish some months before and it was very satisfactory. Also on ordering desert (chocolate fudge cake with "Cream") - the cream tasted more like sour gone off milk.

Placed a carry out order over the phone. I arrived in the time frame they suggested the wait would be. I waited 14 minutes (I checked my cell phone time when I walked in to make sure I wasn't early/late, and then again when the manger cashed me out) at the counter for the manager to get off the phone as managers are the only one's who can cash out customer...
