Pizza Hut coupons sent to me in the daily newspaper

Hello,

I received a set of coupons to use at your establishment. One of the coupons is for a 60th Anniversary Special, for a large specialty, or up to 5-topping pizza, for $10.60. The coupon code is 8286. Every time I put that code in, it tells me that location is not honoring that coupon.
I have put it in for 3 different locations, within Denver and one in Golden, CO. I was just wondering, if it is in the Denver Post, which gets distributed to thousands of people and it's not valid at most locations, then why did it get put in the paper. It should have just been distributed to the locations that it is valid in. Can you let me know what locations in Colorado it is valid in?

Pizza Hut customer service

On October 11th 2018 I placed an online order for a 20 dollar Big Dinner Box. After an hour or so of waiting for my food I called the restaurant and checked on my order only to be told that they didn't have it and that they were all out. So I asked if they had any Hand tossed which they said they were also out of, so I asked what could be done and they said we could give you a store credit on your food and just refund your money. I accepted the offer and left with that. On October 13th 2018 at around 11:50, I recalled the store and asked about my store credit only to be told that I didn't have any. I told them my name and what transpired the previous day still to no avail. Then the manager picked up the phone didn't give me a name or anything just said how may I help you? I told them the situation and was rudely interrupted by a "oh yeah we don't give credit to non orders" I tried telling them that I ordered food and was shouted down by "If we were out of it why did you order it?" instead of letting me finish. I also told them I waited over an hour for my food and was replied to "I called you 5 mins after and no one answered." Which means they didn't call again, during any part of that shift was it thought of that "hey someone ordered a delivery for something we don't have, maybe we should call again?" I asked why they didn't call again and the answer I received was summed up as "just because". So I tried to understand the situation and I was promptly dissregarded and hung up on when asking for the name of whom I was speaking to. Not only did I not receive any pizza nor my deal that is no longer eligible but I was treated like I was less than a person in a restaurant that I have had problems with in the past. I am tired of being treated like I don't deserve what I paid for from this location and disrespected.

Pizza Hut terrible service

I wouldn't feel the need to make a complaint, but I live out of town and came in from my usual business runs. And my experience this last time was truly disturbing. I came in on 10/6/18, Saturday, to the Flatwoods Pizza Hut and ordered a large pizza and I waited on my order. I went up to the front counter to see what was taking so long, and had seen a gentlemen (wearing no gloves, not washing his hands before making my food) and not only that, I seen the gentlemen actually put his HANDS DOWN HIS PANTS, and still made my pizza with his bare hands and still ran it through that evening. I told the manager of what I had seen and they said I have must been mistaken on what I saw, but I know what I seen. And, I was truly disgusted. I threw away my pizza and had to go somewhere else to get food. So, not only did I not get food, but I wasted roughly $10 on absolutely nothing. I hope nobody else had to go through what occurred that horrific evening.

Pizza Hut customer service

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to .they are not only dirty but all of the employees are nasty with an attitude as well as on their phones. One day I have them another chance and ordered over the phone .Delivery or the delivery guy is no better . I ordered a pizza and lied about the amount and did not give me a receipt after he gave a nasty smart commment that it was 2 flights of stairs and wanted me to walk down and outside to get my pizza. He finally came up and threw my pizza at me with an attitude.oh and they forgot to bring my marinara sauce that I paid for .i called the store and tried to reason with the manager but he had an attitude himself and did absolutely nothing .i will never come back to this location nor should anyone else

Pizza Hut personal hygiene of cook/food preparer

In this store there is a young man that can be smelled all the way from the back of the store where he works preparing pizzas and other food to the very front. I know this person personally and have asked his father to step in and basically tell him that he needed to talk to his 20 something year old son. It is quite evident if you stand anywhere near or downwind of him that he hasn't bathed in days and maybe weeks. My mother wanted pizza tonight so I took the chance on maybe him not working tonight. I was severely disappointed especially when I went to eat my bone in chicken wings. They smelled just like the same young man and tasted very nasty. I sent in a formal complaint and while I would hate for the young man to get fired I also know that at 26 you should know and care enough about not just yourself but the people around you that have to smell you. Yes my God it is that BAD. I don't know whether I should approach him and say anything or stay out of it. I do know that I won't be doing pizza hut anymore.

Pizza Hut management/ delivery driver help me

My name is Charles Brumlow, I am a Pizza Hut delivery driver for a store located at 3880 Sullivant Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43228. I was told by my restaurant manager that my turnover rate is slower than someone else's turnover rate who works more hours on more days with more deliveries, closer deliveries and less drivers then I do on my shift and the RM wants to tell me that I'm #5 in the turn-over ratings...how is this possible when the above-listed isn't in comparison with my hours, my days, deliveries, the distance drove and the amount of drivers, on my shift are outrageous and way too many. Date: 10-12-18 Time: 4:33pm EST. Pizza Hut Manager Michael at 3880 Sullivant Ave. Columbus Ohio 43228. To make a longer story short, the management team at this location is only about their selfs. They don't care for us drivers, from orders to our schedule. They never asked if I would be able to work these scheduled days and hours, they see I can't make tips with more then one other driver then myself. If another driver messes up a delivery an he is still on the clock, they end up sending a completely different driver that never receives the tip but a delivery fee of a dollar. I mean come on now. My deliveries are far and few especially when there are more then two drivers a shift. I work a double on Fridays and it's usually only me in the day shift and one other at night and everything was going good here as a Pizza Hut employee, until I realized that they're treating me different than other employees (which I will have video footage of soon) by food discounts or free for them but on two occasions I've gotten a discount. The main mistreatment is that the management knows that all the other drivers know the codes (and I mean all) and all the tricks to the Pizza Hut system because the other drivers/employees know the managers codes and can access the computers and alternate what orders they want and so on. I won't be a follower but a leader. All because I don't know or even want to know the management access code because the access code is not my concern, my access code to tag orders is my concern and no one else. I'm trying to get a head of life and this is just becoming very uncomfortable and too challenging. I also deliver the city paper every morning/night I make great money and for less problems. Pizza Hut delivery

Hello, I delivered a pizza on 10/12/18 at 12:32 pm. I waited until around 1:30 to call and check on where the pizza was because it has been on the deliver section for awhile and the tracker said it should have been here by 1:05. The person I talked to was rude and did not give me any information except that my pizza was on the way before hanging up on me. The pizza never came. I am upset for one that I never got the pizza I paid for, but also that the person I called to ask about it was rude and unhelpful. I used to work in food, and understand that things get hectic, but it has been over three hours since I ordered my food, and was told it was in the way.

Pizza Hut lasagne

I ordered lasagne from Pizza Hut Sialkot Cantt. It was cold and didn't really look like lasagne. When I called manger SherJaan ge started arguing. I must say the customer is really going down for this branch.

I have been to Pizza Hut in the Uk, the customer service there is really good. They listen to the customers but in here in Sialkot branch of Pizza Hut it's crap!

Pizza Hut very bad experience with pizza hut

Yesterday night, i faced a very bad experience with Pizza hut.This was my wife birthday and i want to make a surprise to her.I had an order from Pizza hut and it came very late (one hour and half late ) and each time calling the call center, they advise that the delivery guy is on his way ! noted that my home is 5 min. from Pizza hut walking!
Then at last it came non fresh and cold .I called them to bring back it
IT IS A SHAME THAT BRAND NAME LIKE PIZZA HUT HAS SUCH SERVICE LIKE THAT

Pizza Hut service

My experience tonight. Ordered two pizzas at 9:25pm and get the confirmation that says it won't be delivered until 12:30am. Okayyy, fine I'll just go pick it up. Get there and ten minutes later Anthony brings out the driest pizzas I have ever seen and even says "it looks a little old." I have to wait another 30 minutes and he only brings one of my two pizzas redone! Offers me the old pizza for my second and gives me some cancelled order that is just as dry! We asked for two ranch and he says "don't give me that" while going to get the second ranch. This is all happening at 11pm when we have to work in the am. I love to give good reviews, but this was horrible. The remade pizza and dry pizza are in photos to see what we were given. We're paying for this and they're acting like we just have money to throw away. I have to contact corporate... You have got to do better. Not to mention I SAW THE PIZZA GUY MAKING THE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES! This is no way to protect a brand.

Pizza Hut got the wrong pizza and couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store

Hi, I ordered a couple of pizzas from the 1600 Euclid Ave in Des Moines Iowa store Sunday 10/7/2018 at around 5 o'clock pm I ordered them online went to pick them up and they had forgot my extra peppers so I told them they got them. I got home and noticed they gave us the wrong pizza so I tried calling them I called 5 times and never got the store I ordered from it kept rolling over some where else because they would not answer and when I picked up the pizza I was the only person on the board and there was 3 delivery drivers and a young lady that was less then happy to deal with in the store. So after 5 times of calling I let it go to the rolled over store and talked to her she was nice enough to had me off to coustemer service and she tried calling several time to the store and couldn't get a answer to fix my problem so finally she got them and I got a replacement pizza for the one I got one and a half hours after I picked up the original pizzas and at least one hour after my coustemer service lady said it should take 20 minutes to get it so I will no longer buy a pizza from you guys not that I ordered a bunch but ever time I order from this store something is always wrong. I think there should be a change in the way business is done at this store you should at least some people that care about there jobs and what they do. Pizza Hut customer service

I ordered online and when I received my order it was missing an item (Cinnabons).
When I called to complain of this I was offered one of two things: first, he could reimburse me my money or he could send the driver back out to me with some Cinnabons. I chose for the driver to bring some Cinnabons back out to me. However, the driver never came back and when I called and asked for my money back instead since the driver never came back, I was told that they couldn't reimburse me my money because I made my order online and they couldn't give me any Cinnabons because they didn't have anymore, so I was just out of luck.

Pizza Hut employee

Approx. 4 weeks ago I phoned to place an order. I was put on hold and was then disconnected. I called back and was told that she was the only one there, and apologized for the disconnect. Placed my order & went to pick it up at the drive-thru. The customer ahead of me, used the drive-thru to place his order, and we w a i t e d till it was ready. When I pulled up, she again apologized, and gave me a card for a complimentary lg 2 topping for another time. She didn't have any cards for that, but wrote on a pan pizza card that it was good for the lg. 2 topping. I appreciated the card, and admired her thoughtfulness. Today, 8 Oct. 18 My grandkids don't have school, and I wanted to treat them, so I took my card and went to the same Pizza Hut. (N.Claude Lord Blvd., Pottsville, Pa. 17901) I arrive at 1050 and patiently waited for the store to open. When I got in, I explained what had happened previously, and how I received the card. I had to explain this twice ! This female clerk then took my name, and proceeded to enter my order. TO my surprise, I was being charged full price for the pie. I asked if she wasn't going to honor the card, and she snipped, "What, Do You Want It For FREE?" Disgusted, I said "I should have known you wouldn't honor this card, I should have gone to Dominoes" Her reply was "Have a nice day, There's one across the street !"That's where I went., after exercising my 1st Amendment right, by commenting on the marital status of her parents, at the time of her birth ! I DO NOT want anything from this, as I do not expect to be returning there. I only hope it will negatively reflect on her next employee evaluation !

Pizza Hut delivery/management

After placing an online delivery order an employee called me from the store to notify me that my order was not going to be delivered that I had to come and pick my order up if I wanted it. I explained that I work at a hospital and can not leave to come retrieve my order. I asked for an explanation as to why they can't deliver my order. The employee told me they've had five deliveries so far tonight and didn't want to do anymore deliveries. After speaking with the manager "Briana" she told a different story which was more understanding. However, I still think it is rude and wrong that my delivery was canceled just because of someone's lazy actions. The address of the location is 515 15th street Tuscaloosa, al 35401

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered a carry out veggie lover at Pizza Hut on 10/07/2018. I brought it home in my second slice I got something weird and I spit it out on my hand and it was piece of nail. It is disgusting am vomiting due to this pizza I got! Does people that bake pizza wear gloves? What if I get bacterial infection I got the piece with me I need someone to follow up with me ASAP before I talk to my lawyer! My no is [protected]

Pizza Hut no delivery

We live in Minden. Pizza Hut is in Gardnerville. It is 15 minutes away. The store will not deliver to us. They would not deliver to our last address either. Apparently we are still out of range. It sucks. It's not right. Our new address is 1289 Lariat Court in Minden NV. The location is less than 7 miles away. The store address is 1362 Main St Unit 101 Gardnerville, NV 89410. I am a very umhappy, very unsatisfied customer.

Pizza Hut food poisoning

On oct 4 we ordered carry out for my birthday. I am 55 years old. We bought a large chicken club and a large cheese half mushroom pizzas. That evening around 11:00 me and my husband both had stomach problems! He was actually vomiting and diarrhea for 4 hours. I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. The next morning I called both my daughters that ate with us that are 30 and 33 years old and they said they also had stomach cramps and diarrhea. They both have children but they were fine. The kids ate the cheese pizza and all of us adults ate the chicken club. So I believe the chicken club caused this. It took 2 days to actually start feeling better. I called the Pizza Hut in New Haven In. Just to let them know what happened. The manager said it was the flu. Lol Well he was rude and acted like I was a liar. Why would I lie about that! Horrible reaction if you ask me! He never asked if we are ok now and didn't even care! He didn't even ask my name or try to make the situation right! I'm very disappointed in pizza huts management. We eat Pizza Hut every Friday night! Well that will change now since I was treated with such disrespect! 😡

Pizza Hut online ordering

I ordered online 2 large for $7.99 one pepperoni & one pineapple and ham with wings 18 count 2 ranch & bread sticks! The first delivery was 1 pizza pepperoni with pineapple and ham on one whole pizza I told the delivery driver what I thought I had ordered the delivery driver called in to store left the wings without ranch as I ordered ranch to go with wings and left breadsticks! After 25 mins driver came back with 2 pizza correct, but was charged $55.18 was not happy with price tix 0015 internet2 026684 as thought price would be less I paid as was fedup but thought for samething could of went to lil Cesar's and paid $35, & the pizza was slimy as was not cooked long enough!

Pizza Hut 2 medium pizza

I place my order at 7:00 PM on Saturday I received my order at 9:15 PM Saturday my pizzas look like burnt pieces of [censored], I am sorry cold Burnt pieces of [censored], after waiting for 2 hours and calling and being told they had only one delivery person it was on way, that was at 835 pm, my pizza still did not arrive till 915, I want a refund, my total was 17.83, here is pic of my pizza and receipt

Pizza Hut delivery drivers

Multiple times I have been driving in town to witness your delivery drivers texting and driving. This last one the other day got me to finally come here to complain as they were driving slow/to fast and crossing over to the other lame several times. I have witness several drivers visably texting and staring at their phones. It dangerous and reckless. I think it is important that this get looked into.
The amount of deaths and accidents that can happen from texting and driving is scary.

I hope you take time to remind and prevent texting and driving. It will save lives!
