I ordered dinner for my family . They said it would take an hour it too 1:55 min no calls from them I had to call them they said drvErnhad flat tire . My food had been sitting at on oak for 1 hour and when finally got here asked Manager to discount food because we didn't have time to wait for remake it had already been 2 hours . She said we can discount 5 dollars . I couldn't believe there response. They said I should understand a flat tire Agee I do understand but you want me to pay almost full price for food that had been sitting on side of road for an hour . She said re could do a remake but we had plans to leave in 15 min . She said there was nothing else the could do . Worse customer service ever . I understand things happen but fix it by offering full or 50% discount reasonable for cold food at least kids can eat, this was totally unexceptionable. I hope everyone one will think Twice before ordering from lahaina Pizza Hut managers take no responsibility and don't care about customer service

Oh and there are so many negative post here on your web site not one remark about how the manager or company is taking responsibility and is apologizing for there action, unbelievable

They gave you many options to resolve your situation. You could have waited for them to re-make it, accepted their $5 discount, or declined the pizza completely for a refund. You are not being understanding by expecting a larger or full discount. You are being unreasonable as they were not required to offer you anything at all. I personally would have been appreciative of their efforts in an unforeseen situation.

@pobarjenkins I did refuse it and maybe you don't have things to do in your life accept sit around and wait 2.5 hours for a pizza or accept a cold old pizza . Yes you to must be a worker there both of you seem to not understand customer service I will be calling corporate again and tell them I believe that these responses are coming from there employees who can not take responsibility for there action .

@Jimsas So just curious where do you work and when the last time you ordered food and after it’s been prepared . You wait 2 hours before they serve it to you and then you are so great full they that they say we can remake your pizza and hopefully we can get it to you with in the next 35 min it takes 15 min to re cook and as long as we don’t hit traffic you should have it in 35 min. Oh or you can just eat this cold old pizza that’s been sitting on the side of the road for 1.5 hour and I can take off 5 dollars!
Let’s nit forget you had plans with your family and needed to be somewhere in the next 45 min . And where was this at I would love to call there manager and see how they handled it!!! Yes I’m sure this has never happened to you . I’m sure if this situation had the same sanero the manager would of take appropriate action before the 2 hours . Again your place of work or your career is... and you accepted this service where and was fine with it please inform me of your experinces and how you handled it as well as where . I have a friend who is a local magazine owner and publisher would love to do a follow up with you and your friend and how I should be great full for my experience with our local Lahaina Pizza Hut and it’s manager

@tafe You r the one who is stupid again if it was about money I wouldn’t of canceled the order and pay double for our dinner again you are defending the manager again, my friend would be very happy to interview you and I on this subject, he has expressed to me that you r pribablr s kid that his or her mommy pays for you and that you are unable to understand a grown up discussion! I have to believe him you didn’t respond to any of the questions ! You just strive on on putting me down and my ability to pay which I clearly stated I provided for my family and paid 3 times the amount ! You just can’t comprehend the way business works so continue you schooling and when you grow up maybe you can understand, fyi the company is opened an investigation of herassment to the employee feel they need to respond, man up or woman up let’s do an interview for a local magazine they said you would coward you hind behind walls - and there is a form you parent must sign and they too can be invoked man up or shut up

@Jimsas Do you realize that in one comment you wrote that you paid three times and in a later comment you wrote that you paid twice? And in your complaint you never mentioned paying at all?

Either way, I do not work for Pizza Hut. If I worked for all of the companies I comment on then I would probably be a rich woman. I also live in Minnesota and have never been to Hawaii.

In regards to what I personally would do, I would have waited for the pizza to be re-made or declined the pizza in exchange for a refund. I would then take my children elsewhere or feed them at home.
