Pizza Hut - good service

Saya membuat pesanan pizza hut untuk bawa pulang, semasa saya order, restaurant tersebut amat busy... Tetapi casher yg bernama azyan amat peramah dengan saya dan anak saya... I have never been treated any way but nice-at this site-on Dawson Rd...until this date-by this person, since they opened over 20 years ago.

She definately does not need to be working for the public. Her attitude and work habits are the pitts.

She pitched a loud yelling, name calling fit-because I did not put the money in her hand, instead of on the counter, as I have done most of my life-anywhere I went. No reason, except habit.
It was her side of the counter, and she was talking to two other customers who came in after me, before me, and during the time she ask my name, and looked up my order and gave me the amount. I did not even know I had made this huge mistake until I heard her loudly telling the other two customers, and then the guy in the back room. As she handed me the two pizza's (and no change or plates as I expected and ask for)
I spoke my first words, besides my name when she ask. I told her quietly I did not know what her problem was, but she had one. As she shouted at ME NOW- I told her about four times, louder each time so she would hear me over her shouting, that I would report this, and she kept shouting profane things until I walked out.
I am a 71 year old white woman. (Apparently she does not like either)

On 1 / 22 / 2012 I I made a call in order to pick up at 18:06 and was told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 18:28 and was told that it would be a minute before the pizza would be ready. At 18:37 our pizza was not ready.18:53 I was given two pizza's which one was mine and the other one was wrong. I requested my money back and I received an attuitude from a manager called Sherdick at store number 002950 in Albany Ga. on Dawson Rd. He told me my order was cancelled and I checked my bank and it cleared on 1 /24/ 2012. It was not cancelled. $ 21.40 was taken out of my account when I did not receive the pizza's. I asked for the complaint phone number and I was told that there was not one. I've been eating at pizza hut for more than 23 years and Im very agree over the service I received. Pizza Hut pizza hut complainers need to get a life

I agree with tinkerbellad, some customers are just so freaking unbelievable. I was also a pizza hut employee for 3 years and sometimes we do make mistakes! Believe it or not! I can't believe none of the customers have never made mistakes . But we always take care of the customer, usually giving them free food or a discount. What else do you want us to do? Cry for your forgivness?
Also, we can get too busy for the staff to handle! Sometimes rushes are unexpected and we are over our heads in rude customers. I've watched other girls cry because they cannot handle how awful people can be over PIZZA! Once we were so busy during christmas that we had a 30 minute wait, and people took it out on the hostess! Yeah, it was her fault that so many people were lining up at the door! Orders were pileing up in the kitchen so fast that the tickets were covering the floor, and the cooks could not keep up. A man even said to our hostess, "You gave our table away? What are you f***ing stupid?" and by the way, she didn't give the table away, a group of people just took it.
People seriously need to just realize that we are a bunch of college and high school kids trying to make money for ourselves, but no you have to give us crap and make us feel bad. It's only pizza, calm down and give us a break.

Hey, this site isn't for those people, most understand that making pizza for [censored]s is hard work, but when we continually get bad service is when we choose to complain.

Pizza Hut late nights

on November 7th my girlfriend came to my house after work from pizza hut and she was half drunk and she had a large pizza hut cup full of liquor and soda she told me her associates at work gave it to her they were drinking on the j ob she is 19 yrs old under the age limit and she just had a new born baby she was driving under the influence witch coulda landed her in jail or even dead she said the shift manager closing that night gave it to her i am concerned because shes been getting drugs while at work and drinking on the job its a business its unprofessional done in the open and well because of this theres also been food tampering ive herd about at some point i am afraid to go to that business to go to that business do to these facts its very unprofessional and well unsecure

On nov.26, 2014 like 20 or 15 minutes until closing we decide to order pizza from Pizza Hut on Avalon normally I Order from Pizza Hut Woodward but they closing in 5 minutes my pizza was awful so I called back to complain about my order, was told I will credited $10 the next I come in so I decide to call for my replacement order nov.29, 2014 to find out there we're no history of it the employee was very rude and then decide to hang up in my hear ... I wouldn't recommend anyone to use the Pizza Hut in muscle shoals on Avalon I'll never return to their store anymore

Pizza Hut Former Employee

This is an informative letter in response to the Pizza Hut complaints listed on your website. I have worked at three Pizza Huts in NC and here are a few things that consumers in NC area should know. I HAVE NOT eaten Pizza Hut pizza since I quit 5 months ago.

I have tried for months to figure out someway to get the word out because I can't find any help to resolve these issues. I can't help but think what if my child ate a pizza from Pizza Hut while at someone else's house and became deathly ill or worse; very young children and the elderly are more prone to food borne illness than the average adult (learned this one in Servsafe). That's another funny thing, Rage Pizza Huts are paying for Servsafe certification and then completely disregarding what they paid to teach their general managers.

While at the 1st location, we were infested with rats and our District Manager did not take care of the problem until one of our employees and customers called the health department to tell them that there were rats in the dining room and a dead rat in our water heater. The restaurant had continued to wash dishes and serve food on the supposedly "clean dishes". The problem wasn't fixed until we were shut down for two days by the health department. The water heater went out at another time and we were told that we could not close, just wash the dishes in cold water and continue business as usual.

The next place I worked, I trained for my General Manager position. Recurring times I saw 1-2 day old dough go out the door to customers and old veggies being used on the make table and salad bar (hidden in "new" food). If anyone knows anything about dough it starts to grow yeast after a day or so of sitting and smells like alcohol; it can be potentially dangerous if eaten.

As a new General Manager, while looking for new hires, I was told "do not hire deaf people, they are loud and obnoxious." My District Manager even told me to take a 5 lb box of blackened, molded, slimy mushrooms out of my trash can and put them back into the fridge to be used (You'll be glad to know that I threw them away after he left). "We can't afford to throw away food, " were his exact words. He also called me before an inspection and told me not throw away any close to or expired food, just change the expiration date on the container so the health department could not get us.

Subsequently, I had a rough week at my restaurant following a local high school graduation. We had no tables, therefore my waitresses didn't make any tips that week; we were empty, almost every sale was carryout or delivery. At the end of the week I was instructed to delete any supplemental pay that was due to the waitress to ensure that they did not received minimum wage for that week. I refused and quit.

As far as I know, no one has ever taken these matters seriously. The NC Labor board was contacted and I'm assuming blew the entire thing off because I was never contacted after telling my waitresses that I would back them up at every turn and waitresses not receiving their pay is still occurring (I still have relationships with certain Pizza Hut employees that can verify these stories). I can't file a claim with the NC Labor board because it does not regard my pay, and I can't make a claim for someone else that is afraid to lose their job in fear of retaliation. If they would just subpoena Rage Inc.'s records, you can log into their system and pull up every possible thing that happened on a person's time slip or food ticket. On the time slips, it shows what tips were claimed and what they were changed to. It will also tell you who altered the claimed tips. (Basically, GM's, Assistants, and District Managers are logging into the system and claiming that waitresses made more tips than they claimed to avoid paying 6.55 an hour instead of 2.13 an hour. I know wait staff not claiming all or sufficient tips happens occasionally but I know for a fact that my waitresses were being screwed; you can't make tips if no one eats inside your restaurant and order everything to go.)

Rage Pizza Hut will rob your children if they work for them as wait staff; they will be (excuse the term) screwed out of pay due to them, treated with no respect, forced to serve inadequate and unsafe food, and discriminated against. They will also work in unsafe and unsanitary environments.

I have tried what I can, I was just wondering if maybe I could get some help or if you knew anyone that could help bring this nationwide corporation's abusive practices to a halt. If it happens in 3 restaurants in NC, I'm can almost promise you it happens everywhere else. All general managers attend the same meetings in every district, the story is probably the same, just with different faces.

worked for rage as a general contracor constructing pizza huts in variou states illinois and virginia built many new stores for them on just a handshake found them to be very professional people of their word . paid me hundreds of thousand dollars for my work would invoice every 30 days would have a payment within 7 days at my office i find it very hard to believe that people of this quality could possibly run their business as poorly as depicted in the many reviews i have read. I work for the Pizza Hut in SC. This is the worst company to EVER work for. The guy before posted you cant say that about them all but clearly we can when there are sooooo many complaints. First of all my GM is the son-in-law of our district manager. Ok, how is that even legal because he can be bias and oh he def is. He cusses out our district manager and nothing is ever done about it. If I even raised my voice to him I would be terminated on the spot. My GM opens in the morning at nine the next person to come in is at 11 he will only have the drawer counted sitting on his butt. He does not check dates on anything and when u tell him something is out of date he will say hurry and use it today. He waits until we are completely busy to do anything so he does not have to. When a customer wants to talk to him he refuses calls them b**ches and makes our 17 years olds get cussed out because the customer thinks they are lying to them, which they are because its what they are told. The days I managed I would tell him three hours before ieven got there please make sure all your stuff is done. He always lies to me and tells me everything is fine. When I go in the store will look like hell he is sitting on his butt playing on his phone. no dishes are washed we are out of three kinds of dough that he had ample time to proof. He leaves the trash and dishes in the store when he closes for the morning driver. We can ask our GM about something and he never knows the answer of just flat out ignores you. I was promised a raise with my management position but after four weeks of doing the work with minimum pay um hell no. My GM make $615 a week after taxes and I work my but off 50 times harder than he even dreams of working for maybe $120 a week after taxes. I do have a notebook however that I write the date and time and everything that has happened. When I quit in a couple weeks im gonna email it all to my district manager if nothing is done it will be emailed to the president of the company if nothing still to dehec or labor board something. I cant stand by and watch this company screw other people over like they have my friends and I. Please be smart people document everything it will help you soooomuch in the long run.

Rage corporation is very crooked and treat their employees in Pearisburg Virginia are treated like slaves . If a cook gets a tip of $35 for making 50 pizzas and delivering them when the store doesn't even deliver they have to claim that tip! That's a one tip in 8months not a everyday thing!

If I had the time I would tell a few horror stories of how my old manager and assistant manager would run business. My complaint however, is with the women at the Rage Inc. offices. I called to change my address with them in order to receive a tax return. Everyone I spoke to was rude and unfriendly. I called three times to get the job done and the secretary, finally, "patched me through" to a woman named "Barbara". I had left Barbara a voice-mail a few days prior to this conversation and while explaining this to Barbara she interrupted me mid sentence saying that it had been done, that my address had been changed.
That was great news! However, I would have appreciated a call informing me that the change had been made. I decided to let her know this and her response was "Okay... is there anything else I can help you with?" in a snide tone. I wanted to tell her that while the rest of us do our jobs, it would be a comfort to know she was doing hers but instead I said "No, thank you." and hung up the phone. I hope the world produces less Barbara's in the future. - and for that matter, less Pizza Hut's.

Ive worked for pizza hu on and off since 1994... They need some cameras! one store was held at gunpoint and now this store has a cash shortage problem. Everyone is pointing fingers at the other one cuz everyone is in the register! even though i let two hours before closing, i was told i had to "pay it back" and asked to drop the money in oujr safe otherwise i faced losing my job when they notify the dm! so i did it but i never stole the money in the first place...i just didnt want to lose my job!

I've been working at pizza ut for 4 years now. Back when I first started we had numbers to work with with labor and such and everything ran smoothly. Then as the economy went down our RVP has got greedy. I've watched minimum wage go up 3 twice...u think they raised the labor scale to accomoadate..nope they lowered it instead. My DM and RGM are constantly busting ### trying to get things in order but it never works. Our RVP barely knows how to make a pizza yet he is the one making the decisions on how our stores run. Then he says things that don't make since...like he wants us to get more employees to get our speed of service and drive times up...yet he wants us to still hit labor...how am I supposed to get labor down and get more employees on the clock at the same time...its impossible. Rage inc is literally the worst cmpany anyone could work for...they have no clue what they are doing. And I know their greed will cause them to go under...they give pizza hut a really bad name as a franchise owner ad the greedy RVP and others in the ashville office are to blame

For several months I have been wanting to let off some steam and let out all that has gone on at the Pizza Hut Id worked at twice. Once many years ago, and then this last time for over a year. I had been scared of being confronted and losing my job but now that I have left I feel safe in saying that there IS INFACT TOO MUCH BULL going on in several stores. As management u hear and see pretty much everything, Its just up to you to whether or not you do anything about it. I agree that the DM is responsible however we had a great DM, but a sorry Store Mgr. who always hid everything from the DM. She blames everything on her health problems or other employees nothing was ever her fault. Infact, the DM had came in on several occassions in which we as all employees had to rush each time and get all the expired veggies in either containers to switch over (to look prepared) or hide inside the maketable under our containers we were using. Changing all dates even on chicken, dough, sauces, anything out of date that day or before. I have watched as well old mixed w new, that I wouldnt have fed a pig. On one occassion the store mgr had some employees to hurry and pack out of date onions in a sauce bucket. Some open in bottom then bags put in the middle and more opened on top. Different ones putting things in their vehicle until the inspector left., While she kept him preoccupied with something in the back office. We were constantly threatened, cussed, and made to do as she insisted or terminated. And if something was caught as being wrong she would blame the employees in front of the inspector, on duty as if she had told them to or not to do something. Even on occassions stateing the employees were still being trained after being there 6 mos or so. The employees would get fussed at for things she had just told them to or not to do in front of the inspector or DM as if it was told to them different before hand. She was no is a compulsive liar! Covering her behind in anyway possible and taking credit for anything good.

As for the dough, that again is a huge problem as well. If no dough as in ran out or needing during morning and not proofed yet, she would tell us all to fast proof. which consist of putting in the warmer, on top of the oven or beside the oven to proof within a few minutes. At night when no one wanted to do so they would have to use for a Large Pan, 2 mediums, for the box dinner a medium, for Large Handtossed a med. pan, for personnel pans a med pan cut in 4 ways, stuffed crust the same as handtossed, breadstix a large pan pressed and cut. This happens without warning the customers that we were even out. And happened alot, I mean at least 3 days out of a wk but yet we always had old med handtossed in which was yellow edged and cracked. We were told to spray the edge just like with the thin crust. The inspector had said not to spray the thin pans itd make them soggy. While inspector was still there the cooks were told to hide behind door of ###er to spray the pan anyway. Continued then on out. If there were old pan dough smelling liike alcohol we still had to use, no food cost was to go up or she threatened to fire all and hire all new.

However, at night she would have all us mgrs, cooks to try to save labor so shut down things early by getting dishes bk early
(starting at 8 and not suppose to close til 10). That would mean using your hands to measure all ingredients in which is hello FOOD COST! Dipping chicken wings down in the sauce instead of using a clean bowl which involves particles staying in there until God knows when. Using the same utensil on uncooked as cooked. This also means customers are getting cheated constantly on the amt of ingredients. They made portioned cups for the meat and cheese for just that so customers and get their moneys worth. Depending on who was there to whether they got that or not, yes sometimes they would get way over their moneys worth. But then the pizza dough wouldnt be cooked throughly bc of too mch toppings. We actually were tld to save food cost by packing cheese down in the cup pressing so the cheese would stay stuck in the botomm( a significant amt at that) if anyone important saw it looked as if we werent cheatn anyone and that it appeared to be a full cup.

Dishes being clean is a rarely thing that happened either time of working there. If out of the dish detergent, They were told to use just water in which alot of times happened to be cold water. The hot water kept going out and overlooked. Dishwashers were told they didnt have to dirty their sinks by putting dish water in them thy didnt have to waste their time with spraying thm off. To save time to just send through the dish washing machine. In which if anyone knows that much or " their job" the machine is basically just to sanitize not to clean. Therefore, dishes come out and are put up wet and dirty.If someone like myself caught it who cared then thy would wipe against their clothing. Infact, they were told they could wipe with their shirts frm the store mgr herself. In which did do herself on several occassions. Sometimes though, not even wipeing, instead using dirty. Things falling on the floor and still used without wipeing as well.

On to labor problems. Yes this store does the same as mentioned bfr by the other young man. The waitresses, cooks, dishwashers, and mgrs. are all cheated as often as possible. Infact, was once said that a detective stated that thy would b watching closely for thy had good suspesion that she was embezling within the store on food orders, different dry products, deposits, and employees checks. Yes their is a pay sign off sheet, however, this is forged by her and her accomplice more times than not! If someone hasnt signed they forge their names without permission.. My name has been forged on numerous occassions and my pay not correct. When telling this to the manager she always says she will have it fixed and never does. Yes you can go and print off a time slip for the week but if she has already been in the computer files and fixed it to benefit herself then its your word against hers. With her being in the business for 30 years even as a assistant you wont be recognized as telling the truth if anything is said just that you are trying to get her job. But yet she can go have surgery and be out for a week and paid, then whn her time to be out is up she comes in and clocks in then leaves returning home stateing if the GM comes by call her quickly . If anyone told she would fire immediately and make sure they couldnt get a job anywhere else in the town. Coming bk later clocking herself out to mk it look as if she were there for her entire shift.. Since there are no security cameras, after numerous thefts which include money missing, product, supplies and employees personal belongings, there was and from my understanding still no way of proving any of what has went on or still does. Employees are scared of losing there jobs as well as being threatened with physical retaliation by this store manager who is constantly talking about knowing the HELLS ANGELS and other biker groups. Infact, she brags about being apart of the biker group for some time. She covers her actions from the ones who she feels is capiable of taking her job if she did not.
On many occassions she sends employees on breaks when they have only been there for an hour. Tryed to get everyone to take a 25 min break clocking out yet coming bk in 5 mins and taking 4 more 5 min brks to cover the 25 min clk out. However, didnt last long for people bucked on that one. For especially the waits wouldnt get their 4 other brks bc of having tables. Other times when she had under scheduled she would make some go all day long without a brk at all. On one occassion a cook had an accident and made fun of simply bc she wouldnt take over the make and cut long enough for this individual to run to the bathroom. Yet she had time to run to the dining room to communicate with the guest. She always had to be in the middle of all attention. A worker got into trouble for taking boxes out and smoking after being there 12 hours without a break. She literally even cussed majorly at us mgrs for everything. If there were complaints on several occassions she would get waits to take their dine in tickets and do a survey making thm press all 5s giving her perfect surveys bfr thy could go smoke. At the end of the night she made a big deal about what time we had to be out. End of day had to be ran and money counted at a specific time and many times having to clock the closers out in order to get it done bfr thy r ever actually done with their cloeing duties. They may only have to work 5 mins but it has been an hour or longer bfr they actually got to leave. We were not suppose to clock them back in after doing the EOD because of labor for the next day. Complaints made but nothing was ever done about it.

Even after all this, this store is the biggest dramatic store I think Iv ever been in or worked for! With mgrs invovled with mgrs and other employees. Not keeping it outside of work either. At least what was mentioned earlier they were in the back having sex, we had a couple of managers who literally stood at the make table sticking their hands down one anothers pants licking their hands and then making the orders without as mch as washing or using hand sanitizer. Instead of this being taking serious its laughed about while continued. Having these two all over each other most of the time being scheduled together. Another mgr. licking guys faces and giving oral sex out in the parking lot, another harrassing the younger people, hearing all kinds of perverted conversations as well as details on what goes on and again just laughed about. It is digusting that anyone would allow this to go on mustless at the make and making food.
Yet wont take action towrd this but does toward a 4 mth pregnant lady being the only working and she fires her for no call no show when shed not had a phone, so sent another worker to let us know shed b out of work. Ok lady get your priorities in order all ready. I mean really! You fire for no call no show but not for something as serious as sexual herassment and misconduct. Seriously! On another level she allows a family member to stay out as much as she wants, taking off during shifts running the show per say while she is there. Doing whatever this person wants and no concequences for any of her actions at all because of being family.The amount of favortism there is unbelievable. From my understanding family wasnt suppose to be hired to begin with. Probably for that very reason. Both blinding the DM so he knows nothing, and kissing ### as mch as possible to keep him from thinking any bad whatsoever.

As for cleaning, this occurs only when finding out there is going to be an inspection or one of the big wheels are coming. This store has also had mice, roaches galore, ants, flies, different bugs running around and getting in the food, they still would serve. However, not near as bad as other places. Black mold under make, sinks, ###er, dining area, etc. Mold on dishes from them being put up wet and without attention, being used none the less. Food particles everywhere, setting up fungus. Even witnessed a pizza being made by the food particles underneath the containers, on the make table. When some people complain there have been times that things have " happened" to their food bc of it. Set times are never followed on the dough, nor the veggies, meat, or even saucing and buffet. Buffet times are not used almost ever, Instead sets out there until completely nasty looking.

Overall, this place is a hazardous place to take your family, and friends to eat!. Employees that are bad sick are made to come in to work, reguardless of how sick or whats wrong and with no one taking food preparation serious. Even though most of us had taken safserve, its majorly disreguarded most of the time. l realize there are some stores and some employees that are not bad and are really trying. However, in these situations, were this kind of thinking, or shall I say not thinking, not caring, and no respect or compassion, no interest in trying to actually do things for the customers and the bettering the business itself, instead worried only when an inspection is due, needs to be aknowledged, taking serious for once, and addressed immediately! Or else enough of us past employees and possible current along with customers are going to get to the point of sueing for reembersment as well as health issues and shutting down this million dollar company that has no courtesy for their people; employees and customers! If enough people would get together and quit being timid of such power, the power would be taken and put where it belongs. In our hands to make a difference! Personally, Im tired of these kind of coorporates closing their ears and eyes to just let businesses be ran, however, as long as they get paid, making a profit. We are still America and we are suppose to stand for our rights and ourselves as workers, we do pay taxes and should have a say. Especially, when invoving our health issues, what our kids are having to witness in a work place and what we are having to deal with, out of so many jobs and their so called " Suppierors".

Thank you all, for taking time to read my concerns and Im hopeing it touches some, in which u take action as well. Best wishes to those of you who still have to work there and put up with such, and just remember to keep strong. Where one door closes, another will open. You were looking for a job when u got there, you can be looking when you leave. Just get a spine and tell it like it is. We all have freedom of speech and sometimes that and faith is all it takes.!

to the guy saying he got demoted and a pay reduction... when you came back from your Mom dying... you need to look at your legal rights if you are being honest with us on this. It is a law Bill Clinton helped get passed. FMLA... means family medical leave act. I believe it state you can take up to 3 months off. BUT! You are not guaranteed your old job back. But the job must be comparable in pay. You may have the right to sue.

Ordered online. Order arrived after 40 minutes, it was barely warm. Two of the side orders looked as if they had been interfered with. Barbecue chicken pieces, one of the pieces looked as if a huge bite had been taken out of it, the same with the breaded chicken strips. What it looked like was somebody's leftovers.

i was very upset by the whole experince. on sat 25th october we took my grandson sister their mum two aunts and two cousins to pizza hut dartford for a special 5th birthday treat.we ordered drinks and food four times it took by several members of staff to get the drinks right they kept bringing the wrong one excuse being sorry but he is new hear. the pizza we ordered arrived but the meal deal arrived different to what was shown on menu when this was pointed out a rude manageress said you should have looked at the small print as our menus change even though when ordered my daughter pointed to the one she wanted to the waiter and he never said a word.after about a fifteen minute time period a waiter came over to say the pasta we ordered was all gone would we like to reselect which we did after a further long wait as everbody else had near enough finished a waitress came over an apologised for th delay and asked if we would like to select from the salad cart to which we declined as most of our nine strong party had finished eventually the pasta arrived on asking for refills for drinks three different staff had to be remindedbefore you got anywhere all in all what should have been a joyous occasion turned into a nightmare. to top it all once again as every time i have used this pizzahut the icecream factory machine was not working.I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR YOUR VIEWS ON THIS DISASTRIOUS OCCASION.please reply to Mrs J C Ducie 32 Ward Way Bexhill-onSea East Sussex TN39 4HL I spent nearly 60 pounds to be treated in this way will not win my business again most distressing day out look forward to hearing from you soon with your comments.a very unhappy grandmother.

Pizza Hut service

Just had an extremely disappointing visit to pizza hut. On my previous visit to the same restaurant some friends were treated with racist discrimination by one of the staff before we arrived. Did not pursue my complaint at the time. Tonight the starter arrived after 30 minutes together with the pizza! There were 8 other customers! Minimum cheese on pizza. Was supposed to be a supreme. Nothing supreme about it! Very much doubt if the cola served was actually Pepsi as advertised. Won't ruin another evening eating at pizza hut.

How Pathetic the service over the phone, the lady who I didn't get her name, I can tell you she was working Tuesday, August 12, 2008 time 5;30 pm location Kenner LA Chateau Estates, no Delivery because of a little rain, give me a break! I won't be calling pizza hut again Papa Johns had no problem over a little rain what kind of business you all running, you need to hire people who want to work!

I went to pizza hut for a meal with my mum and a friend of mine. I got a table straight as it was not that busy. We sat down and chose what we wanted to eat and then ordered. The waitress took our order which got a bit confusing at first but then I repeated the order at the end.

Order:
1 meal for one – Garlic bread and a small vegetarian hot one NO CHEESES which we said three times and made very clear the waitress seemed to understand this.

1 medium vegetarian hot one

Drinks: 2 tap waters 1 J2o

We waited 20 minuets got our food we were very hungry, we didn’t get what we asked for. Instead we got:

Plate of garlic bread which if I may add was cold

2 Small vegetarian hot one both WITH CHEESE

We made a complaint and told them that we were hungry and had already waited 20mins. They said that was what we order, when I tried to tell them that was not our order they told me I was wrong. They kept on telling us that we were wrong. We asked to speak to the manager and the waitress and the gentleman that was there with here ‘claimed’ to be the manager after telling us we was wrong several times we told to bring our correct/ new order they will make them again in 5mins. We told them we do not want to pay for a meal or we want a discount they said they can’t do that even though they got the order wrong. How can you get such a simple order wrong?

We got our meal which was correct, we enjoyed our meal as we always do, but not one person came to us to ask us if our meal was ok as they normally should do in ALL restaurants. We finished our meal and went to pay expecting a discount for two orders they got wrong. In the end we went to pay out bill and we told the so called manager that we was not happy at all. When we asked him why not one person came to us to ask us how our meal was he said he did send someone. He practically said we were lying. There were only three staff members two of them we already had an argument with and the third on only sat us to our table and took our plates that are the only time we had someone attended to us. He then got very sarcastic with us and was talking down to us.

The staff were very rude and scruffy not one staff member was were a name badge the manager was leaning over the counter and talking to us. The body language came across as if he did not care about what we had to say and he was not bothered.

I don’t know what kind of staff Pizza Hut as a big company employ but that is not the kind of staff I would ever hire. I worked in retail as well before and the same rules apply such as name badge should be worn at all time, neat and tidy NEVER lean across the till area or the counter and always make customers feel welcome. In this case none of this happened. We never got an apology at all not from any staff member or the so called ‘manager’ I hope something will be done about this. I will never go to that pizza hut again an I will make sure none of my family or friend ever do go there because I do not what the to be treated in the same way as we was.

Yesterday i went to the new pizza hut at alor star here to have my breakfast with my friend. no one great us, no one came to me to give the menu. then lastly i have called a waiter. his name AZAM. he came and gv us the menu. after half and hour only i get the menu. that guy ome and gv me the menu. after that no one come and get the order at my table. so i fed up with ur staf on that day so i just get out from the pizza hut. one thing pls make a note that yesterday is the first and last that i went to pizza hut. why ur staf very slow and lazy to done their job. what kind of bisness that u having. we not came to ur company to eat FOC. we gv u service charge. bleddy fool bisness that u having. that guy not metched to be ur staf. i realy hate this new pizza hut. good bye forever. Couldn't get answer on the phone and when I did they put me on hold and didn't come back. I decided to go by
actual location and stood at the front and waited to place an order and nobody would acknowledge me. So I left and went to the Dairy Queen where I was greeted
very enthusiastically and warmly. Service was great!
Someone needs to check management at some of their
Pizza Huts. This would never have happened if someone else had been in charge. Old management who were ousted were great and this is what happens when the right people are no longer there. I have been in management and customer service and this was awful!

They have the most unprofessional employees at night.This store hires anyone with no common sense.These young people that works there want a job but care less about doing it.Even the male manager there thinks if your isn't right then its your fault for placing that order. The delivery service there is so mess up, they will cancel your order if the driver can't locate your house in the neighborhood. Ask this question, why no map, gps, phone or hire people with some knowledge of where they will be working. Please if you just got to have Pizza Hut, try one the other side of town. The store service represent its employees

i ordered pizza from pizza hut kemaman on 29/3/12. i ordered online, and paid with my visa. after 2 hours, got a called saying they r only going to send then, which was already at 11pm (ordered at 9pm), at 11:30 no sign of it, so i called. the manager said she thought my order has arrived. then called again saying they couldnt find the house (which was supposed to be sorted out earlier). i cancelled, and asked for refund but apparently manager was ?slow. offered to deliver my pizza THE NEXT DAY! and didnt understand wht a refund is. - very pissed

They are suppose to welcome you to Pizza Hut, and they are suppose to wear the uniform that is to be worn at Pizza Hut, name badge, black pants, black shoes, Pizza Hut hats, and Pizza Hut work shirts. If the employees does not wear their uniforms they could've been fired or Pizza Hut could've been shut down, if the inspector came in to the store and seen it for their self. Pizza Hut is not what it's suppose to be anymore. I know cause i had worked at a Pizza Hut in Indiana.

Pizza Hut rude & unacceptable behaviour of staff member

On 9/oct/08, we being 2 youth workers from bristol city council, took a group of 12 year 9 bme students from fairfield high school for a day trip to a go karting activity in newport. Over the past 3 years we have visited the pizza hut on numerous occassions for meals. On 9/10/08, we encountered an experience that both the staff & young people felt was unacceptable behaviour from a member of the staff team, citing himself as the manager.
A member of the staffing, taking orders, asked us, when ordering our pizzas, "how old are the young people?". At this point, she informed us that if they are 12 or under, they can purchase the children buffet. To which I replied, as far as I am aware they are year 9 students as from september 08. To my knowledge most of the students ages were around 12/13. The woman taking the order proceeded to order childrens buffet. To my, & other guests surprise, this man in a very abnoxious manner told me that these black students "looks 15 to 16 years old". At this point I challenged his opinion & told him the facts about the young people, which he did not accept & to my surprise told us to leave the premises. We refused & I told him to charge the group adult rates & I will be making a formal complaint to you. We want an apology, particularary for the young people, who felt the treatment was grossly unfair. We have informed our respective authouities namely, bristol city council & the education authorities about the issues. Until further notice we will not be using pizza hut again.

Pizza Hut tomato sauce

I had been ordering pizzahut from the Klang, branch nearby Ocean. Suprisingly when I ask the waiter remember to give me some tomato packets, she said no tomato saurce provided here. Only Cili sauce will have. Wah!, I taught something wrong with my ears, what so of services they provide!. At least, if you said temporary out of order, I still can accept, but no totally did not provide. Customers Services Division, please do something to meet your customer's needs. Thank you.

Pizza Hut iwas treated very badly

I order a pizza today from one of your stores here in odessa. Texas 10/17/2008 the store # is 013237 the young lady that took the order was ana my batch # 632 invoice #39. After getting my order getting ready to feed the kids I find out that they had sent the worng pizza, so I call them and for 25mins. I let the phone ring I finally got some one after my third try to call the store cause someone was picking up the phone an hanging it up, I let the young lady know that my order was not right she told me she had to talk to her boss I was put on hold for one hour, got on my cell phone to call them agin and I asked to speak to a superivor and I was told she was not coming to the phone. Before this I told them my kids were hungry and ready to eat this ment nothing to them and as of 10:28 p. M no one has tried to slove the worng pizza. There was no trouble in taking my credit card. My kids went to bed on peanutbutter sandwiches yes I feel wornged I even told them the kids cannot eat the other pizza cause it was sausage and they could have it back. They are very rude and I will stop payment on this order we dont have $41.64 to waste. Thank you jacqueline burditt

Pizza Hut credit card order

I placed an online order from Pizza Hut.com and received a confirmation email. Once the pizza arrived, I followed the instructions from the site and showed my credit card to the delivery driver and tipped him. No sooner than I opened the box and was impressed at how delicious the order looked; his manager informed him that I had to submit my credit card information once again. I refused to re-submit my credit card information because I have been a victim of identity theft and didn't want to fall prey to fraudulent charges. For some insane reason Pizza Hut would rather me give the information again which would allow me to be charged twice eventually. Nevertheless, I sent the pizza back and logged onto my laptop in attempt to seek justice!

Buyer Beware when dealing with Pizza Hut.com. Place a cash transaction only!

Pizza Hut bad pizza

we got a pretty big order it was the game pack 2 mediums and hotwings 2liter pepsi and a stuff crust pepperoni, well the pepperonis were burnt and only HALF the pizza had cheese all three this was a rip off im pry never going there again i was NOT happy or on the other hand if i ever do go i will check the order BEFORE i even leave the store that was bad.

We were spending the winter in South Texas and were celebrating our 52nd anniversary so thinking Pizza Hut would be a good choice, we ordered 3 large supreme pizzas to go as we were having a party at our place and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten and we were so embarrased. There was just literally NO toppings and very little cheese, I could have served frozen pizza and it would have been better and a whole lot cheaper. I hope this message gets to someone who cares about your customers.

I order a pizza at 9:22 pm and it was going to be ready in 15 min. when I picked it up it looked like they were in an extra hurry and didn't care how my pizza came out and the pizza taste like just a piece of bread without cheese, pepperoni and sauce. I had never tasted a pizza that bad before. It really looked like and tasted just like bread without anything else.

my husband & i went to pizza hut, had a large pepperoni & mushrooms the put one klob of pepperoni on it we saw some between the cheese & tomato souce & the cheese, it was verry bad hardly any cheese, I complaint

My family and I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for the coupon price of 21.99 and was over charged to begin with and then treated very rudely by the person taking the order.The order was made at 9:45 pm at 10:02 we were called by them.The co-worker once again rudely spoke to us telling us we need to come get our food so she can lock the doors.Well that was not a problem for us we get there and she charges 5 dollars more than the coupon had stated and again we were rudely spoke to, needless to say I paid and went home so that I could feed my family.(me, two young children, and a six month pregnant women){keep that in mind now}The expectant mother ate one slice noticing something didn't taste right thanking it was just her so she went ahead and ate, my 10 year old daughter pointed out to us during her first slice the pizza that it was very raw {you could seriously mold your own pizza out of the uncooked pizza} not only was the dough not cooked neither were the toppings.Now the 5 year old ate her first and only peice before we discovered this and so did the expectant mom.We called to let the manager know about it at 10:20 and once again rude service and before we could finish letting her know our info. she rudely hung up the phone.Now we have two food sick people in the house thanks to improper service.

I have experienced this from Pizza Hut. It was a delivery order. Not only was the pizza very 'doughy' but the vegetables were also not cooked [Crunchy raw onions, crunchy raw peppers] AND it was the wrong TYPE of pizza. In other words, everything with it was just wrong. :)

What makes my experience memorable is that when I called to tell them, I asked to speak with the Manager whereby she told me I would have to pay a 'delivery fee' to have a good pizza delivered! I was astounded at that 'policy' because I'd already paid for a cooked pizza and had tipped the driver. I managed to reason with her sensibility despite her pleas that it 'was policy' and did get a good pizza on the 2nd go round.

This was back in 1996 so hopefully their 'policy' has changed.

Pizza Hut poor customer service & wrong order multiple times

The crossgates location made the same wrong order twice in 3 days. When I called the call center to report the incorrect order, I complained that this problem happened twice within three days and I was frustrated. The service rep was non caring and told me that I should have checked my order. I asked for his supervisor and was transferred to another non caring person that seemed to be aggravated about having to deal with a customer complaint. He also told me it was my responsibility to check orders not the restuarant. He was very short with his responses and when I asked for his name he said "Jason" I asked for last name and he stated that all I needed to know was that he was the manager of the call center and his name was Jason. I went back to the Crossgates location and asked for a refund and the manager on duty, Sylvia, was also not friendly but seemed to be inconvenienced to have to even service me.
When do people get to have jobs in the customer service and treat people with no respect. I may only be one person but I hold a high position at a local bank that spends thousands with Pizza Hut each year. After tomorrow Pizza Hut will no longer be used by our bank for any catering dinners or luncheons and I will tell everyone I talk to about the poor service Pizza Hut managers give to their customers.

Service quality and food stuff is very poor at faisalabad pizza hut all because of his manager. Who is very cheap & rood, he is promoted from waiter to manager, so he don't even know how to deal with customers. I could not remember his name exactly but I think mr. Zahid. When I told him that I complaint u, he refused to give me receipt & emp. No, and said go and do whatever u want to do nobody

Pizza Hut awful employee

Despite their wonderful mission statement, NPC International/Pizza Hut could not care less about their 'valued' employees. I was brutally assaulted, without warning or provocation, by another employee while we were both on the clock. The police arrested the other driver and formally charged him with assault. I spent several hours in the ER getting my bruises, scrapes, cuts and sprains checked out.

The day after, I went to discuss the issue (on my own time) with the RGM. Long story short, he was not objective, apparently taking sides with the other driver. When I asserted myself, he fired me. No warning, no write-ups, simply terminated on the spot. For what it's worth, I was 'MVP' for the month of February, never had so much as an oral warning about anything, was always a top ranked driver, and never had a customer complaint.

Not only will I never work for this company again, I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut in the future. Hopefully, NPC will do the right thing in this case. Litigation is an option, but one I do not wish to pursue.

I've said my peace.

The last time my wife and I ordered Pizza Hut pizza we ordered a meat lovers (large) and when we received it the quality of the product was so badly diminished that we both had upset stomachs from it. The amount of meat on the pizza was a joke, they couldn't have put any less. The pizza had a pool of grease on the top and we threw 1/2 away.

It seems that they have recently gone up in price, not down as they claim and made their pizza cheaper instead of better. In a time when the economy is bad and people hurt for business I would expect the opposite

I ordered a crown crust pizza at your Ajax - R32804 location for pick up. My order # was [protected]. This was the first time I have ever ordered this pizza...I guess seeing the commercials over and over really works. Anyhow I arrived to pick up the pizza (which came up to $30.50) with nothing additional with it, just the pizza. Right before I was going to pay for it they showed me what it looked like and to my horror the most disappointing looking pizza in my entire life was presented to me! Let me break down what they showed me in that pizza box in no particular order...first off the entire pizza's appearance was so dry it looked like it was cooked when the store first opened and was then was placed in a warmer for the day waiting to get sold. The crust was paper thin which I didn't ask for, the pizza didn't even fill the box it came in and normally when I get a pizza anywhere, when it's sliced it still somewhat together, not in this case it looked like if a cracker was being separated. I ordered the pizza with extra cheese x2 and could see as much of the dry sauce as I did cheese. For a $30 pizza you would expect a lot more than that. I ended up leaving empty handed, upset and never wanting to buy from you guys again. Now I only had great experiences growing up eating from pizza hut so I'm hoping it's just this particular location that offers this to its customers for the company’s sake. I'm writing to you to let you know you might have lost a fan/customer for ever. I had to tell them I didn't want it and now I can't order from them again because I not going through that again. I don’t expect the pizza to look exactly like what I see on TV but damn some pride need to go into making food for paying customers.

Our Pizza Hut in Enid, Oklahoma is an embarrassment. The workers are dirty looking, the place is dirty looking, the service is terrible - the only good thing is the the taste of the pizza. Most people get delivery so that they don't have to look at the people working there or the mess in the place, but sometimes it's hard to not think about those things even when you're eating the pizza at home. Is it too much to ask for the best tasting pizza in town to come from a nice, clean store with clean, polite workers with teeth so our appetite isn't ruined before we get our pizza?

Pizza Hut the worst pizza I have ever encountered in 40 years

My wife and I ordered the special from pizza hut at approximately 9:30 pm on september the 6th 2008, which included 2 large pizzas 1 large pop and breadsticks.

The pizza was deliverd on a timely basis and there was a substitute, for the 2 large pizzas we were given 4 medium pizzas. Firstly the pizzas were colder than usual and certainly not piping hot, at least not within the previous 1 hour prior to delivery.
The toppings on all 4 pizzas were the standard limited amount of cheese and pepperoni.
One pizza was ordered with pepperoni and black olives and arrived with pepperoni a sparse amount of cheese and had black olives all over the top and not cooked on the pizza but laying on the top uncooked.
The second choice was to be double cheese and pepperoni, and it was the standard cold sparsely cheesed and pepperoni.
The breadsticks were cold and very hard and almost brittle, and very difficult to eat because of their hardness, and were thrown out upon arrival.
The only satifactory product was the 2 litre bottle of diet pepsi, and it was only good because it was a sealed bottle that the staff at pizza hut did not have access to it prior to delivery.
We ate some of this product and found very soon we had multiple problems with indigestion which followed into the next day, and that is why I am responding at this time.
This was by far the most incompetently put together order I have ever encountered in 40 years of buying take out pizza... Obviously not alot of pride in the product pizza hut delivers.
Specials are great to get at fast food outlets but profit should never outweigh quality and pride in your business to give the public the best product available... Not an order gone wrong which I think was substituted for our order... And replaced with.

Ps... I forget to mention the diarehea, this caused but my wife was not a happy camper on sunday!

Pizza Hut sour sauce

I eat at pizza hut a lot. we went to pizza hut and the sauce tasted sour.we spoke to the manager she told me and my 3 children to do this complaint.we had 3 medium pizzas. My address is 503A carthage road Lumberton N.C. 28358.I would like to be reumbursed for my trouble.thank tou tammy Porter.

I live in st Paul's and decided to place an order from home so when I got to lumberton it would be ready. Called and was put on hold so I decided to start driving anyway. Never did anyone come back to the phone to take my order. When I walked in pizza hut still on the phone, there was no big line like I imagined! Just two customers in line to pay and two families sitting down. I let the manager know how long I had been on the phone and she just says "oh sorry" Something really needs to be done about the slow response to calls as well as the nonchalant attitude of the employees. This is the reason why I suspect the revenue is down!

Guess what the sauce was old/expired if it was sour. I've worked in 3 pizza huts and it happened at all of them.
