Pizza Hut restaurant service

Pizza Hut in wetumpka al. Tiffany was very rude about getting the order wrong then came back to the table and raised her voice about the misunderstanding . Then customer asked to speak with a manager. She responded I am the manager. I then asked to speak with someone over her. She responded why. I told her her attitude was very nasty and unprofessional. She then walked off while I was still speaking to her. This is not the first encounter. She is always rude and I will not be going back to this establishment. To go boxes were also asked for for 2 medium pizzas and cheese sticks that weren't eaten due to the nastiness of the worker, and she would only give personal pan pizza boxes. Then proceeded to discuss the whole ordeal loudly w other staff around other customers.

Pizza Hut pizza hut buffet grant avenue auburn ny

First of all i love pizza hut. I eat it all the time. So me and three others went to the buffett on grant ave in auburn ny. The resturaunt was full. We had to wait 15 minutes for pizzas to even be put on the buffet. And it was alraedy time for the buffett. When the pizzas finally came out they were under cooked and soggy. Ive never had a bad experience and i eat there once a week. Very disappointed. Not sure what their issue was. They. Should have already had pizzas on the buffett at yhe start time. The pasta was dry and old looking. I was visiting my sister thats why we were at that one. I normally eat at the one in mattydale ny

Pizza Hut ladies at counter kept my receipt

The ladies at the counter kept my receipt and put it under the keyboard on the counter, even after I asked several times for it. They gave me the due now receipt but not the one that prints out with a survey code. I asked her for it but she reprinted one of the due now instead of the cash out receipt. Normally that wouldn't upset me, but we have to travel to and fro. Football games with 3 boys. They can eat me under the roof without taking advantage of the coupons that are provided with the surveys. So for them to keep that receipt, that's what is going to keep me from going back to that establishment. That shows me as a customer how rude and untrustworthy your employees can be. Working for a sheriff's office, I don't make a whole he'll of a lot money for sure, so this just took money out of our pockets to be able to eat at your establishment.
Then on top of this, when we walked in there was a family waiting to be seated, a gentleman at the counter waiting to order and one family at a table. The rest of the tables were all dirty and the blonde with the ear gauges kept saying she was at her done point and she was done with all of this. Then she told the family they could find a place to sit. The family ended up cleaning off a table for themselves and had to ask for a rag to clean the tables. The black lady (I didn't catch either one of the ladies names-no name tags) that waited on me is the one that put the receipt under the register and then took off. When she got our pizza box, she gave us the marinara sauce and it was so watered down that when she threw it on top of the box it sloshed in the container. It was way watered down and we had to ask the other lady for some that wasn't watered down. The blonde asked us if that was better when she handed us the sauce.
I don't normally do this, send in a complaint, but there needs to be some kind of customer service in that establishment. In the 10 minutes I was there they both complained about having to work and having more people pull up. If you are that unhappy about having to do your job, then you shouldn't be there. That is not a way to keep your customers. That is a sure way to run them off as they have done us. We will definitely not be eating there or ordering from there again. I go through clarendon at least twice a week and every weekend. We will definitely take our business elsewhere after those two ladies treated not only our family, but also the way they treated the other customers, poorly. That is bad business.

Pizza Hut pricing

I can buy a pizza at many local pizza parlors and pay much for delivery. Last night payed $21.00 plus not including a tip to the driver for an 8 cut pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. I called the store I bought this from and was only told sorry. This is outrageous pricing. Normally do carry out and didn't expect to be taken advantage of for a delivery. You lost a delivery customer but on top of lost a carry out customer as well. Your pizza is really not worth over 3 dollars a slice after tip.

Pizza Hut service (delays in preparing the order for two hours)

I've called the Callcenter to prepar one large pizza for pick up.

I went ther after 40 min then the manger told me that he even didn't start baking the pizza, and I have to wait 30 min or more to get mine.

I'm sending you this complain from Saudi Arabia, Khobar, thuqbah 30th St. branch.

Pizza Hut everything!!

Ordered my pizza and it took over an hour and a half to arrive! And when I was in the phone to them about it I got nothing but rudeness from the staff, I am very disappointed in everything today right down to the half assed topping on the pizza! Won't be ordering from you guys again unless you sort it out invercargill pizza hut! I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I justify your lack of customer service skills in the end my pizza got dropped off from a rude man and he didn't speak one word to me when I had gone out to pay I'm very very upset change your ways or don't have a pizza hut at all if this can go further I will be taking it further

Pizza Hut pizza not delivered

About 2 weeks ago I ordered from Pizza Hut for delivery. My order was never delivered. I never received a call or anything. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with someone. They put in my complaint and said I would receive a refund. I have yet to be refunded. This is absolute nonsense. I spent time waiting for my order and over an hour trying to get someone to actually respond to me as I kept getting hung up on, because the store wouldn't pick up my call. Now that I see I have not received my refund, I am once again perturbed. And I now have to spend more time on the phone on something I thought I had already resolved. I won't be purchasing from Pizza Hut for a very long time.

Pizza Hut online order

I ordered a meal online and they called me and told me they couldn't deliver my food because of the weather, which is understandable. But I used a coupon with my order and I didn't even receive my food. I called the manager at Pizza Hut to see if I could get another coupon and she was rude and hung up in my face. Not to mention it took them over an hour to tell me they couldn't deliver my food.

Pizza Hut wrong order from 2213 versailles road, lexington, ky, 40504

Put in my order to your pathetic excuse of a Pizza Hut. First of all they were very rude to me, very rude to me. They delivered my pizza to me and had the wrong order. The delivery driver had no idea what he was doing very unprofessional and seemed like he hadn't got proper training since he was there. I called back to the Pizza Hut after he had told me he was going back and get the other pizzas mind you I had already waited 30 minutes on my first one. So I called them to try and understand what was going to be done about it and the first female I talked to was very unprofessional sounding and told me I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for the other pizzas to be done. I asked to speak with the manager of this store and her name was "Patty" which was also very rude and unprofessional I need to speak to someone about this case I want a Refund now. And I demand someone call me about this issue immediately. At [protected].

Pizza Hut large pizza size was 13 inches instead of 14'

I've ordered Large Size pizza online with online deal going for $7.99. Didn't check it at the store, but only when I got it home. It seemed rather small for it's Name, so I measured it with a measuring tape and got only 13 inches in diameter.
So here's my question: This online deal for a "LARGE" pizza, does it mean it will be smaller than when ordered at the store? That's how you compensate for your "online deals"?

Pizza Hut the onsite manager

Today i was gonna order wings because it was wing Wednesday so i calculated how much the large wings would be. So it was 36×.60=21.60 then may be 3 dollars tax. When i try to explain to the manager and all she says is"i press the button and it gives the price she was quoting me 32 dollars. I asked if she can calculate it so she can see what i was talking about all she did was say I PRESS THE BUTTON AND THE PRICE COMES UP. I have ordered wings a couple of Wednesday's but i never payed attention. This is ridiculous espically all she can say is i press the button and thats the price.

Pizza Hut manager at store

I received an email about a promo you were running where you buy one large pizza at menu price you get a 2nd large pepperoni pizza for $1. I placed an order and I received 2 cheese instead of 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. I called the store in west orange and the manager wasn't helpful and rude. She offered no alternative and no problem solving skills I asked what could be done to resolve the issue and she replied nothing. As a customer this doesn't make me feel appreciated I could've spent my money elsewhere. If there is a problem I'm expecting an apology along with a solution. This isn't a good representation of your business. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Pizza Hut wrong pizzas

I ordered a stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and extra cheese and they forgot to add he extra cheese and Pepperoni. I paid extra for it and they didn't put them on there.. also ordered a pepperoni and bacon, hardly any pepperoni and there's no bacon..

I want some sort of compensation. We spend a lot of money at Pizza Hut for parties and work meetings and this is obsurd.

Pizza Hut manager

This woman acts as if she has no customer skills whatsoever...I, personally, believe she's prejudice...I have heard from people that know me, that she talks about how my grandbaby acts when we eat there...She is only 2 years old...I only go in there once or twice a month because of her...So today we go in there and she says are y'all ordering take out...why would 4 of us walk in to order take out...when she came to the table, she said do y'all want to go ahead and order off the menu because the buffet doesn't start for another 15 minutes...I told her to give us a minute because I wasn't sure...no drink order was taken...she goes to the counter and talks to the other white lady worker, whom I see in there plenty of times, on the clock, feeding two younger boys...a man comes in and she directs him to his table and gets his drink order...when she comes by, my daughter asks can we order drinks...she waves her arm and rudely says you're gonna have to wait, I didn't take y'all's order because you weren't ready...ok, after 15 minutes, I think we know what we want to drink...the lady is rude unless it's people she likes...they only like her because she discounts food for them or let's them eat free...I don't care what color a person is, money is money and respect is respect...by the way, I am white, my kids are mixed...

Pizza Hut seasoning on the cheese bread

Why does my cheese sticks have seasoning on them? I thought it was only supposed to be cheese. I'm sad about it, I only wanted cheese. :( please fix this or send me free cheese sticks and also there was a hair in my pizza so sad :( give me fricken free food otherwise I'm gonna be so sad and will never order Pizza Hut again(probably not thought) I love pizza but please help fix cheese sticks thanks hehe

I want to start by saying that I have been a customer of pizza hut and I have never been as unhappy as I am towards a company after tonight.
I had placed my order at 7:53PM and by 8:16PM I had not received my order yet so I called the store. The employee informed me that they were waiting for a driver and that as soon as he would get there they would get the order out to me. Needless to say at 8:54PM I called again to tell them it still had not gotten to me but the employee answered by saying “Ma’am, you got the wrong order?” I asked him what he meant and he informed me that the driver Francisco had delivered my order to someone else and that he was going back to pick my order up from the other customer to deliver it to me. I told him that that was not right and how did they know those other people didn’t touch my order, and I informed him to cancel my order.
9:18PM Francisco nocked on my door regardless to deliver my order and i spoke to him about the issue to which he responded “im a man of god and I wouldn’t deliver this to you if I knew they touched it, and I know they didn’t” he was so sure and certain the order was untouched and I believed him so I accepted the order.
I called the store for a credit, I spoke to the manager “Lissandra” so they say her name is and she gave me a $20 credit I was happy until I opened my pizza I saw two slices separated from the pie and they had finger indentations on the crust. I called to speak to the manager and they put me on “hold” they had left the line on and I could hear the background. I heard the same delivery man saying that he had informed me that he wouldn’t have delivered it if he wasn’t certain that they had not touched the pizza. Lissandra answered by saying “you really pissed that lady off” and she started laughing they kept speaking about me and laughing. When she answered I told her that I had heard everything and repeated it back to her she didn’t want to speak to me anymore and passed the issue down to another employee for her to return my money.
I have never been this upset with a service before and needless to say they have lost a very loyal customer. Not only was it reckless and horrible service but the employees were extremely unprofessional. Honestly disgusting to re-deliver an order that was already in someone else’s hands. I honestly believe that if that employee had not asked if I had gotten the wrong order and explained to me what had happened I would have never known until I would have opened that specific pizza and seen it touched… I had ordered two pizzas with breadsticks and a cookie pie.
I strongly suggest to look into another business for your pizza, this company doesn’t exist to me anymore sadly because of reckless and unprofessional employees.

Pizza Hut pizza/pasta delivery

Placed a order at 7:52 pm for a pasta dish and large pizza.. was told 80 minutes for delivery time.. After waiting an abnormally long time I called to see if I was in line for delivery.. was told that I was next in line and they were waiting on the delivery driver this was at 9:32pm.. after waiting another 20 minutes and being less than 10 minutes before they closed I called again.. lady told me that she was still waiting on delivery driver and she was only person there so there was nothing she could do to help fix the problem.. I told her I have been waiting for 2 hours and was never even called to let know it was running late or anything. I live 7-8 minutes from the Pizza Hut store. I'm sure after waiting well over 2 hours if I ever get my food it will all be cold cause it was supposedly sitting there waiting at 930 which was still late.. hope that you guys can address this problem that's not a way to do business at all. It is currently 10:02 pm while I'm writing this and still no delivery. Thanks

Pizza Hut pizza

Pizza Hut needs to correct their cheese portions on their pizzas! I have to order extra cheese just to get full coverage of cheese over my pizza! I ordered extra cheese today and there were more blank spots on the pizza then there was cheese. if I had not ordered half with black olives this would have been a pizza I would have absolutely returned. This is not a one-time occurrence at the store in Cartersville, Ga. this is expected now and why I have to order extra cheese in hopes of covering the pizza. Because of this I tend to get pizza from other places but because my daughter likes the crust I get Pizza Hut from time to time but it is always very disappointing! Once again today another disappointing pizza!

Pizza Hut food delivery

On September 17 at 4:00pm I ordered food online from pizza hut, 10 minutes later I was called by an employee and told I could not order what I had chosen. At 4:20 pm I ordered something else (order number:3170917152105001182012384 ) and I was told my food would be delivered by 5:00pm. Around 5:25 i called the store(+[protected]) and asked what was the issue and was told my food was on the way. At 5:45 I called once again and was told I had to wait and there was nothing they could do to speed up the process. At 5:50pm the employee called me back and told me they cannot deliver my food due to the fact that it was not more than $8.50, which was not true because my order was $9.38. I explained to her that it was very unprofessional and she dismissed me by telling me "okay... Have a good day" I am disgusted by how unprofessional and the blatant disrespect I was treated with today.
