Pizza hut has found the bottom. After almost an hour's time, I ordered pizza and as usual its [censor]ing an hour late and got nothing that was requested except a pizza. I ordered garlic bread instead of garlic bread they bring some wings, no chilli flakes no garlic powder nothing, and the bottle of fanta they delivered was open already
What the [censor] is this? And when I call them they blame it on me like what the hell why should I [censor]ing wast my time and money calling you freaks, and from now on whenever I call them they just [censor]ing hung up, like what the [censor] is this, this is how you people deal with your customers? I'm [censor]ing done with them, never ever gonna order again.!
my delivery experience
I ordered delivery from a Pizza Hut while on vacation visiting my husband in Biloxi, Mississippi. My husband is in the Air Force and I was stuck in the room all day waiting on him to be out of training for the day. I ordered two personal pizzas and a cookie. Both of the pizzas looked like they were just thrown into the boxes and the cookie was SO BURNED that it was black and hard as a rock. I'm six and a half months pregnant and I was really looking forward to eating the cookie... and was super disappointed to see that it was unedible. I spent $20 on the pizzas and the cookie, and it was soooo not justified at all by the quality.

I took my family to Pizza Hut on Bulverde road in San Antonio Texas while waiting on our food one of the drivers began cursing at another employee very loudly . He kept screaming "[censor]" this and that over and over. I was very upset in that not only was I having to listen to such vulgar language, I had my three year old grand daughter, one year old grand son, twelve year old niece and her twelve year old friend with me. There was other families in the restaurant as well who was quite upset because they had small children with them as well. I found out later the driver who was cursing was Bo and apparently he was yelling at his coworker because a pizza was not prepared correctly. Unbelievable that this behavior is tolerated at all. If this was my restaurant he would have been fired in the spot. Not sure we will ever return.

I ordered a large pizza as well as an 18 piece order of wings. The driver forgot to deliver the ranch I ordered so I called to ask the driver to return with the sauce. I made several attempts to contact the store and the person in charge of the phone hung up each time. Once I succeeded in getting ahold of an employee I asked to speak to a manager, the same employee claimed to be the manager. ( Jose Donate - chef manager) refused to have the sauces brought to me. He also gave me a hard time when I asked for the corporate number. I am more upset at the poor attitude and unsatisfactory customer service than the lack of sauce. It honestly would not have been a huge deal to return with the rest of my order which I paid for.

I ordered a pizza today and it wasn't nothing of what I ordered and I want you all to know my business is going somewhere else because the guy at the store was rude and I was trying to explain to him about my pizza he told me the driver knows what he talking about he been there long enough and I am upset and dissatisfied with the product and services at the store at 77the parallel in Kansas city Kansas it is the most awful place ever it is a huge not for the customer place ever but the one on 54the state ave is wonderful I never had problems with them but this store makes me want to cut out pizza hut all the way my pizza was horrible I didn't even receive a receipt
the survey you can fill out and get a discount.
I have no complaint regarding the store! My complaint is I spent 20 minutes trying to complete the survey. Some information is not even on the receipt — after trying to answer the question. After all of that, I received a message stating I had used this survey too many times! This was my first time to do the survey to receive the "$10 off your next online purchase of $20 or more." this purchase was made 07/27/17 which which was in the time limit requested. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

delivery of cold food
On July 28, 2017 @ 8:11 pm I placed an order for a stuff crust pizza to be delivered to my home. The online app stated we would have our pizza in 45-55 min...(so we're looking at 9-9:05), we received an email at 8:12 that said the pizza would be delivered at 9:00. At 9:40 we called the store located @ 69th St in Upper Darby PA, inquiring as to when we would receive the pizza ordered 1.5 hrs ago. The person on the other end said our order was out we should have it on 10-15 min. So we continued to WAIT. Again we called it's now at 10:11 pm how much longer? we were given a "REASON" for the delay, supposedly the driver was' NEW' and must have gotten lost, he had 4 orders including ours. (we literally live 2.5 blks away) I asked to speak with the manager was placed on hold until I hung up. I called back from a different telephone# asked for the person's name I was speaking to he said his name was 'Andre', I asked him if he thought we would really enjoy a cold pizza he assured me our pizza would not be cold, if so they would replace if it. You guessed it at 10:30 pm we received the cold pizza, hard cold cheese stuffed crust. So I called the 69th St store again, the same voice was on the other line, when I sae..d Andre he said hold on, a different male voice came back on the line claiming to be 'Andre', he stated he was the manger who had more authority then the 'FAKE ANDRE' manager and they would give us a $10.00 credit. Well the other 'Andre' said if our pizza was cold he'd make sure we got another hot pizza tonight. (IMAGINE THAT) just another LIE to get me off the phone. I asked the 'REAL ANDRE' why do you think we placed the order because we were hungry now we have cold hard pizza. Had we not paid with a Credit Card that delivery guy would have been taking that cold pizza back to the store. This order was the second disappointment in 60days, the other was a pickup order that was never placed or either it was out on delivery but WHY its a pickup order. I think we'll be avoiding this store in the future. My rating --10

Last night I ordered 1 mid night deal small Pizza with drink 1 pocket Pizza and 1 Mexican sandwich in pizsa hut F 11 markaz branch islamabad pakistan after 40 minutes of placing order they contact me for confirming adress and after 20 minutes of that rider came with my order I receive it and when I checked the bill it was over charged with 1 extra deal that I didn't order The rider talks to the manager he refuses to take that back and forcing me to get the remaining deal by next day he didn't agree on taking back the bill and correcting it in fact he was saying we can't do it and the meals was also tasteless no stuff on Pizza either just looks like a plain bread with cheese on it drinks are also expired I mean what the hell is wrong with you people u should prefer customer satisfaction first and plzz improve your service and quality with taste

I ordered carry out. When I went to pick up my order, I stood there for several moments. Two employees were within sight but they did not acknowledge me. One of the male employees was talking to a female employee. He used the word [censor] in various forms during his conversation. I also heard him say [censor]. They continued to work on whatever they were doing, completely ignoring me. Another person, presumably the manager finally waited on me. I am thouroughly disgusted at the behaviour of the Pizza Hut employees. Is this acceptable behaviour for a representative of Pizza Hut?

I ordered wing Wednesday at 7 and didn't receive my food until 9 . I tried calling multiple times . It took me calling off my house phone and cell phone at the same time four times just to get someone to answer . I asked for an manager but no one came to the phone to speak to me . As I was waiting for an manager someone hung up in my face . I Would like a full refund .And Pizza Hut just lost a loyal customer .

I tried to make an order online. Something happened to the order so I figured I'd just call it in for pick up. Once I went into the store off of 103rd. In Jacksonville Florida. I paid. Before I was given my order I was looking at my receipt because my order seemed to be more than what it said when I tried to order on line. Once I noticed that instead of charging me 12.99 for the 2 paste with bread sticks as a family deal. I was charged 8.99 each and no bread sticks. I proceeded to explain that there is a mistake on the bill. The lady at the counter then went and got another woman and she told me that they don't do refunds but she'd give me store credit. I then told her for get it then just refund me back my whole order since I haven't even seen it yet. She then told me that they can give me store credit but no refunds. I explained I don't eat out often enough to do store credit and I would like my money back. She then walked away and came back a few minutes later gave me 4. And change. I stood there for another 20 minutes while waiting for the woman to give her the receipt I had to sign for and get my food. It is now 810pm and this started at 725 pm. Needless to say I'm very displeased with the service at this location.

I ordered 12 wings (took 2 hours) and ranch from the pizza hut that delivers to the 76116 area off camp bowie. I paid in cash i opened the black box and it's only had six wings no ranch. I call up there for a refund a man told me they would be back with my money. He calls me back in 3 minutes saying they can't it's against policy. I'm questioning what hell is going on. He puts a different "manager" on which is a woman. She says "are you gonna stop being an [censor] or DO YOU WANT the rest of your [censor]?" I said I want my money back she said it happening and so I said bring me my "[censor]". She told me she will personally deliver and she did. I threw away. Yall need to work costumer service I will never order from this again.

I ordered 3 large thin and crispy pizzas online during the 50% off deal around 8:30 for 12:30 on a Friday, about 2 hours after I had ordered the pizzas I got a phone call saying they were all out of thin and crispy crust I asked why I wasn't notified any sooner if I put in my order 2 hours ago there was no response. I asked for pan and they said they were out of pan crust as well. I asked what crusts did they have and the person on the phone said they could give me 3 square pizzas I asked if that was as big as my original order and the person replied with "no" after it being so long after I had ordered the pizzas earlier they agree to knock off 20% of my order and then once again call back about 10 minutes later saying they weren't able to reduce the price because it was already 50% off I then asked if something could've been done since we were not at all getting what we paid for they said they could give us cheese sticks well by the time they delivered my small pizzas they came without the breadsticks, we asked the driver where they were and he told us he would bring them back...the driver never came back with our breadsticks, the pizzas were made incorrectly, and they were very rude on the phone. I am so dissatisfied and wasted hard earned money for something I wasn't able to enjoy. These employees need far better training on customer service.

This is the third time I ordered from pizza hut delivery and after waiting over an hour was told they had no info on my order the second time they said they found it but took another hour to recieve. I have never been disrespected so badly by aomeone as I was today I called to have a delivery and ended up having to pick it up because the phone lines were busy for 1 1/2 hrs I sent someone to get my order and the salad had nothing on it but lettuce I didn't get my chicken and we never got our drinks and when I called the girl named Emily was the rudest ever and then I call back after work and talk to the manager she was just as rude if not more. I was in the aquia pizza hut in Stafford Virginia and I went in and ordered my food 2 pizzas and while I was in there waiting I over heard the clerk handling the register and the front say to the manager about adding water to marinara sauce and that just disgusted me it probably should have been changed out with a clean pan and new sauce. My pizza was terrible and only 2 pieces was eaten out of the 2 pizzas and the rest was thrown out.
