Pizza Hut lack of customer service and following order directions

I order from Pizza hut often and my order has been delivered Cold, or hard, no cheese, i do not like alot of pizza sauce so I request easy on the sauce...they never go easy on the sauce...so, I can never really enjoy it... I think f they got 1 order right I wouldn't complain on them . I spend alot of my hard earned money there it's the Desert Inn Location Las Vegas, NV...please respond d at lacreishamarie.[protected]@gmail.com

Pizza Hut my order

To whom my concern 

Hi I am a regular costumer I have placed the order for my guest and the call center has told me that with in ten minutes your order will be ready. After half anhour I went to take the order they told me that your order has been cancelled with out my notice and i call the call center they replied that your order has not been cancelled.

Please do the needful cause such a practice is very bad for the your company.

Pizza Hut unethical behaviour

On March 10, 2017 we were at the Oak Hill WV Pizza Hut. The young man that waited on seemed to be the only one working the tables. He took our order and brought us our drinks, he then started to clean a table. Someone yelled out his name and he had to stop what he was doing and go. He returned and finished that table and started on another one, they yelled at him again. He was trying to refill our drinks when the manager starts to chew him out in front of the guests. She did this two different times. This young man was seating guests, taking orders, getting drinks, cleaning tables, working the register, and the drive thru window. The manager had long blonde hair in a pony tail that was swinging around everywhere. When I confronted her she first denied chewing him out.
I have sent complaint emails and made several calls, each time I am told that someone will contact me within 3 days. This has not happened. This tells me what kind of business that Pizza Hut is, they do not care about their employees or customers. The desirable resolution will be to contact me and hopefully fire the manager.

Pizza Hut manager

I worked hard for pizza hut.ive worked as much as 7 days a week.been shift manager for other stores countless times.there was an issue at one of the stores i worked at.they never cared to even ask me my side.they fired me and ignored me.after all my hard work and love for my job.they threw me away like trash.i was a great shift manager and a single father of 3 kids.now im out of work and lost the job and position i loved and worked hard at.beware one issue your through no matter how good you do.it hurts my heart.

Pizza Hut insulting customer over phone.

Hello,

Location: 25311 north hillside avenue, bellerose, ny - 11426

I called pizza hut on 6th march 2017 at 9:17pm and was inquiring about and online coupon. The lady said you can bring the coupon code to the store and we will have it applied on the order. But when I provided the coupon code she refused to take the order saying that I have never heard of such a coupon. And said that its invalid. So I asked her to let me speak to someone else. She refused to allow me to talk to anyone else.
On this I asked her if she really works for pizza hut. She answers me "i was born here. " I asked for her name and she says that I have no name. The she asked for my name and I said I am nasr. On this she says "that's a weird name".

Seriously? Is that how you talk to a customer?

She then put my call on hold until I reached the location. And after reaching there I showed them my phone that its still on hold and asked them is this how you guys deal with a customer. This was another lady with black shirt and I was sure that did not spoke to her on the phone. So I asked her where the person who answered my phone? On this she says "i don't know"? So at this point I am trying to complaint to her about the situation and she's not even acknowledging it.
Finally the lady I spoke to comes out with red shirt on and with her badge name farah. Immediately the lady in the black asks her to take of her badge so I couldn't know her name. But too late. I already did read the name on her badge and her name was farah. And when she started talking I know it was her but she said in anger what do you want? And the lady in the black said her something and bengail and then she was like I did not talk to you over the phone.
When she took off her phone I started to record them to get the evidence. As soon as the recording started the lady in the red t-shirt ran away and the lady in the black tshirt said i'll call the police. I was fine call the police and I stood there for another 30 mins and no police came. So she was just trying to scare me. But I didn't do anything wrong.
After a while when I took my pizza I asked the lady in the black t-shirt. I told her, look you know and I know that it was the red tshirt lady who I spoke to on the phone and why did she insulted the customer for no reason? She said how do you know it was her. I was ok if its not her then who is it? She replies, I have too many employees here and I dont know who did you spoke to. Wow... She claims that the person I spoke to left 2 mins before I came in and refused to tell me her name. Well she even refused to tell me her name as well.
I told her that i'm going to make a complaint about this and on this she replies yes when a customer needs a free pizza they make complaint. Wow wow wow. I had no words to say. This is the staff here now. Wow.

Pizza Hut pizza not delivered

I ordered pizza at 7.58pm on the 14feb17 and the agent - waha advised that the delivery will take 45mins to 1 hour. I waited till 9.10pm and then called several time and for my luck the call got connected and spoke to agent before I advised about my order they cut the phone. Again I called and after several minutes I managed to speak to a person called feroz at 9.35pm and he apologized and mentioned that it will be delivered in 10 minutes but did not receive the order. I called again at 10pm and spoke to a lady called lizant who advised that she will check with the delivery team and advise the status but for my surprise I am still waiting but no follow up call or even the pizza.
If you have advised that it will take two hours I would have not ordered. I need a call back.

Pizza Hut store needs better management team

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite restaurant to eat at, but their management staff sucks. Pizza hut need to hire new managers, they are always yelling at their employees and treating them with disrespect. It is just ridiculous how they at their. If this continues Pizza Hut will not receive and more business from me ever again. NEEDS A BETTER MANAGEMENT TEAM!

Pizza Hut store manager

Mgr is fratinizing with certain female employees having sex with them and not making them do there job. What I mean for example one server will be waiting on customers in dining room when it's time for next server to come in he pulls her to back and she ends up not finishing her duties in dining area so the other server ends up with double the work and when server (2nd) says she needs to finish (vacuum, dishes, roll silverware) the mgr just ignores it and 2nd server ends up having to do that work also just cause mgr is having sex with her. If I'm correct mgr are not allowed to do that but it's going on in store 4808 winder ga a Also mgr is screwing a female cook she goes home with him after work also. There r 2 asst mgr that will verify everything. I been there sense may 2016 and now I'm lving this store cause of the situation going on. I am a server and I do a lot of work outside my duties but it don't matter to mgr or area mgr it's like they don't care so I stopped caring I'm just gonna lv

If box don't do something about this situation and get rid of that skirt chaser I can bet the business in that store will diminish quickly. I brought business to that store and I will take it with me when I lv. John the mgr needs to go back to Florida where he came from. The shrek look a like. I can't believe npc would hire someone like that they must of been desperate

Pizza Hut honey bbq wings no sauce

At the Cornelia Georgia location I went in On Sunday February fifth at around 2 pm. Asked for 16 boneless honey bbq wings take out. When I got home with them and looked there was no sauce on them. Just pieces of chicken. I was upset because I am pregnant with a toddler and could not get back out to have the order fixed. I would like a refund or something to compensate my lack of sauce.

Pizza Hut service / food

on 02/03/2017 I took my family to the pizza hut in hamburg pa and it was horrible. the wing sauce was sour the place was very dirty food all over the floor it seemed to be understaffed we waited quit a while before any one spoke to us although it was not busy the salad bar was disgusting half empty lettuce was brown it was a terrible experience for being charged top dollar. my family was very disappointed

Pizza Hut pizza hut donaldsonville - horrible customer service

This morning February 3, 2013 I tried doing an online order to Pizza Hut in Donaldsonville, LA without success. It was around 10:45 so I gave them a call trying to make an early order so my coworkers could keep our scheduled lunches while being able to enjoy hot food. I called the first time and before I could say hello the lady hung up on me so I called again and she hung up in my face again so my male coworker called and got her so he then passed the phone to me she then told me that the store doesn't open until 11:00 and rudely hung up again. At 11:05 I called again and while I was ordering I could hear her say under her breath "I wish she would come on" I then asked for her name and she replied Karen. I asked for her last name and she said Williams. While I was ordering she was rude, talking to others around her and not interested in anything i seemed to say. After putting me on hold for a few seconds she returned, apologized for the noise around her and finished with my order. I really thought about not ordering but I prefer Pizza Hut. When I received my order the receipt said I was served by Selena. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the service industry.

Pizza Hut we never received our pizza.

Hello on [protected] at 10:19 pm I placed an order online for two large pizzas and they quoted us 30 minutes through email. In the email I provided the full correct address and a phone number in case they needed to contact us. At 11:49pm our pizza still wasn't here when I called the store the employee was slightly uncaring telling us he delivered it but we turned him away when iin reality try went to the wrong house on their own mistake and never called the number to ask. He told me because he was about to clock out that he cannot do anything which I understand but he couldn't cancel our card, making us not able to grab food otherwise and advised me that the manager will call me to give me store credit for the card charged. My kids are let down and I'm just generally upset the way the store handled this. Please call me at [protected]

I order wings, pizza and a soda on jan22, 2017 at 3:08 pm was supposed to receive my order at 3:13 and it is now 5:19 and nothing. I have called the store several times and have been put on hold all the time no answer. Have written complains, and nothing. Here it is my order:

Pizza Hut fired for being sick, then lied to

I was fired from Pizza Hut by text message because I was sick on 12/30/16. I had doctors' notes for each E.R. trip, I called before the 2 hour requirement, I did everything I could to plead with doctors to release me but the antibiotics weren't working and not only was I coughing so bad I was throwing up and having bloody noses, I was also still contagious, and they said it was too dangerous especially as a waitress. I was in the hospital hours before the last time I called out and then fired through a text message an hour after that.

Pizza Hut delayed delivery across the counter and staff attitude

As per the receipt attached, I had gone to buy pizza from dubai silicon oasis new outlet of pizza hut, at 12 midnight, we were issued the receipt for one medium veg pizza and told that it will take 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes when I returned to the counter for delivery, they told it will take some time, like this, it went on and on and we were handed over the pizza at 12:40 am.

I asked the cashier to mention the time of delivery on the receipt (Attached herewith) , she very looked very annoyed while writing the time of delivery. Not only this, the guy who was preparing the pizza for delivery besides her kept staring at me till I left the outlet.

I want to mention that during this 40 minutes, many customers came to the same pizza hut outlet and got the delivery and left back and most of them were taking away at least two pizzas, pastas etc (Most of them had bigger orders than me).

I did not expect such a low level of service (Without any concern for the client who is waiting for 40 minutes at the outlet itself). I had witnessed the same delivery guys of the same pizza hut going and returning for next delivery twice during the same time.

It seems that pizza hut is saving a lot in by bring down the quality of services.

Utterly frustrated and dissatisfied customer...

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered a pizza on line. I ordered half supreme and half Pepperoni. Apparently when I was ordering on line, the only items that were checked we Pepperoni, Beef and Pork so I unchecked the beef and the pork, When I picked it up, the whole had supreme minus Beef and pork. When the employee showed me the pizza, he said that all I did was subtract the 2 meats. He basically in so many words that it was my screw up. You need to do something with the online ordering and what ever happened with the customer always being right

Pizza Hut company

Rage incorporated is a selfish company to work for. I have never seen a company that stretches there employees as far as they do. I am a rgm and my district manager I feel bad for. They expect to much from him which is a Dominos effect. And they wonder why there competitor is winning. When you don't treat your valued employees right it effects your customers.

Pizza Hut credit card transaction, product not in the store.

I, have ticket # 990098 i placed my order for 8 bone-out wing, ranch dressing, cheese sticks and 20 oz. Pepsi. Total: $16.14 they said it will take 2 hours, they're down to 1 delivery driver. Ok, cool i waited patiently. I checked my bank statement and npc international took out $ 19.37. First, explain too me where $3.23 extra come from. The driver from pizza hut in memphis store # 4039 unit # 004039 arrived at 1950 which was passed my 2 hour wait time which was 1934. When the driver arrived he told me that the store did not have cheese sticks. I was not notified at the beginning, middle or ending of placing my order they did not have this products only heard it from the driver 2 1/2 hours later. So, 1 co worker didn't have cheese sticks in turn could have ordered something else instead if we were notified properly in a timely manner. Now i'm pissed and on top of all that they send breadstick which appears to look like a loaf of bread. It was not cut or divided evenly. The food was luke warm, the loaf of bread was not tasty. The only thing i give kudos too is the driver whom was very apologetic so i tip him $9.00 bucks now npc where's my $3.23, $5.29 and late charge of $3.00? It's been almost 5 years since i've ordered and i see why, go through the same slick ### s### everytime!

Pizza Hut manupulasi tenaga pekerja sambilan tanpa bayaran

Saya Badrul Hisham Mohd Salleh, bapa kepada Nur Farah Nadiha yang bekerja sambilan di pizza hut cawangan taman putra ampang. Beliau diambil bekerja sebagai pekerja sambilan pada 07.11.2016 dan telah berhenti bekerja pada 25.12.2016. Dari mula bekerja sehingga tarikh akhir beliau berhenti, pihak pizza hut tidak membayar gaji beliau selama sebulan setengah beliau bekerja di pizza hut cawangan taman putra ampang.
Saya mohon perkara ini diselesaikan dalam masa 24 jam, jika tiada apa-apa maklumbalas daripada pihak pizza hut maka saya akan viral kan perkara ini didalam facebook & juga saya akan terus membuat aduan kepihak media semasa (berita harian, utusan, star, news strait times) dan jika masih tiada maklumbalas maka saya akan membawa perkara ini kepada pihak yang lebih tinggi iaitu Kementerian Perdangangan Pengguna, Kementerian Sumber Manusia dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat didalam peerkara ini.

Pizza Hut bad service experiences

I'm actually not kind of person who like to launch a complaint easily without any tolerate.But of course as a human I do have my own limit of patience.Its happened when I visited this outlet (ID 3010263) on 27th Dec 2016 at 20:22 according to the POS with receipt number 114992 to have my dinner with cousin. Since I used to served this company for 8 years, I really really really don't mind if nobody bother to open the door OR no greetings OR took baby chair, condiments and menu by myself OR from 1st floor went down just to placed my order OR air conditioner just switched on as I sat down(1st customer of the day) OR no music played(felt like I'm eating in a library) OR wiped every single cutlery on my table(doesn't seem like a high volume store to me) OR collect order after waited for 45 minutes (take away) OR received products not according to my ordered OR received the worst pizza appearance I ever had OR self cash at cashier counter(I wonder what for I paid the service charge)...but when today I ordered Meal 2 which choose the Creamy Fondue as my appetizer with additional Stuffed Crust Pizza and 6 pcs BBQ Wings..after a while a female staff who was the cashier instead of Creamy Fondue she sent a garlic bread on my table and I told that she sent the wrong order.She checked on the POS and referred back to the other female staff who took my order.After some time the staff who took my order came to me with the same garlic bread and said..' I'm sorry we can't change your order Sir'...I was like...when the hell did I changed my order...I did initially order Creamy Fondue as my appetizer(with my finger pointing on the menu) with loud and clear also when the time I ordered my appetizer she did nodded like as she understood my order..I reply to the staff...'just now I did ordered this and not that'...she replied without felt sorry...'no Sir you did not order like that to me'...what kind of training and practice now days PH's staffs been received..I taught in Steps Of Service practicing included taking the order and follow ups..Unfortunately no MOD was around in every single time of my visit. Or maybe now days no more 8 figure walk by the managers.That is not the real issue and my point is where did the manners and customer maniac that had been practice all this time go.If I am the one who did order wrongly I just accept it easily but your service provided to us the customers is not worth with the pay..I am so disappointed with your service which already worst in this past 5 years especially outlet in Baling...what is really frustrated was my cousin the one who wanted to eat the Creamy Fondue because its her favourite appetizer and she end up ate appetizer unsatisfied. This outlet used to be under Mr. Vincent's area and its really not representing his expectation at all.I kept thinking even until now why now days customers cant even changed their order when its initially not our mistakes.Do we the customers only can place our orders without any changes after the order been delivered to kitchen?...Please stop this kind nonsense of services.Please look into this outlet problems which I considered as critical zone of service..I really love to revisit to PH and this branch is going to be the last in my list to visit.
