Pizza Hut the pizzas

I ordered 3 deep dish pan pizzas, 2 of the pizzas came back not being pan pizzas. I order from this Pizza Hut all the time and every time something is wrong with my order. I called the store to complain about my order and Amelia told me she made my pizzas and that she knows they are pan pizzas. I know they probably think I'm lying but I'm not and I'm starting to think that they are doing this on purpose. Awhile back I had stopped going to Pizza Hut because they were not cooking the pizza all the way. Now it's looking like I'm going to have to do that again!

Pizza Hut pricing

My father, who doesn't speak English, was charged 15 dollars for 1 MEDIUM pizza! One stopping!

I called and asked why SO much for pizza and the worker told me that it was pretty pricey, but he didn't know why.

This is a ripoff and their corporate offfoce should know they are taking advantage of people.

Avoid this location as much as possible!

Pizza Hut overcharged

We ordered pissed for a company pizza party and we used credit card and they said they charged us 49.98 and when we went to look at the bank statement they charged us 59.97. We ordered a sceond pizza for the same price as the first and it only too 40.03 and he said that we still owed him 9.53 for it. It's a $100 gift card. The man on the phone (carl) was so rude and for 20 min we argued back and forth. And said that it's our banks fault and not theirs. But bank statements don't lie. I'm just appalled that he raised his voice and argued with me, for that long. As a manager he should not habe done that to a potential customer. I am very unhappy.

Pizza Hut pizza

I Ordered pizza about 1.2 miles away from where I am located, in San Antonio. I asked for a deliveryand was told it would arrive in about 20. I waited over an hour, until finally calling them up again and soon after got a call from the deliver saying that it was here. By the time the pizza was here it was cold, burned and deliver was rude and told me it was fine how it was. I would have been better off just going myself to pick it up. Will not return to that location again

Pizza Hut product service

I gotta burnt pizza with a hair in it and the manager, Brian lied to me saying he would replace it. First, my cousin older a thick crust, garlic style sausage pizza with banana peppers and Brian (GM) delivered a burnt thin crust pizza with a hair. Called back, he promised to send a new one and did not. Called an hour later, and another "manager" said he left and said he's not sending ANYTHING. REQUEST LIVE CONVO @[protected]@gmail.com.

Pizza Hut manager at pizza hut

I ordered pizza and pasta online and when it was delivered, the pizza was burnt, it was literally black. So I called them and told them my pizza was burnt so the manager says he will make me a new one. So I hang up, all the while my kids are crying because they're hungry wanting their pizza. So 2 hours alters finally the delivery guy gets here and asks for the burnt pizza. From my experience when something like this happens they don't require the food to be returned so I threw it in the trash after I got off the phone with them. So I tell the delivery guy that its in the trash and he says he cant give me the pizza he brought unless he brings back the other one. He calls the manager and says that its in the trash and the manager tells him not to give us our pizza! The delivery guy hangs up and says he is sorry but cant give me the pizza he says he thinks theist's not right but he has to what the manager says. He also tells me theist I should sue the manager and offered to testify against him. I dig out ye pizza from the trash and drive to pizza hut to give the manager his pizza. The manager is very rude but gives my money back. But its 3 hours l eater and my kids are starving still and still no pizza for them to eat.

Pizza Hut order not available

On Saturday Nov 10th, I ordered three large pizzas online for the Pizza Hut on Rand Road in Mount Prospect, Illinois. It prompted that the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later to a line almost out the door. Finally, the person at the front notifies us that no orders are ready at this time due to maintenance and staffing issues. Obviously, we mentioned that we had ordered online so our order should be ready. He said that he is just the cook and we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. He further commented that there was no compensation for the inconvenience. Due to balancing children and a family, I cancelled the order. We have always enjoyed Pizza Hut's service, but this event was handled incorrectly.

Pizza Hut pizza

So tired of ordering pizza and it is extremely dry because there is no sauce on it. We order extra sauce and it's still as dry as can be. I swore the last time I ordered it I would never eat there again, which was months ago, but I gave it another try today, and the same thing. Extremely dry, you can't even see that there is any sauce on it. What does it take to get sauce on your pizza that you can taste?

Pizza Hut never have pizzas ready when ordered

They never have the pizzas ready when you go to pick them up. They dont know what their doing. Their rude. If u order a pizza and it tells you it will b ready in 20 minutes and you go in 20 mins you will wait another 30 minutes before the pizza is ready. The buffett bar is always empty because their trying to get all the to go orders out and the service inside is horrible.

Pizza Hut advertised price not available

Recently I order a couple of Pizza's when I received a notification that all Pizza's ordered online and picked up were 1/2 price. When I arrived I was charged full price with no one having knowledge of the special. I ended up paying full price because you can't go home empty handed after promising the delicious Pizza Hut! Very disappointed as it seemed like it was a bait and switch practice!

Pizza Hut delivery and online ordering

I work with a mental health agency, and placed an order on-line for one of my locations for a group that was going to take place on 11/16/2017. I placed the order at1:15PM to be delivered at 4PM. My order number was 3171116121644001182026396. It was coming from the store at 4985 Flat Shoals PKWY, Decatur, GA 30034. It was be delivered to 3110 CLifton Springs Rd, Decatur, GA 30034. I have an online account under the email address betty.m.[protected]@gmail.com. When I placed the order, I removed my name from the "details" and entered my co-worker's name "Sarah Davidson" since I would not be at the delivery location. I entered her phone number and her extension as well. When the driver attempted to deliver the order, he was turned away because the order was under my name not the worker I entered. I also entered my co-worker's cell phone number to get tracking updates, but she never got anything. At no time did anyone, whether the driver or management call the number on the order to verify that they had the right location, right person, saying they were trying to deliver an order, nothing. When I spoke to a manager at this location and asked about calling, she stated that they usually do call to say they are trying to deliver, but because this was considered a "new customer" she took the driver's word and never attempted to reach out. Orders have been place a number of times at this location, so it is not a new customer. They never offered to bring the order back, but they did offer to remake the order, an hour after the order was to be delivered and the event was almost over. That would have been pointless. I find it hard to understand why a company would not attempt to contact the by phone to verify the order instead of just canceling the order. That mean Pizza Hut lost money on that order because the order wasn't delivered, and product was used to make the order, and if I need food for events, you may lose money on future orders. Pizza Hut dinner for family

I ordered dinner for my family . They said it would take an hour it too 1:55 min no calls from them I had to call them they said drvErnhad flat tire . My food had been sitting at on oak for 1 hour and when finally got here asked Manager to discount food because we didn't have time to wait for remake it had already been 2 hours . She said we can discount 5 dollars . I couldn't believe there response. They said I should understand a flat tire Agee I do understand but you want me to pay almost full price for food that had been sitting on side of road for an hour . She said re could do a remake but we had plans to leave in 15 min . She said there was nothing else the could do . Worse customer service ever . I understand things happen but fix it by offering full or 50% discount reasonable for cold food at least kids can eat, this was totally unexceptionable. I hope everyone one will think Twice before ordering from lahaina Pizza Hut managers take no responsibility and don't care about customer service

They gave you many options to resolve your situation. You could have waited for them to re-make it, accepted their $5 discount, or declined the pizza completely for a refund. You are not being understanding by expecting a larger or full discount. You are being unreasonable as they were not required to offer you anything at all. I personally would have been appreciative of their efforts in an unforeseen situation.

I did refuse it and maybe you don't have things to do in your life accept sit around and wait 2.5 hours for a pizza or accept a cold old pizza . Yes you to must be a worker there both of you seem to not understand customer service I will be calling corporate again and tell them I believe that these responses are coming from there employees who can not take responsibility for there action .

So just curious where do you work and when the last time you ordered food and after it’s been prepared . You wait 2 hours before they serve it to you and then you are so great full they that they say we can remake your pizza and hopefully we can get it to you with in the next 35 min it takes 15 min to re cook and as long as we don’t hit traffic you should have it in 35 min. Oh or you can just eat this cold old pizza that’s been sitting on the side of the road for 1.5 hour and I can take off 5 dollars!
Let’s nit forget you had plans with your family and needed to be somewhere in the next 45 min . And where was this at I would love to call there manager and see how they handled it! Yes I’m sure this has never happened to you . I’m sure if this situation had the same sanero the manager would of take appropriate action before the 2 hours . Again your place of work or your career is... and you accepted this service where and was fine with it please inform me of your experinces and how you handled it as well as where . I have a friend who is a local magazine owner and publisher would love to do a follow up with you and your friend and how I should be great full for my experience with our local Lahaina Pizza Hut and it’s manager

You r the one who is stupid again if it was about money I wouldn’t of canceled the order and pay double for our dinner again you are defending the manager again, my friend would be very happy to interview you and I on this subject, he has expressed to me that you r pribablr s kid that his or her mommy pays for you and that you are unable to understand a grown up discussion! I have to believe him you didn’t respond to any of the questions ! You just strive on on putting me down and my ability to pay which I clearly stated I provided for my family and paid 3 times the amount ! You just can’t comprehend the way business works so continue you schooling and when you grow up maybe you can understand, fyi the company is opened an investigation of herassment to the employee feel they need to respond, man up or woman up let’s do an interview for a local magazine they said you would coward you hind behind walls - and there is a form you parent must sign and they too can be invoked man up or shut up

Do you realize that in one comment you wrote that you paid three times and in a later comment you wrote that you paid twice? And in your complaint you never mentioned paying at all?

Either way, I do not work for Pizza Hut. If I worked for all of the companies I comment on then I would probably be a rich woman. I also live in Minnesota and have never been to Hawaii.

In regards to what I personally would do, I would have waited for the pizza to be re-made or declined the pizza in exchange for a refund. I would then take my children elsewhere or feed them at home.

Pizza Hut unprofessional employees

I received a coupon for a free pizza I tried to redeem it at pizza hut on David Dr I was told they couldn't honor it so I called the pizza hut on east airline and spoke to a guy said his name was Carl and asked to order my pizza he said he would take care of it and send it to the David Dr location I arrived at the David Dr location and they didn't understand what was going on so I called back to the east airline location spoke to the manager who said my order was there I am really upset the manager claims he doesn't have an employee name Carl and now I have traveled to different locations in which I still haven't received the pizza this is utterly ridiculous I am very upset and will never use pizza hut again. I have also submitted a claim to the bbb.

Pizza Hut pizza, customer service

I placed an order with pizza hut in sherman tx on wednesday night. I ordered 1 stuff crust chicken alfredo pizza with no bacon, a medium pepperoni and a medium sausage pizza. I called that night to inform the company that the pepperoni pizza was warm and tasted old as if it had not been freshly made like the other 2 pizzas. The man on the phone informed me that they would replace my pizza when needed i just had to call. So on tuesday 11/16/2017 i called in and spoke with the manager (tyler smith) and he informed me that he would not be replacing my pizza because it was almost a week. I told him about how the pizza was not satisfactory and i was told i was supposed to call and i would have my pizza. He told me it was too late and he could not replace it. I informed him that i too work in customer service and that this was not how you handle business. He then looked up my phone number and said that i never ordered a pepperoni pizza. This my me very angry because i paid over 30 bucks for this type of service. I then told tyler that i still had the boxes in the garbage if he wanted me to bring them up there i would. He then told me he believed me he simply was just not going to replace the pizza. Tyler is not what you would call a good general manager. He is not willing to compromise and was very poor at searching for a resolution. Very poor poor service in the sherman office. They could lose business if he continues to treat customers in the way that he treated me. Very unsatisfactory.

Pizza Hut supervisor promised refund and not received

This complaint is in reference to a transaction that took place on Oct. 27, 2017. I made an on-line order to the Pizza Hut located at 3200 S Crater Rd in
Petersburg, VA 23805. Upon arriving and paying for the order I waited for more that an hour for what was promised to take 15 minutes. After constantly inquiring as to the location of my pizzas the Supervisor by the name of Steve came to the front of the restaurant and acknowledged that there had been a mix up with my order. Mind you that my funds had already been collected but there was no pizzas to supply. I immediately requested a refund was then told that he would make my refund in full and give me the pizzas for free. The free pizzas was his decision as all I really wanted was my money back. As of today [protected]) I have yet to receive my refund. Each time I contact Steve I get someone other than him, he is off or too busy. He wasn't too busy to take my money so he shouldn't be too busy to refund it. I, my family and my friends are regular customers and up until this point I have been pleased. This situation need to be resolved and I need to feel whole and appreciated.

Pizza Hut poor service

Good afternoon.

I am a regularly customer of the 34th street pizza hut. My entire family uses the branch and we love the people that work there. Mike and Jen and Krueasha always deliveries the best customer service on the phone and in person.

Yesterday I call to place and order and I lady Amanda answered the phone. I told her what I wanted to order, asked to do the half beef and half chicken on a 2 topping pizza deal- I was not no which I normal get. I said ok i will do the entire pizza with beef. I ordered wings and was asked to wait. Amanda came back on the phone and said please can i have your order again my computer has issues.

Gave the all the information again and at checkout was told i needed to pay full price for the beef pizza. I explained its a $7.99 deal. She was so rude stated that's the price..After explaining this is a deal i normally get she removed the extra charge. I asked to speak to the manager or Mike who I saw at the store on the 10/31/17. She said he has not been there in a very long time and she was the manager.

I was not going to continue talk to a rude person and i was so disappointed with her. My order was placed at 5:40pm, my husband went to pick it up at 6:15 and it was not ready. He was asked to wait. When he came home which is 5 mins for my house the pizza was cold.

This is not the service customers should be getting. I am so upset. Please can someone look into this and not allow this kind to behavior to continue.

Pizza Hut delivery

Hello, I'm am a huge Pizza Hut fan but and very disappointed that none of you stores will deliver to my home in Hobe Sound, Fl. I used to order delivery at least twice a week but since I moved I can no longer enjoy your pizza. My hopes are that the delivery range for some of you stores can be extended because I'd rather order from you rather than some one else.

Pizza Hut food delivery on bar and waitress attention

I came to the pizza hut located on mckelvey in bidgeton, and the food was absolutely bad. It was not fresh at all and we sat for 30 minutes to an hour with 2 pizza's on the bar. We asked for some fresh ones, there was still no fresh pizza. We did not get good service my husband had to take his glass up to the counter to get a refill. I'm totally unhappy with the food and service. I would appreciate it someone can get back with me and please tell your stores to put out fresh food.

Pizza Hut customer service

I was trying to order for delivery but the estimated time was about 8 to 8 an half hours so I chose to order carry out and it shows 15 mins for pick up and I scheduled for pick 7:30pm, when I went there there was a big line waiting for food and only 1 person was working inside. I asked him about my order he said please come 8:15pm and when I went there again there was different guy working there and the first guy was already left then second guy said he is only working inside so please give me some time I will make ur food ready and I was having party at home so I had to wait for that and he gave me my food at 9:10pm and when I reached home some of my guest left because it was too late.. I didn't expect this kind of service from Pizza Hut, I was very disappointed with their service it spoiled my party..😡😡

Pizza Hut being overcharged

I ordered 3 LARGE pizzas online for 11.99 but when they arrived they were all mediums. I called the store and she (Neko) said that the store did not have Larges today, so I asked her why not charge me the 6.99 that mediums cost? She was rude and did not care to explain why I was being charged double. My company orders here at least twice a week. We never order mediums because it is not enough for everyone.
