I paid 32.33 for 2 MEDIUM carryout pizzas. The guy came in right after me and asked about specials. They told him a LARGE carryout pizza any way he wanted it was $10.99. My complaint is why couldn't the employee inform me of the special, or some type of sign in the store advertising the special? So instead of getting 2 MEDIUM pizzas I could of got 2 LARGE pizzas and save 10 dollars. Taught me a lesson ask about specials before ordering

I ordered 2 pizzas, with special requests, crispy please, when the pizzas came they were not only not crispy but was not fully cooked. I called and explained my situation and I would give them the pizzas back and want a refund. I was informed the driver from the Pizza Hut I ordered from on altamont ave, Schenectady, NY would bring my refund. This location is less then a mile from my house. I called about 3 times waiting and it was about over a hour and half before the driver showed up. Now it was a Tuesday not a weekend and when my wife drove by this location getting food somewhere else as I waited back at the house for driver to come she clearly saw delivery cars in the lot. After this experience I won't be ordering from company.

this is the second time I order pizza from the Scott Louisiana location and the pizza arrives over two hours late. the manager who said her name was Sherry they proceeded to be extremely rude and then I talked to Hunter who then told me if don't like it to go else where. this is beyond ridiculous. we are spending our money to keep this store running and this is how they treat their customer's

Madison ohio pizza hut. Says the cant deliver to county line rd and that we have to call geneva. Ohio pizza hut. But geneva said they cant. Deliver Here and to call madison ohios pizza hut but a few days. Ago madison ohio. Pizza hut delivered across the street from us. And we called today and. They said we cant. Delivery. To you and they also deliver down. The road to drift wood trailer park. Which is farther. From the store and more towards geneva. On 5/20/2018. We Stopped in Osceola Arkansas. Stayed at local motel. Called Pizza Hut for pizza delivery. Person taking order was inefficient. She said she was new on the job. So I was patient. Said 45 min for delivery
I think that is too long but agreed because it was my only choice. After over an hour I called back. They did not answer the phone. A corporate rep answered. But I did not have the info they needed to follow up. I called back again to check on delivery status. They finally answered. Told me they had no record of my order. I did not want to place a second order. By now it is late and I was upset that we would not be getting to eat. I got No apologies or offer of compensations..That is 2 for 2 on bad experience at Pizza Hut. We do not have branch in my hometown. I will not seek out Pizza hut in my travels in the future. I guess Pizza Hut does not want business from travelers. Or care about negative advertising. Because I will definitely tell others about the bad experience. Next time I will get gas station pizza.. Good or bad. At least I won't go hungry

Lexington missouri pizza hut on monday may 21 2018 around 9:15 I order a pizza online an I drove 10 miles after my sons baseball practice to pick up my carry out order that I place. An when I got there the lady working that look to be 170lbs med brown hair with glasses an short bangs to men she did not make my pizza that I was there to pick up for my son cause I order a pizza 2weeks ago online for delivery an did not pay for it an that night I could not pay for that pizza an I talk to the man an said my money was missing from my wallet that I left in my car an I was very sorry... An he said no problem... After that issue I have order an pick up pizza from that location with no problem until tonight. My son was hungry an I would like someone to talk to her about how she handle this the wrong way an i'm very disappointed in this company on the type of people that work there an that they would treat me an my son the way they did an oh would like something done in this matter to try to fix this issue... I have documents online on when I order an be for an after an tonight's order I try to buy...in so surprise on how me an my family was treated... On May 19, 2018 i called and placed an order i was told it would be 55 minutes late which was no problem. Well Once i reach the 60 minutes i called back and i was told i need to wait an additional 15 minutes until anything could be done and ask for a manager. I did. The order was 17 minutes late. I called back and asked to speak with a manager while i was waiting my husband went to the door and it was the order. The driver stated " Please feel free to give a tip" not that i apologize for arriving late with your order. Young lady by the name of Aaron (hum) came to phone I explained what happened and what the driver said her exact words were " That has nothing to do with your order being late" what ? I said yes i am aware of that but pizza hut allows the type of behavior from the driver she stated no he is not suppose to ask that question but anyway I can give you a 3.00 back. WOW poor customer service on both ends. customer service is what keeps businesses open.

Hi who care at pizza hut, I been going to this pizza store for 9 years the last one is mind boggling. I try to order the box dinner it come with 2 medium pizza and chicken alfredo pasta and breadsticks, he told me ok, what you want on the first and the second pizza told, then he ask what past I told him I need chicken alfredo, then I hair a lady told him we sold out of dinner box. I never hair this before and it is 6:45pm, the I told him can have medium pizza cheese and chicken alfredo and breadsticks. The total is the same price of the dinner box. When I get there I told her my name she gave me the total I look at the pizza there is no marinara sauce, told her where is the marinara sauce she says do not come with it, I told her I been coming her 9 year I never hair about the bread stick dose not come with the marinara sauce
she says my name Darlene do you want me to split for you < I quote>. I Just took over this store the bread stick do not comes with marinara sauce.

I ordered online The Big Box my wings came small look like the box was practically empty breadsticks were that great everything was cold I mean the food got here fast so I don't understand why everything was so poorly done I've ordered there from before never had a problem just today everything was awful especially the chicken wings that was this ridiculous such a small amount I mean

I ordered pizzas yesterday as we are moving and needed food. I ordered boneless wings and the 2 two topping pizzas. We special ordered 1 of them. Half beef and half bacon with mushrooms and black olives. I was charged extra for it plus the meat lovers for the 2nd one. Now we stopped ordering from pizza hut a year ago because we have had several times where our food was not as ordered. So I'm extremely upset that I paid extra for another order. We didn't call the store this time because they have never made it right in the past. Being from KS where we got great pizzas from PH to moving here to Henderson NV and getting crappy pizza has prompted me to look for another pizza place.
Especially since I am sure this complaint will go unacknowledged.

My name is Jude Estrade, I attached a screenshot files of my order information From Pizza Hut. I am very displeased With the horrible service. I actually was told it would be done it at 7:45 And I had to wait inside for 1 hour after getting there Only to receive one pizza that wasn't even made Well. It looks like more employees was much needed. The actual franchise owner most likely is being very cheap and not stand up to code. I am asking for a full refund or To receive the same pizza made again.

Last Night, 19 May 2018, Me and my Family wanted a couple Stuffed Crust Pizzas. We went to Our Local Pizza Hut at 8pm. Location on Terry Pkwy, Terrytown, Louisiana.
First off, NO STUFFED CRUST PIZZAS AVAILABLE! So, called my Wife, she and the Kids aren't Happy now, and don't want Pizza anymore! So, I am going to Order 1 for myself, and get them something else. I Ordered a 4 Topping Large Pizza came to $24 somehow? I thought to myself..."I could have gotten 3 Little Cesar's Stuffed Crust Pizzas ($9 Each) for almost that, or 3 Three Topping Large At Dominos which are $8.50 Each when Picked Up! Then, they said it would be 15 Mins, and was close to or at 30 mins when I finally got it. I have had it with Pizza Hut! That is the Only Location around my City Of Belle Chasse, La. and they Do Not Deliver to Belle Chasse! TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!

The salary manager or the top two managers are greedy. the salary manager works all the best serving lunch shifts plus gets paid salary and gets a bonus and other manager gets all the best delivery shifts by his self doesn't let anyone else drive. Also seems like there a team of managers not ringing in buffet orders or cancelling tickets and stealing money. Just seems shady things going on in harrodsburg ky pizza hut and the also just smoke cigarettes all day in the store

I have someone who I've been dating for over a year now who has been going to work and dreading going in because of the manager Justin Roberts sexually harassing her verbally and physically. I have even gotten calls from her crying because of this happened several times. And it's not just towards her it's for other employees as well and this needs to be taken care of ASAP! I did a order online 5/19/18 @424pm receive a phone call from Pizza Hut saying they do not delivery out here to where I stay which they have delivered to me several (7) times so told the cashier they they have deliver to my house she responded back to me with a rude attitude so I told her I need my money back on my card since they want deliver to me she said yea 3-5 days. I have records showing that I ordered from Pizza Hut in the past she didn't have to be so rude when I said yes you all have and can I have my money back on my card the cashier have poor customers service I will not be order from their anymore.. thanks

I ordered 2 pizzas online at 5:30pm and I had been checking with the app to see where it was . It said it was being cooked . At 7:30ish pm I called the store and got the manager the date is may 18th 2018 . She tried saying she didn't have my order . And that it went to another store . But couldn't help me finding out where it was . She said she could place yet another order but have to charge my card again . I told her no you are not going to charge my card again. I told her I would never use pizza hut again and she hung up on me. That's not way a manager she treat a customer. Now if it isn't made right I WILL go somewhere else like hungry Howie's or little Cesars ..

I order food on mothers day to b delivered. They couldn't find me so they cancelled the order. Ok fine but when i called to check on the order they was ao rude and hung up on me and i had to call back so i reorder and they told me i would have the money back on my card from the first order in 2 to 3 business days and here it is Friday and still havent gotten the money back.. So i call back and the manager on duty couldnt help me and says i have to call back tomorrow to talk to the manager that was there on mother day not to mention they had me on hold for 15 min before i could even ask my questions . that was so unprofessional and i want my money back on my card that they claim they voided the first order

I have been trying to reach someone for some time now with no luck. I wanted to let corporate office know about an awful experience with a pizza driver from location: 2750 west 68th st suite# 104 Hialeah, FL 33016 he drives a red saturn license plate 506TJJ. 03/19... I was driving into the shopping center where the pizza hut in which I use to order every other weekend (I don't order pizza hut anymore) I was waiting on someone to back out of a parking space when this driver pulls behind me pulls his window down cursed at me to move out of the way in front of everyone in front of the Fresco store where I was going for grocery. He threatened me and called me all the names you can just imagine. He kept screaming at me in front of all these people outside when I parked and got off to go do my grocery shopping he stuck his middle finger at me. This is a very rude and disrespectful driver working for pizza hut, he obviously has road rage and he is dangerous. My husband went to the store to speak to him the manager called him while hiding not to come into the store so he stayed parked in the parking lot. When I approached the "manager" I wanted to explain what her worker/driver did she just rolled her eyes and walked away...again very very unprofessional. I am disabled and this caused an extreme trauma i have been going to a psychiatrist due to his actions. Also, I know several people that has many complaints about the manager there that day ( March 29th 2018) date of incident. I do my shopping at that shopping center terrified when I have to see his car parked in front of the store. The manager has a reputation of mistreating employees obviously defending the wrong/bad ones. I know someone who worked there and quit due to mistreatment of this particular manager. I do have my attorney and will be taking action. I do not want to fear for my life every time I need to do my grocery shopping. This is unprofessional and intolerable for a profession to act this way. It has made my life miserable just knowing I shop in the same shopping center. Instead of helping me the manager just walked away from me and totally ignored me. I was an office manager for 20 years and As a professional I would never ever do that to a long time customer and especially if They were threatening someone. This has to be taken care of. My life is not the same since. My attorney did advise me now, to write to the corporate office about this issue while he works on my case. These are not people that should be working with customers nor the public.
Something needs to be done. Also, this shopping center has cameras where it should show how the threat starts while I was waiting to park on my disabled parking space.
One thing I will say is that I will never ever again order from this pizza hut nor my family and friends that know what has occurred to me.

I called this locations call center for ordering 8 medium pizzas and had the time changed to 1200 at 10:14 am on 17 MAY 2018 with the special for a discount. I verified 1200 as the pick up time multiple times on the phone call. The delivery man called my number at 11:02 am stating he was 10 min away from the pickup location. We are military staying out in the desert and could not get to him in time before 1200 the scheduled pick up time. I called the number back to no response and his store said he did not have service. When I called them back after my guys spotted the vehicle with the Pizza Hut sign driving away frand m mcgreggor the manager told me that he sold the pizza to someone else and that I could place another order. I then called the call center to file a complaint and they transferred me back to the store manager who didn't tell me she would file the complaint when I asked her repeatedly to do so. My soldiers lost time for tasks today because of this and the rude interactions with the manager made it worse. This was not caused by me or my soldiers the agreed to time was 1200pm just check the recording.

I called in to place an order 5/17/18 at 11:08 am for 2 personal pan pizzas. When i arrived 15 minutes later it was not ready. The cashier took my debit card to pay for the order and i signed my receipt. A different cashier came up and told me the order was not taken correctly and i was charged for the wrong pizza. She gave me a free 2 liter for the inconvenience and she went proceeded to get the store manager for the $10 refund. He came up 5 minutes later smelling like cigarettes and looking grungy. I could not believe he was the store manager. He refunded me the money and the asked for it back. He never apologized but he told his white cashiers that everything was ok. He bashed me for being frustrated with the situations. He told me to get out of his store and not to return because i threw the money back and cursed him out. I placed the money on the counter. He lied about me throwing it at him and cursing him out. I stayed up there for 40 minutes total and left with no food.
