Good Morning,

I have a Pizza Hut account and had placed the above online order. I reached the location at 11.00 am. That's when the person tells me that they are out of "chicken topping" and it would take 10-15 minutes. I preferred to wait.

Finally I get the pizza at 11:30am, after waiting for 30 minutes. They could have called and notified me since my phone number was given while placing the order.

After reaching home I notice that the pizza was totally different (please see picture enclosed).

First, it was fried chicken topping instead of grilled chicken. I was not told that they were putting fried chicken as the topping. Was only told it would take 10-15 minutes for preparing.

Second, I had ordered garlic parmesan sauce but instead they put marinara sauce. I can surely make out the difference because I order pizzas with garlic parmesan sauce on a regular basis and also I don't like marinara sauce.

Third, I saw that the cook preparing the pizza had no hand gloves on. I believe that this is a mandatory thing according to Health Dept in all food chains.

I was a regular customer at this location but I am terribly disappointed!

Look forward to hear from you on what you will be doing to fix this.

Pizza Hut pizza order

On June 22, I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with pork sausage, jalapeños, light sauce and the other double pork sausage, light sauce. If you see my account with Pizza Hut, it shows I order light sauce. I called them about my order, transferred to a manager and he basically said, he had made them himself and they did not have sauce like I was saying. When I asked them that I could send a picture, call was disconnected or they hung up. Felt that he was saying I was a liar. I'm attaching a picture of what my pizza looked like. Pizza Hut customer service

Ordered a pizza online at 1015 e brakerln, austin, tx, received an email it would be ready 15-25 mins. When I first checked it wasn't ready. Had my mom pick it up but when she got home with it, 2 mins away, it looked like an old pizza, probably one somebody ordered and didn't pick it up. I ordered a pepperoni and beef the beef tasted like sausage or pork substitute, it was not beef... It was dry, the cheese was dried up, had no garlic rub on the crust as I requested. When my mom returned it and ask for her money back, the rude cashier said he couldn't give her her money back. She had paid with her debit card, so she left the pizza on the counter and told them she was gonna dispute the charge. When I heard this I called and ask for the manager and some guy said he was the manager, who was basically told me I wasn't getting a refund, have a great day and hung up the phone. The fat guy who sold the pizza told my mom the manager was a lady, so who was this guy, probably the other man who was there at the time she returned the pizza. I can't believe this is what they call "good customer service". A customer should be satisfied with their food and if not, gladly offer a refund or at the customer's request. I took a picture of the pizza and will post it to every online complaint/review of this pizza hut location so customers will know don't order from here, they have bad customer service and their pizzas are not fresh (at least mine wasn't) or maybe they sell/deliver customers old stale pizzas that customers order and didn't pick up. It this has to be heard in small claims court, it will because if this is piza huts customer satisfaction policy, consumers need to hear about it.

Pizza Hut my pizza had plastic in it and manager “mark” hung up on me

Hello,

I ordered online from a Pizza Hut here in Jacksonville, North Carolina 28546. The location of this Pizza Hut is 1301 Gun Branch Rd. I order a big box with 3 pizzas in it, 2 salads, and an order of breadsticks. I spent over $40 on this food, I was expecting to have no issues with it. I have guests over at my house and one of them bit into my veggie pizza and found a long stringy piece of plastic in it. I called this Pizza Hut to complain and the first girl, nice girl, can't remember her name just told me to hold on and put someone else by the name of Mark on the phone. Well Mark, HUNG UP ON ME! So I called back, the same girl answered the phone and ended up hearing my complaint and had me send a picture to her managers phone and this time, his name was Adam. They offered to either send out another pizza or give me credit, I took the credit, however, I find it extremely rude that "Mark" hung up on me after hearing my complaint!

Pizza Hut I am complaining about their management

On june 8th 2018, I walk in and just before I clock in a lead employee tells me not to clock in? I ask why? And they say it has been slow! So when do I clock in? They say just wait out there in the lobby with the customers? So I walk outside and call the store manager he does not answer! I then texted him, why if you didn't need me at work why didn't someone call me and we don't need you, can you come in later or don't come in? I live around 20 miles away so it is a 40 mile trip. Then 9 june 2018, I have to go see my lawyer in hammond la. Which is about a 35 miles trip which is 70 miles round trip. I call the store manager and say I don't have enough gas because I had to made an unexpected trip to the lawyers office on some very important paper work for him to look over. He gets mad (so you are telling me you are not coming to work?) I don't have enough gas to come to work and deliver pizza's. Well need to have a talk! So he puts out the schedule on monday the 18th of june 2018, he puts me down there on the 21st of june 2018, for one hour!. So I texted him I am not coming in for an hour and that we are done. Another thing that happen a few days before the the 8th of june 2018, I told the store manager that heard a rumor! While I was in another business down the street from pizza hut? I was leaving the place of business (I hear the employee state that "they are going to fire him on tuesday" so turned around and looked and he was looking straight at me and I turned and left the business. We had this conversation on the phone "you went outside the store talking about store business" I told him in my farewell text "that you, or someone in your staff told them that I did not say anything to them. I recommend that you don't go to work for these people!

Pizza Hut delivery order, cold food, and incorrect time of delivery.

On 06/19/18, my family and I ordered pizza as we do often from Pizza Hut. Our local Pizza Hut is a hit or miss, you never know how good it will actually be. I placed the order online and received a text that our order was on its way. About 60-70 mins later we received our food. I mentioned the text we got about our food being out for delivery must have been a mistake, which I wasn't complaining about at all, since we are only 5-10 mins away and he said yes ma'am that was not an error I left the store and was called back to the store to get another order and delivery it first because it was closer. So our order had been sitting in the bag for an hour?

I know it doesn't mean much when one customer out of millions complains and say they won't order again, but I work really hard for my family and want to be able to treat them by ordering pizza every now and then. I guess I am just disappointed in the fact that when we received our food cold and I had to bake it in the oven myself to re-heat it and pizza ain't cheap. I did not call the store because at this point it was almost 2 hours since we ordered and my family was hungry.

Pizza Hut delivery

I'm seeing you are doing hot spots and repaying roads and yet I still can't get a pizza delivered to my house? I unfortunately have to order a competitors cause they deliver? How's is this possible, I don't live in B, F, E, my address is 2090 2nd st Englewood Florida 34223 if you could address the situation I would greatly appreciate it I like to start ordering Domino's again

Pizza Hut lobby

This Pizza Hut is my favorite Pizza. But last night we went in to have a family dinner and the air conditioner was broke and it was too hot to even eat. It made our whole evening bad. We were not able to eat and enjoy our family. It's bad when it's cooler outside in the summer. I do hope you will fix this so we can continue to plan other dinners there!

Pizza Hut services

On 06/19/2018 I went to Pizza and order meat lovers. The prize in the menu is 14.99 but the cashier charge me an extra $1 as a tip. His name is Jonathan 026620 . Then when I ask if I can have a parmesan cheese he gave one packet. His customers service needs an improvement. He needs to learn to acknowledge customer and at least smile. I love pizza hut but it doesn't encourage me to go back again. There is so many competitors where I can go and enjoy my Pizza and not ruining my day off.

Pizza Hut bad quality pizza from pizza hut

Ordered a pizza from your franchise in Rawalpindi Pakistan today. And it was the worst tasting, pathetic quality, and sickening to the stomach, embarrassing for my guests, waste of my money and totally waste of time and energy...I don't have words to describe the sickness these mother [censored] are selling. Please don't let these pathetic [censored] pakistanis run this business. SHAME ON PIZZAHUT for not ensuring quality standards in FOOD that is supposed to be nutritious and fun time for human consumption. [censored] this [censored]

Pizza Hut dough

The wait time for my pizza is too long and sometimes they extend the time by half an hour! Once I get the pizza it looks like [censored] honestly. On 6/17/2018 I placed another order hoping that this would be better than the last and no surprise it tasted extremely sour since they let the dough ferment. They usually never make the pizzas I order this bad.

Pizza Hut unacceptable customer service

I placed an online order for 2 large 2 topping pizzas at 12:50. The pizzas were to be ready by 1:10 pm. We did not receive the pizzas until 1:40 pm! The employees were working extremely slow and they did not appear to care that there were only 3 customers in the building waiting at that time.
Our pizzas were not hot when we purchased them and there was no apology for the extended delay of service! We will not be returning to this location EVER again!

Pizza Hut el campo tx pizza hut

I am very upset at the service, and quality of the food at this el campo pizza hut. I am a resident of el campo, so we eat there every few weeks for the lunch buffet and also dinner. Today my co-worker and I went to the buffet for lunch, and there was no pizza. Myself and about 15 other people waited for 20 minutes for them to restock. We waited 10 minutes to get our drinks. The manager brought out 3 pizzas, and as he was carrying them I noticed his fat rolls were in the pizza he was carrying. Absolutely disgusting. Since there was such a line the pizza was gone in a matter of seconds, so here I wait again. When another waitress brought the pizza out I noticed her fingers in the pizza as well as her fat rolls touching the ones she was carrying. I paid and left. One time before we stood at the front counter for 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then when we finally get seated and ate, an hour and a half later I stood at the counter to pay (because she never came around to hand me the check) and the girl had her ear buds in listening to music. She couldn't hear me and didn't even take them out. What kind of business is this? The tables are sticky, as well as the menus. There are signs up everywhere saying beer on tap, but the taps haven't worked in over a year. Why are the signs up? All of the work stations are filthy. Do the owners not give a [censored] about their business this much? My name is matthew bena. Pizza Hut service/product

I went a couple of weeks ago to Pizza Hut in Bonham, TX. I had called my order in and they told me how low it would take. I arrived and my order was still not ready and there was others in there waiting as well. I was looking in the cooking area and there was a worker that was wearing slides without socks. I'm sorry but that is nasty not to mention unsafe. On 6/17/2018 a friend of mine entered the same location and the manager got into it with a customer and the law had to be called. Her order was all wrong and she said that it was an awful experience. I would hate to see this location to close. They need better management in this location. The day that I went the manager was there. She isn't much of a manager. I hope to see something done.

Pizza Hut non-delivery lost order

June 17, 2018,
I ordered a veggie lovers pizza for delivery to my home from the Dahlonega, Ga store. After an hour and half of waiting, I called the store and the person answering the phone said that the delivery was on the way but there were four other deliveries in that trip. I was told to call back in half an hour if I didn't have my pizza. I called the store again one hour later and cancelled my order since the pizza still hadn't arrived. They looked through the order forms but didn't find one. They apologized to me, but I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future. Still angry.

Pizza Hut food

We ordered on line the 7.99 large pizza special. Picked our pizzas up on Main st in joplin mo. I couldn't belive it when I got them home. One was a mushroom and pork sausage there were hardly anything on this pizza you could actually see more crust than anything. The other one was pepperoni and pineapple there were only 7 pieces of pineapple on the whole thing. I have called in the past and the people are just rude. So this is the LAST order I will ever place with Pizza Hut. I am asking all my friends and family to PLEASE consider any other restaurant to order from also. To bad because before it sold they had the best pizza and customer service. Now they don't care after they get your money they could care less.

Pizza Hut pizza

I just ordered a pizza about an hour ago and they got the order wrong so i called and the put me on hold 2 times and the third time they hung up on me and i was promised a call back from the manager but i never got one. I paid 51 dollars for the order for them to get it wrong . They didnt review the order and hung up vety quickly so i didnt even know how much it was.

Pizza Hut service

We went to Pizza Hut tonight. When we came I'm, there were only a few people. After we were seated, two groups came in today. There were 15+ in each group. The server immediately began arranging tables and chairs for these groups. We were patiently waiting for her to come wait on us. I finally got her attention and asked for menus. She brought them and we asked for drinks. She went behind the counter and began waiting on some of the people in the group who wanted 2 liter drinks. We were completely ignored. We sat there around 10 more minutes and left.

We love the pizza at Pizza Hut and go often. I don't know if we will go again. I am not so much complaining about the server as the lack of servers. Shenwasbthe only server. I know she was overwhelmed.

I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Pizza Hut customer service

I went to the dumfries Virginia location where I have been ordering for atleast 3 years but over the past year I have seen more then enough changes in this location. I tried to call n place an order for pick up after calling a total of 6 times and getting no answer over a 45 minute period I gave up and went in for carry out to order 2 pan pizzas pepperoni and cheese after waiting about 30 minutes a employee dressed in civilian clothes with her boyfriend both high out of their mind came in and went into the kitchen proceeded to come out and she place her own order and did not pay when the young man there asked her for her money for the order she laughed at him after seeing that I complained about her going into the kitchen dressed as she was and the young man up front said he didn't know what to do because he was new I finally got my order after about an hour wait and when I got him the order was completely wrong I received one pan pizza and one garlic something crust that was disgusting or course I tried to call to complain but they turned the phone off AGAIN

Pizza Hut wings

I order delivery about three times a week but today was my last time. I ordered 6mild wings when they got here I grabbed one and but in to it I had to spit it out because they tweed rotten and smelled disgusting. I'm not one to ever call and complain but I don't want anyone to get sick so I called and ask to speak to the manger I don't know her name because ell she said was "hello I am the manager" I told her she said ma'am I can assure they are not bad she got super deffenaove arguing that they were not bad I kept telling her I'm smelling them you are not she said I'll give you credit but they are not bad. I was trying to preven another customer from getting sick or complaining but your manager tonight did not care and your wings are spoiled! I can let you view my pizza account so that you can see that tonight you lost a loyal customer from many many years! I hope NO ONE gets sick!
