Pizza Hut pizza hut in pennsville nj

I order my food @9:08 on July 8th2017 n it's 10:16 pm n the delivery guy NEVER got here I called n ur rude manager that worked the night shift was so rude it makes no sense I called n spoked to her n she said they was on there way ..I waited another 15 minutes & nobody came my husband called n complained the the manager was so rude she cancelled my order because I complained about the time. .if I wanted to wait over an hour for dinner I would of cooked ..I'll be calling the cooperate office as well...u can call me at [protected] .just know me n my family are disgusted with Pizza hut service ...

Pizza Hut delivery service twice

I have a Pizza Hut account down here in Georgia. The phone number on the account is [protected]. If you could look up the last two delivery orders that I made. One was at my home in Woodstock, the other was at work in Alpharetta. The first time this happened, we waited over 2 hours for JUST WINGS in Woodstock. It was for my nieces and they went to bed hungry because it took way too long. I explained to them that if it was going to take that long, then I would have ordered from somewhere else. I was then told I would receive a 25 dollar credit on my account. That did not happen. Instead, I got a free pizza coupon sent to my email. Today, I went to use the coupon and order a pizza while at work for my co-workers and their kids today. This delivery was over an hour late as well. Then they gave me the WRONG PIZZA. I am very angry. I am understanding to a point, but now I am just pissed off. And the customer service with both stores is absolutely terrible. Alpharetta's store did give me the pizza for free today (but I had already had the coupon, so it was really just the 2 other sides for free that we got) but now that the pizza is wrong, they haven't offered to give us anything more. We're driving back up to the store ourselves to get the right pizza considering we have kids that were looking forward to the stuffed crust. I choose Pizza Hut because your food is quality, but now I am wondering if it's worth it if the staff is not. I can always go to Marco's. I just don't prefer it.

Hi my name is Jennifer metzger my boyfriend Rafeal just tried to order me food using his card for delivery and he was just asking the lady at, Daytona Beach store she was African American.. she was really rude to me and him about it. Who ever she is she needs to work better on her attitude if that's your manager good luck. Because she's rude. I'm very surprised you all hire people like that. All my man asked if he was allowed to use his card for me and she got in his face jewed him out about it. NEVER AGAIN. That's a restaurant not jail. She better get her attitude straight

Pizza Hut food poisoning!

I attended the darlington branch saturday with my partner and two children service was all over the place my partner and I had the 30 deal but got half and half pizza I had the chicken sizzler half.. Upon eating the pizza I didnt think anything of it reasonably presentable small for the price we were paying but seemed ok finished the meal only for the rest of the day/night I was having stomach pains only to then begin to throw up while I was at work all night then began experiencing sharp stabbing pains I rang 111 who advised me that I was experiencing food posioning to keep fluids going and keep and eye it has now been 3 days and I still cannot stomach anything just drinking find this appaling judging by the manager screaming at staff in the kitchen passing us to get orders didnt seem like the store was having a great day! Shame as I have attended pizza huts for years now with family and friends this has put me off thank you kayleigh wilkinson stockton on tees

Pizza Hut managers attitude towards making an order they misplaced.

I ordered online tonight and it said the order would be ready in 10 to 20 minuets. I show up around 15 and they say it's ready. They look for the order but can't find it. They ask if I can wait 10 minutes for them to make it and I agree. The staff was doing everything they could to accomidate me. Then the manager came to talk to me .I am not sure what her name was but I think it was Mara. She started trying to say that the pizza they had made up already were for me and that I was the reason the order was wrong. She then told the person making the pizza how to make what was written down and they put marinara on a spinach alferado pizza and no crust flavor on the supreme.She stopped helping and worked on something else while the staff helped me out the best they could. Another person behind me and their order was messed up too. The manager made no effort to fix the situation or make sure my order was correct even though she was responsible for it not being ready in the first place. I have always had good experiences here and the staff has always been great but the way the manager acted really got under my skin. I am a food service manager myself. I understand how you should and shouldn't act to guest especially when you mess up an order. My order number was 3170703205548001184317238

Pizza Hut lying employees and unreasonably late delivery

On a Monday night, I placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of wings (simple order) to be delivered (distance of 1.3 miles from the store). Everything was running smoothly. I had opted in to receive text message updates. At 7:45pm I received a message saying my order was out for delivery. 30 minutes later, no pizza. I called the store and spoke to a manager who let me know that the messages were on a timer to be sent out and that it wasn't indicative of the actual delivery and that it had just left the store. When the delivery guy finally arrived 5 minutes later, he apologized and stated that there were a lot of deliveries... not sure which lie to believe because my pizza and wings are ice cold. I will not be a returning customer.

Pizza Hut delivery fee charge

Hi my name is Mathew and i live in long island in 1527 Agate street and my problem is how high the delivery fee is. The summer deal that you guys currently have is 20.00 but with the delivery fee its 24.00 excluding a drink and dipping sauce. My total order was $27 which really upset me since i love your pizza but i pay to much for it please fix it

Pizza Hut food and service

Went to pizza hut in zanesville ohio with only 4 customers inside which 2 is us and we got crew in back crying about being busy and complaining loud enough that someone isnt here yet.we waited about 30 min for order to be taken which was garlic bread with cheese and bread sticks to start out . of course they messed up and put cheese on the sticks and i hate cheese on my bread would had them remake but probable just complain about it and toss more stuff across the kitchen then finally our pizza comes out it its the worst undone pizza ever wow this place has really went down hill but hey no one cares about it long as you make a dollar selling the trash they make here

Pizza Hut service and food

I ordered $101.53 and provided a $8.47 tip from the Collierville, Tn location. I immediately called the restaurant because my cheesy bites pizza was burned. The girl that answered said that is the way all of them look. She then said she was unable to refund my order and I would have to call her GM tomorrow. I asked how that worked when I ordered this food to feed my children because I'm home sick. She hung up on me. I called back and a man in the background said tell her we don't give refunds and if she calls again, we're calling the police. This made me very upset because at this point I am only trying to figure out how to feed my children. Calling the police only scares a criminal. I have done nothing wrong. I told her I would call the police for them because I am the one that ordered food that wasn't cooked properly. My pasta was dry, our wings weren't done, this is ridiculous. She said I didn't say that, he did but I'm telling you I can't give you a refund. I told her to come get all the food and give me my money back. She hung up again. I called back and they answered and hung up. I called again and she threatened me again with the police. I said all I want is my food corrected or a refund. I asked her if she wanted me to call the police because they were yelling at me and they stole my money tonight because I didn't get what I ordered. I asked her why she was yelling at me so loud and I'm the one that's not pleased. I asked for her name and the man in the background. She said I'm not giving you any names. I don't have to help you. I told her that I was a business owner here and I will be reporting this to the department of commerce and filing a formal complaint. I am a customer. I have never had to be so upset as a customer.

This restaurant should be closed. The general manager is obviously training the staff that they are right and the customer isn't. The first time I ordered from this location my order was wrong and they offered to fix it next time. I didn't think much of it and I have been ordering from Marco's and Papa John's ever since.

That girl that yelled and hung up on me was extremely disrespectful and ignorant. When a customer is treated that way it reflects on the brand. I will be passing out flyers in my subdivision and others to boycott this location, as well. This behavior will not be taken lightly.

I do expect a refund for this disgusting food and I will never order Pizza Hut for as long as I live.

Pizza Hut not what I ordered

I ordered a meat lovers pizza with stuffed crust. When the delivery guy came there was no stuffed crust. I called made a complaint they gave me store credit next time I wanted to order. I called them about 2weeks later they can't find it! The manager was rude didn't resolve my issue, told me to call next day so I could talk to manger.. Never talked to him, no returned phone call!

Pizza Hut bad managers

The store in Martinsville, Va has a manager by the name of Aron Lewis. This guy is a nutcase and needs mental help. His attitude is terrible. He refuses to cut on his Air conditioner for his bonus checks. I have heard the customers complaining about it. Spoiling the food. I have had a headache after eating there. I have heard him abuse his employees telling them his way is the only way. He does not need to be a store manager in our community anymore with this style of suffering induced philosophy . I'm sick of people like this getting over on a company and the customers. He is rude, arrogant, one sided and dangerous. I have contacted the health department and labor board in fear to what it is doing to our children and possibly spreading bacteria born illnesses throughout the area. This guy does not have any people skills and honestly uses fear tactics in the minds of employees and customers. I and others will continue to complain until he is removed from this store.

Pizza Hut customer service / manager and server

On Sat 7- 1- 2017, my family and I arrived at the Charlotte franchise at 9:50 pm, the door said they were open until 11:00 pm. We walked in, and right away the server had an attitude, and was unhappy we came in. As soon as we were setter, my daughter proceeded to order 2 large pan style pizzas with pork topping and mushrooms, PLUS a large hand tossed supreme. She also ordered a family size garlic cheese bread with ranch dressing and maI nara sauce. The server stated the marinara sauce would be COLD, when my daughter enquired why the sauce was cold, the server commented they were closing when we walked in. My daughter said the sign says 11:00, the server replied, THEY WERE GOING HOME EARLY, but she would make sure the sauce was hot. When the pizzas arrived, there was only the large pork topping, and one large Supreme, in a sarcastical voice the server asked if we needed anything else, when we asked about the second large pork topping, the girl infaticly stated, we had only ONE PORK TOPPING, AND ONE SUPREME. The server started arguing we neve ordered 2 large pork topping. When told other wise, she started to turn around, and said, she would go place the order. The servers name was Kendra, I do not know the managers name, not once did she come out to check on the problems. While waiting for our food, other people came to the door at 10:05, and were turned away because they had already locked the door so they didn't have to wait on any other customers.
Not Google management skill, and very poor server training. Very unhappy overall with my experience. We frequently go to this establishment, but it will be a while before I go back. Instead of thinking about going home early, they should thought about doing somecleaning

Pizza Hut hampton pizza hut needs something done.. nasty place

The Pizza Hut in Hampton South Carolina needs something done about them. The place is nasty, customer service is just terrible. The management is terrible. You go to dine in with your family (small kids) who are wanting pizza and you get turned away saying there isn't enough coverage when there are at least 6 employees sitting there doing NOTHING. You call into order pizza and they tell you that they are all out of dough. Seriously! Then when you do get an order the pizza is dripping with grease then the dough is old. And you get sick a few hours later from eating it. This is the only pizza place in our town. Something needs to be done with the management and staff there!

Pizza Hut internet order

I paid for a pizza online your company allowed me to use my last $20 on a pizza for my family for them to call me and say they don't deliver and being that I didn't have a ride they would have to cancel and refund my money yet I haven't received any cancellation receipt and me and my 3 kids go to sleep hungry I am going to the news because you really hurt my family this evening

if you could read you would see that it stated that they didn't have a ride to pick up the pizza not that they were lazy. Looks like you're the one that doesn't have anything better to do, im sure cps has better things to do than to go on a pizza hut complaint log and follow up on someone who was just trying to get pizza delivered. Oh but im sorry, im sure youve had a perfect life with no bumps in the road. People like you have no sense of reality.

Pizza Hut customer service

I recently(yesterday)placed an order at my local pizza hut for delivery. It had been 35 minutes and I kept checking the delivery tracker and it had only said that my order was received and hadn't even been in the oven yet..so I decided I'd call..I then spoke to Cameron who was very confused at Where my order was and put me on hold..when he came back on the phone he was very arrogant and argumentative with me about how they were backed up(it was220in the afternoon, not a busy time) he then told me that the delivery person would return within20minutes and then they would be in their way..I told him my pizza had already been sitting there 30min at least and by then it would be an hour..he got extremely cocky again telling me that he personally cut my pizza right before he got on the phone and argued about it..this was after he had no idea where my order was in the beginning..I told him why would I want a pizza that had been sitting there an hour if the delivery person wasn't going to even be there for20min why wouldn't you make a fresh pizza..he then continued to argue.i cancelled my pizza and got his name..I have never been talked to do rudely at this place..he shouldn't be working in customer service as he is representing your company in a really nasty way. I'm not sure if the store#but it's location is on Saginaw rd in midland Michigan.please email me back in regards to this.I'm really upset the way I was treated.

Pizza Hut delivery

Ordered pizza for lunch...waited and waited. Called 20 mins after email said it would be delivered and was told that the driver was turned away. Driver clearly was at wrong address and when I told this to shift manager she said that they would remake it and send it out again and give me a 20% discount. I'm now an hour and a half after I ordered and still they have to make it again and still charge me. That is stupid that she could only discount my order when the driver made a mistake and went to a wrong house. I'm angry and really hungry.

Pizza Hut bad customer service

placed an order online, delivery was with in 20 mins got the pizza and it was wrong, made first phone call in and the person that answered the phone tried blaming it on the delivery guy, waited 30 more minutes, still no corrected pizza delivered, called bk a second time, and what do you know, this fool don't know anything about my order being wrong, kept telling me my pizza was delivered correct, I had to repeatedly tell him the pizza was wrong, I mean I had the pizza in front of me. he argued with me for over 10 mins, this place is a disgrace. either get new management to fix this place up, and make sure orders are correct or shut the damn place down. this is not the first bad experience with this store, its happened multiple times, and no matter how much you complain to the manager, it does not ever get any better!

Pizza Hut delay to take order

Good day

It's been already about 25 mins since me and my mom took our seats, the servant gave us the menu and me as usual don't let okay at the menu because I know what I'm gonna eat since I'm a regular customer.

There's only one waitress and a lady at the counter

Is the branch is lack of workers? And it's very noisy mat the customers but the kitchen workers. There's about 4 families in the premise but the kitchen is even noisier with the staffs talking and shouting sometimes. I was sitting near the counter which is at the entrance but it's still noisy and very noisy

And we had to shift tables as well because the previous table we sat is said to be the place for keeping things. There was no labels mentioning so. And there's about 4-5 tables left uncleaned with eaten plates and used tissues

And our so called New plates were dirty and dusty together with the spoons as well

I really hope the authority take actions immediately and if this situation continues, they have to close the branch due to lack of professionalism in handling customers and running a branch
