The store is supposed to open up by 8am. I went inside to order breakfast (Grilled cheese, breaded chicken tenders, and juice. However the lady was extremely rude, when I asked if I could order and snapped at me "Can't you see I am trying to get it together, I am not even open yet". Nasty beyond belief, it is not my fault she did not open the store on time. Get a LIFE witch! I will take my money elsewhere and screw you pizza hut for hiring nasty ghetto employees!

I order my pizza online so i can pick up 20min from the order time to get my pizza once i arrive. There is no reason why i order 20min before i arrive and an extra 30 when i get here. This is unacceptable. If business isnt wanted and we can go elsewhere. The store in santa ana Harbor take forever. I get it that they get backed up but laughing at customer faces and making jokes about it is not right. Customers want their orders asap that why they order carryour. They are kicking back cracking jokes while im frustrated because its been nearly an hour and the pizza isnt ready. This is pizza hut on Harbor and first in santa ana. I have a rewards account and been a loyal customer for a while now but after this behavior it ruins my views on the location. There is pleanty of places down the street. Papa john, dominos, etc. Please fix this...

I tried to order delivery service, as i have been doing weekly for 5 years at my current address and have never been turned away, however, when i tried today, i was told that my address is outside of delivery boundaries which was weird to me because my neighbors and i have always gotten delivery to our addresses. I ended up just canceling my order and was promptly hung up on by a man who said he was the manager. He had hung up on me before i could even ask him when i could expect my money to be back on my card. When i called back, i spoke to the real manager who informed me that the person i spoke to had lied to me about being the manager. Very unprofessional! I have been been a customer at this location for many years and sadly, i will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was just at columbia city, Indianas pizza hut. I ordered 2 large pizza.. one being a taco pizza... mind you I spent 16.99 on this pizza. I get home and go to eat my pizza and I cant eat it because I cant have onions.. It had onions when i asked for no onions.. also i asked for tomatoes and it didnt even have any on it.. i called to complain and the manager was very disrespectful towards me and offered me a $5.00 credit... my pizza was completely wrong and I paid 16.99 and she only offered me 5.00? How is this? After arguing with this manager she gave me a $10.00 credit which still doesnt pay for my pizza that i now cant eat. I settled because i was very upset. But I have never been treated like I was by a manager before. I haven't eaten at a pizza hut for years because the last time i had eaten there you started putting garlic on the crust and i was not a fan so i stopped going. I was craving a taco pizza and pizza hut is the only place that has them in our town.. first time I go in years and I get a pizza I cant eat and crappy service.

Store 581208: I placed an order for delivery at 1:48 p.m., my food arrived at 4:33 pm. I called several times and kept being placed on hold. One of the several times I called, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no one returning to the phone. I received a text at 3:30p.m. Saying that the food was out for delivery. The experience was horrible.
football commercial with angry child
I'm going to be honest, both my husband and I are very offended with your football commercial where a young girl is growling and tearing a pizza box. Then to top it off, her parents approve of her behavior. I'm not going to go on and on about violence in our society and all that, we all know we are trying to curb and even punish violent behavior and even speech. I just wanted to be heard that I am very disappointed. I hope you choose to remove the commercial. There is enough trouble in our world without adding or instructing or approving of violent behavior.
This commercial is promoting childhood aggression, plus is promoting that young black children are aggressive and the black parents are condoning this aggression, with giving each others hi-fives. This commercial should be removed, or I can see lawsuits in the future for Pizza Hut.

I am an employee well I was an employee until this evening. Today I was delivering Pizza when on the way back to the store I noticed I had bled all over myself where it was noticeable so I stopped at a gas station and threw my under garments away. When I got back to work I told my manager Josh that I had an accident and exactly what I just wrote to y'all and he said go to dollar general and clean up and then come back because and I quote "I make to much money to do the dishes" I looked at him like who would say that as a Manager to people who make less than him to do the job. I then decided this job isn't for me I have dealt with a few things that I have turned my head to there because it's not my place but my spouse has been a restaurant General Manager for years and I have never heard of someone saying those things to employees. Then after I left he hadn't pulled my audit yet and he started texting my personal number telling me to bring the $8.75 to him or he was filing theft on me. I already don't feel comfortable around him so I said how much do I owe sir and he said come back or I'm filing. So I contacted the GM saying I would be happy to bring the money in the Morning but that I didn't want to be around Josh again. This is Somone y'all have picked as a leader and he uses that as an excuse and power trips to make others feel and think that because he makes what he does he is to good to help or is better than everyone. Leadership starts from the top by leading by example. I contacted this way because I could not find how to get in touch with HR. I now have had to leave a job that was decent for the evenings and made to feel dumb in front of others.

Their is a smell inside the restaurant that is very unpleasant. It smells like the place is not clean. It's 12pm and nobody is in the restaurant but me and the workers and they opened at 11am meanwhile the floor has every reason to be swept and mopped, all of the tables are dirty, and utensils and napkins are on the floor. The floor is so sticky. The place looks uncleaned and uncared for. I can see a stack of dirty dishes from the casheir table.

i called to have a $40+ order delivered tonight at 8pm. after the allotted hour of time that was given, i called them back to see if all was well. they then stated they lost my order, then said that they knocked but no on answered. which was not the truth since we were outside by the front door the whole time. we were lied to a total of 6 time telling us our order was on the way. i have a screen shot of the order. as of 1030pm, we have never received order so we called to cancel and were hung up on. my son went all the way to the store and they said after over 1.5 hours... it just came out of the oven and left the building. lie. i just moved to the area. i am very disappointed with the service of this establishment and i will be going to another place from now on.

we were lied to a total of 6 times, telling us our order was on the way. finally, at 1030pm. my son drive up to the store and asked for an explanation. after almost 2 hours, she again said it just came out of oven and left the building. never showed up. i just moved to the area and am very disappointed in the service. even though i have been a good customer over the years, i will not be disrespected or lied to. i will be giving my money to other people from now on.
the non delivery of our pizza
We ordered pizza tonight online at the store in Claycomo, MO. And we waited for 1.5 hours before we called the store. They told us the delivery driver couldn't find our address and had tried to call. We made sure we updated the numbers on file and they said they would have to remake the pizzas and deliver. And other 1.5 hours passed and we called again. To witch they told us our pizzas had been delivered and paid for! We didn't receive any food and have three hunger kids at 10:00pm at nigh. We deleted to pay in cash so there was no pizzas delivered or paid for from us! I am VERY disappointed considering we order from Pizza Hut EVERY Friday!

This is the second time this Pizza Hut has forgotten our breadsticks

We tried to order a large pizza breadsticks a dr.pepper 2 liter. I use to work for Pizza Hut I know how it works, we started with bread sticks and he said "ok" then we asked about what kind of drinks they had and the CSR read off the drinks then we decided on dr.pepper and he said "ok". he only read back the pizza toppings and I didn't think to much of it.
Then when he got here there was no bread sticks no drink and our pizza was missing some toppings. And I don't remember if we even got a review. We called and asked for our drink and bread sticks l, because that's what we really wanted we don't care if our pizza was slightly wrong and I'm not usually one to complain. Instead of trying to help us fix the problem he just got an attitude and argue with us. I got frustrated and hung up the phone
Today we order 2 personal pan pizzas cheesy bread and a dr.pepper we tried to give them another shot. This time we were missing just or bread sticks. Brittney I think was her name. She told us that the bread sticks never got put in. I replied with ok let's get it in the system because we want them. She replied with ok after we were finished talking she said "it's going to take 25 minutes" we replied with "ok" then we hung up the phone because we were fairly frustrated. I thought conversation was over. 45 minutes later our bread sticks haven't arrived we called and asked what the deal was. She never put in the order. She said it was because we hung up or the line was disconnected... the we waited to see what else she needed maybe we just got frustrated and she need our adress... nope.. she had all she needed but just didn't send it in... wth...if this is Brittney... out side of Pizza Hut I know Brittney and she doesn't like me I don't like her... however I'm not an idiot and don't try to [censored] up other people's order. If it wasn't her I'm sorry for being rash but I feel like they are trying to [censored] with me... a manager should never behave that way!

(This isn't the first time this has happened) I received an email less than an hour ago for a 10-50% discount and I wanted to know what I'd get, since under like 30 is a joke anyway, and do when I clicked on it it told me that the coupon was longer available online. What? It was sent an hour ago! This is ridiculous. This website was horribly programmed!

Went to Pizza Hut in Mission Texas on 8th Street. Was surprise to see only three items for lunch for individuals. There use to several pages of items. We got salad along with my meal the purrfection. It only had iceburg lettuce and two small slices of tomatoes. What happen to the salad bar, where are the lunch combos that you could have wings included. The portions are smaller, the meal looked like hamburger helper and I had to pay for separately for the wings.

I heard an employee complaining about the manager, Mikala, yelling and swearing at an employee with other employees present. My thoughts are why would a good manager yell and swear at an employee, not to mention in front of other employees. The employee mentioned her doing this to other employees as well. Also, the employee appeared to be distraught. These action can only lead to a low employee moral and hostile work environment because managers are suppose to be leaders. The employees learn by their leader setting a good example. In my opinion, she is not a good leader and who ever hired her should rethink there position about her level of personnel management skills.
Also, I heard about employees swearing in front of her and nothing being done about it. How can a manger yell and swear and not say anything to employee swearing in the front of customers or in the presence of children.
I plan to let people know about what is occurring in this Pizza Hut and being advised not to go to the store on Galena Ave.

driver stole money from credit card
I made a order on September 15, 2018 at 8:45pm to the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Dallas, Tx. My order came to $54.17, but the driver wrote in a tip for $5.83 which charge my credit card $60.00. I will file charges against this driver and file civil suit against this company. I have never had this happen to me using my credit card. The thought of a company employee using a customer credit card is beyond me. I have contacted their corporate offices and still not heard anything back. I am left to file charges and have what was taken returned.
It is customary to tip the driver.

I order a pizza from Pizza Hut at least once a week and today I didn't have money to give a tip to the driver and first he told me that my total was 15 bucks when it wasn't and then when I gave him the exact change for my total he decided to smack his lips shake his head and walk down the stairs not asking me if I need a Pepper or Parmesan cheese and I find that very rude disrespectful and unnecessary

i ordered pizza for my workers yesterday and seen on your receipt that you would give me 10.00 off on next order if i fill out survey ..so i started filling out survey and after 30 mins...then i got mad and closed out..then later that afternoon started getting phone calls wanting my ss #..i told then no and he got mad and told me to f off and go to hell...

I asked girl at register for blue cheese dressing as there wasn't any on salad bar, she said look at the sign. I told her we have been coming for over 5 years once a week and the waiteress hands it to me. The lady then said... Who? I need to know cuz their wrong and I need to tell the manager. She continued to badger me and I said forget it and the 3 of us left. We spend 30.00 every week and never heard such an uproar. I then got home and talked to the manager, raul, who listened and said the packets should b next to the salad bar. I told him there wasn't any and hasn't been for 5 years... Doesn't he know his store? He proceeded to then tell me well then u have to pay.99 for the dip. It's for a salad I told him. He said he can't help u. Guess our 30.00 a week isn't good enuf for ur company. He offered a free large pizza and that's not what I want... I want nothing but reassurance it won't happen again or we are done coming to ur establishment and will go to cicis.
