Brought my 5 grandkids for pizza and presents. I had over 300 points, I did not realize was delivery redeemable only. I asked for assistance, and was told nothing could be done. I ordered in, and was .27 cents short on my bill. Again I asked for assistance, and was told no. Then we both had attitudes, and I was refused service in front of my Grandkids. I'll cancelling my points, and phone app. There are other pizza chains in Lemoore. A letter to the editor of the newspaper will follow your response.

Ordered at 1:29pm did not receive order until 3:34pm. Called restaurant at 2:55 pm to find out where order was. Spoke to employee who stated that it should be there in 10 minutes but to call back if I had not received order in 15min. Called back at 3:20 pm. Told employee that I still have not received my pizza. Manager Tacara got on phone and debated with me about wait. She also told me that I was the only customer that had complained about the wait and that she only had one driver. She also told me that I should have called the store direct to verify the delivery time after I ordered it online. The driver finally showed up at 3:34 pm. She told me that the wait time of 1:45 minutes was listed on website. I begged to differ. I have been a loyal customer to Evanmill Store and I have NEVER experienced the HORRIBLE service and lack of empathy from Manager Tacara! With that being said... I will no longer patronize Pizza Hut again!

On 12/14/17 I order two pizzas online from the Pizza Hut at 700 Terry Parkway. Upon arriving I saw one customer waiting. After I paid for my order and took a seat two girls began to count the draw. Soon after customers began to fill the lobby. After about 10 minutes the girls were still counting the draw and one girls notice that the pizza were falling on the floor. I asked that the girl that's was counting the draw with the money to not touch my pizza until she wash her hands. She still hand me the pizza and balled up the receipt that I asked for. I then ask for corporate number and no seem to no. I called the store the next day to make a complaint and in order for me to speak to the manager I had to say it was a business matter. I will never order again from this Pizza Hut.

The manager at pizza hut in New Palestine, Indiana, 46163, threatened my father with a gun if he didn't move his truck from the parking lot. She then proceeded to tell him to "go back where he came from" and referred to him as a "camel jockey" (he was born in India but has lived in Indiana since 1978).

This is disgusting and appalling behavior and if she isn't removed from her position I will be forced to instead bring attention to this on social media. Something MUST be done about this. It makes me shake with anger to know someone employed in a management position can get away with such behavior.

Last night I order a pizza at North Lakeland Pizza Hut Location. The order was to go the employee was disrespectful, the pizza was placed without paper on the box. When I graved the box on the window the pizza has grease all over the box even on the bottom. He turned his face back and closed the window ignoring my many calls to him. Besides that, the place looks very dirty and the employees also.

I made this complaint not for myself but in consideration of other customers and the owner of the business.

I am from Oklahoma. I was visiting a local pizza hut in Boerne TX. I ordered a medium pan pizza. The pizza was thin on on side and and thick on the other, the dough was uneven. I told the waiter about the problem. Then the manager came over asked what was wrong with our food? She had an attitude. I explained she said I was wrong that the dough is frozen that's how it comes. She left our table and went back to the back area where myself and my two daughters could hear her telling people in the back that I come in all the time complaining. That's amazing that I am in there all the time when we live 7 hours away in another state. I will make sure to tell all my extended family that we are visiting in Boerne, TX not to go to that restaurant. Very unprofessional.

I have not ordered anything from Pizza Hut for some time because honestly I can not afford the prices. Today (December 21, 2017) I went into a Pizza Hut location and ordered one medium pizza and one order of bread sticks (which cost a total of $21.93) and no one offered any kind of discounts whatsoever. The store was not busy at all. I was the only one there besides the employees. When I get back to my office (much to my surprise) I see on top of the box your coupon offers. Which are 2 Medium Pizzas any toppings any recipe for just $6.99 each - wow what a savings that would have been for me. A large Pizza any toppings anytime for $10.00 again what a savings that would have been to me. And etc.

I know it is not your job to offer me discounts at the location or maybe it is? I sincerely wish that your employees would let people know what discounts are out there so that you would have returned customers.

Everything was delicious so there are no complaints on the pizza itself, but as a grandmother who used to order all of the time from Pizza Hut it would have been very helpful for the gentleman to take a few moments and tell me how I could have saved a lot of money today. According to the coupons on top of the box I could have gotten twice the pizza, one large pizza of my choice or a big dinner box for less money.

Very disappointed in Bradenton, Florida.

Three times now my order has been canceled after making it online after 8 pm ..i get a phone call right after making order online an lady says same thing everytime they out of what ever size pizza i ordered ..i never have been so dissapointed in poor customer service by far never order from lake elsinore riverside drive location after 8 pm you wont get your order an if you do an do get order hope its right ...

As my family and I exist the restaurant in a hurry with disgust we find a big dead bird in the parking lot right by our vehicle... The below subpar maintenance is out of hand ... The filth inside is horrendous beyond words the parking lot of this restaurant is a hazardous and is a hazmat waiting to happen I have pictures to show if I do not hear back asap with confirmation to this situation I will have no choice contact the our local media as I feel very concerned in the health of other innocent guess as they enter this establishment ... thank you Please call me at [protected] Tanya Medrano

I placed the order at the Lancaster Pizza Hut online and it told me 20 minutes before the order was ready. I went in to pick up the order, when I got there unemployed told me that the store wasn't open but it allow me to place my order online. So I call the store in the employee the answer the phone as me what could he do for me as far as I'm placing an order then he recognize my voice and he said oh the store is not open yet. Then I asked her the number to customer service and told me to look it up online the number that I looked up was the incorrect number. The incident was a very inconvenience because I was on a set time frame during my lunch break and was unable to get the lunch that I ordered. So therefore I'm looking to get something in exchange for my inconvenience. However it is hard to reach someone at customer service I believe this is a very unprofessional way to handle business.

Over the past three years I came to this restaurant several times. The workers are always having discussions about their personal life loudly where customers can hear. They have even cursed and yelled sometimes which is totally unprofessional. The food at times is put together with no actual effort to look appealing. I have stopped going to this location because of the service. I have found that the pizza hut in crete-monee has excellent service. I unfortunately had to come here recently due to time restraints but never again.

There is a manager that was clearly having sex with and employee at the eagle river with pizza hut. She had sex with this person for well over 3 months in return for job opportunities More hours and better pay while this manager who's name is Brice Hella was also having Nicole Denton covering for her so she wouldn't get fired due to it. I've gotten in trouble and fired because Makayla Prien and Nicole Denton favor Brice and always give her what she wants. Now my current girlfriend who works there has to take harassment and poor treatment due to Brice sleeping with me while being a manager and never once getting in trouble. I think this is very unfair and very unlike pizza hut to put up with this type of behavior Brice was sleeping with me while on the clock in the cooler and on the premisis and yet was always protected. I don't want any retaliation against my girlfriend more that what she already has to deal with. Brice is being protected from not being fired when really it's not fair. I'd like to please see something done about thus and I know the only way for anything to get done is to go straight to corporate. Because I can't stand to see how hurt my girlfriend is and I'm sick of keeping quiet about the wrong she has done and not one punishment for her but for everyone else instead. Please do something about this.

Okay so I enjoy Pizza Hut as my go to pizza chain, and the few times that I am able to order a pizza 1/3 of the time it's a mistake with my order. This happeneds to me at least 3 times and this bothers me that I want to resolve this issue. My parents believe it's a target on me when I order because it's either the topping wrong and the type of pizza, it's always something is wrong when I order pizza and I really just want to get this issue resolved

I ordered a pizza & it was placed out for delivery at 5:58, scheduled for a 6:50 pm delivery. The rude delivery guy didn't show up until 8:05 with cold pizza & expected me to pay for it. I called the store & got even more worse customer service & was told nothing could be done about the situation. i was also told that they're not like domino's when i never even mentioned Domino's. Worst service ever!

I ordered from Pizza Hut online on Dec 16. My order number is 3171216161653001181026160.
I ordered the big dinner box and one of my pizzas was supposed to have pepperoni and sausage but the sausage was missing. I call the Pizza hut store and they tell me they will put a $5 credit in my account and they did not apologize for the mistake! I tell her I would like the credit to go back to my bank account and she said they couldn't do that so I settle for her offer. The next day, I check my account and I don't have any $5 credit in my account. This is really annoying I just want my $5 refunded to my bank card!

This is [censor]! I order from you guys and had to deal with a very rude person who screwed up my order and didnt care. Talked to manager and he didnt care then tried to call customer service number and it connects me to a bunch of add for tmobile and dish and other! What the [censor] is wrong with you? Does pizza hut not care for its customers? If that's the case I will never order from pizza hut again and usually we order weekly! Customers deserve to be treated way better for spending hard rarned money on ur food! Need contacted and issues fixed or I will never give money to ur company again!

My name is Daniel lock. I live in ladson SC. I used to buy pizza hut at least twice a month. For the whole family! A regular. I recently tried to order my usual order and the manger told me that corporate had reconstructed the delivery route and I quote "I live in a dead zone" I do not understand becuase i live right in the middle of alot of neighborhoods! In fact I have three pizza huts all within three miles of my house and they all say the same thing, sorry we dont deliver there!? ITS LESS THAN 3 MILES?! Really don't make sense to me. Per my order #3171218181714001184027124 placed on December 18th, 2017 at 6:17, I received the incorrect order. I contacted my local store at [protected] and spoke to Jasmine who advised me this happen to her the other day and placed my on a 18 minute hold. I finally got to a live person who advised me that he could remake me another pizza but it would be 120 minute delivery wait which would make my delivery time 9;pm. I understand this is a Monday and pizza is in high demand but this is unacceptable. I used a service that you provided that seems to be broke, due to this has happened to me not once but twice now. I understand errors happen but to punish me and make me wait 2 hours to deliver the correct pizza that was not my error is not right. The gentleman also stated he would place a credit on my account but I have to use it within 20 days or I loose the credit. I advised him to disregard making me a new pizza for tonight because it would be 9:30 before the pizza got here and my kids would be in bed. I hope in the future your store will provide better customer service and take ownership of their errors . I stopped at Pizza Hut on route 11 north Syracuse after a long day I live in central Square and ordered a large pepperoni lover and 2 orders of bread sticks, needless to say spent $30 dollars and got home it was a medium pizza no extra pepperoni on it and breadsticks with no sauce. I mean come on if I hadn't had a long tiring day and live a ways away I would of went back and got a refund. You spend that much money you would expect to get what you ordered. Worse Pizza Hut ever.

We got thier n sign on the door say's, " Dinner Is Closs" I asked the cashier why was it closed n he said, " Cause the carpet was dirty" n their was no one sitting in the diner. Ok no customers why is no one cleaned it yet? I was really upset cause I like to din while I'm out in about n shopping n enjoy my pizza. I had never experienced anything like that. Had to come hm to eat n go back our to finished doing my X-mas shopping.
