My family went to the Pizza Hut off of Crawfordsville Rd. (Indianapolis, IN location) the evening of 07 September 2018. The hours on the door reflected 11:00a-11:00pm for Fridays. The doors were locked, an employee was sitting in the dining area, there was no indication on the door to why the doors were locked. As we were preparing to leave, a delivery person (young male) was returning from a delivery, and we asked if they were open. He said the, "The drive thru is open." We asked why there wasn't a sign on the door alerting customers that the dining area was closed, and he shrugged and entered the building through a side entrance. RUDE! Whoever was managing that evening needs to be re-evaluated because they may not be cut out for the job. And, that rude employee needs to be taught people skills.

A customer who never complains and genuinely enjoys Pizza Hut any other day. However, not so much today.

I have had several issues with the pizza hut I am working for. The number one issue at this time is not being paid for meetings outside of my working hours. As well as another day o waa clocked out at 1030 am when I didnt leave until 1230 pm. Also an hour meeting she didnt allow us to clock in for but she assured us she would put in those hours for the team members.in total I am missing 3 1/2 hours. I also have a complaint with scheduling. Amanda makes at least 3 schedules each week each of them being the final with employees days all being different. She has fired several of those employees over no call no show when in fact they hadnt been a no call no show bc one of each of the 3 schedules each week were correct. Many issues with the new gm. Not ordering enough and too much workload on staff employees. I understand she is deaf but bc she has her face in her phone the whole time she is there does not help the store. I believe they need to look in to a replacement or the store will surely fail. I do need hours corrected. I am writing to you bc she has no urgency in getting this done in a timely manner. Im a single mom with bills to pay. I appreciate your urgency in taking care of this matter. Thank you.

On September 1st ordered two pizzas that said two toppings for 7.99 each. I told them I wanted two Meats and two extra items on both pizzas. I told him I wanted onions and mushrooms and extra onions and mushrooms and extra sauce.. And I also told them several times I wanted both pizzas to be exactly the same. When I got the order one pizza had very little meat and the other Pizza had very little onions and mushrooms and neither one had much sauce at all. I was very disappointed.

i went to clinton iowa store on 2nd street last night i love pizza hut pan pizza and your wings cant get better i travel alot for work and when im on road or at home my favorite food is your pizza just like every other night i ordered a large sausage pizza and wings i was told total would be 26$ i knew this was wrong but figured id fix when i picked up food however when i got there i was told that i was wrong that i had ordered 2 large pizzas and that i had to pay for both the guy behind counter got very rude and acted like it was that i couldnt afford 2 pizzas to the other customers i was apauled and embarrassed beyond belief so i paid for both and as i walked out listened to your employee laugh with other customer at my visible anger i would just like you to know that although there are 3 of your stores in my town i will not be returning to any of them as much as i love your food i cannot support that supports this type of behavior

On Sept. l, 2018, we went on line to order pizza. We entered all information but there was no way to print out a confirmation. When my husband went to pick up the order, there was no record of it having been made. It seems the general consensus is that the website does not work. Well we found that out. So my husband placed our order and was told it would be about 10 minutes. One special request was to omit the garlic butter spread on the crust. The time turned out to be 40 minutes and when he returned home, the crusts were slathered with the garlic butter spread. I don't know why this spread has become the "normal" for the pizzas as it is horrible. We have decided to never order from Pizza Hut again. We have been customers for over 30 years and are so tired of not knowing if the order will be right or not. We are not looking for a free pizza as it would be a crap shoot as to whether the pizza would be as we have requested or not. We want to let you know how we feel and that it is sad to have to do this. So we will have to find another restaurant for pizza and hope the customer service will be better. In this day and age, that is becoming hard to find.

Every table was filthy and left unlearned. All the food trays were all left on them. We sat at a table and the employee took all the dishes and garbage off every other table except for ours. He neglected to acknowledge ours. Very poor service. Will never come to this one again. I'm going to recommend no one to stop by and eat at this one. I'm sorry I feel this way but I had to report it.

In www.pizzahut.com, I ordered an item in the menu: Family Size Chicken Alfredo with Breadsticks -Serve 4 for $14.49.

Since I am a regular costumer, I got 20% off coupon thru email so that out-of-pocket I paid @13.3

When I arrived the store and pick it up, they gave me only Chicken Alfredo and no breadsticks. They said that the order they received did not show breadsticks. They showed me the receipt with a line "Family Tus Chkn - 14.49"

I showed them the copy of my order online ans explained that the full description have "breadsticks". The Manager told me that they will charge extra $5.99 for breadsticks.

I was really disappointed and I want the answer for Pizza Hut. "Cheating or no cheating" in your menu?

I placed a order online today at 4:07 pm and didn't receive it until 5:35pm when it started it would be here around 4:35 I don't know what it is about osceola arkansas pizza hut I always have a problem with the way they Handel business and value their customers I only order when I can't find a ride to grab a bite but I honestly rather starve After the way they have did me in the past month not a happy camper at all

I am writing thisrent as I am really unhappy with the attitude of your staff and lack of ownership and responsibility theyhave shown. I am currently on holiday in Dubai and will be returning to the UK on Friday the 31st of August.On Tuesday evening 28/08/2018 at approximately 10:54pm my daughter made an online order for 3 large pizza's(one mozzarella  and two barbecue chicken) amd a cookie dough ice cream.
We went to collect the pizza's and had to wait for 20 minutes for the 3rd one to be completed. Only to find that the other two were cold so we asked the staff to reheat them, which they did.When we got back to the hotel and started to eat the pizza we found one was just chicken but not barbecued as we had ordered. Them my daughter found the cookie dough had no ice cream. It was now yo late to take the children back out and it was a bit of a walk to the restaurant do we took pictures of the items. The next day when we went and spoke to a staff member and explained what had taken place she replied - she could give us some barbecued sauce for the lack of it being on the pizza and ad for the cookie dough ice cream although they had the advert and promotion on display that this had stopped over a year ago as they don't have the facilities to keep the ice cream cold. Do you really think this is appropriate? - This is false advertising.I feel this is am unacceptable resolution to my complaint and the customer service is a disgrace. As a customer I feel your staff have made it out to be a joke and are not interested in your customers satisfaction of your products and promotions.I am shocked and disgusted by my treatment and the fact a member of staff didnt even try to decently resolve my families issues.Is this the level of service you provide? I thought Pizza Hut was a recognised market leader who prided themselves on their exceptional standards of customer service and their pizza's.My family and I left your restaurant disgusted, unhappy, feeling let down and disappointed  is this how you want your customers to feel and is the way you'd expect to be treated?

Yesterday I was driving through Fordyce, AR after a football game in Pine Bluff, AR. I placed on online order with Pizza Hut their at 10:31 pm. I received the email saying my order was placed at 10:33. I arrived at the store at 10:40, the door was locked. I called, the first time no one answered, and they immediately turned there lights off. Called and someone answered ; told me they closed at 10 pm. If that was the case I know I would not have been able to even place an order online. It also says online that they are open until 11:00 pm. If they were not going to make my order they could have called and told me. I should not have had to experience that. I am highly upset and went to bed hungry because nothing else was opened that I eat.

Placed an order, my card was charged, 60 minutes later I am having to call to find my order, the gentleman says the driver has stopped and will be here shortly, after another 20 minutes I have to call once again only to find out that the driver cannot find my address in the small town I live in, and am told sorry we are canceling your order. Rude employees and the store manager was absolutely no better. To refund my money they say it will take 30 days to refund what took them thirty seconds to take. I will never partake from this restaurant again and I will surely share my experience with everyone.

EVERY OTHER ORDER IS 2+ HRS LATE, most times the driver comes, NEVER comes upstairs to my apt which is on the FRONT of the building, #202. and I'm always charged.

Today, I spent the entire day on Amtrak, I get home, order pizza and wings, get a long distance call for a family matter and watch your deliver pulls up, NEVER GETS OUT THE CAR (like a white Camaro). more than 13 minutes later, they take off and I'm just hanging up my call.

Then i spend the next 45 minutes trying to get them on the line. When i call they dont answer. SO i use my office cell and they pick right up. I spent 21 minutes more on hold than talking and still get charged. Its 8:51, I ordered at 650is, got my email confirmation at 658.

Everyone at that store should be fired. this happens every other order sometimes back to back...its been going on at least since May. Should be unacceptable. Calling the local store clearly has not resolved this issue.

currently, 9:01. Food still not here, Manager hung up with I called to complain -- took her 8 minutes to answer the call from another employee. Driver in the background says, "Its her fault she didn't answer the phone"

I'm in apt 202, door is open, small garden styled building. Apt on hte left is 201, apt on the right is 203. Even an 5 year old would know the one in the middle with the open door is #202. Why should I interrupt a call to answer the driver and say yes, I"m in 202 looking at you sit in your car.

I spend an average of $30-$40 and this should not be acceptable, more or less a routine occurrence.

I ordered a pizza at Pizza Hut and Okeechobee got it home and it had about a half a cup of items on top and it was a supreme pizza it was also very greasy as of right now I probably will not order another pizza from Pizza Hut I have had your pizzas before and never got one this bad I got sick after eating it my husband got sick after eating a piece like I said I could take all the meat and the vegetables that was on it and put it in a half a cup that is shameful that you have such service and being and be in such a profitable business the price I paid was not worth what I got

I had the absolute worst experience at the store off Kelly Blvd in Carrollton, Texas on Saturday, August 25th 2018. I received a coupon for a $5.99 large 2 topping pizza either online or carryout. I went online but the offer wasn't there. It was saying $7.99, so I decided to call in and just do carryout since it seemed online wasn't working.
I call into the store and the man that answered barely spoke a word of English and told me that was only an online offer. I continued to try to explain to him that is not what the coupon said, as well as, the same offer wasn't showing online. I asked them to override it in system and he said he couldn't so I asked to speak to a manager. I felt at this point the language barrier was the issue. He puts the phone down and I can hear them talking in the background about music for over 8 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back.
I then spoke to someone else that answered and he said he could help and the issue was the person was training. Okay, fine. So he puts another young kid on the phone, not the same guy as I was speaking to, and he took my order. I ordered a large thin curst with Canadian bacon and hamburger.
So…I go to the store to pick up my pizza and store manager tells me if these guys don't get my pizza right to "smack them around a little bit, " and then he left for the evening.
I go to pay and the kid opens my pizza and it is a pan crust, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni. I was blown away….I explain to him it's the wrong crust and pepperoni and that is not what I ordered. He looks at the receipt and said, "well, there is Canadian bacon on it?" Are you kidding me?
He then says they can re-make it but it will be another 20-25 minutes. At this point I wasted over an hour so I said no and left the store.
This was one of the worst experiences in customer service, management, and production.

I ordered pizza in an attempt while working night shift to get some dinner and I ordered early enough because I know during the week they aren't open to late, well they processed my order and I sat waiting expecting my food. I never heard anything back so I assumed everything was okay like it had been the multiple times before. Little did I know your business location I ordered through stopped delivering to my job location that's not the big deal what the issue was they waited almost hour and a half the time they normally arrive to inform me of this. so I sat here thinking I was getting my food until I received a rude call informing me I wouldn't be. I wouldn't be upset normally but they waited so long that everything else was closed due to the late hour and I had to work a 12 hour shift with no dinner. I was extremely upset with the service received especially since I eat at this location often for their lunch buffet, this situation has me rethinking if I will go back to any pizza hut or order from them again.

I had to wait 3 hour to get a pizza and still haven't got it when I called the first for the pizza been 2 hours the lady Erica gave me $3 discount now hour going by still no pizza when I called the store the manager Mary said that the delivery is close and they cancel my order I am very disappointed cause I eat it this Pizza Hut all the time and spend lots of money with them

On August 18, 2018 I placed an online order with the Pizza Hut from St James Ave in Goose Creek, SC at 5:38pm. After an hour of waiting, I went into my room to get my cell phone that was charging and saw two missed calls. One from an Ohio number and the other from Pizza Hut 30 minutes prior. I called Pizza Hut back at 6:38pm to be greeted by a young lady on the phone that shortly informed me that my order had been canceled because I didn't answer my door. I hear in the background this male voice saying the driver knocked at my door and called me 5 times and I'm not getting a free pizza and would have to pay for another one to be delivered. I asked the young lady who was speaking in the background and she said her manager named Chris. I asked to speak to him. When he answered the phone I made him aware that I wasn't calling inquiring about a free pizza but yet the one I paid for. I also informed him that I was sitting in my living room the entire time and I have a dog so if someone came to my door and knocked, I would have heard it. He proceeded to tell me again that I am not getting a free pizza and I'd need to pay to have another one sent out. I told him at this point because he was being very rude that I deserved one especially since the driver never made it to me in the first place. He refused and I was to upset at this point to even want a pizza from Pizza Hut just because of the bad customer service. I never got an apology from this man and he seemed irritated. I told him that I would call corporate because of his rudeness and lack of management skills. I called the corporate office on August 20 and filed a verbal complaint and was told I'd get an email follow-up from regional management within 3 business days. I never got a response and allowed time for response the rest of the week and didn't get one. I called again on Monday and was told that I would get a call and still didn't get one. This is absurd. As much money that I've invested into this company over the years I expected better service and this is the thanks I get. I'd like Chris to learn how to treat customers better and be a better manager and example for his employees. I'm not sure how he ever got promoted in the first place because his attitude reeks.

I ordered a pizza online at 7:25 pm and I was informed that the pizza would be ready in 15-20 min. When I arrived at I was told by the employee that the manager left him there by himself to take on the orders. The employee informed me what was going on, but told me my pizza would be coming up, but unfortunately my pizza did not come up right away. They just started making the pizza when I arrived. I didn't leave the pizza hut until 9:00 pm. They were short staffed, and lost me for life! Unacceptable for a big corporation.

This locations management and staff ignores the phone and when your lucky enough that they do answer the phone the location puts you on hold, without explanation, not even a "we will be with you momentarily". My wife and I have tried to order on 4 occassions where we waited on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, we decided we will no longer eat pizza hut again in protest, and every friend I have, I will tell them to do the same. shameful., and whats worse this particulars location has had numerous similar complaints posted all over social media... you would think the issue would have been corrected..
