Worker from Pizza Hut name Carrie was very rude, disrespectful, mean, the way that she was acting was like she was under drugs or she was burn out the way she was talking it was to loud out of control very rude even she refused to give my order ( that was 2 large pizzas) which I wasted my time and gas money to pick the pizzas up I hope u guys fired her she very dangerous person tours the costumers, even she try to argue with my daughter, when that happened I just wish to punch her at her face but I control my self and I told my daughter let's go home we don't have to waste more time. With some one like if she still working there for sure she will going to cause some one in trouble cuz some people can't control their self .please do something :location North river by Holland Mi date happened 11-4-17 around 9:35 pm.

Placed online order for 2 medium pizza thin crust pepperoni and 1 order of bread sticks. Drove 20 plus minutes to pick up the order. Staff said order was complete. After driving 20 plus minutes back home. Open up top box was bread sticks. The bread sticks were over cooked. So proceed to open up the medium pepperoni pizza amd it was THICK crust. The online order was for THIN crust. No receipt was get upon check out. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE

The store manager by the name of Marie @ Pizza hut 1032 s Oliver st Wichita Ks had been discriminating against her workers. She has wrongfully terminated a number of black workers works without warning. She has shown favoritism between workers every since she become a manager at this location. She had refused a number of times to give anyone the Regional managers phone number for important matter's. 3 workers are taking legal action due to this matter. She has shown a number of unprofessional characteristics, such as hanging up on customers, verbally abs using her workers, and cutting hours simply because she "doesn't like" the other person, and has terminated black workers for issues that other non black workers have done that go unmentioned.

I ordered 2 medium pizza she did not give me the special price which is order two or more and get them for 699 each i called back and she told me I had to tell her to give me the special price I had never had to before she charged me full price for the pizza not very happy at all not going to order from that store again. Why should I tell her how to do her job many better training would help these people do there job right.

Pizza arrived 1 hour late and was cold. There was no dipping sauce for my bread sticks. Then I called and waited for a manager; eventually someone picked up the phone and did not speak and hung up on me. I called again and waited over 15 minutes and again someone picked up and I said Hello but they said mothing then hung up on me. Worst experience EVER. I will never order from Pizza Hut again! TERRIBLE AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL!

Don't ever order at the Pizza Hut on 10060 Dumfries Rd in Manassas VA. I just experienced the work customer service there ever. They made a mistake and would not rectify then they had the nerve to tell me to call corporate and when I asked for the number the "Manager" claims he didn't know it. When I asked his name he said it was "Carmen". I called back and spoke to Vanessa and she said she didn't know it either. They kept hanging up on me then this "Carmen" character gave me a bogus number to call corporate and hung up on me again. He said there's was NOTHING he could do for me. He even refused to refund me after I cancelled the order. Rest assure...Corporate will be informed of this horrible customer service.

Liliana, "Carmen", and Vanessa need to be fired ASAP!

I wanted to order the special of 1 large 2 toppings. When doing it online it gave me a total of 13.99, i called into the store where i always place my order at and the girl that answered the phone had an attitude from the time she picked up the phone. I explained to her what i was trying to do she cuts me off by saying there is a max of 10.00 its a new policy online I said where exactly does it say that online she hung up on me, i called back twice back to back and the call was put on hold bith times.

I called pizza hut customer service line yesterday (11/3/17) around 930 pm to place an order for a large 2 topping pizza at the reg. Price, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks because I received a 10$ coupon for completing a survey for a prior order I had did. I had spoke to 1 rep. I had received a call on my other end, I asked the rep to hold for 30 seconds. She disconnected the call. I called right back, spoke to a 2nd rep. I was placing my order as I was driving. The rep had advised me the store I was ordering from had ran out of products. I asked her what product had they ran out of. She placed me on hold for about 2 minutes. She came back and said they are out of the triple deal and medium hand tossed. I said ok. Im ordering a large 2 topping, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. I asked how long the wait was, she said 25 mins. I said ok. I would like to use this coupon I had gotten for completing a survey. She said nope, I cant submit the coupon because you have to do it online. I said im driving at the moment, I would really appreciate if you could do it as a courtesy. She said nope. No apology, no empathy. I said wow, please get me to a supervisor. I spoke with james. I advised him I had made two calls to place an order over the phone because I was driving at the moment. He apologized. Then, I advised him of what I wanted to order. He said they would not have been able to place the order for you anyway because the store closed at 839pm due to running out if products. I stated, I had to make 2 calls to them and a simple 2 min call turned into 15 mins, all for nothing. Had one of the prior reps advised me the store was closed, I would not be submitting this form but because 15 mins of my life was wasted while I was driving. I felt it unfair & wrong. That is not the way a loyal customer is supposed to be treated at all.

On date 4th November 2017 at 10pm, I've been at Pizza Hut Seksyen 7, Shah Alam, Malaysia with my fiance.

When I'm arrived, there is no one taking orders from both of us. Moreover, there is no waiter/waitress at the dining place to clean up the table and taking orders. I have to wait for about 15 minutes to called up the waiter to give us the menu.

I'm really disappointed when I called up the waitress again to take my orders, she saud that they have closed their orders. Its 10.27pm at that time and I know the place closed at 11pm. I've wait for half and hour just to take my order and when I asked for them to take my order, they simply said the order is closed.

Why at the first place they gave us the menu to look at and at the end, they say the order is close. This is very frustrating. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and I believe you should be made aware of you employee's action

Kindly take the required actions and I hope in future the quality of your services is improve. Thank you.

I order a Pizza Hut Online for and I was using a coupon that was giving online only when I call to check on my pizza status the lady who answered the phone told me that the coupon didn't go through so she was like I'm going to cancel the order and your gonna have to order again and she hang up! I hate people with no manners. Really disappointed with this store customer service since I'm a frequent customer

im sorry im writing you until now, but a little over a year ago i went to Managua, Nicaragua and ordered pizza hut, the quality of the pizza was so terrible, the bread is the thing that got my attention the most, i can only describe it as " worse than chuck E. Cheese pizza", the pizza was so bad i should have taken a video of it, i remember when pizza hut had just arrived i nicaragua, it was THE best pizza ever, the taste, i order frequently here in USA, i live in Arizona and still taste at any place i ordered as good as always.

that pizza was worthy of a youtube viral video, and the worst thing is, buying pizza hut in nicaragua is not the same as in the USA, is kind of a big deal every time you order due to as you know the economy in that country,

So I Order 2 pizzas with flavored crust for some reason my pizzas came with no flavored crust as a carry out I didn't notice till I got home I call them back and let them know and all they can say was I put it on I'm sorry but if you come back with whatever pizzas left I can put some on for you. What the heck so you want me to go back to your store after I got home so you can put more flavoring on my pizza and not remake it yes sorry that's all I can do says the manager and this is a Pizza Hut in Fresno on Kings Canyon and Clovis date is November 2nd 2017 around 8:30 p.m.

I order on november 1st 2017 at 9:50 pm i got an email back that said pizza would come at 10:15pm pizza arrived at 10:50pm thats not the issue.the pizza arrized cold soggy and soaked in oil it as the most disgusting thing i ate in a long time it was a huge dissapoinment to me and my pregnant wife the apple pies wer'e tuff as a rock never again ! I should have known by the 2 stars google gave this location my wife is feeling sick the in the stomach grom all the grease she took in a night in the emergency room !

Now this doesn't often happen to me whenever I order food. But tonight I've decided to never order from Pizza Hut again until things have been fixed with their drivers. I have for several weeks now ordered from Pizza Hut's website whenever I have cravings for Pizza because I actually love their food.

Tonight I ordered my usual stuff 2 drinks, Large Daily Special (Tonight it was Canadian Pizza), and Cinnaparts. Once my order was sent I tracked the driver through the link they provide you alright.

About 5 minutes into watching the driver thing, the GPS tracking thing apparently suddenly stopped working. More then likely the dude attempted to turn it off so he couldn't be tracked. Meaning he was as they say [censor]ing the dog.

Guy was 20 minutes late to my apartment building which never happened before, maybe only 1 minute or two. I get the call to go meet him downstairs soon as he shows up.

I asked him first of all if he had change for a 20 and he blantantly says no I don't, and snatches my money out of my hand quickly and then said he could go get change quickly if I wanted to hold onto my pizza. I said no because I don't trust anyone to do that. He gets mad and says well Im sorry maam I don't have any extra change then and then turns and leaves quickly.

I call the call center to complain that the driver ripped me off, they said they would talk to someone at the Merivale store. They take my info down, and then I get pissed off and call the actual store and complained, the lady said she would call the driver and tell him to get his [censor] back immediately to my place with the correct change.

20 minutes after this he shows up looking pissed off at me, and hands me my change that was due to me, and then grumpily and rudely says You didn't have to call the store maam I would have given you back your change. I gave him a glare and turned and walked away back up to my apartment.

I don't know what is crawling up Pizza Hut's butt in the last few years, but hiring someone who is more then likely ripping customers off by pretending to not have enough change so they can keep the rest for themselves is just plain wrong. The guy was lucky I didn't call the cops on him for what he attempted to do.

All I can say is, Im sorry Pizza Hut but you just lost a customer now due to this incident. I hope you can deal with this guy before he ends up causing a lawsuit the next time to happen.

We ordered pizza online and wait time was 40 minutes, needless to say after an hoyr and ten minutes i called to see where our puzza was. A girl name nikki answered and pyt me on hold for over ten minutes, i was very anger and hung up after she never came back to the phone. It shouldnt of took ten minutes to answer or find out a simple question . So i waited 5 minures called back, same girl answered and then she told me it was a two hour wait. I explained when i ordered it was suppose to be a40 minute wait. Very angry, if it wait is what is says and something changes shouldnt they call customers to let them know its gonna be another hoyr and 20 minutes? Most people order food to get it soon not two hours, if i knew it was such a long wait i could of had ordered sonewhere else. I believe poor judegment was made on behalf of that pizza hut store and poor management. the delivery guy appologized and said they had 20 orders after mine, and he would let manager know . I ordered my pizza at 7:08 and received my pizza at 8:21.i am enclosing my receipt with my complaint. As an experience manager myself I would never treat my customers with poor experience or with rudeness. Thank you for your time . This store is located in Huber Heights Ohio.

Afternoon, I just stopped in at the Broadway Pizza hut in Bismarck ND for a lunch buffet. Now I want to start by telling you I love pizza hut pizza. I stopped in this last Monday and the buffet was closed due to staffing issues so I left because I do not have time to wait for a pizza and eat it before I have to be back to work. So I went in today and had the buffet. To start there was 2 slices of pizza on the buffet and maybe 4 bread sticks with only 8 people seated to eat ( not to busy ). So I went for the salad bar, the salad bar had no carton's or sunflower seeds on the bar, what's up with that? They always have something. The lady that sat me was nice enough but I had eaten my entire salad before I was asked what I wanted to drink. The guy seated kitty corner to me waited 15 minutes to get his drink refilled and finally got up and left after asking the server for a refill. With 8 people in the store there was barely enough pizza for everyone to eat. I like the buffet because you get some variety and don't have to run to the buffet table in hopes of getting a slice. The 3 slices I had were good and the salad was fresh besides a few missing ingredients that are almost always available. I have just seen a huge decline in service at this store in the last couple of years and want to bring it to some ones attention. It is dissapointing to see a store I have eaten at for 40 years fall on its face because of lack of proper management. It may be a lack of good employees or a manager that just doesn't care but it is sad to see. This happened at 825 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501. I don't want a refund or a free meal. I just want someone that cares to see this email and try to make a difference. I would prefer to not see this store close but as it is going I cant imagine it will be here long. I ordered online, my order number is 604485 using swipe cc upon delivery. Afeter 6 mins someone called that their store (The one who is delivering) doesnt have cc payment method and they only use punch payment.

Ordering online might or should be the easiest way ordering but this kind os service makes it hard. May I remind that this is not a customers problem, if you do have problem with your service, fixed it and dont tell your customer rhat yoi do t have it.

I had called in my local shop for a carry out order and they had me on hold for at least 15 minutes. I called back and they put me back on hold and I was on hold by the time I left my house until I got to Pizza Hut. I then had to sit there an additional 20 minutes and all I ordered was a cookie pie. I had waited far too long for a fast food service

Your manager at your location in Tooele, UT, has hired an employee who is not only her daughter but has 6 charges of theft and 2 drug charges. They are currently pending due to upcoming court dates. The managers name is Danette Daughetee and the employee is Michelle Mayo. They consistently talk about these charges loud enough for everyone to hear. Dani and her daughter work together. I have had to explain to my child what theft and drugs are. I have complained before but it has gotten nowhere, considering Danette is the manager and Michelle is her daughter. Michelle has been arrested 7 times since May of 2017. I don't feel this type of person is appropriate to have in a "family" establishment.
