Pizza Hut another failed attempt at delivery

Called the desoto location. ( usually no drivers ) once again to place an order. We are usually forced to dominos because this location is so bad. I called 10 times, line was busy. I took a screen shot. Tonight was our final attempt at buying from this location. Never again will we buy or attempt to buy, or recommend Pizza Hut to anyone for any reason. All my call and complaints to corporate have fallen on deaf ears. If you would like I would be happy to show you have to turn this location around.

Pizza Hut wings

Anytime I get bbq honey wings my 5 year old son eats it and starts screeming. Come to find out the pizza hut in st James missouri wash off hot sauce and put it in bbq sauce. Something needs to be done please. My son is only 5 years old and he shouldn't be given anything diped in hot sauce and washed off and put in bbq sauce. Zip code 655559. St James missouri.

Pizza Hut delivery

Very bad delivery service. For 2 consecutive time I make an order and it arrives after 2 houres and I refuse to take the order. I don't know what is so hard to deliver a pizza order.
I will never order Pizza Hut again. Specially that the customer service are so unhelpful every time I call them they just say that the order is on the way and it will arrive soon and nothing happens.

Pizza Hut a refund

My name is junesha bush and I had order from the pizza hut on summit st in Toledo oh they told me they delivered in my area but some how my order got through to the secor and central location in Toledo Ohio and couldn't deliver to my location I called the summit store back and asked for a refund because the money was already token off my credit card and the manager told me there was nothing he can do about it

Pizza Hut poor food quality, over billed, undelivered orders

I have ordered from the Northglenn Colorado Pizza Hut over a dozen times in the last 8 months. The last four orders which were made since January 2018 in the latest being made today March 20th 2018 have been horrible experiences. On two of my orders I was overcharged by $12 on one and eight on another. For some reason on the $12 overcharged item the credit card billing went through the corporate office rather than the Northglenn store. Due to this we did not receive the online order discount of 799 for each large pizza nor did we receive the free breadsticks we had a coupon for. The store said they were unable to correct this air and to call corporate. I called corporate and they did not make any corrections or refunds in the amount I was overcharged. Although the gentleman asked me for my contact number in case we were disconnected, once we were disconnected he never returned my phone call. Three days ago we ordered from Pizza Hut at 7:20 p.m. I received a text stating that our pizza was on its way to our door at 8:40 p.m. . At 9:20 p.m. our pizza had still not arrived and I called the Northglenn store was put on hold for 20 minutes and when someone finally answered they told me the pizza was back at the store as no one answered the front door when the delivery person not. This is untrue as I have two dogs and my bedroom window was open which is just above the front door no one knocked on the door or my dark. Would have barked and my daughter was sitting at the kitchen table right next to the front door waiting for the delivery driver again, no one knocked on her door and as it was snowing that night there were no footprints in the door which proved no one had actually tried to deliver the pizza. I asked that theydeliver the food to our home as my children were waiting for over 2 hours for dinner. A few minutes after 10 p.m. the pizzas arrived. They were so dried out that all the toppings fell off the pizzas, the crust was curled and the pizzas went in the trash. Today I again called to order And spoke to the manager Katie who told me she would take care of me the next time that I placed an order. The order was placed over an hour and a half ago. Again, I contacted the store and was told that their computers crashed and therefore there was no food made or going to be delivered to my kids once again. The story then change that one of the two pizzas I had placed an order for was indeed ready to be delivered, however both drivers on duty had left without my pizza to make other deliveries. It is now 10:20 p.m. 2 hrs since i placed my order n still no food.
I am beyond dissappointed as i have given this store many more opportunities to make things right than ANYONE should have. Prior to the four orders mentioned previously I had at least two other orders where the food delivered was not what was ordered as well as two occasions where the pizzas had obviously been over cooked in sitting in the boxes for far too long before there were delivered to our door. On these occasions Ashley the assistant manager as I've Been Told remade the food that was ordered and sent it out and we were more than happy to accept the pizzas with no credits discount or coupons for future orders. However, as this has not been a one-time two-time three-time occurrence where magically our orders don't get delivered or not correct or the system crashes I definitely think that I am due an enormous amount of in store credits or accommodations to make me not feel as if the store is intentionally making our experience with Pizza Hut the worst possible experience anyone could imagine. I say this because it has happened not 1 3 4 5 times but if the food is actually cooked and delivered in a timely manner it's wrong or half the pizza has toppings and the other half doesn't or the food never arrives or the computer crashes or I have been overcharged by a minimum of $8. I would really appreciate a call from someone from corporate, not someone who when the call is disconnected does the exact opposite of what they stated that they will call me back if we are disconnected. I want to be given the respect and decency that I have given I want to be given the respect and decency that I have given to your corporation

Pizza Hut customer satisfaction or lack thereof

I am appalled by your policy of ensuring company profits over customer satisfaction. Up until tonight I was a faithful once a week minimum consumer. Now I will never by your products again! And I'll make sure all of my Facebook and Instagram friends know how you treat your customers
I wanted to purchase your bone-in honey bbq chicken wings but instead made the very human mistake of ordering the bone-out version. I called the store in Oroville Ca who filled my online order too see if they would replace my wings with the bone-in ones which I order regularly (meaning at least once a week. The person who answered the phone, Amber I think was her name said that it's your policy to not fulfill my satisfaction.

Pizza Hut shift manager drinking

398 West Baseline Road, San Bernardino, CA 92410

Recently they had inspection 2 days from today. Michelle the shift manager or something bought booze to drink AT Work. Yesterday they bought beer and for some of reason she really believes it's ok. She even got mad when I called and asked why she was hiding in a little "office" with 3 men. Because yes, it's not just her. But apparently she does walk out and ask everyone if they want to drink with her ? Now just confirmed this and I have her phone number. [protected] .IM Sure they are going to do it again. I believe you have one camera ? You can see your night shift "Celebrating" they passed inspection. And then sneeking off into the office to down a few beers. I just don't like the fact that my husband is staying to drink at work . He's not even old enough to buy it until this year and his shift manager is going to buy it for him? Come on now... Michelle need to think about what she's doing.

I want to admit that I made this all up. My husband and I both work here and she wrote us both up because we were flirting with each other and not doing our jobs. I got upset and wanted to cause trouble for her. So I lied and said that she is drinking on the job. She found out that I posted this on social media and is threatening to fire both me and my husband if I do not remove this post. I have tried to remove this post but it won't let me. I recently just had a baby boy and both of us really need this job as we have a child to feed. Diapers and formula is expensive. I made a mistake and I am apologizing for it. I hope this helps my case. I made it up about Jennifer drinking in the office with three men including my husband because I was angry at her for writing us up. I made a mistake and am admitting to it. I tried deleting this post but it won't allow me to do so. I was threatened with termination if I do not remove this post. Please keep this in mind that I am trying to have this removed, but it won't let me. If this helps I am admitting that I made this all up to get Jennifer into trouble. I have a ten month son to feed so please have some sympathy. Everyone makes mistakes.

Pizza Hut area coach and assistant manager

Fox lake pizza hut the assistant manager Brandilyn Brennan is consistently being to touchy and has crossed the line multiple times. She also sits around the whole day and has everyone else do her work. Calls in employees 3 to 4 hours early and every time I've brought a complaint up to the area coach Jr he doesn't seem to care. Never solves anything and let's her get away with it.

Pizza Hut order

Very disappointed in the fact that I have not been notified about anything regarding my experience with one of your restaurants. I have spoken with two different Representatives letting me know that they would get back with me no email no phone call no nothing. This incident occurred on February 16th 2018 I had wings cheese sticks and two orders of pizza that wasn't made right. I called the store about my order and they said that they would replace my order when the driver came with my order he placed my food on the ground and walked off not giving me a receipt so I called customer service that night and spoke with someone they so-called took my information down and had it all wrong so that following week I called customer service again and spoke with someone and she said she will be getting back with me through email and phone which I still haven't heard anything from no one. I am very disappointed I am a loyal customer who is getting treated like this I will no longer be eating Pizza Hut again because this is ridiculous to speak to customer service and for them to take my information down and still haven't spoke to no one. I'm very upset because I did not receive the proper food I ordered or my receipt hope to hear from someone soon thank you.

Pizza Hut took too long to wait on me

Where do I start? Perhaps with the fact your charging a dolllar more for pan pizza than other crusts?! Even though nothing is made fresh in your franchises? Or perhaps it's bc dispite the increase in price I went ahead and placed a carry out order only to get there, be left standing for 10 mins while 6 employees played around in the back and no one attempted to help me and the cashier was busy being conned by some broad trying to get free pizza. I left. I left that pizza and I won't ever be back to any Pizza Hut establishment again. For years it's always been the same crap from Pizza Hut. Incompetent workers, incorrect orders and horrible customer service.

Pizza Hut delivery service

I ordered a Dinner Box from Pizza Hut in New Albany at 11:15 on 3/19/2018. I originally told them carry out then changed it to delivery at 12PM. I spoke to the manager and she had told me that it would be at my dorm in just 30 minutes. I had class at 1:15 and still hadn't received it. I called and told them and they said the delivery driver was going to walk out the door in about 5 minutes. That is 45 minutes after the expected delivery time which was only 20 minutes. I had gave my card over the phone which they had already taken the money out of my account and I still haven't received my pizza. I would like a refund and my next pizza on them. If not, I will take my business else where. No need for it to take 2 hours.

Pizza Hut quantity of ingredients

We bought a large supreme from our local Pizza Hut (Kilmarnock, VA 22482), and it was delicious. We ordered the same pizza today, picked it up and took it home, and there must have been at least 2 grains of sausage (no more) per slice, and maybe 1 slice of pepperoni per slice. The pizza 2 weeks ago was awesome, and the one today was terrible. 3/18/2018, about 11:30 AM. The pizza was ordered by phone under the name of "Brown", and it was supposed to be a "Supreme" large with black olives on half of it. I guess a refund would be fair, but more important, contact the location and make sure there is quality control on all pizzas being made. Thank You!

Pizza Hut pizza was awful

We use to order from you all the time last few times our order was burned the next order was. Old and took over 2hours to get here so we were offered. Coupons we tried one more time my daughters migraines are triggered by some spices I asked for no garlic . We'll both pizzas were covered in garlic ! When I ordered I know I gave them our unit number but after an hour and half they text they did not have our unit number I have to give them some. Credit they did call but my ringer was on low and I did not her the ring . Again we were very disappointed my daughter had to have Mac and cheese on pizza night no one was happy 😡

Pizza Hut lack of topping

When I order my pizza Friday March 16th I had order 2 med pizza's. One with Canadian bacon and pineapple and the other with ground beef and onions. The first pizza had no pineapple and the second hand no ground beef. When I called the store to complain I was told that is what was ordered but I saved the post of what I placed for toppings and I told them that but I was treated like a dummy and told talk to head office.

Pizza Hut employee

This particular pizza hut has an employee named Charity Rodriguez who is a known method addict and has been in jail numerous times for drug possession and stealing while my niece was eating there last week she heard her talking to a man at table next to them about buying drugs this pizza hut is located at Mariner Commons in spring Hill FL I guess pizza hut doesn't do criminal background checks on their employees I find this to be disgusting as this person is handling other people's food I know I for one know will my family be eating at Pizza Hut again if they allow this one to work there I'm sure there are many more just like her

Pizza Hut an order that was denied by an employee

after I got hung up on 3 times I reached an employee who said it would take and hour to order a pizza, once I said it was fine he put me on hold and hung up. After calling back several times I gave up and ordered online. Went in and once I was acknowledged that I was the caller she called the cops on me.
-manager accused me of being under the influence.
- the cops asked me if it was related to a call they got about the same employee earlier the same day. Wasn't me
- I live near this Pizza Hut and have been coming loyally for over 15 years. This is insane and she took things out of context. - - She used foul launguage against me my wife and son. She called the cops on me and slammed the refrigerator door shut when the other employee knew they were wrong and was going to give me the pizza so I could pay for it. My wife recorded some and the incident.

Pizza Hut food quality and customer service

Every single time my family orders from our local pizza hut, it is royally messed up! We spend upwards of $40.00 on the food and recieve crap. The medium 3 topping pizza had over 3 inches of crust with the toppings of a personal pan pizza. Literally 2 or 3 olives per slice. Pizza are always ordered with extra sauce, we even put extra extra sauce in the comments box and they STILL deliver a dry pizza. Delivery time says 20-30 minuites then we end up waiting closer to an hour for our food. When we call to check and make sure everything is ok, we get told that the delivery driver is doing her best and she is on her way back to pick our food up to deliver it! By the time the food gets here its hard and cold. Not to mention not made right! I have contacted a manager there several times and most of the time we just get a soft "I'm sorry" and thats it. Multiple times we have ordered for my husbands lunch break and it takes them soooo long to get it here that he goes back to work hungry. The staff is horrible with handling complaints. We stopped calling in orders because the children that work there seem to have an attitude problem and are very snarky if you start getting specific with what you want. Then whenever a credit is placed on the account and you try to use it later, they tell you there is no credit and that they need to wait for a manager to find it.. 4 times they put the credits under the wrong name. If there were another pizza place in town we would MOST DEFINITELY take our business elsewhere. Over all, this place needs to be reviewed and all employees need retrained.

Pizza Hut product service

I placed an order online and I was given old cheesy bread sticks and cold wings. I called to speak with Tasha Goins manager and she was very rude she would not replace my order. I told her I did not want a discount I wanted fresh food and I still had the old food it had nor has not been touched. She replied "No that is a waist of food" and she was not replacing it and to call back and talk to her manager Walt. She begin talking real loudly on the phone as I was trying to explain that I was on my lunch break and I was hungry. When I asked Tasha for corporates number she told me she did not know the number and that I needed to Google it. Ms Tasha was very belligerent and her speech was poor she then proceeded to say she had been manager for 3 months. She told me that she was not repeating herself, and that I was "feeling some type of way" and that she was not playing "no mo games wit me" and she hung the phone up on me . This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Pizza Hut unethical behaviour and problem with food

good day
i live in brampton ontario canada. yesterday i took my wife and my son to niagara falls ny to do a little shopping around. we do that 1-3 times a year
when we do some shopping and see that it is lunch time we always go to pizza hut on niagara falls blvd. located near fashion outlet.
so we took the buffet option. the time was around 1.15pm we were told wich table to take and i noticed very few people in the restaurant that friday 16 march 2018.
we are vegitarian there was half pizza available on the table we all took few slices and started eating . the watress noticed that vegi was finished so she asked the cook to make another one soon there was a fresh vegi on the counter again. while we were still eating there was another family also only wanted to eat vegi went up to the counter to take there share. when we were finished eating our two slices we also went to take more again only feew slices available. the slices are cut very small and it didnt take long and we were waiting for another vegi to arrive. we thought the waitress must have noticed it and we just waited at least 10-12 min. must have passed but no fresh vegi came... the waitress had passed by few time but didnt do anything..like i said hardly 3 customers in the restaurant..then my wife had to tell her the waitress that we were waiting for a vegi. the waitress told the cook who was standing by the front desk that he needs to make a new vegi.. and his reply was what another one . now we were at least 15 feet away and were able to hear is reaction. as you can imagine we were not happy about it and thats not all. after that while we were waiting the delivery guy had come back and he saw us sitting not eating he asked the waitress what are these guys doing here. my wife got so upset she said to me lets go i do not feel like eating anymore i told her look we still have to pay.. so lets just wait..so after 20-25 min waiting fresh vegi pizza came and the waitress also brought the bill. this whole thing was very very upsetting

Pizza Hut quality delivery customer service

On March 11, 2018 My husband Richard Brown and I placed an order online to take advantage of thr online deal (1 large 2 topping for $7.99). When we received our food it was cold... Burnt... And we were missing our bread stick sauce. We called the store and made a complaint. We were told our account would show a credit for our WHOLE order so we would have $23 and some change towards our next order. Today March 16, 2018 we call to use our credit and are told it was never given. Then they told us we would only be credited $15 and that we would not be able to receive credit for the online deal so we would have to make up the difference and our cinnamon sticks which were cold would not be included. Everytime we order from the Rivergate Pkwy Goodlettsville TN store there is an issue. They never have delivery drivers and now this. This is ridiculous. I hope that you can make this right with us because we do not care for other pizza places and we would hate to not be able to order from Pizza Hut in good conscience because we are treated like this everytime we do. I do hope to hear back about this matter quickly. Thank you... A very concerned customer

Also on march 16th 2018 my husband richard brown and i just received our $15 credited order and the breadsticks almost chipped my tooth they were so hard. They couldnt even make up half an order correctly. Something has got to be done! We have over paid for 2 orders that have been completely unedible! And we get no kind of concern from the managers at the store.
