My daughter received a "Book it" coupon for excellent reading at school. It is for a free personal pan pizza. She is 5 years old and was very proud of her accomplishment. We made a special trip to the Pizza Hut in Oak Hill, WV, at 7:30pm on 10/12/2017.We were told that they are out of pan pizzas. Idk how bc the place was empty! We asked if it could be substituted for a dessert or something special for my daughter. How disappointing to find out that the manager said "No!" How sad! Will never make a trip there again!

Today we ordered a big order from pizza hut egypt (cairo festival branch) of 6 pizzas 2 wedges and 2 cinabites noting that we are a company (RB egypt) and we ussually have huge orders! The order came after 2 hours without any notice, when I called the hotline they were not aware of the order status and they had to check back! And they never came back and I had to call 3 times to recieve a proper answer regarding the delivery guy status! The staff calling me was v v v unprofessional and untrained to handled customer and talked in a vulgare language! After all of this the order came without a cheque! Not only but it came semi cooked and v v cold! After several complain, an area cs manager called me and told me I am sorry and I will take corresponding action and the check is on its way as I refused to oay witht recieving a copy! Gladly they didnt take the pizza while guetting the cheque because I told them if they took the pizza they can take it for good and don t come back! I am realllyy disapointed of all what happened the way it eneded... will never order pizza hut again.. sorry to say it... service is really deteriorating in egypt branches! Unfortunatly we forgot to take photos as we tried to make it eadable and we were extremely hungry after more than 2 hrs of delays!

We were at your location on Sycamore in kokomo indiana attending a baby shower in your party room and there was a table that fell over on my son and split his head he got five stitches this happened Saturday the 7th I have asked several times for a district manager to call me back in yet no one has called me back and it's pretty sad that I have to get online to make a review for someone to get ahold of me in my eyes that's very unprofessional I should have already received a phone call and when I called your employee cherrelle was very short and hung up on me and that made me feel like that my son getting hurt in your location didn't matter

On the 11th of october I found my receipt from when I ordered the previous night. It said 10$ off your next online purchase 20$ or more. I couldnt find a survey code on my receipt so I called for the store number, since www.tellpizzahut.com said you could use the store number as an alternative. I called pizza hut to get the store number, then a woman answered, so I said "hi I was wondering what the store number is, I got a receipt saying to enter a survey code online to get the discount but there is no survey code so I was wondering if I could get the store number" and shes like "its on your receipt. Look at it." and I was asking her if it was the "zone f-05" thing or the "18:47:05" thing and all the other numbers and she was like "no. It literally says the store number at the top of your receipt" and I kept looking over it for a moment and im like "I dont see it here though.." and she was like "its there, we've never had trouble with another person saying they couldnt find it so" and I looked more and said it wasnt there, and she hung up... I tried to call back multiple times after she hung up in my face. No answer. Then I called again and a different lady answered and I told her my situation again with the survey number, and she hung up as well.. I do not appreciate such absurd behavior when all I did was call and ask for a store number to a coupon I was entitled to.. And I got snarky attitudes and hung up on multiple times for this. I would like to request another coupon or something of equivalent value

On Tuesday, October 10, 2017, my mother ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Hunt at 7385 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC [protected]). She has ordered the exact same thing for three weeks in a row. First time order was $19.00, second time they said $26.00 and yesterday they said $36.00. Mother said "I don't think so. The special is still running." The man on the phone mumbled something and hung up on her. After 30 minutes she was finally able to get her order called in. She said the individuals answering the phone were beyond rude. The ticket # on the order was #0069 and the code on the boxes was kexe 5ga0 502. She is so glad she questioned the price because someone else may have just paid the incorrect amount without thinking. Mother was so upset with how she was spoken to on the phone that if the grandchildren weren't counting on Pizza Hut pizza, she would have gone with another pizza location. Something needs to be done to improve customer service at this location. Thank you.

My is Jose Trinidad Valdez and my fiance is Sonya Gomez. We order from pizza hut at least 3-4 times a month, on a recent visit last Monday Oct.2 we ordered 2 pizzas. As I walked in to pick up after estimated time to be done pizza hut employee said they were burnt and had to make new ones. As I waited 10 more mins and paid full price for the new pizzas went home to find them burnt as well. My fiance took them back and explained what had happen to the pizza hut employee, she also said they tasted like crap.Employee quickly replied "how do you know what crap tastes like" with up most rudeness. We enjoy pizza hut pizza but do not need to be insulted like that. How do you think this can be corrected?

I ordered a pizza from Pizza hut in Murfreesboro TN 37128 on memorial Blvd online. And the pizza was so burnt that my family refused to eat it. Most of the time the pizza is made pretty good. Unfortunately this particular time it was horrible. I believe that an employee was careless when preparing the order. I ordered a pizza hut pizza and Hershey dessert at 6:55 PM, I receive my at approximately 8:39 PM. Im sure that sets a record for the longest time ever to receive an order, and it's very frustrating to wait nearly two hours for pizza. Im sure its not a company problem but I almost lost my appetite I was so upset about the wait time. It was not worth the purchase at all. I thought about reporting Pizza Hut a different way through the health department or some other means but I found this form online. Depending, I may still report them another way. It seems that none of the Pizza Huts in my area (Cuyahoga County) especially the Pizza Hut located on Chagrin Blvd in shaker heights can get our orders right. This is a problem since we have strict diets in our home.

We make our orders online and so its all about them actually READING the directions which none of these people seem to be able to do.

My boyfriend does not and cannot eat meat or cheese. I realize that "no cheese" on a pizza is strange since I can still eat cheese on mine but when you work for a place that gives the option of NOT adding certain ingredients for the sake of health related problems, you probably need to pay closer attention to the order that was given.

My boyfriend has gotten cheese on his pizza and they have even added bacon bits to his pizza which he could not tell was there until he bit into the pizza. We usually order late and so by the time we realize how terribly wrong they have gotten our orders, it is too late.

I always ask for pretzel bread with no salt in the description. They ALWAYS get it wrong. I have a problem with eating salt and since this is eliminating a step for them, I don't see how its a problem. Its literally less work...

Regardless of how strange the orders may seem go people with no limits on their diet, they are not complex nor are they difficult requests. We are literally asking for what we ordered and nothing more: No cheese/meat on his pizza and no salt on my pretzel crust. Its not rocket science.

So hopefully no one with extreme reactions to certain foods ever orders from them because Pizza Hut is just going to completely make whatever they want and sell it to you.

Aside from that, we just recently ordered pizza and we know the times that Pizza Hut delivers to so I was pretty upset when they called us to tell us that they could not deliver our pizza and that we had to come and get them. (This was for the order that they completely destroyed by the way). We went to get the pizza and was told that the pizza was not there; someone had just left to deliver it...I already did not feel like getting up to drive and to add insult they destroyed the order...Despite the fact that they show you the pizza, you cannot possibly see EVERYTHING that they have done wrong right away.

Hopefully something will be done to end this because this is unacceptable.

To whom this may concern Belinda Medina called and made them fake complaint about the people so she can move up she been running her mouth about it y'all be careful she was employed a Little Caesar for years she had to quit because they caught her stealing for the last 2yrs please please be careful she is a theft call little Caesars home office in ask them in so many ways why she quit Everybody in Tifton ga know she steal please please beware I be you she didn't tell y'all that

I did an online order for a cheese bread pick-up at the Boston ave, Bridgeport, Connecticut. This is the 2nd time i have ordered cheese bread from this location and i must say i am extremely disappointed. Compared to Dominos and Little Caesar's cheese bread this is a no no. There was little to no cheese on the bread and the little cheese that was on it was burnt or very dry. That should not b called cheese bread. Dominos has always been my favorite pizza place from back in my country but i am now faced with a let down

I had my pizza delivered and the whole thing shifted. I understand that it could happen but it looks like they opened the box and tried to put it back together and not mention it to me. Now that's not acceptable. My kids love Pizza Hut so I probably will
still order but come on, that’s just gross I would’ve understood if the guy would’ve just said sorry I took a turn to fast or the bag fell and I will be right back with a new pizza.

I went to go pick up a pie from location in Augusta Georgia in Georgetown when I approached the cashier to let her know I was going to pick up my pizza she asked me to wait she was busy so I'm in there for like 10 minutes waiting for the order that I called in then she turned around and looked at me and went in the back and started washing dishes I had to yell to the back and ask one of the cooks to look my order up that person was quite friendly although they were short-staffed but it wasnt busy and she had no reason to ignore me. She was very rude and obnoxious her customer skills are very poor I can honestly say I would never purchase pizza from that location ever again.. and that is not the first time I've experienced that the only reason why I went to this location because it's near my home but I rather ride 6 miles in the other direction to another local Pizza Hut

I am not one to complain about things but I was at the pizza hut in Starkville MS and we were not taken care of at all. Our waitress did not tell us about any specials or anything and acted like she didn't want to even take our order and the sad part we drove over thirty minutes to eat there being we don't have a pizza hut in the town we live in. I really wished we had one there. But they closed it. So we have to drive thirty minutes to eat pizza

I was at Pizza Hut in Lamar, MO on Friday about 4:55. I ordered our drinks, then a large Pizza and bread sticks. I was sitting down and looked over to see a waitress and a cook at the far booth. She was standing in the booth seat braiding his hair in the dining area. As I got up, he clocked in and I asked to cancel my order, because this was a health issue. I offered to pay for my drink, but the young lady said NO. So, I emailed the Pizza Hut to let them know. I called on Saturday at 11:00 to speak to management. The young lady got on the phone and defended her cook and told me he was not on the clock yet. No, he was not on the clock, but he was wearing a Pizza Hut uniform and I was not sure if they were working until I saw him go to the registers and clock in. I am amazed with the way this store is being handled and then the way she responded to me on the phone. There is a bathroom, car or even outside to fix hair. I have mentioned this situation to several people and all of them are concerned about health issues. I really would like to be assured that this will be taken care of, because it does not sound like it has or will be by this manager. Thank you. I will be in touch with the health department also.

My husband and I are disabled and we don't go out much. I called and ordered the 2 large 2 toppings for $7.99 a piece. I made my order and it was suppose to be here in 30 minutes. It took an hour. My husband open the boxes and the pizza were cold. We ate them anyway. Well that was on 10/5/2017 and we had left overs today. I saw the commercial this evening and realized that the pizzas we ordered were medium and not large. I called customer service and was hung up on. So I called back and spoke with someone else. The lady I spoke with said there was nothing she could do because we didn't call on 10/5/2017. I tried to explain that we don't eat much and we had just finished up the pizza. She got snotty and said well you should have called on the night you ordered them. So I said may I speak with a supervisor, she said she was a supervisor and there's nothing she could do. Not even an apology. Very sad way to treat customers customers of 50 years.

I have emailed whom I believe tinge the regional Pizza Hut manager for area code 22033, and while her helped me out one time by given me a credit for a free large pizza, this Pizza Hut - I belie8 - is under-staffed, or there is some other managerial issue!

While I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos, I habe switches to Dominos because this particular store reoeatedly got.y order wrong, and their managers barely gave me a couple of dollars of credit,
. At a bare minimum, a quality control representative is need to check orders before they go out for delivery

Until something changes, I will remain loyal to my local Dominos - who can at least get my order correct!

I called in my order for pickup. I entered the restaurant through the front door. I walked directly to the cashier to pickup my order.

Directly behind the cashier in clear view was a male cook with his pants completely below his buttocks. His under ware was gray and his but was in clear view.

There is a city ordinance banning the exposure of what I have described above.

The manager was standing behind the counter and could see as well as all the customers in the establishment.

I do not feel this is appropriate for cooking food of any kind.

I do not feel it is acceptable out in public and especially not for someone cooking my food.

I will be taking my business to Domino's due to the low standards that are in place at this Pizza Hut.

I ordered 2 pizzas from your purists location in cleveland ohio. I waited over an hour and still no pizza I have been ordering from this location for years. I usually pick up my order but this time I had just worked a 13 hr shift and did not feel like driving. But after an hour I called your location and they told me that my order was not made do to the fact of a incorrect phone number. But they had still charged my card. Then I asked them what a phone number has to do with an online order they tell me safety for driver. I smell [censor]. Then the manager tells me that there is nothing else he can do for me. So I told him to make my pizza and I would 0ick it up because obviously I have to do his job as well. I want my money refunded and compensated for the inconvenience.

We ordered a reward pizza and another pizza on the mobile application. The app disappeared and then I pulled it up again and completed the order. The order was delivered incorrectly . When I called the store [protected] to discuss the issue because the app was a problem resulting in an incorrect order, I asked the person on the phone what her name was and she hung up. My husband called back to speak with the store manager Stefan and he was curt and did not display customer care. We have been ordering pizza from this location for 5 years . I have never experienced such rude behavior. Is this indicative of Pizza Hut?
