Dear sir,

On 29th april 2018, (sunday night), I went to piza hut situated at 88-c, 11th street, khayaban-e-ittehad, phase vii, dha, karachi, with my family around 2030 hrs. when we reach there, we are the single family at the dinning hall.
Order to the waiter for 01 sandwich, 01 alfredo spaghetti and a large super supreme piza. but the waiter emphasize me to purchase a deal of one large piza, one regular and a small pizza. after consider I agreed and ordered placed with other item.
After 25 minutes other customer coming in the hall and waiter served them their orders and my children and I still waiting for my order, my children starring to other who after my family, they are enjoyed their food. I asked the waiter what about my order he said that under process. after 55 minutes he served me a small pizza and a regular pizza. my children start to taking the pieces of piza another waiter comes & said sir, this is not your order wrongly placed you and pick the piza in front of my children. I stand up and said what is this its not ethics. I go back with my family.
This is the matter of goodwill of piza hut.
Please respond to my complaint. if you fail to respond in this time. I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.

Kari Hall manager and Joshua Blake driver. Came into the Pizza Hut in Lawton ok on fort sill blvd, on April 29, around 8 p.m. they came in yelling at myself Sidney Brierton and Falyssa mayhew. Josh and karis kids were running around the store and falyssa said for them to get them under control they shouldn't be in here causing problems, and in response Kari and josh got in falyssa face and started cussing her out. While josh and Kari are off the clock and shouldn't be in the store with there kids.

This incident happened in June of 2017. The store was notified and then the general manager. I was given a full refund for the food I ordered. But I still have the human tooth, no further investigation was done about it. For instance, the lack of concern for me having someone else's tooth inside my mouth. Is pizza hut not concerned about where did the tooth come from? Why was it inside one of the fries? Was this a prank? Or did somebody die and I happen to get the person's tooth in my mouth? Or what was left of them. I have not posted on any social media about the incident nor have I notified anybody besides pizza hut regarding the incident. I will be contacting the health department regarding the issue. I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else.

I would like the manager of this Pizza Hut to be remove from the hiring drivers... I just purchased a 2018vehicle, I'm licensed with no accidents, my car is insured . I apply for a driving position they called me for an interview then I was called back with the interview being cancelled. I had a friend that worked there before they tell me that the manager who thinks knows me personally said he had a personal problem with my attitude, I do not know him never have I met him I think it's confusing me. But by that being an excuse to not hire me, & that he's taking his personal life events, & mixing them with work related situations & deciding on his own that I don't deserve a chance ...Im not even giving an opportunity or good reasonable reason as to why he decides that I shouldn't be hired... it's against my rights & labor C ommussion laws...& its also called discrimination.

On April 23, 2018 I submitted an online order to Pizza Hut Wilson Mills, Richmond Ohio for 15 lemon pepper wings. Upon ordering I was informed of the 75min delivery time so I made my sides and waited on my wings to complete my family's meal. The chicken never arrived. After 2hrs of waiting I called for the second time and was informed they were running behind and the driver should be right there. I waited by the door just to see and I saw a man in a black hoodie get in his car and drive off. I callled the store and asked if that was him and they said yes. I told them he left without giving me my order and could they just cancel it. Now today April 29 I still have not received my money back to my card. I called and spoke to a manager today after holding for 27 min I called back and she said that my card was not in the system and she could not explain. I need my money and I need someone's help to get it. They are so unprofessional at that location and I will never return! Please help me get my money.

I ordered four pizza's yesterday and my family had a bad reaction to the food. The pizza's did not taste like they typically do as though the sauce was lacking. In addition, the pizza's caused us to have stomach problems. I called the store manager Michelle Childs and she was completely ids-respectful. She told me she had a degree and that pizza hut was just her part time job. She was very condescending and rude. I have never had to defend my families experience with to someone whom is supposed to be a helping agent at getting the matter resolved. As I explained to Michelle I am also educated and have a degree so that she would calm down and readjust her temperament and level of professionalism. I strongly believe she requires diversity training as she treated me so poorly I have to question my continued patronage at your store. The issue has not been resolved. I let her know the pizza's are here and that I would like replacements. My family will not eat those and Michelle should have offered more suggestions instead of attempting to gas light me into an argument. Terrible experience with Pizza Hut!

First off I've always been a Pizza Hut fan. Which is why I am doing this. But to be charged $3 to go down the street, and then another $15+ to receive what I got is shameful. Just saying, would you be alright with that? Come on. That's highway robbery and definitely isnt a good way to keep your wings selling. So, as a fan of yours, can ya just fix this so I don't have to end up going somewhere else? Thanks

I'm writing to you to complain about the extremely unprofessional and rude service of pizza hut in Karachi, in placed an order online, order number 320025 on 27th April 2018. The order was accepted and we received a confirmation call but then after sometime they called and just cancelled the order and said they refunded the money to my credit card as the do not deliver to the address mentioned on the order. When we said that we will come and pick up the order from the pizza hut restaurant which is just 15min from our house they were extremely rude and said no u can't coz we have cancelled the order and you will get you money back in 2-3 days. The credit card I used was an international card so will pizza Hut also refund back on the exchange rate and the bank charges?

This is totally unacceptable from a on international restaurant like Pizza Hut. How can your staff be so unprofessional and rude. It was my nephews request that he wanted a stuffed crust pizza and when this happened he just went to bed hungry!

If i did not hear back from pizza hut international, I will be left with no choice but to write to the newspapers and let everyone know how you treat your customers.

Worst dine in experience ever
Tried to order the $34 meal and first was told fountain machine was down so was offered 1 2 liter of soda, which I said no to. Was then given 6 20oz bottles. Was asked if we wanted boxes before we were already given dessert. Charged full price for the $5 dollar brownie because not ordered at same time as pizza but same visit and same bill. Asked for extra marinara and never received and then asked for marinara when leaving and said they were out which the manager later said there was some in back. Was charged extra for the pan where it did not mention extra cost only for stuffed crust. Charged extra for extra cheese when we used as 1 of our toppings, never told extra charge or Wld not of ordered. Will Def never dine in at this location. Waitstaff and manager were clueless. May never order take out either. Absolutely horrible service. My husband also said urinal was filthy and disgusting.

I ordered a pizza from the jonesboro rd Mcdonough ga at 6:30pm on March 27th and it said the pizza would be here at 7:05. It never showed. I called the store at 7:21pm and asked where it was and they said it was on the way. I told them it said it was on it's way 21 minuets ago. I waited another 20 minuets and called again and waited to talk to the manager for 12 minuets and she never came I the phone. I waited another 20 minuets and went to the store to get my money back and I found out that the pizza was taken back to the store. I was told the lady who was delivering my pizza knocked and rang the door bell she also called me. The number that called me was a Texas number and the only people that call me from a Texas number are people trying to sell me things. We have a camera on our front porch and we went back to look at it and the lady came but never rang the door bell. We have dogs they always run to the door. She lied and that is what upsets me the most. So here I am hungry because I didn't get my pizza. My husband ate pop tarts for dinner. I'm just glad my 7 year old was not here tonight. I'm glad he was at his dads because he would have been so hungry. I can't believe that Pizza Hut was so rude about all of it. I can't believe Pizza Hut lied to my face. No one from the store tried to call me from the stores number. They don't need to lie.

But i would just like to tell you that Pizza hut Pakistan is playing with your brand image.
Their services are more than pathetic.
Today i called for home delivery
They denied me asking that we only deliver food within the range of 8 minutes drive and with the speed of 45Km/h on bike
I have been receiving order on same address since last 3 years
Now today they suddenly denied.
Moreover they are least bother about their customers.

James in the watson, la store was sooo rude. I ordered $80 worth of pizza, said there was a 3 hour wait for delivery. Tried to call for 20 mins to change to pick up. Finally got him, asked for msg and he said he was one, he proceeded to scream and yell at me bc I said the phones were out. "its a known issue ma'am, there is only one driver ma'am".
I will tell everyone about this!

Ordered pizza at 7 didn't arrive until 825 pm! The box was smashed to both the pizza and wings! My order was 28.69. I gave him 40.00. He had no change! He only owed me 11.00! So after waiting this long time for the pizza he takes it back because he has no change! Attitude was horrible! Why have an attitude with me when you are late with my food and you are taking it back because you have no change! This pizza hut is by far the worst ever and I love pizza hut! Please fix this fast!

Dear Sir or Dear Mam, I do not Normally Complain. I in fact have not complained in so long I cant remember. We ordered Pizza from The Pizza Hut 2345 National Road Wheeling WV 26003. I have been very disappointed before. We were disappointed the last time. But this time it was awful! My Sons pizza was stuck to box tasted bad to him it was cut in to giant pieces. Mine was awful it was some of it was hard, didn't taste good skimped on cheese on both it has holes all the way through and was cut into giant pieces. I am so upset over this I told my Son No more Pizza Hut ! I think its just plain wrong to charge people for one of the worst pizza I have had! On my list of not to buy Little Ceasers pizza & Pizza Hut !

I was calling to cancel an order we sent it to the wrong pizza Hut for pick up and I was told to hold and was on hold for over 5 minutes. Then Toni gets on the phone and I said I was trying to cancel a order. She ducked her teeth then put the receiver down on the counter. I called back to asked if it was cancelled and a guy said it was done slready. No one told me anything I asked to speak to the woman from before and he gave her the phone, then she had the nerve to say she did not know what I was talking about and hung up. I need a resolution to this issue.

On 4/25/2015 a delivery driver in Bedford County, VA, Forest/Lynchburg area driving a Honda Civic with New York plates 8DG 1303 was driving recklessly. It speed through an elementary school zone on Route 811, cut off school buses and nearly hit a school bus. I called the two Pizza Huts in the area and they did not seem to know this driver.

I placed an order at 9:10pm on april 24, on the website delivery was quoted as being 75-85 minutes (not a problem) at 9:39pm, the order tracker said my order was out for delivery... But I never got a pizza.. Somebody called me from a number, but I missed the call... So when I called back, nobody answered the phone, at least whoever it was could have left me a message, but they did not... I had already paid for it on my card, but nobody bothered to even call me back from the restaurant either... Even when the driver got back to the store, someone in management should have called me back, and told me what had happened... I'm an understanding person, and I always tip the delivery drivers very well.. I'm in management for another rival pizza chain, and I understand the problems that come with food service, especially pizza, so was another phone call to the customer (me) so hard?

I ordered a delivery online at 8:11 pm. I received a confirmation email that said my pizza would be delivered around 8:45 pm. At 9:10 pm I called the store to see what was taking so long. I was informed that there was no order under my name or number. They told me my order did not exist. The manager Jose Cuentez seemed not to care at all and kept saying how he didn't know how that could happen, insinuating that I was lying. I told him I didn't know how it happened but I just wanted to resolve the issue already instead of keep on talking about how it could have happened. I told him my card was charged and I had an email confirmation. He didn't seem to want to help and caught an attitude so I asked if they could make a new one. He told me it would take 30-40 mins and would only give me 50% off of my order. When I asked for contact info for corporate he rudely said he couldn't help me, then hung up. I was so hungry and frustrated. Ive had issues before but this was the worst experience.

What is happening to the restaurant in Clayton Ga. Extreme waits. 5 last trips Last trip 2 hours for sandwich and salad with only 3 tables in restaurant occupied. Friend drove from Atlanta to Clayton before we could get a sandwich and salad. They have no help. Waitresses have a hard time performing job. No experience. Needs corporate managers to check it out badly.

All I'm going to say is do not put in an application for these people. I've been here cooking for 3 years and haven't got a single raise. Still making $7.25/hr. Manager keeps saying he gave me a raise but he hasn't. This is becoming a very big issue. No one in here has gotten a raise. He refuses to pay anyone. Like he's Mr. krabs or something. Running out of patience.
