We purchased a large 2/topping special for $7.99. Before going to PH, I said to husband let's try Little Caesar's and he said that's toy guy, so we went online for two topping special. We got the WORST pizza ever. It was dry, barely had any toppings, cheese was sparce. It makes me to never want Pizza Hut again. I would rather pay full price and have a good pizza then buy a special that is rot gut!

Order two 2 topping pizza one veggie and the other beef & mushrooms this order was placed at 8:43pm and I did not receive my order until 9:58pm when the pizza arrived it was cold and really thick my total was 22.44 plus I tipped the delivery driver 2dollars the first thing he said was man I'm sorry for being so late but that still doesn't constitute for being more than an hour late plus having two cold pizzas I would like a refund or a credit for the amount that I spent due to the fact that my pizzas was cold and taste old we really love Pizza Hut and I would hate for this to breakup our relationship with our neighborhood Pizza Hut

I noticed this as I was waiting for a carry out pizza I asked someone at counter if gloves are ever used he said no not really... He asked if I was worried about cross contamination... I said yes... He said "me too that's why I don't eat here"

condition of pizza hut property
I have been going to this Pizza Hut for many years. It has always been convenient and personnel have always been friendly.
However, I stopped by today to get a pizza and the condition of the property where the Pizza Hut is located is horrible. Starting with the sidewalk outside the door, in a well keep strip mall, the cement is black. Yes, black. This should be washed on a monthly basis by with a power washer and hot water.
The door going in was filthy. I can't even think when it has last cleaned. Then you get in to the store. The counter was unclean and you could see to see doors of coolers and heating units and they were filthy too. At that moment I hesitated even taking my pizza because I was afraid of the condition of the kitchen where my pizza had been made. How is it that the owner of this franchise, the manager, and workers leave such a mess as this? This is uncleanliness was not just done in one day but has built up for a long time. Somebody please check on this store and get it cleaned up.
I am coming to you in hopes this can be cleaned up. My other choice is calling the the State Health inspectors which I really don't want to do.

I called Thursday night because are pizza was not like we order there said they would credit my account I call back Saturday to be told they let someone that use my number so they gave them my credit I ask manger for corporate number and I was told they could not give it out that I would have to look on website! I don't no how you can not ask for ID or anything before give out a credit I will no be ordering from here ever again this in not the first time my order was messed up but when we try again after a year we get some thing!

Last night july 20, 2018. My husband and I ordered pizza hut for delivery at the washington indiana store like we do every weekend. We ordered via online so we could use some of our my-rewards points along with the rest of our order. When it was 7:30pm there was a male delivery driver who had me sign a receipt gave me what was supposed to be my order and just walked off no thank you no nothing when I opened the box it was not my order at all. So I hollered before he left and told him it was not my order. Minutes later a lady showed up which says her name was mandy on my receipt she had the correct order but my pizza looked like it had been completely ran over or smashed! Then I went to eat my french fries and my bbq bone out wings there was a huge long black hair in my fry that I bit into! I threw up every bit of my food and threw everything in the fire! I have always been a loyal customer but after last night unless it gets fixed I will never order from pizza hut again!

Staff had zero people skills or appropriate behavior for servers. Summer told us her life story while we ate. Not there to socialize with staff. Only one other table in use & no take outs entire time. Our table was dirty
The cheese & pepper shaker were sticky gross & she didn't clean them or bring us new ones. While checking out our feet stuck to the floor. Gross. When she wasn't texting she folded a few boxes n set them on the floor next to her booth. Again, gross.
I loved Pizza Hut in WI but since I moved here I'm grossed out. I may not return.
Plus why isn't delivery offered? Ridiculous.

Placed a delivery order online. Said delivery time was 50-55 minutes. After it was 25 minutes late, I called to check on my order. The lady told me that the online delivery time was wrong and it doesn't know what's going on in their store. She proceeded to tell me that it would be 3 more HOURS before I got my order! That puts it after midnight. She didn't seem to care either. I asked for a number to call to complain and she gave me a number that didn't work!
poor service and rude managers
I came in to eat the buffet at pizza hut in Harrodsburg ky and when I go to pay 18 dollars for 2 buffet and 2 drinks I watch shelly the manager put the money in her pocket without ringing anything in or giving me a ticket or receipt. That's stealing. Heck could least gave me a discount since there stealing pizza hut money. Then I heard her tell the bigger guy that they can pay there bills now..
I used to manage three stores for Pizza Hut back in the day it was a big part of my youth and I truly enjoyed it was a great place to work that is why I'm very upset to have to say this my husband went to go get pizza this afternoon at the Gardendale store in Alabama he ended up paying $40 for two regular hand toss he asked if they had any deals the manager told him no and then got an attitude with him and told him to either take the pizza and leave or don't worry about the order I was very hurt when I saw this they have lost my business I'm very disgusted and believe me I will tell 90% of my family and friends not to go there anymore because of the horrid way we were treated when I told the woman I was going to Lodge a complaint against her all she did was lie and say whatever

Im probably not going to make any sense because this experience just really irritated me. Just when you think bad customer service couldn't get worse, you get none at all. My husband and I walked in to the Pizza Hut on 1804 Mainstreet in Dunedin Florida to have a chat and enjoy our evening at our favorite pizza spot, when the cashier greeted us with "its for delivery right?" ... I responded "Actually no, wed like to dine in"... since it was only 8pm. The cashier rolled her eyes and hesitantly said "well I was going to start cleaning up so...". It rubbed me the wrong way but i got past it. Basically to make a long story short, we ordered 2 personal pizzas and a soda. She told us 10 mins so we waited. No big deal. 10. 20. 30 minutes go by and nothing! Meanwhile some guy walks in asking for leftover wings and took 2 bottles of soda... cursing and what not. At this point we are so offended and stand up by the counter to see if maybe we were forgotten about. The lady had the nerve to tell the guy making the pizzas "watch out they're standing right there". Seriously? I couldn't believe this. For 2 small pizzas! I really hope I get a response. That staff was ridiculous. NO ONE acknowledged us.

I ordered a personal pan pizza with breadsticks. I ate the personal pan pizza. When I opened the package to eat my bread sticks they weren't made properly and were not browned at all from the oven. I took the bread sticks back to Pizza Hut to make a complaint to the manager. The manager was rude and kept telling me that the bread sticks were done. I told the manager that I didn't want the bread sticks he gave me. The manager informed that I couldn't get my money back because Pizza Hut don't refund money back to their customers. I wasn't offered another order of bread sticks which should have been the right form of action from the manager but it was never offered to me. I've eaten Pizza Hut pizza and bread sticks for over 50 years of my life. I've never seen bread sticks look the way those bread looked that came with my order from the manager on Thursday, July 19th. You've employees working by themselves and really don't know how to prepare food properly for your customers. That is not good business. I'll never view Pizza Hut the same way again. management stealing money
I went to the cashier to pay my bill and she said (hi my name is shelly how was everything) I said it was great, the food was great, the service was great everything was perfect. Shelly said, that's great glad to hear that. Its 32.87 . I gave her 50 dollar. Then I set there and watched her put the money under the keyboard, open the cash register and gave me my 17.13 form
the 50 dollar bill I gave her. As I walk to the bathroom before I leave ice see her pick up the keyboard pick the $50 in her back pocket. Then walk over to the other guy kinda big think i heard her say here kevin put this toward our car payment. Crazy, she's obviously Robbing Pizza Hut blind, oh well none of my business I just thought maybe the pizza hut owner should know.

This company does not care about its employees. I've been promised to become manager since I've came back to Pizza Hut for about 2 to 3 months now. I was still waiting and they kept saying two weeks ohl another 2 weeks and it still never happened. And then I called in one day and told them I was going to be late or that I wasn't going to be able to show up and the morning manager had answered the phone and said he would pass on the message. I got told that it was job abandonment and I got let go. It is fine that they laid me off but it's not fine that they tried to say that I abandoned my job because that goes on my job record and it is false and untrue. All over a 4-Hour shift. Every time there was a store issue like the AC not completely working or the work area that was broken they did not want to fix everything because they had to pay out of pocket. Many employees have been or could have been hurt by the work area we were in, but they refused to fix it. I've worked for this company for a little bit over 3 years and they treated me like crap. I do not suggest this job to anyone they try to pay the lowest they can hourly. But I would recommend to teenagers still in high school, because of pay and hours is all that's good for them to balance school and work. But they are not as flexible as they try to advertise.
buffet hours and service
The last two times I have gone to Pizza hut in Cottonwood AZ, ( 6/25/18 & 7/16/18) the manager has closed down the buffet before 1:30 PM. On the 26th of June there were 8 of us who went as a part of our work group, and the Manager Todd told us that the buffet was closed even though we had called in advance, and arrived at 1:15pm. On 7/16/18 I was out with my daughter and two boys, we checked online to see the hours of the lunch buffet and it is advertised for Cottonwood as being in operation till 3:00 pm, so we stopped hopeful to catch the buffet. We were greatly disappointed to arrive at 1:25 pm and find the buffet over everything cleaned up. No one around to ask or greet us, we walked out. I had to explain to my boys that we would be unable to enjoy the buffet, as I had promised, which they had been looking forward too.

I, Ajit Yadav am a resident of Maya Garden City, Zirakpur. I called up the customer care no. [protected] at 10:25, 18th Aug and ordered three veg singles pizza (onion). The order was taken by a representative named "Amit Srivastav" as told by him. After waiting for 20 minutes when I didn't receive any call back from any Pizza hut store. I called back again customer care and asked for the status. The representative answered that he couldn't fetch the my order details and gave me the contact no. of the Zirakpur PHD store as +91-[protected]. I called the above number 4 times but nobody answered. By that time, it was already 11 o'clock and I could do nothing as the stores get closed. I felt helpless and angry at the same time. Its one of the worst experience, I have had. Later night, I went looking for some dhaba on the streets. Pathetic service!, as I can claim. Waiting for your prompt reply on this

I went to your store in Georgetown, IN the other day and when I got my daughter out of the car she asked me, "what's that lady doing mommy?" When I looked to where she pointed I saw a girl in uniform sniffing something off a phone through a straw and then walk inside and try to hand me a pizza for my child like nothing had happened. I am outraged! My little girl could have been poisoned if I had taken the pizza your employee touched.
I smell BS - you know the full name of this employee? Sounds like you are simply trying to make trouble for someone.

Just wanted to make Pizza Hut Corporate aware of the number of issues at this location. Service is horrible, management is very rude and ugly to customers. It takes forever to get service in establishment and for delivery. The manager is rude to customers and shows NO management skills whatsoever! There are many customers complaining about the service offered here. None of my family will ever be back here. I hope someone or something can be changed here or I am afraid the doors will be closing soon!

There is too many things that I need to discuss I cannot believe that customer service is just a blank number and that nobody will reply and speak to you. This is a bad situation that needs to be resolved I did try to contact the store, and of course they didn't even care didn't even ask for any information. Nor do they offer me a number to get ahold of their district manager.
