Pizza Hut bloody hell manager

i went to the plaza masalam sec.9 shah alam..there's no staff there to serve.i see the manager name HANA for take my order, but then shes ignore me with her ###ing 'muka berlagak'.i be waiting there for take my order around 20minutes.im very dissapointed with this pizza hut manager.### pizza hut!

Pizza Hut prejudice workers

I ordered from pizza hut once they gave no problem at all with delivering the second time they gave problem but delivered anyway since they had in the past, now i try to order and the driver REFUSES to deliver, and the manager just lets them have their way. i think this is the worst service and that something needs to be done about it, what are others in uniontown pa supposed to do when they dont drive, that is what delivery guys are for! either they do their job or they find another, its pathetic when the manager gives them their way giving them authority over them!

Pizza Hut terrible service & attitude

I stop by at pizza hut for lunch. However, I was terribly disappointed with its service. Below are some of the reasons:

Reason 1:
After > 1 hour of waiting our order was still not served.

Reason 2:
Upon calling on one of the waiter, we thought the matter will be solved. However, minutes later, we were offered a free salad bowl as an apology due to so called "kitchen problem". It is very important to note that we are customers, not beggars.

Reason 3:
I can never understand their definition of "kitchen problem" because if the kitchen was really having problem, why were the tables later than us were served while we were still waiting for our pizza (Bear in mind by now 1 hour already passed) ?

Reason 4:
All the while I was observing the small window counter where kitchen send out prepared food. That counter was jammed up but yet some of the waiters were idling around (Chatting & joking - even after the bell was pressed few times).

I am writing this because pizza hut does provide tasty food. It will be sad to see due to poor management of some branch, pizza hut loses its fans.

Pizza Hut no service

On December 11th of this year, my two children and myself went to the Pizza Hut in Fulton, Ky. After going inside, I noticed three employees just standing around and one was on the phone, I presume, taking orders. The sign says to "wait to be seated". We stood there for about 20 minutes, when a young lady, I believe her name was Tiffany, told us we could be seated, and a waitress would be with us shortly. We sat at the table and I observed about 3 other people come in and had to seat themselves. We waited for almost an hour and nobody came to take our order. I found out that the employees that were just standing around were the delivery driver, who wasn't allowed out on the floor, and another employee who couldn't come on the floor, while the waitress was on the phone the whole time. People started getting up and leaving, as did my children and myself. If this isn't poor service, I don't know what is. It all comes down to poor management. No wonder they have lost a lot of business. Next time, I'll order from Dominoes, who is just right down the street.

The Pizza Hut Outlet at AEON AU2 Shopping Complex at Wangsa Maju Kuala Lumpur did not provide service when my family and I went there to dine. The workers there show no interest in serving new customers as they are suppose to be busy entertaining existing customer. There are empty tables that are not cleared and we waited at one of these tables.
However, the workers continue to ignore us. My observation while waiting was there were not serious about getting customers and most are pretending to be busy carrying plates around and being in the kitchen.
I have notice that, generally, the services in Pizza Hut is inferior compared to other restaurant of the same stature.
After 15 minutes of waiting, we left for Domino's.

Why did you not ask for a manager? Then after leaving, I would have made major complaints to their website, and certainly someone would have contacted you and tried to make it up to you.

Pizza Hut inaccuracy of notice

My family and I visited Pizza Hut in Berjaya Megamall in Kuantan yesterday, 13 December 2009 at 10.40 am. The notice which was displayed stated that the restaurant starts operation from 10.00 a.m. t0 10.00 p.m.
We were surprised when we saw the door locked but there were two staff in the premise, one of them was mopping the floor. When we indicated we are patronising the restaurant, they showed us sign language by putting up two fingers, which my children intepreted to mean 11.00 a.m. When we pointed to the notice, they did not even bother to come to the door to explain. My son was very dissapointed and frustrasted at not being able to eat at the restaurant because he has to catch a bus at 12.00 p.m. and has to be at the station by 11.30 a.m. Why was the information displaying the time of operation inaccurate? We hope that the management would take extra care in the accuracy of their information displayed so as not to cause frustrations, dissapointment and disruptions to plans. Thank you.

Pizza Hut terrible delivery and customer service

I ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time, and it has been the worst online ordering experience.
I ordered online at about 7:50 PM. I didn't get the pizza for over an hour, and called the store at about 9:10 PM. The operator apologized for the delay and said the pizza is ready and about to be sent and should be there in next 15-20 mins. He suggested the delay was because it was a busy night.

I didn't get my order for another 40 mins, so I called again at about 9:50 PM (2 hours after I had placed the order!). This time a different operator picked up and said that they had run out of the dough which is why it was taking so long - and said it will be reaching me in another 15 mins. I asked to speak to the manager but he said he was the manager. I asked him his name - he said his name but I didn't catch it - and he hung up! He hung up on me in the middle of a conversation!

It is 10:10 PM now (definitely past 15 mins from the last call) - and the pizza has not reached still.

I asked the supposed manager why I wasn't told the first time that they had run out of something and he had no answer.

Hopefully I'm not going to order from Pizza Hut again. And thanks to Pizza Hut, my hunger has died after waiting for almost 2.5 hours for my food!

Thank you Pizza Hut for the wonderful experience.

Pizza Hut a piece of foreign particle (a thin human hair) in the piece of garlic bread!!!

I was astonished to see a piece of foreign particle (A human hair) in the garlic bread and pizza which I ordered on friday 27.11.09 at 5 pm
When I go through the website of pizza hut I found a sentence saying enjoy international dining experience with family and friends?

I had been to pizza hut, bharat mall, mangalore, karnataka, india along with my friend to relish the international dining experience but I was not knowing that the pizza hut 's careless, hopeless, untolerable, unimaginable and poor management and following up of almost nil quality standards would cause me to recieve a foreign particle in the piece of garlic bread and pizza which I had ordered.
To my surprise when I told the pizza server boy to call his manager he took the same time - the time taken to serve a pizza that is 15 - 20 min to call his manager, when the manager came down towards my table the manager introduced himself as handling the pizza hut mangalore bharat mall-the worst service provider with poor quality of standards manager mr sukesh has no words to speak when I asked him how can "an international dining experience" provider like pizza hut a famous brand from yum! Can do such human errors which is not at all admissable.

I asked mr sukesh to give me any higher incharge person so that I can plea my complaint then he gave me one mr babu periya swamy who is convincing me to waive off the bill and compromising for the mistakes done.
To my surprise whenever I used to tell that iam recording his statement he used to disconnect the call which is the hopeless manager I have ever seen who is not ready to listen to customer plea. And he said that he will inspect the incident when he visits mangalore but finally no solution and he is not ready to give a written apology for the incident.
As I was not satisfied with his answer I asked him his senior no he gave me one mr shaju abraham contact no [protected] after speaking with him for several min on the same day, as he was also not ready to give the proper information and he was not ready to give a written apology for the incident I took forward the incident with mr joju contact no [protected] the operational manager head, as he was just supporting his staff rather than giving a solution to my issues and the incident,
I had called up the call center also [protected] wherein I spoke with mr karthik, mr martin and call centre manager mr carol wherein I have the recorded statement with me the way they were responding without giving me information of the level of escalation.
This is very dissatisfactory thing that a piece of foreign particle was recieved in garlic bread and the poor management staff were much irresponsible to hear my plea.

Worst experince @ pizza hut in mangalore;
Caution any body visiting pizza hut @ mangalore beware there might be some foreign particle waiting for u

saya amat tidak berpuas hati dgn layanan pizza hut jln bakri muar, saya sampai 8.35pm, order mula sampai 8.50pm satu persatu, tetapi belumpun anak saya 3thn selesai makan maksud saya makan masih ada di pinggan air masih penuh di cawan, staff sana dah nak ambil pinggan..menghalau dgn cara thormat konon, sedangkan saya melihat jam baru 9.13pm. saya hairan kenapa dia cepat sangat nak meghalau kami..bila saya lihat baru saya faham rupanya masih ada custmr yg dtg..
Saya hairan kenapa restaurant sana tidak menggunakan ting.1 sedangkan di ting.1 ada tersedia kerusi & meja..tetapi tidak digunakan bahkan lampu pun tidak dinyalakan.
Bagi pihak pengurusan harap dapat melatih staff agar lebih sopan melayan pelanggan.

I also would like to complain on the service provided by Pizza Hut Restaurant Masai. I went there today 26th February 20111 around 9pm with my family. All of us are vegetarian. We ordere a set meal which comes with soup of the day (chicken soup). We request to exchange the soup of the day with other vegetarian item. Our request was immediately rejected wihtout any explanation because we use to dine in at Jaya Jucso Permas, where the manager usually let us exchange with other item based on the price of the soup of the day. What I am disappointed is not that my requesat rejected, however how the manager react to this request. The manager a Malay Pregnant women looks very stressfull and tired, refuse to provide us any explanation. I decided not to dine in any pizza hut if this is a behaviour of the restaurant manager.

Pizza Hut employee complaints ruined my life

I have been a shift manager for a little less then 4 months. When customers call in and complain pizza hut goes into full force to get the complaint resolved. Yet My problem is I have just been terminated due to a customer complaint. They tell me it was a family having a Birthday party. They sent in 3 complaints saying I was cussing and Screaming at my employee's. I remember the people who sent the complaint. They at no time spoke to me because they spoke Spanish and they seemed happy as they left. What I found out is a Employee within the company went home and made the complaints about me. Because some One inside did not like me my life has been turned upside down. Upon pizza hut trying to contact the email address they got a no email exist response. I was still terminated though because they have to take the complaints seriously. Even though it was a fake complaint. Pizza Hut aka NPC International treats their employee's like dog's and worry only about hitting the numbers. So many of my co- workers wrote letters of support and customers as well yet they refused to even look at the positive side of the whole incident. I never did what the false customer stated and so many backed me because I am well Liked and It was the truth. but somehow I became a liability to their Corp office and I am outta a job.

NPC at my store is the same - they don't always investigate - they become judge, jury and executioner and don't listen to your side of the story, even if you have other employees that were a witness and speak up on your behalf...

Pizza Hut false advertising

11/20/09 at 7 PM I called our local Pizza Hut to order the $5.99, Med, two toppnig pizza constantly advertised on TV. They tell us how concerned they are about us and that they are cutting prices because they are so conscientious. The counter to this is, "Sorry, we aren't participating". To me this sounds like classic "Bait and Switch".
I raised such a fuss they decided to honor the ad. When the pizza arrived, I found they had added an additional $2.00 "Delivery Fee".
Pizza Hut, either require all your stores to participate or don't advertise something you cant deliver.
I will put this on paper and forward it to the Montana Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau.

Pretty clear cut, RIGHT?

WRONG! You click on the selection and the TORTURE you with other selections that add up to FEWER items for MORE MONEY! I finally got tired or this game and called the store. The guys said "They don't HAVE that one anymore, you're out of luck!" He would NOT do ANYTHING to compensate me for all my time and trouble or even offer to do that deal JUST THIS TIME. NOTHING!

You would think a company this big would at LEAST be able to manage ONE website, wouldn't you? How HARD could it BE?

A reputable place would honor their OWN WEBSITE. BIG difference between 20 for $9.99 and 16 for $13. something. They have other similar "specials" that don't exist in reality according to the store. ANYTHING that meantions 10 pieces of wings with it is IMPOSSIBLE to get - they have a LARGE pizza with up to 3 toppings or Specialty with 10 wings for $16.99 - MORE BOGUS ADVERTISING!

I am a VERY unhappy customer right now!

I do have to say that you a tad bit [censor]ed. I worked for Pizza Hut years ago when I was still in High School. Any food chain has the right to not take on a promotion. You see it all over. "Promotion only at select locations" and I can say that tv ad had exactly that in small print at the bottom of the screen. Open your fat eye lids.

Secondly the 2 dollars delivery fee is NOT for the drivers. It goes towards the company insurance policy for the drivers. And the fee has been in place for a long time. Quit [censored]ing fatty and get some slim fast.

Same here. They advertise "$10 for any size pizza, any number of toppings, etc." but when you order extra chz, they hardly add any extra and charge an extra $2 per pizza. Add this into the $2.50 they now charge for delivery (up from 50 cents 2 years ago and FREE before that), they are now charging for everything they possibly can! Our delivery guy would give my wife any of the peppers condiments because he told her that as a doctor in Russia, he knows first hand that the red pepper they offer causes stomach cancer! Even when pressed, he would not comply. We have received the WRONG pizza numerous times and while they offered to make a new pizza and deliver a new one, they ASKED for the wrong pizza back! Has Pizza Hut gotten this hard-up for business? This is sad. They used to be America's favorite pizza. Now they are America's most over-priced average pizza! The so-called coupons they offer are available even without a coupon and is nothing more than trickery to suckering people into thinking they are getting a bargain. Ridiculous pricing for a mediocre product. DiGiorno Pizza is far better and I can buy those for $6 a pc at the store.

Pizza Hut bad service and quality of pizza

I have ordered veggie pizza at 2:08 pm on 11/15/2009 and it was suppose to be delivered at 2:38 pm. I called the restaurant at 3:10 pm for the pizza and lady was rude and didn't respond properly. Pizza arrived at 3:35 pm at home and no much veggie topping (hard to find the toppings) and was cold. I was disappointed. Their delivery charges (2.50$) are also pretty high than the tampa pizza hut restaurants (delivery charge: 1.50$). Pizza was like eating bread with some sauce. I was great fan of pizza hut. It's no more the same pizza hut. This is not the first time it has happened to me. But I was not the kind of person who complains in first incident itself. Pizza price has become expensive with poor quality and service

March 3, 2010, Wednesday.My sister, Ms. Escoe ordered 1 large pizza this afternoon at 1:00pm. It was so BADDD! it looked like an hard cardboard, it been sitting out 4 like an hour under a warmer! it was stail, no flavor! i would never tell nobody to visit yal at all because yal sucks! papa john pizza is BETTER! I WILL NEVER VISIT YAL RETAURANT AGAIN! My name is Marquita B. This is really SAD hate to say but it is. She wasted her money. GOODBYE!

I worked at a Pizza Hut, here in Indiana. Our service i have to addmit it was terrible, we have lost too many customers, customers not being waited on for over an hour maybe little less or little more than an hour. The food was incredible. So i can see what Pizza Hut is, when i had my first job. Customers leaving because the restaurant wasn't clean and nowhere to sit, tables messy, where the servers didn't come out and clean the tables.

Pizza Hut lies

I called Pizza Hut tonight to order the special they advertise on TV as Any Pizza, Any crust, any size, any topping just $10.00.

When I was placing my order I asked for stuffed crust which I was told it was $1.00 more. Then I was told I was only allowed to have 3 toppings on the pizza and if I wanted more they would cost $1.99 more per each topping. And they only had medium pizzas. Some deal! I know where I won't be spending my money any longer. I think if they were charged with false advertising this crap would stop.

Sounds like you're a hefty one. Logically Pizza Hut cant be giving you more than three toppings as it cuts into profits. DUH. And they charged you the extra buck for stuffed crust for the cheese used. Do your research cheese costs are kicking the pizza industry in the bawls right now.

Pizza Hut employee discrimination

To whom it may concern!

I am writing to you and I am writing to in confidence that something will be done about this issue! On the behalf of me and a majority of the employees at the thompson store! As employees at the pizza hut company feel that there are issues with the store and with jorge! First thing is jorge we fill that jorge is very rude and abnoxious and crude with no sense of professionalism what so ever! He is always come to work with an attitude problem walk around on a power trip, he always rude to his employees and uses foul language like shut the ### up, and I dont give a dam, or who cares I dont, or what the ### is your problem, or even in intends to degrade certian employees in the store who are afraid to speak up cause there afraid to get hours cut, or suspended by george cause tll this day he still intends and countinue to do underhanded things in and around in the store! We also have another issue we dnt want to discriminate against our team members but there are some employees that dnt speak english who cant answer the phone when customers are calling to place orders over the phone especially during the busiest hours of the work day, cause when we are overwelmed with work it is fustraiting to others! Also there are a few crew memebers who choose not to do there work and if they do they do them halfway, when there are people who are there and do there work and deserve the credit for there job well done, and still there are others like a few of the drivers who are taking things and george was told numerous times about different incidents of the nature and he ingnores or try to turn the whole conversation around, blame the delivery drivers when its really one of the drivers there cause hes been there for quiet sometime, and george wont hear of it, and as far as the food costs go jorge has disciplined employees for not using the measuring cups or what not and he himself doesnt use them along with other employees as well, so if hes gonna discipline them for that purpose, and he complains about the dough missing at times but he refuses to aknowlage that at time when he proofs the dough he over cooks it along with pan, hand tossed, breadsticks, personnel pans and he just leaves them there, cause its not the first time an incident like this has happend one incident happend and he wasted 12 pizza dough and that is very unperfessional of him as a gm, especially if he at times sits in the dining room talking about things not realted to work that are rude disgusting unperfessional, sexual and nothing having to do with work...

It is obvious that george is stressed and over worked and overwelmed with his work, and at time missariable at the place of his job, his attitude, his anger, his doings and professionalism says it all, there are people there who deserve to move up and who are team players in this resturaunt who are willing to save the store and work as a team to make things at the thompson store a better work enviorment for all the employees at the thopson store, who wanna work and who are willing to put there 120% in and make things right at the store, instead of walking around and doing nothing most of the time, getting into things there not supposed to or in that fact snooping, or intimadating other employees cause they are trying to help others well they laugh in others faces or copp an attitude and george is aware of it and still intends to do nothing about, as he sits there and laughs about it and says dont worry about it, just like everything else.

We try to make things work at the store we always give it our all and try to work as a team, and theres a few gentlmen there that are pizza hut material and desreve to move up in the compan and will make the comapny grow, and willing to do the work in the store, not cause there moving outta there parents house, or cuse they do favors, or they kiss up to george in that fact, were all not perfect and we dont walk on water but these things need to be looked into and some of us are affraid to speak up cause jorge might cut our hours or give us a few days of work or tell us cause we are having shortages on the food or were slow and I can understand that, and about the overtime, but if thats true how come he can stay 2 hours over and catch up on his work or sit there and talk about nonsense, or let different people clock in early when he's to lazy to do the work himself or he will finish what hes doing and that s if he does it right he just walks out leaving a few times without doing prep even or on a busy work day, or when theres nothing to do he will order food and sit in the dining area and eat and carry on, and jorge has a loud voice and it carries to where we can hear him in the back, also he came in sick yesterday, sneezing, coughing, hacking, going back and fourth touching and preping food when hes sick like that, that very unperfessional and just out in out sick, hhe runs the chance of getting others sick and the customers, and he was told to go home and didnt listen till 7 something he left with an attitude throwing stuff and pacing back in fourth in the store, how professional is that, when he can sit in the back and watch the camereras looking at the employees work or he will sit in the dining area and watching everybody in the kitchen work, if he had time to do that, or watch the cameras he would see the real problems in the store, and agian he refuses to see that...

All we want is for something to be done about this matter, I feel strongly if we all put our heads together as a team we can work in this store and make thing better, rather than agaisnt each other we all need our jobs and we all have famalies, especially in this daring economy we are in, we sincerely hope that this matter is taken care of and not over looked, we will reach or write higher levels of corprate to slove this issue in the store, things like this matter dont have to go on for evrybodys benefit! And im pretty sure fabio is aware of it, who know what jorge is up to but again we appriciate your time and looking foward to giving you some positive feed back in this matter!

i was trying to complain about what was happened to my order because the delivery service did that deliver my order completely. i tried to called up the customer service and i chose arabic language no one intended to pick up my call, it was a poor service because they hold my line for more than half an hour, so what i did i phoned up again and choose the english option and unfortunately in a single minute they attended to my call. this shows that there's a big discrimination between arabs and english people which will affect your bad feedback against your company. in connection with this complaint i am expecting for your immediate action.

It wasn't discrimination. There probably wasn't someone who could accept the call in an Arabic language because of language limitations. As I'm sure you know, the most commonly spoken language in the US is English, and Pizza Hut is a US based company. So, it's more likely to find someone who speaks English than anything else. There is nothing discriminatory or racist about this, as a language can't be racist. No matter what language you use, you can let Pizza Hut know that something bad happened. Seeing as you wrote this, you were in no way hampered by their inability to find an Arabic language speaker on that first call. This is like me calling Pizza Hut and complaining that they didn't have a Russian option.

Stop nitpicking.

Pizza Hut the worst store ever!

I was employeed by pizza hut for 5 years. Recently I was fired because another employee told my current manager (who only worked at my store for one week) that I had called her a name. This manager decided to call all the other manager including the regional manager and tell them what happened. She didn't talk to any of the shift managers or the assistant manager who i have worked with for years about me nor did she come to me and confront me about what another employee had acused me of saying. I wasn't given any chance to defend myself nor was i told who was spreding lies about me. I was fired for insubordination (bunch of BS). So if you live in Murfreesboro, TN you should not eat at the 1718 memorial blvd pizza hut for the following reasons. Employees have been told not to wash dishes that don't appear dirty by the regional manager Troy. The boxes that your food comes in come into contact with pretty much every surface in the store before you food is placed in them i.e. the floor, the walls, unwashed hands, and worst of all the filthy rack above the cut table where they are stored inside out. There is mold growing in the tea urns, the coffee pots, the dishroom, the dry storage, and on many of the pans. i have seen many employees pick up food off the floor and send it out to customers anyway. And if that doesn't stop you for eating there you should be aware that most employees brag about how long its been since they washed thier hands. Enjoy!

Pizza Hut false advertising

40 minutes after I placed the order (8 minutes til my order was supposed to be delivered) I had a missed telephone call from STORE phone [protected]. I immediately called back and talked to Raul, who said he was the manager. He advised me that they do not have multigrain crust. When I asked how long it would be if I changed the crust, he said another hour. I told him it was unacceptable and asked if there was anything he could do since I already had waited 45 minutes, he just kept repeating the same thing over and over “Well the thing is we are really busy right now and we don't carry that crust anymore and we tried to call you”. Lame.

If you don't sell the MULTI GRAIN CRUST pizza any longer, take the menu selection down from your website! or call sooner to advise consumers that your store does not have the product... not 40 minutes, after sending an email that the order was received and will be delivered in 1 hour or less!

Lame.

Pizza Hut hot pizza cheese and sauce burnt my face

On October 28 around 1230 pm went to pizzahut their lunch buffet I got a couple slices of pizza and while i started eating the first piece the cheese and sauce slipped off the pizza and burnt my chin in which I have went to the doctor and got medicin, I dont understand why you serve pizza that is so hot that it burns the skin off your face Or burns the skin off you at all it shouldf not be that hot and they should try to worn you when it is that hot.

i ordered off the internet and i am 16 years old i was home alone so i thought i would order myself something... i got a meal deal that was suposed to come with a can of coke pasta and bbq chicken wings so my dad has some chicken to eat when he got back from work when they brought it to me i gave the man a tip the food came to £8.04p and when i looked at it i had no can of coke and no wings i didnt no what to do the man had gone and so was my food ggrrrr this happened litrally 30 mins ago i am soo angry my dad is out and i dont no what to do ? and i am really upset and my food is cold i dont no why cause i live across the road it is uneatable so im left with no money and no food :(

i was out to pizzahut on 9-8-09 and i was treated very cold and the manager shelly was very rude she never offred to fill our pop up or nothin there was 5 us all together that had went the managers sister was there and they was sitten over there making fun of us and everything...and just wanted to let yall know that ill never be back there again...thats ashame that you cant even go some where and eat unless you got people talking about you especially the manager..

i ordered 2 large pizzas pan pepperoni lovers last week and got a nice layer of sauce on it below the cheese. this week didnt have a coupon payed26.48 and 2.50 delivery and 4 dollar tip and got no sauce on the pizza. so i called the store and the manager Chris got on the phone and kept saying all the pizzas that went out had sauce on them over and over no matter what i said rude to me and i ask his name and he hung up so im complaining for that much money i could have went to a nice resturant and sat down but no this guy didnt even offer to make me a new one or see the pizza i have left. im not happy with this im might go to pappa johns which i have only bought pizza hut . what can you do for me here nothing, i wonder. hurt pizza hut fan.:(

Here Go's nothing, ...Last night my wife ordered pizza this is not something we would normally do, however, the phone call was hilarious...clearly the receptionist, telephonist had a bad reception and I keep saying ahh, hello, hello ...I can't hear you ?...silence...hello...hello,
Well after a few minutes of that, I hung up...I rang back, after a much difficult order trying to understand...exacally what you got for your money.

I proceded to get in my car and pick the pizza up...walked in the shop, to a girl stood behing the counter on the phone saying I can't hear you ?...silence...hello...hello,
the other employee behing the counter just burst into tears, as there was an ajoining door...after 5 minutes wait finally got the pizza...I only live less than 3 miles a way, and within 3 minutes...the pizza was luke warm at best ! and tasted crap ! further more £20 Lighter, , , , , , This is typical of a company trying to do there best ?...they employ kids that don't give 2 flying f**k and standards are poor...when you feel peckish...DO NOT ORDER PIZZA, I wont bother writing a letter...just vote with my feet and never step in the door again.

I had a coupon for a specialtypizza for 10.99 and a second for 9.00. This was a pick up order and when they gave the to total they said it came to 25.91.This was completely wrong.If they had done the math it would be 10.99+9.00+1.00 for a stuffed crust that comes to 20.99 plus tax .The total should have been 22.72 with tax .When I pointed thier mistake I was argued with and made to feel foolish.They finally saw their mistake I recieved no apology and was asked not to come back. I work in retail and deal with customers everyday and if I treated any customer this way I would be out of a job.

I ordered pizzahut - they won't deliver to my apartments because they want expect a tip - i thought the tip was included with the price - that is what the told me they will no longer deliver to my apartments now - we are a a disabled - low income apartment complex - i am disappointed that pizzahut will no longer deliver to my apartment - sign confused customer

Your just a dumb ###, when I go to a restaurant to eat, especially a buffet if the food is hot it would be a blessing, Next time you pick up a piece of any food and there is steam rising from it you should use the God givin ability to suck air into your lungs and blow gently on your food to cool it off before you cram into your mouth. Pizza Hut service double standard

Pada 27.10.09 (Selasa), lebih kurang pukul 1.30 ptg, saya dan anak2 pergi ke pizza hut kangar perlis utk memesan pizza (Take away) semasa saya dan anak-anak masuk ke premis itu, hanya saya dan anak2 saja yg ada, tiada pelanggan lain, dan saya pun terus ke kaunter pesanan untuk memesan pizza, saya menunggu lebih kurang 4 minit kerana staff yg bernama azwandy dikaunter itu sedang bercakap menggunakan telefon bimbitnya. Dalam pada itu masuk seorang lagi pelanggan juga terus ke kaunter pesanan. Staff yg bernama azwandy terus mematikan telefon bimbitnya dan melayan pelangan yg datang kemudian dari saya. Sayapun bertanya terus kepada staff yg bernama azwandy bukankah kena ikut first come first served. Staff bernama azwandy tidak mempedulikan kata-kata saya, sambil melayan pelanggan yg datang kemudian dari saya. Oleh kerana petanyaan tak dijawab saya dan anak-anak keluar dar premis itu sambil menangis kerana boleh dikatakan setiap minggu saya dan anak-anak pergi ke pizza hut. Saya amat kesal dgn sikapnya yg berkerja dgn pizza hut. Pizza hut adalah salah sebuah restoran yg terbesar di malaysia. Adakah staff yg berkerja tak diberikan latihan yg secukupnya. Untuk pengetahuan semua saya juga berkerja dalam industri makanan dan minuman. Adakah pihak pizza hut terlepas pandang oleh kerana premis ini dlm bandar yg kecil seperti kangar ini.

saya setuju komen2 di atas sbb saya dr kl berpindah keje ke perlis. Saya mmg suka pizza so satu ari saya membuat pesanan pizza sambil menunggu saya memerhati seorg cashier dan manager pizza kgr membuat panggilan talipon bagi jawatan kosong di pizza kgr...ade ke patut cashier tersebut mengoyakkan resume tersebut disbbkan panggilan tidak di jawab ..hanya sekali shj panggilan di buat .sungguh kurang sopan ...saya hanya mampu menggelengkan kepala shj manager pun sama 2 x5 malah x ditegur lgsg cashier tersebut ...baru2 nie saya pergi ke pizza kgr untuk makan dinner...para pekerja berlonggokkan di suatu tmpt smbil berborak2, ade yg sms ngan hphone tanpa menpedulikan customer yg ade situ...so payah kami hendak memanggil mereka ape gunakan service cas tpi mereka tidak menjalankan tggjwb sebgai pekerja pizza...saya harap pihak pengurusan pizza dapat mengambil tindakan tatatertib...

Saya bersetuju dengan complaint mengenai staf pizza hut kangar. sudahlah tax services tu boleh dikira tinggi tapi layanan memang teruk jika nak dibandingkan dengan negeri lain. tempat bukan main lagi cantik dibuat pembaharuan tapi kakitangan tidak menjaga pelanggan langsung. Sudahlah keadaan sangat bising staf pulak lambat buat keje makanan lambat sampai...letak makanan macam hendak tak hendak aja macam nak runtuh meja dibuatnya. Apabila ditegur boleh mereka bergelak manager pun sama 2 x 5. kami makan kat situ kami bayar bukannya free dik oiii kalau macam tu lebih baik kami makan kat restoran lain kalau layanan yang lebih baik...

Pizza Hut tidak ada QA untuk pekerjanya dan sekiranya ada pasti setiap Restoran mempunyai prosedur kerja yang sama yang memastikan setiap pelanggan mendapat layanan yang sama pada setiap restoran yang dikunjungi. Contohnya rata-rata saya pergi di restoran Pizza Hut di lembah Kelang, saya telah mendapat layanan yang sangat baik tetapi setelah saya berpindah di utara semenanjung malaysia saya dapati kebanyakan restoran Pizza Hut di utara adalah tersangat teruk!

Saya pernah ke beberapa restoran dan kebanyakannya pekerja restoran tidak mempedulikan pelanggan dan membiarkan pelanggan walaupun dipanggil beberapa kali. Saya boleh katakan yang terburuk sekali adalah restoran Pizza Hut di Alor Setar berhanpiran dengan pekan rabu. menunggu untuk diambil order lebih daripada sepuluh minit manakala terpaksa menunggu pizza lebih daripada 40 minit. Apakah servis yang buruk seperti ini masih lagi wujud walaupun restoran bertaraf antarabangsa yang bertapak di negara kita...(Malaysia Boleh!)

Pizza hut perlu mengambil tindakan dan rombakan terhadap sistemnya...mengapakah ini boleh berlaku, tiada pemantauan terhadap etika kerja pekerja? ataupun gaji yang diberikan tidak setimpal dengan kerja? ...entahlah hanya pizza hut sendiri yang boleh menjawab.

Saya pun ingin luahkan rasa tidak puas hati. Perkara yang sama berlaku baru saja tadi. Staff pizza hut perlis ini langsung tidak ambik peduli tentang pelanggan. Saya terpaksa menunggu lebih sejam setengah. Sepatutnya pizza siap tak sampai 5 minit. Tapi ambil masa yang terlalu lama. Layanan pula tidak mesra. Minta hantar air pun kena ingatkan sampai 5 kali. Itu belum minta hantar sup pula. Sup yang sepatutnya sudah siap pun ambil masa lama. Pizza tu lain la cerita kerana perlu masak. Baik makan kat kedai luar lagi cepat.
Satu lagi saya amat setuju pandangan diatas bahawa staff pizza perlis ni amat tidak berdisiplin. Selalu buat sambil lewa sahaja dengan pelanggan. Tempat lain saya tengok ok saja. Mesti pengurus cawangan sini makan gaji buta sahaja. Harap2 dia baca message ni supaya dia sedar.
Lagi satu pizza ni tak ada customer servis untuk kita complain. Mungkin pizza tak nak dikomplain kot. Kalau kat luar negara tu layan sangat mesra. Di malaysia ni macam hampeh.

Saya pergi ke pizza kangar pada 14 Nov 2009. Sebenarnya saya bukanlah suka sangat makanan ni tetapi disebabkan desakan isteri dan anak2 saya pun terpaksa ikut serta. Sewaktu saya sampai salah seorang pekerjanya sedang mengutip pinggan dimeja. Pinggan dan sudu dillemparkan sahaja kedalam bekas mengisi pinggan dan mengeluarkan bunyi yang amat bising. Langsung tidak ambil peduli orang kiri kanan yang dekat dengan dia. Yang paling mengecewakan ialah pesanan makanan lebih satu jam tetapi masih belum siap. Ada juga beberapa pelanggan yang sudah balik begitu sahaja kerana terlalu lama menunggu. Saya sudah 3 kali mengingatkan bahawa saya sudah lama menunggu tetapi mereka hanya memberitahu bahawa makanan sudah hampir siap. Hampir sejam setengah mendengar alasan yang sama saya terus pulang. Bayangkan saya hanya diberi air dan sup tetapi harganya RM30 sedangkan hanya untuk 4 orang. Saya sudah serik untuk datang lagi.
Apa yang saya perasan adalah budak2 yang kerja disini sering bergurau sesama sendiri dan tidak serius dalam menjalankan tugas. Ada yang asyik menulis sms dan bergayut di telefon. Saya cadangkan agar pihak pizza HQ rombak balik staff di Pizza kangar ini dan berikan latihan yang cukup. Saya rasa pihak pizza perlu ikut contoh KFC. Staffnya bagus dan berdisiplin.

Perkara yang lebih teruk berlaku kak sungai petani, dekat vilage mall.
Casheir selalu tak ada kak counter.
Bila order, suruh tunngu 10 minit, pada hal selepas sejam pun tak siap.
Saya nampak dengan mata sendiri, orang belakang dah dapat, tapi saya tak dapat.
Pada hal Pizza dah siap, ada kak belakang counter, sup pula tak ada.
Bila panggil store manager keluar dan tanya dia tak jawap.
Kerana takut dia terus bayar wang balik. Pada hal itu bukan kita mau.
Dia orang nin mamang kurung latihan dan tidak tahu menjalankan urusan restoran.
Dia orang ni tau kelan kabut sahaja. Kerja tak jadi, customer jadi mangsa.

Pizza Hut manager, trevor english

My mom and I walked into Pizza Hut and proceeded to find a place to sit. The Manager, Trevor English, immediately stopped us and said someone would seat us. We said ok no problem. We thought we were to seat ourselves. Since we were on our lunch break and after waiting about 15 minutes, we decided to help ourselves to the buffet in hopes someone would be available to seat us by the time we fixed our plates. Well, we got finish fixing our plates and still no one offered to seat us although there were several empty tables available. We went to the counter and asked for silverware and the manager came our furious. "You don't have silverware because you went on your own instead of waiting" he said. We tried to explain to him that we were on our lunch and were simply saving time but understood we still had to be seated. He would not let us get a word in and started rudely expressing that everyone else was on their lunch too. He even walked away and refused to talk to us anymore. He got ballistic over nothing really. Said something about they have to keep count. We asked one of workers who he was and she said the manager. We could not believe a manager would act that way towards customers, especially over something so small. We sincerely no longer wanted to eat there and were especially worried when Trevor agrily went to the kitchen thinkin he might be preparing our food. Since we were to also bring food back for others which included 2 large pizzas, we went ahead and stayed. When we went to the register to pay, Trevor finished checking out the people in front of us but walked away refusing to ring us up so another employee had to.

Pizza Hut food poisioning

They turn off their freezers off at night to save electricity. If they remember they will turn them back on in the morning. They don't care if a person has a allergy to something in a pizza. I told a employee that I was allergic to dill and lettuce and not let it turn any of my pizza . I found lettuce in a pizza as well as dill. I became ill in the store and a employee that knew me said I was making it up. There is employees there that are hookers and try to black mail married men that go into that pizza hut.They also harrass people when you go in there coming to your table to see why the men have not spoke to certain woman that work there. My husband abd I go there to have a meal together and don't need woman coming to the table to see why he will not have anything to do with this one gal. She told him she only wants to go with married men.

Like we care if they are hookers! I say more power to them! LOL People with such allergies shouldnt eat out, you are taking your life into your own hands.

since being under new management as of june 2007, laurie pizza hut has posted nothing less than an eighty five on p h inspections. this includes zero food criticals. ( a food critical is any sort of thing that may result in immediate closing of the building) also, the regular health inspector visits regularly. The lowest score they have had in this tenure is a ninety eight, including three perfect scores in a row. They have also been told that they have the cleanest pizza hut that the inspector has ever seen. Further more, the products of lettuce and dill are used only on taco pizzas and samwiches. so, since the pickles dont even go on the samwiches not sure how dill was in the food. and as for the lettuce, if you had a taco pizza or a samwich how did you not notice that there was lettuce on it? there are also only three waitresses that cover the floor. they are all sweet ladies and they along with thier families woulod appreciate it if these allogations were just stopped. further more, if there was any truth to these silly slanders there are proper steps to take as opposed to blogging on the internet. if you believe some one is a prostitute you should file a police report about it. if you have suffered food poisining at a resteraunt then you should maybe consider a law suit if proper compensation was not presented by manager. i'm sorry that you have had a bad experience at this particular pizza hut, because i feel strongly that it is the pizza place if not resteraunt on this side of the lake. in closing, i hope that a little bit of facts might clear the way to more sensibe thinking about the situation. these allogations are very serious and not appreciated. thank you for your time

Pizza Hut this is not a complaint!!

This is not a complaint! I just want to say winterset pizza hut is the greaterst pizza hut I 've been to! And there pizza wow! Very good! The pizza is wounerful and the waittresses are very kind. I told one of the waittreses that there bath rooms are the cleanest in town. Not kinding! The place is clean and the employees are the nicest people. The manager has done a very good job of training them! Everybody needs to go to winterset pizza hut just once because they will keep going back. I live in leon iowa thats about 2 hours from winterset and I try to go every wed. I took my family there over coverd bridge weekend and they wear raving about it. I called and talked to a waittress janel and asked her if there was a reward for the good employees she said no that the owner doesent do anything like that. He needs to! I asked for the managers name 'sara ' ijust got to say very good job! Thank you! It been a long time sence I found a good place to eat... Kattie and family..
