Pizza Hut service complaint

I am a valued pizza hut customer, as a result I earned over 260 points to order a free pizza online. I placed an order on pizzahut.com, on August 27, 2017 at around 9:00 pm for one free large meat lovers pizza and one large two topping pizza. The order was originally placed to my home address but I promptly called pizza hut to inform them that I was taking care of business next door at the leasing office, and requested that the pizza be sent there. "Nick" stated that the pizza wasn't finished yet and that the driver would deliver the pizza to the leasing office address. I had some out of town guest that were waiting outside with me for over 30 minutes and when the pizza never arrived we called again, and "Nick" then stated that the pizza was on the way. We then waited for another 45-50 minutes outside, because we didn't want to leave the location until we had gotten the order, and there was still no pizza. As a result, I called again and asked about the pizza. At this point, "Nick"became very rude and was talking over me and kept stated that its my fault, that I would not be getting my pizza, that the order would be canceled, and that I wasn't were I said I was going to be. This was extremely upsetting to me and I feel I was nearly taken out of character because "Nick was trying to engage in an argument with me and focus on winning the argument, instead of making sure that he understands my needs as a customer. We have cameras outside the leasing office that will confirm that me and my guest were standing outside in the rain, for over an hour waiting on the food to arrive. The situation was extremely upsetting making me feel like "Nick" felt that it was okay to be rude to customers. Nick stated that he was the manager and could do what ever he wanted. I couldn't even ask him any questions, like will I receive my pizza reward back after he canceled, because he just kept on talking over me and telling me to be quiet. He even stated that it was not raining and that he doesn't owe me a courtesy or anything. He also stated "You probably don't even order a lot of pizza, and just got the double points promotion that we have going on." I no longer feel safe ordering at this location, if an employee would feel comfortable talking to a customer in this fashion. The rudeness that Nick displayed towards me was even more upsetting then not receiving my pizza.

I just want to feel like as a customer I will be valued, and that I won't be talked over or mistreated, and that my questions and concerns won't go unanswered, and that I will receive my order in a timely fashion. I also want to make sure that I receive my reward points back onto my account, because that question was never answered.

We checked the cameras and guess what we found, The pizza guy at the leasing site. That NIck is no good, he obviously hacked into our security system to make it appear that the pizza delivery guy went to the leasing site and that we were not there. I don't know how he did this, but it is very low of NIck to first be rude to us, and then to hack into our security system to make us appear as liars. He even made it appear that they had the pizza guy come to the leasing site in the five short minutes that it stopped raining. How low is NIck that he would hack into someone's security cameras to make them appear like liars when he is the one that is lying.

Pizza Hut ordered the fight special and added the apple pies

What a disappointment. We ordered the fight special.from the Albemarle rd store In charlotte ND. The pizza was good but the hand tossed pizza could have cooked a minute or two longer because it was slightly doughey. However tolerable I was very disappointed with the apple pie dessert. They were soggy and all broken up in the box. It looked terrible, eaten and soggy, and I included a picture. Not happy overall. PIZZA Hut seems to be slipping...too many complaints...anyway.. it's crazy when you are trying to get a Decent meal and your hungry and it goes south. Guess I need to order from dominoes or Pappas John's unless you respond .

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas. One all beef, the other half pepperoni and beef all over. I received the half pepperoni and beef (Was cold and not good) I did not receive the all beef thin crust (I received a hand tossed pepperoni and mushroom) We used to love our local pizza hut, but the pizza quality has gone down.. this is my second order this month and both times something was wrong with the order. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again. It has been a waste of money and disappointed family members.

Pizza Hut service and unprofessional staff

We went to your store at No 87, Bhima Jyoti LIC colony, Basveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru for take away on 26th Aug 17 at around 8:30 pm we stood at the counter for almost 15 mins however, the staff Name Mr.K Karthik and the manager present there did not bother to ask us for assistance.They were busy settling the bills and after repeatedly aaking them rather requesting them to take our order they did not bother.This was heights many of the customer standing behind also left.You shoud check the CCTV footage.If you cannot take an order what else can we expect from Pizza Hut.Thank god we had a Dominos nearby who really took good care of our needs.Pathetic and bizzare staff with a third class restaurant PiZza Hut.

Pizza Hut pizza hut brookings sd

I ordered 3 extra sauce cups... didnt receive them with my order. NBD.. called the store, girl on the phone was a total [censor]. I said it's ok they're late we'll use them later. She was annoyed but said they'd be here in 30-40 mins. They never came.. I called customer service and it appears the
"Nice lady" neglected to put my order in... for something I already ordered! Customer service gave me $5 off my next order... what a joke. I'm not asking for free pizza for a year, at least cover an entire pizza! Also orderd pizza with the hut special and got it plain.

Pizza Hut a delivery order

I placed a delivery order through the app. I received my email that the order was received. Now keep in mind I have had y'all deliver to me before. It is a Friday night do I expected about an hour or a little more, but that wasn't the case. After 2 hours of waiting I received a call saying they had to cancel my order because I live too far. Google maps says 2.2 miles and they have delivered before. We ALWAYS order from Pizza Hut because my niece has a medical issue and we never have any problems. This was a different location and will NEVER order from them again. Very unprofessional with horrible customer service.

Pizza Hut pizza & salad

I ordered in Egypt from El Tahrir branch and I recieved the pizza without any tomato sauce, its toppping and very cold like it was made and left for long tiame, wrong salad components and randomly put all upside down, then I complained and they replaced order and give also wrong components again of salad really I am so dissugesting from pizza Hut here .

Pizza Hut delivery of an order placed that was cancelled.

My husband called to place an order on 08/23/2017 at 9:30PM. The woman that answered the phone to take our order was coughing and the phone sounded like it was echoing in the background. After trying to order the pizza, repeating the order over and over again with no avail to her getting the order right because she was coughing and sneezing continuously. This was very unprofessional and we understand that people have either allergies or get sick, but this is A HUGE TURN-OFF when you are calling to order food and thinking " this employee may be sick", "Do I really want to order food from the place"? Well, my husband cancelled the order, 30 minutes later there is a knock on the door with the pizzas we "cancelled" and they were not completed needless to say. I just want everyone to know that being the good people we are my husband paid for the pizza's $25.97 and tipped the delivery driver $14 for the troubles because we felt bad for him. My husband called corporate to let them know of this problem we faced. It is important to give feedback when needed either positive or negative. How else will any improvement be made in this world without fixing the mistakes people make?

Pizza Hut a rude employee answer the phone.

First of all I placed in order online one hour passed by and never received my order. I called to give them my credit card information because I had put the wronf expiration date. And the employee starts giving me attitude through the phone. It's a male. Who answered. He said "oh so is it gonna work this time" very sarcastically. Which I don't appreciate this time of voice when also they hunged up one me and put me on hold 2 times.

Pizza Hut rippoff

I ordered a pizza like I usually do. Money was charged right after I ordered. They phoned me and said they were on their way. Ok, I was glad. I waited for 30 minutes, 40, 50, an hour... Called them and heard that delivery is not possible. I asked, "Why is that?". They said, "you're out of the area". Yeah sure, but why the heck you took my money off knowing I'm too far? they said they refund within 5-6 business days. Great. Why don't you send it back as fat as you charged it, [censored]s?!

Pizza Hut horrible service

Last night I ordered at 5:33. I called at 6:56 And was told it was on it's way. I received a delivery text at 7:03. I called at 7:30 to ask where my delivery was, the girl was rude and told me they had to remake it and send it back out (probably never made it). Called again at 7:45 And asked again about where my order was and her response was "I just told you where it was, " (no apology, no offer to contact the driver or cancel my order.) It was already too late to order from somewhere else and my 5 y.o. was getting restless. Food arrived nearly 2 and a half hours after order time at 7:33.

Pizza Hut pizza/wings

I ordered pizza and wings ( cheese stuffed crust meat lovers and 12 mild bone in wings) for delivery. I didn't receive my pizza until almost 2 hours later. I called the store multiple of times and got no answer. I then proceed to go up there and they say that my pizza left 30 mins ago. So I say fine and go back home. Only to get my my pizza another 30 mins later and it was ice cold. So I then call the store to speak with the manager so I could get my Visa card refund or a replacement. He then proceeds to tell me that there is nothing he could do about it. So I'm writing you guys to see if I can get my money back or a replacement of my meal?

Pizza Hut food being late and cold

I order online on 8/19/17 here in Las Vegas... the food was 30mins late from the time it was supposed to be delivered when I went to the store to get it re made I was told I was lieing and that there was nothing wrong with the food... then I over them saying that they don't have enough drivers and workers.. and yet they still did nothing for my order

Pizza Hut pizza was not done

I was visiting Las Vegas and I decided to order Pizza for my kids. I decided to order Pizza Hut because that is the pizza I prefer over all the other pizza places. I was very disappointed when we started to eat it. The cheese wasn't melted on the dough all the way. The pepperoni was very oily and the dough was cooked all the way. It was the worse pizza I had. Since I was traveling around, I didn't have a chance to comment on the pizza. I am now back in Ohio, so I took a moment to let you know how unsatisfied I was.

Pizza Hut pick up service

I called in a pizza for pick up. They told me 45 min. I waited 45 min. Went in and paid the screen read ready for my name. I was told it would be 2 more minutes. I waited another 35 minutes before asking someone what the hold up was. Then an employee Went to whete they keep the pizzas ready and pulled mine out. It was so cold the box wasn't even warm. And tasted like rubber [censor]. I ordered a super supreme and it didn't hardly even have anything on it but rubberized cheese. I will never go back to that pizza hut again.

Pizza Hut terrible service and wrong order

I ordered a large Sausage, Canadian bacon, mushroom and black olive pan pizza.

Got it home and it was a medium. (I measured it after the manager hung up on me)

I called politely and told them I was charged 18.89 for a large but it was a medium. She very rudely stated "the pizza delivered was a 16 inch pizza".

She didn't even ask any other questions just stated that as if she was personally aware of every pie leaving the store.

I told her "Ma'am, I picked this one up it wasn't delivered." She then hung up on me.

I do have a picture of the box with the grease stain that is very much under 14 inches. There's no way this was a large. I have a tape measure in the picture just for verification.

So, whatever the difference is between a medium and a large would have been fine with me but I'm just considering posting this on Facebook instead. This is the worst customer service I've ever had at Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut my order

I ordered one large hamburger with extra cheese and a order of wings plan no sauce and received a pizza with ham that Im allergic to and wings had sauce on it but when I called them back they told me they were closing and I tried to call them the next day and they kept giving me the runaround so my husband and I had to go without for the night. When I was telling the man about it ...it seemed like he was getting aggravated with me so at that point I was scared to reorder thinking about what would happen to food

Pizza Hut discrimination complaint

I had placed am online order last night, and received a call about 10 minutes later stating they could not process my order due to a prior issue I had with this store. The issue prior was caused by the store and my order was about am hour late, and they stated they would refund me a portion of my order amount, which took many days to show on my bank account, the manager was very rude about it and made me feel I was being discriminated against. Then come to find out the order I placed last night that they stated could not and would not be be delivered was taken off of my card anyways. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I will also be contacting an attorney to see if this needs to be taken to court and settled the correct way. I am disgusted and in shock that this has happened and the manager at the store I ordered from told me I was blocked from delivery from any store and said she would contact me on Monday when she speaks to another manager. I truly believe I am being discriminated against due to PIZZA HUTS ERROR, not of my own doing and demand rectification or I will be pursuing an attorney. I have also saved the voicemail thqt was left advising me they could not process my order.

Pizza Hut pizza

On 8/19/2017 I ordered online 2 medium pepperoni meat lovers pizzas and received 2 half pepperoni half cheese pizzas. I called and provided verification of my order but the staff person who identified herself as the General Manager S. Peck refused to take any responsibility for the mix-up she was very rude and unaccommodating. I patronize your establishment and expect quality service and product which I did not receive. The total of this transaction was $ 19.47 and it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Pizza Hut customer service/delivery

Just had the worst reason on trying to place an order. I spoke with a Cherish and she said her manager Sydney told her that there not allowed to deliver to the beach. Like really I'm here at a Lagoon area just not a guest and that just shows what kind of service you offer. I'll tell you this that I'll never order from Pizza Hut again. I will spread the word.
