Over the past two years or more I have been purchasing pizza at your location on 10911 Raven Ridge Rd Unit 111, Raleigh, NC 27614. Prior to my last three visits I found the service excellent. Most times I place my order on-line. Last night I placed my order and then went to pick up the order and decided to eat in. For the third time in a row, the cashier rang up my order, did not say hello, thank you, no eye contact, a total zip head. Instead of then handing me my order which was in the warmer, she picks up the phone. as she had a call on hold. This visit she had me waiting for five minutes, until Kevin supposedly a manager, came over and asked if he could help me. I stated that the cash rang up my order and didn't give me my pizza. Her name by the way is Adrienne. He gave me the pizza and drinks and said here you go. The previous time, same situation, I visited the wait time was close to 10 minutes before she was finished with the call after taking my money and then giving me my pizza. My partner and I went and sat and begin to eat. I was so infuriated that I went back to speak with Kevin about the situation. He actually dismissed me and stated that the cashier was new (not true) and that they had been busy with the state fair going on, lots of excuses and NO apology. He had a smirk on his face the entire time. Needless to say after these past three visits I will be taking my business elsewhere. Yesterday visit was 10/19/20. The ticket # was 0048.

I live behind a Pizza Hut, separated by a fence. Last night employees decided to throw empty buckets and paint cans over the fence and onto my wheelchair ramp and driveway. Fortunately my windshield was not broken.
The garbage has been on their side since I moved into my home in May 2018, and that is where I returned it. The buckets and lids at one time contained roofing material.
I spoke to a young man who came out the back door today, and was told that the store is under new management, and he was told to throw the items over. I asked why somebody didn't talk to me if they thought the garbage was mine, and he said he was told not to. I suggested they install a camera and never do this again.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and criminal mischief.

Pizza hut on 4501 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124. Customer service is very rude and are quick to hang up on you. Delivery takes almost 2 hours. Food is delivered cold and they always forget something. It will take them another hour for the missing item. Both times I ordered pizza dough was not fully cooked. Worst place ever I will never recommend this place to anyone. Someone from corporate should visit location and get them straight .

On 10.18.2018 we ordered pizza and waited an hour and a half so We opted to call the store and got and associate and after speaking to him he told us that our pizza would be another 85 mins ! We asked if we could do carry out and he said that it would take longer, we would double pay and have to wait for a credit. We asked him if we did opt to switch to carry out how long it would be ? He proceeded to say that he could not tell us how long it would be cause they were extremely busy and got slammed with a bunch of orders. He said if we switched over to carry out we would still have to wait cause there were orders before ours and that there was no way to speed up the process. At this point after speaking to him for about 5-10 minutes we said look can you just cancel our order and he proceeded to say well if you do that the people that you do have at your house won't even get the food. We then said what does that matter if we cancel we will wait for the credit and just go somewhere else. He put us on hold to see if he could confirm that we could cancel our order and then got back on and said, " oh, I cannot cancel it cause it's already out for delivery."

This is completely unacceptable from a person inside the store to not be able to walk back and say hey can I get an update on this order. At one point in our conversation with the young man said, " I have not been able to even do my job cause we have been so busy. " We get it you got busy, but as a paying costumer who has ordered from your company a number of times for you not tell us how much longer or where you are in the process of our order it's not acceptable. I paid up front for the products ordered and we were asking for a very simple answer to our question, all we needed to know was a time frame on how much longer. When you have waited 1.5 hours and are told that you are waiting and additional 85 mins or it could be more he did not really know due to the situation it tends to make people upset. We probably will never order delivery again and we will definitely make sure it's not from this store or location for carry out.

When we got off the phone after not canceling, cause we were told that it was on it's way, we called back 40 minutes later cause
It still was not at our home. The guy that was helping us (Damian) was the same guy that was helping us previously said, " oh man it's still not there, I am sorry, I can cancel it." We were told it was out for delivery by the store yet when we called back he wanted to cancel it? This made no sense to us. The second call we finally got the manager and he apologized and said that he refunded the full amount back to us. Thank you to Cameron the manager for finally stepping up after a two hour wait. We are still extremely upset that this situation even occurred .

Our information is above and hopefully you as a company you will be able to have better treatment for your costumers.

I had called the pizza hut call center t [protected] 4 time on Oct 18th 2018. We order usually 3-4 times a month for quite a few yrs and we always get the same thing which is 2 med double pepperoni light sauce thin crust with garlic butter stuff on crust. I called tonight to order that and the first time she told me total was 27.27 or something close to that and i told her no its always been 13.08 she then proceeded to tell me that they no longer have that off i need coupon. So i got off phone and found a 2 med 2topping coupon on Groupon for 5.99 each so i called back and told them ok i have coupon so then they needed coupon code i said it didnt have one and she said that that one u had to do online. I got off phone and tried to do online and it never let me do light sauce or the garlic stuff. It shouldnt be this hard to just order pizza hard. Never once did they try and tell me about any other specials to help me out like the 5 dollar deal then called back to order 2 of the 5 dollar ones she told me one topping i said ok i said thin crust light sauce and garlic stuff she told me that that was not coved in the 5 dollar deal. So ur telling it cost more for less sauce not understanding .So we had to take our business else cause we are very frustrated.

The 4 tables up against the windows have a sticky black substance on the tables that rub off on my sleeves of shirt. It looks like it would require them to scrub this off with some sort of degreaser and scrub brush. It is disgusting. I also would like to complain about the fact they charge for ANY dipping sauce when you order wings. The first should always be free then I understand to charge for additional if necessary.

I was walking to the laundry mat next to Pizza Hut. As I walked past I had seen what looked like two people smoking weed. I didn't think it was weed at first I thought they were smoking cigarettes, but then I started to get a good smell of the smoke and realized it wasn't cigarettes it was weed. Once they were done one person walked into the store and I realized it was the manager named Jennifer or Jen something like that. The other person that was with her was an employee but I didn't get a good look at him.

Was very disgusted when I came in a bigger guy was sitting at the table in a pizza hut shirt I asked my waiter who he was and she told me he was the area coach he was spitting tobacco in a cup in front of employees and guest that was eating I thought that was very disgusting and lost my appetite he was also yelling and swearing at a worker and I didn't think that was appropriate to do in front of quest could of took it in the back all and this isn't the first time seeing it all he does is sit on his computer yelling across the store instead of getting up I have also seen him pick his butt and go over to the oven without washing his hand so unsatisfied and unsanitary and probably won't come back

I ordered bone out wings, they were overcooked and had very little sauce on them which caused them to be dry and garlic knots that were drenched in garlic and inedible! I called the store, explained the problem and asked for a refund/replacement and was yelled at by the staff in which they stated it was my fault the food was bad!

I work at Walmart Dc in alachua and the driver lied and said he came to deliver my salad he said he came to the door and he couldnt get in when these are automatic doors and the manager says that I have to wait another hour that's now that's two hours I been waitkng and that's not on then I just called back to see if maybe he went to the truck stop área and the manager is not be helpful the address is 15947 NW US HWY alachua Fl

Oct.14.2018 I placed my order at 5:36 order didn't arrive until 7:04 and he forgot one of my boxes of pizza it's now 8:28 and I still have yet to receive pizza I paid for I have 4 small children and very PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW ! On October 7, 2018 I ordered a takeout order on my phone app as I always do. It said my order would be ready at 6:07pm. I got there, and paid for my order and the waitress said it would be ready shortly. At 6:28 she said it was ready; I was missing a whole pizza, she took the rest of my stuff and put it in the warmer and I had to wait even longer for my other pizza. She said she did not know why it wasn't all ready together. 18 minutes later it was all ready. By the time I got home to my family my order was cold. This Eunice, LA pizza hut is something else. I was totally dissatisfied. I order pizza at least once a week or more. I have not ordered pizza hut pizza since.

I received a set of coupons to use at your establishment. One of the coupons is for a 60th Anniversary Special, for a large specialty, or up to 5-topping pizza, for $10.60. The coupon code is 8286. Every time I put that code in, it tells me that location is not honoring that coupon.
I have put it in for 3 different locations, within Denver and one in Golden, CO. I was just wondering, if it is in the Denver Post, which gets distributed to thousands of people and it's not valid at most locations, then why did it get put in the paper. It should have just been distributed to the locations that it is valid in. Can you let me know what locations in Colorado it is valid in?

On October 11th 2018 I placed an online order for a 20 dollar Big Dinner Box. After an hour or so of waiting for my food I called the restaurant and checked on my order only to be told that they didn't have it and that they were all out. So I asked if they had any Hand tossed which they said they were also out of, so I asked what could be done and they said we could give you a store credit on your food and just refund your money. I accepted the offer and left with that. On October 13th 2018 at around 11:50, I recalled the store and asked about my store credit only to be told that I didn't have any. I told them my name and what transpired the previous day still to no avail. Then the manager picked up the phone didn't give me a name or anything just said how may I help you? I told them the situation and was rudely interrupted by a "oh yeah we don't give credit to non orders" I tried telling them that I ordered food and was shouted down by "If we were out of it why did you order it?" instead of letting me finish. I also told them I waited over an hour for my food and was replied to "I called you 5 mins after and no one answered." Which means they didn't call again, during any part of that shift was it thought of that "hey someone ordered a delivery for something we don't have, maybe we should call again?" I asked why they didn't call again and the answer I received was summed up as "just because". So I tried to understand the situation and I was promptly dissregarded and hung up on when asking for the name of whom I was speaking to. Not only did I not receive any pizza nor my deal that is no longer eligible but I was treated like I was less than a person in a restaurant that I have had problems with in the past. I am tired of being treated like I don't deserve what I paid for from this location and disrespected.

I wouldn't feel the need to make a complaint, but I live out of town and came in from my usual business runs. And my experience this last time was truly disturbing. I came in on 10/6/18, Saturday, to the Flatwoods Pizza Hut and ordered a large pizza and I waited on my order. I went up to the front counter to see what was taking so long, and had seen a gentlemen (wearing no gloves, not washing his hands before making my food) and not only that, I seen the gentlemen actually put his HANDS DOWN HIS PANTS, and still made my pizza with his bare hands and still ran it through that evening. I told the manager of what I had seen and they said I have must been mistaken on what I saw, but I know what I seen. And, I was truly disgusted. I threw away my pizza and had to go somewhere else to get food. So, not only did I not get food, but I wasted roughly $10 on absolutely nothing. I hope nobody else had to go through what occurred that horrific evening.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to .they are not only dirty but all of the employees are nasty with an attitude as well as on their phones. One day I have them another chance and ordered over the phone .Delivery or the delivery guy is no better . I ordered a pizza and lied about the amount and did not give me a receipt after he gave a nasty smart commment that it was 2 flights of stairs and wanted me to walk down and outside to get my pizza. He finally came up and threw my pizza at me with an attitude.oh and they forgot to bring my marinara sauce that I paid for .i called the store and tried to reason with the manager but he had an attitude himself and did absolutely nothing .i will never come back to this location nor should anyone else

In this store there is a young man that can be smelled all the way from the back of the store where he works preparing pizzas and other food to the very front. I know this person personally and have asked his father to step in and basically tell him that he needed to talk to his 20 something year old son. It is quite evident if you stand anywhere near or downwind of him that he hasn't bathed in days and maybe weeks. My mother wanted pizza tonight so I took the chance on maybe him not working tonight. I was severely disappointed especially when I went to eat my bone in chicken wings. They smelled just like the same young man and tasted very nasty. I sent in a formal complaint and while I would hate for the young man to get fired I also know that at 26 you should know and care enough about not just yourself but the people around you that have to smell you. Yes my God it is that BAD. I don't know whether I should approach him and say anything or stay out of it. I do know that I won't be doing pizza hut anymore.

My name is Charles Brumlow, I am a Pizza Hut delivery driver for a store located at 3880 Sullivant Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43228. I was told by my restaurant manager that my turnover rate is slower than someone else's turnover rate who works more hours on more days with more deliveries, closer deliveries and less drivers then I do on my shift and the RM wants to tell me that I'm #5 in the turn-over ratings...how is this possible when the above-listed isn't in comparison with my hours, my days, deliveries, the distance drove and the amount of drivers, on my shift are outrageous and way too many. Date: 10-12-18 Time: 4:33pm EST. Pizza Hut Manager Michael at 3880 Sullivant Ave. Columbus Ohio 43228. To make a longer story short, the management team at this location is only about their selfs. They don't care for us drivers, from orders to our schedule. They never asked if I would be able to work these scheduled days and hours, they see I can't make tips with more then one other driver then myself. If another driver messes up a delivery an he is still on the clock, they end up sending a completely different driver that never receives the tip but a delivery fee of a dollar. I mean come on now. My deliveries are far and few especially when there are more then two drivers a shift. I work a double on Fridays and it's usually only me in the day shift and one other at night and everything was going good here as a Pizza Hut employee, until I realized that they're treating me different than other employees (which I will have video footage of soon) by food discounts or free for them but on two occasions I've gotten a discount. The main mistreatment is that the management knows that all the other drivers know the codes (and I mean all) and all the tricks to the Pizza Hut system because the other drivers/employees know the managers codes and can access the computers and alternate what orders they want and so on. I won't be a follower but a leader. All because I don't know or even want to know the management access code because the access code is not my concern, my access code to tag orders is my concern and no one else. I'm trying to get a head of life and this is just becoming very uncomfortable and too challenging. I also deliver the city paper every morning/night I make great money and for less problems. Hello, I delivered a pizza on 10/12/18 at 12:32 pm. I waited until around 1:30 to call and check on where the pizza was because it has been on the deliver section for awhile and the tracker said it should have been here by 1:05. The person I talked to was rude and did not give me any information except that my pizza was on the way before hanging up on me. The pizza never came. I am upset for one that I never got the pizza I paid for, but also that the person I called to ask about it was rude and unhelpful. I used to work in food, and understand that things get hectic, but it has been over three hours since I ordered my food, and was told it was in the way.

I ordered lasagne from Pizza Hut Sialkot Cantt. It was cold and didn't really look like lasagne. When I called manger SherJaan ge started arguing. I must say the customer is really going down for this branch.

I have been to Pizza Hut in the Uk, the customer service there is really good. They listen to the customers but in here in Sialkot branch of Pizza Hut it's crap!
