Pizza Hut canceled my order twice

So a few weeks ago I ordered pizzahut from my brothers laptop paid for the order it said almost 2 hours so not even 10 minutes after placing the order we call to cancle it and the manager on duty said that it left so surprisingly we said ok cool we will wait, we even received the text saying it left! Fast forward 45 minutes later nothing so we cancle it and the same manager just says ok no problem without a care. Another week goes buy for the 50% offline we order online and pay for it, it says 40 minutes to and hour we say ok store calls me because I put in the wrong card number they get the new one then an hour goes by get another call saying the driver called me and I never answered wich is a complete lie! I even gave the bell number and the driver did neither. Then had the nerve to say he will bring it back but I have to wait 30 mins for cold pizza. I was not going to go back and forth with that pizza hut so I told them to cancle it, but I feel someone should hear a loyal customer voice. Pizza Hut pick up

My wife called in the order at 7pm, and stated by email that we would collect it at 8pm.

I arrived at 8pm and took delivery of the large supreme Pizza. The box was warm and my wife checked the Pizza in the car to make sure it was correct!

On arrival at our home ( 3 minute drive) we sat down immediately to eat the Pizza.
We were most disappointed to find that it was very dry and crispy. I can only assume that it had sat in the warmer for a while. It was tasteless, and I only eat a few pieces.

Sadly, this is not our first bad experience with Pizza Hut. A few weeks ago we ordered a Pizza (we always order the same type from our local Vienna Pizza hut) On collecting it, I found it to be a medium, instead of a large. I mentioned this to the worker behind the counter who said that the call would have been taken by the "call center" and anyway... it was the same price as the large! He gave me an option of waiting for another if I wished! I did not have 15 minutes to wait, so left with the medium Pizza.

I would appreciate a follow up on the above.

Pizza Hut service

My family went in there tonight to have pizza and breadsticks and salads. The services was HORRIBLE! I just went through this a few months ago at the same location. Someone needs to do something at the Chester Va Pizza Hut. They burnt my large pepperoni with pork pizza. Then the cheese pizza cane out thin and was suppose to be pan. Then my brother ordered a medium meat lovers and it NEVER showed up! We had to get up and ask for salad plates and ask for drink refills. Then we go to split the. Heck and the cashier was so confused I just told her to totally forget it and I paid for all of it. $50 some dollars wasted there tonight! Very unhappy to say the least.

Pizza Hut I am complaining about service

My family and I ate at the pizza hut in Taylor, Az. They did not ask if we needed refills on our drink. The workers did not acknowledge us and kept walking by our table to help people around us. Maybe because we are Navajo. It was not a great experience at all. Also my daughter went up to get a refill and they did not help her carry our drinks. We thought they would at least ask if we needed anymore help but no they did not..

Pizza Hut the the workers are treated

I have worked for Pizza Hut for almost a month as of two days ago I am no longer working there the manager Theresa accused me of stealing thanks and not logging out on it when I use my own cash out of my own pocket she is telling me that I have to pay back all the banks that she has misplaced I asked her to roll back the cameras and see who's taking Banks she said there are no cameras where she keeps the bank which is under a keyboard in the back where it is available to everyone she kept calling me a liar and a thief and I cannot work with somebody who calls me that in front of customers and in front of other employees staff especially when the ride did not take something my name is Joshua shanafelt you can reach me bad [protected] if you would please look into this matter

Pizza Hut carry out order

I arrived to pick up my carry out order that I placed online (medium pizza and 6 buffalo wings)at 11:05pm at your south academy location in Colorado Springs and all doors were locked. I attempted calling several times where the line was disconnected while I was on hold waiting for an answer. I knocked on both sets of doors with no answer, even though multiple employees saw and heard me knocking. I called a few more times while standing at the door to this location. I ended up calling your Star Ranch location in Colorado Springs and spoke with Manager Destry. He attempted calling the South academy location as well with no answer as well. Destry did offer me to come to his location but it was not an option for me. After 2 or 3 more call attempts I finally got answer. I was very upset at this point due to the fact I ordered pizza because I had spent the last 5 hours in a emergency vet office for my puppy with a broken leg and didn't have the energy to cook anything, I just wanted to go home. I have never felt so neglected as a customer until now. I try not to complain since I work in customer service but this was simply not something I was willing to ignore.

Pizza Hut working at pizza hut

The manager, David Simpson is the most hateful manager that I have ever had! He promised me that I would be trained and on my first day he screamed at me for everything! He is a egotistical redneck! He left me alone waiting tables on day one with a full dining room and I was the only waitress! I have never been a waitress before and I was so stressed. I stayed my shift and never returned! He is a dictator and I hated working for him! The store is in Wytheville, Va.

Pizza Hut dillon pizza hut service & quality of food

I place a telephone order ab 6:30pm & called back to resturant around 6: 45pm to confirm order the order was incorrect so the nxt order taker corrected my order i told me that my order wouldbe ready by 7:20. Arrived at store at 7:45 order was not ready and had to wait another 30 mins for my order. Called to the resturant 5 mins after leaving about garlic Knots, they tasted awfull, hadnot tasted the pizza until i got home, the manger was unfreindly about the situation. I will not call ahead and order from thier resturant.

Pizza Hut service and delivery

I ordered a couple pizzas and was told it would take 30 minutes for delivery. I ordered a supreme pizza with no sausage and hamburger.after waiting almost and hour and a half I called to see where my pizza was. The person on the phone told me that they had the wrong address. They delivered the pizzas that were cold and had sausage on them. I called them and the person on the phone was ver rude and I asked to speed with a manager. I heard the manager talking in the background be rude and told he to just send me out another pizza. I sat here for another hour and called back again. The manager told me that they delivered another pizza but I didn't open the door (no one came to the door. Me and my husband were waiting). The manager told me if I wanted my food then I would have to come and get it. At that point I had waited for over 2 1/2 hours for my dinner. I asked the manager for my money back. She was very rude and told me to come and get it. When I went down and got my money the manager then told me to never come back again. That was the Pizza Hut on sunset blvd in st george Ut . If that is how your customers get treated that's really sad.

Pizza Hut pizza

Pretty irritated. Ordered a pizza. Delivered wrong. Said it would be an hour to fix or we can "place a credit on your account so the next time you call it'll be there" cool. Called back. "we don't have a credit here" awesome job pizza hut. Thanks for taking my money and I still didn't get to eat the pizza. Basically just through money in the trash. And no, my bank account wasn't credited either. Great job all around.

Pizza Hut delivery

I ordered 3 large, two-topping pizzas from the Raymore, MO store on 7/13/17 at approximately 7:12 pm. I heard nothing at all from the store for almost 2 hours. At 8:45pm I called to check on my order and was given the following explanation, "deliveries have been crazy busy today. I'm sorry." That was it. The young lady on the phone then informed me that I was next to be dispatched. I finally got my order at 9:00pm. The pizza was not good. It tasted like it had been made shortly after I ordered and had sat beneath a heater for 2 hours. I spent $31 dollars and change on a meal that was, first of all, extremely late and secondly, not at all appetizing.

This is my first poor experience with Pizza Hut, but it is was bad enough that I'm unsure my children will eat it again.

Pizza Hut pizza

The pizza hut in pulaski tn... Is so sad... The past 2 times we have been there the pizza is so greasy it just drips off the pizza... You have to soak it off with napkins... I worked at this store years ago and know this is not how the food is suppose to be... But I can say they don't hardly do any business there any more and they definitely have lost ours... I am not one to complain but this is ridiculous

Pizza Hut the pizza

This is my second visit to pizza hut. The first they did not even get the pizza right so we were compensated with 3 free pizza coupons. Seeing as we had the coupons wth right might as well get out of cooking. I order the 3 free and get a 5.00 hot and ready. My son and I walked home and I ha ded out the pizzas to find 3 ok pizzas and one very overcooked pizza. This pizza should npt have made it into the box people. Whats funny about this is each time the pizza that was ruined was my husbands and I both times. So much for redemption there pizza hut. So much for quality because I was not aware jerkey pizza was on the menue.

Pizza Hut undelivered service

Placed a order online to Pizza Hut San Tan Valley, AZ and even talked to the Alex the girl working the phones. Upon arrival of delivery the driver asked for the credit card which was not there due to I ordered the pizza for my daughter and I was at work. I then called Pizza hut after finding out the issue and talked to the manager Christine and she said it had been policy for 10 years and I told her I can give you the number over the phone for verification. She said she would not take it. I told her she had lost a customer and will let everyone I know not to support pizza hut due to poor customer service. Never again!

Pizza Hut recent delivery order

Today at 12:58 pm est I ordered two pizzas and chesse sticks. The website said delivery was running 35 mins. This store is right around the corner from us and is always dead. They took over an hour to even get to my house and when they did my cheese sticks are so hard from them sitting that I cannot even eat them. Both my pizzas have horrible hard cheese on top. I am SO dissapointed as I order from this store all the time and won't be ever again. They are so dead all day everyday it's no excuse for an order to take over an hour with an 8min oven. I will be filing a complaint with the store manager aswell.

Pizza Hut manager sandra johnston

Look my wife Danielle Herndon (nester) works at Pizza hut in belpre ohio... The manage Sandra at this store has told all employees that they are not allowed to take my wife to work or take her home from work she has them scared of being fired if they do now I think this is complete [censor] my wife goes to work everyday has not missed...she walks 3 miles to get there bc of this Sandra [censor] and then had to walk home at 1030 pm what the [censor] would happen if something has to happen to her I know what I will do I will sue pizza hut for not doing anything about this there is absolutely no reason that a co worker can not take her to work or bring her home I expect a response immediately or I will go public with this I will go to the papers the news station...I am sick of my wife being treated like this for no reason she goes to work she does her job she does not miss has never called off she goes in on her days off if they need her...I suggest something gets done about this immediately you can call and talk to my wife at [protected] I will be waiting for a phone call or email within a reasonable time frame

Pizza Hut deceptive cost of pizza.

1st time to Pizza Hut in magee, ms. We asked what the special was. Tatyuna told my wife and I that we could get 2 med pizzas with any toppings for 6.99 each with 1 exception being extra cheese being an additional charge. We ordered 2 of them with everything except jalapeños, peppers and pineapple. Some 10 min or so later she came to see what we wanted to drink. When she returned with our drinks she informed us that there would be an extra charge because of all the topping. She explained that after she applied a $24.61 coupon that our pizzzas were gonna be $18.95 tax included. That's about $8.75 per pizza not $6.99. At this point we were 20-30 min into our dining experience and didn't want to seek out another place to eat. We paid their price however this is an extremely deceptive practice and a poor dining experience. Oh yeah the fountain drink machine has been broken for 2 weeks. Pizza Hut service

I am staying at the Hampton Inn at 1651 5th street Harvey, LA and so I looked up the closest Pizza Hut near my location and called to order a pizza for the family and after telling the very rude girl the address to the hotel she told me that they do NOT delivery to the hotel and that I would have to call the other Pizza Hut in Marrero and so she hung up after telling me I called the other Pizza Hut and again she was very rude and after I gave her the address she told me the same and they do NOT delivery to this hotel and so I asked her which Pizza Hut delivers to this hotel she told men she didn't know and said for me to figure it out. I am not ever going to order from Pizza Hut again. I will order from dominos and even if the pizza isn't as good, the service is actually 10 times better. Pizza Hut poor customer treatment and never delivered

To Whom it May Concern,

Last night I placed an order over the phone for a large two topping pizza with the store on (1991 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99701) as a gift for co-workers... I spent a cumulative 30 some minutes ordering a pizza that never arrived. I first made the call around 10:30pm Monday night and wouldn't actually complete the order until closer to 11:10. I was handed off to a couple different phone receptionists who frequently placed me on hold for 3-4min and forgot about me. Two times I would hang up and call back only to have the same person answer and put me back on hold. Granted, being busy is a possibility, but as a customer, I felt they did not value my time or my business during the calls.

After I patiently waited and emailed over my credit card and driver's license information, I finally placed my order in the amount of $26.98. I made sure the receptionist wrote down the delivery instructions on how to get inside the facility to which she acknowledged, said it would be between 45min to an hour, and we parted ways. I would check in with the place of delivery a few hours later, around midnight, and to my surprise, they had not received it. Now I was beyond agitated. I had not received a phone call asking to clarify or report that the pizza could not be delivered... DID IT EVER LEAVE THE STORE? Or did the driver just give up? The fact that I never received a call saying, "Hey, we never could find the business, can you help me out here?", just shows how business is unappreciated with this store...

I am disappointed in the quality of service I received and the unfortunate ending result, to which I am not surprised... Poor customer service and a product that was never delivered. This was my first and my last time doing business with this location. I request my full purchase amount be reimbursed.

Pizza Hut pizza

I placed an order online for delivery. Our pizza was cold and soggy as well as the order was not even right we was suppose to get a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks instead we got a cheese pizza and breadsticks. They only thing we got that was right was the supreme pizza and wings. I was very dissatisfied and will not order online from them again.
