Pizza Hut pizza/money

I ordered a pizza. They said it would take 20-30 mins online and in email. Called an hour later to ask about order and was told it would be about an hour and a half. Employee was very short with me and quite rude. I believe I was hung up on but when I called about an hour and a half later w boyfriend I was told my order was canceled due to me hanging up the phone on the employee which I did not do. At this point it had been three hours since I placed my order. Pizza hut was the only thing I was able to get for food that night with an E-gift card I had. I did not get my pizza and decided to go to bed w out food. I called the next morning to ask for a refund and was told to wait 3-5 business days. Frankly I shouldn't have to wait 3-5 business days. I paid almost $20 and I cannot afford to just lose it. I hope to hear back soon and thank you for your time and consideration.

Pizza Hut burnt food, theft of my change

I paid with 2 twenties and my order was 21.39 and the cashier gave me back $3. 40. I looked down and realized it was not right. I told her I gave her two twenties. She began to get ugly an argue with me so I called for someone else to come up there bc I didn't want to speak to her anymore. The lady counted down drawer. She said it was over by $2. M sum cents. I asked her to pull the tape. She told me she couldn't and refused to give me a number to call and file a complaint. I left angry and called and haven't been able to speak to anyone about the situation except the same lady from yesterday. My food was burnt when I made it home and o so furious. Will not ever return again.

Pizza Hut delivery and customer service.

I had a bunch of friends over for poker night. Kind of a last minute thing as we all agreed to play Texas Hold Em and figured, we’ll just order pizza since it’s more convenient. I place an order at 11:04 PM (still have my email confirmation). 12:30 AM rolls around and we’re all wondering what happened to our pizza guy? So I called the store. Rep I spoke to said they had came to my house (but no one heard the door bell or a knock) and then said they had call (my phone didn’t ring and works quite well at my home). At this point I just felt disrespected since the rep had lied to me, I’m buzzed off of beer and hungry. Is this how Pizza Hit trains their workers? To lie so they don’t have to deliver pizzas when it’s close to closing time?

Pizza Hut staff and cleanliness of restaurant

Oct. 21, 2017 Went to Pizza Hut in Cordele Ga. We were headed back to Florida following an event we attended. Upon entering the there was an odor and noticed tables not cleared or cleaned off. We had a large group both children and adults. The waitress took her time to acknowledge us and take our orders. Once she served us she did not come back until she presented us with our bill. The pizza was okay, but then we lost all the good feeling when we went to the restroom. To say it was disgusting is an understatement. My husband said the men's was just as bad. I have never encountered a Pizza Hut in such disrepair. Made us wonder what the kitchen looked like.

Pizza Hut management/pizza hut howard cookie boulevard montego bay

Someone needs to address this situation because obviously your manager at the Howard Cooke boulevard branch in Montego Bay ' Mrs. Stephenson' is grossly incapable! I refer to an incident that happened tonight 21/10/17 at approximately 1115pm. Pizza hut is a regular weekend stop for my family so you can understand my frustration when this issue occurred... formalities out of the way. I, along with my sister in law, nephew, niece and daughter ordered and waited the norm again. I had brought my daughter upstairs to the restroom. Coming back down, my 1 year old niece was fussy and wanted to walk about as kids their age tend to do. Now please note she was not unsupervised at any time. Her mother was right behind her and I holding her hand. There was a transaction being carried out between an employee and another individual who apparently decided she could not wait to be served like us regular folk. Walking with my niece, she being fascinated with the artwork on the wall in a split second her finger got caught in the door. This after my repeated calls for the two individuals who were conducting business at the employee door to please WATCH THE DOOR AND THE Babies finger.
The shrieking endured. My niece was in pain. I did all I could to console her, her mother came running to me, the security guard came, other people in the establishment but we waited for 3 whole minutes before anyone in authority approached. Now I'm the calm one, my sister in law however? Let's just say it was getting to be world war 3 inside. My sister in law went around to where the regular folk would have ordered and asked for a manager. Another wait. 'Mrs Stephenson' came around eventually. No good evening, no introduction of who she was, no sign of empathy. She asked what had happened then went back inside for 15 minutes, only to return to advise that there was nothing they could do n this situation. Frankly and unapologetically. Beginning of world war 3. My sister whilst speaks to 'Mrs Stephenson' was verbally abused by another member of staff who even threatened to hit her all in view of the manager on duty and 'Mrs Stephenson' ? Oh she just stood there. I don't know, maybe she wanted to join in if it went that far. See I am left to wonder if this how your team is trained to deal with incidents of this nature. Callously uncaring and obviously getting zero in soft skills training. Management should be ashamed of themselves! ' Mrs Stephenson' is not fit to train my two pitbulls at home let alone a team of individuals. The blame game was totally unnecessary yet she scored very high marks in this area. I know if I had not been in there the situation could have been worse, every individual is different and deals with every situation differently. What works for one person may not necessarily work for another. I hope someone from your head office takes the time to read this as well.

Pizza Hut vegetarian pizza had beef or chicken

We ordered Pizza Hut veggie crust pizza and we found beef | chicken in it. We are it and felt something wrong n throw it out. Shock to have it inside my pizza . I called the store and they said we can give you another pizza as u can't prove . Really shocked
We are vegetarian by religion and it means nothing to them.
And now they say we are sorry n are giving u $25 credit .

Pizza Hut service

Went to a pizza hut sit s
Down restaurant in West Point Va.
The server was awful. Did not bring silverware had to ask. After she brought pizza never came back to table. I needed water and more napkins. She acted like she was doing us a favor waiting on us. Most were goofing off in the back. Didn't tip her at all. Her name was Nichole. She should stay in back and not interact with customers. If we had known this we could have gotten a to go pizza and eat in the car. Alot cheaper too. Pizza was good. Fresh and hot. Salad bar was below average. Frozen lettuce soft carrots.

Pizza Hut delivery

I called four hours before my son’s birthday party and put a order in for seven pizzas. I told them that that pizza need to be delivered by 4 PM for the party. The pizza was never delivered. When I called the local Pizza Hut they hung up on me multiple times to check in the order and as soon as they would pick up, they would automatically hang up. Finally when I got someone on the phone they said sorry our drivers are way behind today and it’s gonna be another 45 minutes. My comment was I ordered four hours ago to ensure this. You didn’t have a problem taking my order or my money and promise delivery would be a problem. Food was never delivered and the 5 year old party went without pizza. The employee was never apologetic. This was terrible service and I will never buy Pizza from the store again!

Pizza Hut delivery coverage

I live exactly 2.6 miles from a Pizza Hut that offers delivery service and can’t get an order delivered. I understand this is a new subdivision but the homes have been here for over 2 years. When I try to place an order by phone or online, I’m told the address is out of the delivery area...since when is 2.6 miles, outside of a delivery area? Please have the 1054 Gluckstadt Rd, Madison, MS 39110!

Pizza Hut the entire pathetic operation at the listed location

Oh may god what a cf this place was sat. Evening october 21, 2017 placed my order (1 pizza) online about 7-7:10pm. Messed around for a good 10 minutes at the house and went by the local convenience store before going to this pizza hut. When I entered there were at least 6 people if not more waiting for carryouts, pizzas sitting on the oven & cutting table with no one there doing jack diddly squat at that work position and a woman (Dani) behind the counter was zipping back & forth from one of the two cash registers trying to collect money from people for orders that where not even ready to be given to them to looking for who knows what. Dang discoordinated operation if you ask me. Sure didn't look like anyone else up front gave much of a crap if any customers were served at all long story short, there were numerous pissed off people, including myself! And I was told my pizza order was somehow messed up (I had no problem believing that) and a new pizza was in the oven. At 7:56pm I finally got my pizza. That 15-20 minute bologna that shows up on the online order page - don't believe it! Not at this location. The supposed card refund/credit I was told I would get has not shown on my account! The blasted charge is on my account but not the claimed refund/credit! It's domino's, papa john's, or lil'caesars from now on, to hades with this pizza hut! I do not recommend anyone doing business here after lunch hours, and not at all would be a better idea!

Someone in high places at Pizza Hut's Corporate Headquarters needs to do a little internet research on this store location(4565)! Like at TripAdvisor, Yelp, Menupix, etc.. The reviews read like the horror story I experienced in doing business there. And the reviews are pathetic and a rating of 1.5 - 2.5 at best average and a lot of 1.0 or POOR ratings. Either clean that place's act up or close it down!

Pizza Hut product and service

I placed an order at 9:20 pm I online order I have an account Mary Joiner I order a large pepperoni & sausage pizza for $7.99 and buffalo medium wings for 7.00 and 2 liter Pepsi for 3.00 for develivery paid with card charged for deverlivery 3.00 only to find out they couldn't deliver no drivers so I had to drive when got there manager melody said I couldn't get wings cause the wings needed something done to them couldn't be sold and couldn't receive a 3 liter soda cause they were hot by this time I am very upset pizza was cold they were out of the real pepperoni so salami pepperoni I had to get so ridiculous and upset

Pizza Hut service & experience was below average

Service was slow due to only one waiter for a bunch of tables on a Saturday night (10/21/2017) around 6pm. Worse experience at Pizza Hut in a long time. Everyone in my party of 6 got there food & my pizza was forgotten even though it was written down. I did get a pizza after asking where it was. When I finally got it, it was already in a box to where I felt like I wasn’t meant to eat it at the restaurant. It would of been nice to have been asked if I wanted it now or to go. I had to ask several times for a refill for the table & the waiter proceeded to put all of our cups on a trey to refill them which I find unsanitary since we won’t know which cup is who’s when we got them back.

Pizza Hut trying to place an order over the phone

My sister and I were goingto place an order online but noticed could not order the salad or cheese cups and was having trouble ..so then I said I will just call...The young man on the phone was not very knowledgeable about the pizza box deals and keep trying to sell me the large specialty and large 1 top...not what iwanted Iiwas looking for 1 topping deals...i said how about the 1 topping lrg for 799 like on tv..I believe it was carryout or delivery...He said no online only...iI said are u sure..than told me the same special. .I wanted 1 toppings and needed like 4 pizzas ...asked fro mgr...same story but she gets rude and says don'tknow what channel your watching...so I ended up hanging up..very disrespectful and not wanting to help me..so not very happy...so me and my sisters family spent 44 dollars at mcds...just thought u should know the customer service sucks...

Pizza Hut treatment at pizza hut in orange, va

On Friday night, October 20, after the football game a group of 14 of us went to Pizza Hut in Orange, VA. I went in first and the man asked if we had take out and I told him that no we were dining in. He said to take a seat and the waitress would be right with us. He asked how many and I thought it would be 10 at that time. I went the table and I heard the waitress yell "10 people: when he told her how many of us it would be. She came right over and advised us that they were closing at 11:00 (it was 10:15 at time). I asked her if she was going to make us leave right at 11:00 if we had not finished eating. She indicated that no one was allowed in the establishment after 11:00 and yes we would have to leave then. I asked if we had time to order and eat. She indicated it would depend on how many pizzas we would order -- which I understand. Then the proceeded to tell me that they begin taking everything down at 9:15 and again it would depend on how many pizzas we were going to order if they could accommodate us. It was evident from the beginning that she had no intention of serving us. You could tell from her outburst when the man told her how many of us it would be when we came in. We decided that we were not welcome there and decided to take our business to IHop in another county. At the Pizza Hut in Louisa, VA we didn't get there until 10:40 after a game the week before and they waited on us, closed the doors at 11:00 but let us finish our meal. I thought the Orange Pizza Hut would be packed since there had been a big football game, but there were only two people there. This is just my assumption, but if customers are treated like we were, I can certainly understand why it was almost empty. I realize that losing my business is of little impact to the Orange Pizza Hut and they don't need my business. However, they will not have to worry about that again. This made me appreciate the Louisa Pizza Hut more. The IHop was glad we came because the 14 of us dropped a lot of money last night and we were treated with the utmost respect. Thank you for listening to me.

Pizza Hut delivery and online ordering process

On October 20, around 8:30pm, I placed an order for delivery from the Pizza Hut located at 4925 W. North Ave, Chicago IL 60639. At 11:41pm, I had to call the restaurant and inquire about why the food has not arrived and was informed by the employee who answered the phone that my order has been canceled because my card had been declined. The issue I'm having is why wasn't I informed that the card was declined. I didn't receive an email or even a call from the restaurant informing my order has been canceled! Such a large food chain and I couldn't even get a courtesy call. Waiting on food for over two hours that wasn't never prepared is absolutely unacceptable from such an establishment! I admit I put the word card number in but a simple notification would have corrected the issue. Upon talking to the employee who stated her name was Kim after asking five times, wouldn't even give me the manager name. I had to mention I already have the store number which she reluctantly said the manager name is Anthony Jones, who wouldn't even come to the phone. How can such a food chain giant fall so short on basic customer service? How is okay to treat your customers in such a distasteful way? Lesson learned!

Pizza Hut two hours after receiving the text that said the pizza was on the way and my kids are still sitting here hungry!

On 10/20/17 I put in an online order for the fall deal for two large pizzas and breadsticks. I got the first text at 6:04 stating my order was confirmed. At 6:30 I got the text saying the pizza was on the way. The pizza hut location is literally 4 min or 0.9 miles from the delivery location. (I googled it). I called at 7:09 and they assured me the pizza delivery guy just left and that it would be to me in a matter of minutes. 8pm rolls around and still NO PIZZA! I call again and this time they give me excuses about a bunch of orders and tell me it will be here in 10minutes...the time is now 8:46! I don't know what kind of games they are playing at 483 Meeting St., Charleston, SC but I do not appreciate this extremely poor service and will not be bringing them my business ever again! I had guests over and they have since left, waiting for the pizza I promised them. That was embarrassing and upsetting and I would expect more from a nationally known brand such as Pizza Hut but I have been severely let down. My children have not eaten dinner and now I will call for the third time to ensure my money is credited back to me as it is now almost 3 hours from the time I placed my order and I have to find something else to feed my family...Just got off the phone with them (9:08pm), they are very unprofessional and incompetent. No one knew what happened to my pizza, no one knew who I spoke to previously or why they told me it was on the way because now all of a sudden they can't see my order and said it must have been "voided". I wound up getting put on hold and they never came back. I did check my account and the money has been refunded. What a joke. Too late to cook anything, my kids had cereal for dinner! Can you freaking imagine little kids from 4-9 years old excited for pizza that never comes? Then having to have cereal for dinner? At 9 o'clock at night! This is outrageous and I cannot believe this just happened. So disgusted with this situation but I bet nothing will change. Sad.

Pizza Hut entire meal

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with cheese sticks. When it arrived and I opened the box they both were burnt and looked dry. I waited about an hour for this and it should never look like this. If it’s wrong or burnt it should be remade and the customer should be notified that it was remade! However the Alfredo cake out correct. This is the only Pizza Hut I order from and this is the first time I have been highly unsatisfied!

Pizza Hut managers suck. terrible customer service

My family and I will never go back this Pizza Hut! The manager Taylor Rogers is the most rude person we have ever encountered. She is also so lazy the place will be dirty and gross and she’ll just be standing there complaining about everything. Have never seen her smile. She rolled her eyes at me when I had to go to the counter and ask for a refill. As far as I’m concerned as long as Taylor Rogers Is working at this store people including my family are done going there.

Pizza Hut debit card

I was inside The pizza hut at 44th and Lee Blvd in Lawton Oklahoma. The employee did not swipe or insert my cart but yet my card was charged for the balance of 25 dollars and some change. The employee was freaked out as I was too. I asked to speak to the manager but she wouldn't speak to me she just said that she would contact support. I am afraid my card was hacked and I need to make sure that is not true. Please get back to me to let me know what happen and how my card was charged without being slid in the machine. Contact your credit card company and file a dispute. Consider cancelling your card and getting a new card number as well.
