Pizza Hut no pizza hut willing to deliver

I live in downtown Denver Colorado, and no Pizza Hut wants to deliver because every time I ask for a delivery (We're sorry, no Pizza Huts in your area. Please switch to carryout). That's absolute garbage! I even have coupons mailed to me every freaking week and I can't even use them because I can't get delivery?! That's such terrible service! You guys used to be my favorite, but not anymore. You lost my service permanently.

Pizza Hut online order for delivery

Last night I made an online order for delivery with my debit card go charged $29.93 and minutes later i called the store to order something else no one answered. Then the manager "Jasmine" called me to let me know they cancel my order. She first said because they weren't doing deliveries then because the cook left early then I asked if I can pick it up she said to charge me again because she canceled my order. I called the next day to ask about my refund and "Emily" the manager told me that no Jasmine works there I explained the whole situation she told me there was another manager working there last night I asked for the name and she refused to give it to me that it was not necessary but I told her I wanted to make a complaint so it was just the name of the manager that canceled my order and supposedly helped me out. She was being very rude and ended up hanging up on me.

Pizza Hut large pan pizza, pepp, onion, mushrooms, xtra cheese ticket #0026 tyrone pa amber 033344

The pizza and the garlic balls were not done! bottom of the pizza was still white, very disappointed, will not be going back. thank you for your time. Im highly upset to pay that kind of money for a good product and to be disappointed when I got home. and the price of gas cant afford to ne running all over gods creation.so I don't believe my family or close friends will be returning to pizza hut

Pizza Hut marinara sauce tasting different

I order pizza yesterday May 23 at the Pizza Hut that's on Oceanside blvd in Oceanside California and i got marinara sauce and it tasted like there was liquor in it . It was bubbling but when i called Pizza Hut to tell them about it because it didn't taste like marinara or smell like it they told me maybe it was heated up but it would be still bubbling after 15 minutes. It made me sick to my stomach and I'm a pregnant at the same time.

Pizza Hut the manager at pizza hut s. c

The pizza hut in chester s.c is not ran properly the manager ms.roan howze has a nasty mouth and is rasict she talks to her employees any kind of way and treats them any kind of way my food was cold me and my family sat there and just waited and watched she made the lil young white girl do all the cleaning and talked junk to her while her and the other lil black girl laugh i heard roan say we not doing nun she is thats not right for a manager to act that way at all and treat her employees and customers dat way sum needs to be done with her im a spread the word for no one to go eat there this is sad

Pizza Hut product and service

The last time I ordered from my location (1930 Fry Rd, Katy Texas 77449) I had a hair on one of my pizzas. I called and spoke with a manager and he gave me a $15 credit. I used that credit today but when I showed up my order wasn't ready. When the lady hands it to me I let her know it's incomplete. She checks and let's me know to give her a minute. She comes back to let me know it'll be a minute. I asked to speak with a manager. I wait about 7 minutes and another young lady comes up and ask if I've been helped. Again, I asked to speak with the manager. Again, I wait and another 5 minutes pass and the lady gives me the missing pizza. By this time I've waited over 10 minutes for the manager and by that time my order was 40 minutes late. I tell her that I still want to speak with a manager and she politely says " I'm sorry, ok". Finally the manager comes a couple of minutes later and asked " yes, can I help you?" I mentioned to him that I've been waiting for him for over 10+ minutes and he replied very sarcastically " you and 20 other people ". I mention to him that's not something to be proud of. He just shrubs his shoulders and says "ok, can I help you with something". I tell him about my order being late, about the reason why I had a credit to begin with about the hair on my pizza and I bring it up to him how he's standing next to his partner handling food with no hairnet on or food handling gloves on. Let me mention that he was the only one wearing food handling gloves on, no one was wearing them. Also, only one young lady had a hairnet on as well. He continues to just answer me again sarcastically "ok, how can I help you?" Again while he shrubs his shoulders. I asked him if this is how he treats his customers ? I didn't get a response, just a stare. By this time I'm obviously upset, I have my youngest son with me and he's having to experience this kind of rudeness. I tell him that I will contact corporate and send the picture that I took of him standing next to his partner while he's handling the pizza with no hairnet or gloves on and on him. He tells me " ok, thank you" and I just drive away. I obviously was not getting anywhere with this manager. He could have handled this in a whole different manner. He did not have to be that rude. I wasn't asking for any kind of credit or anything. I just wanted to point out my concerns, specially being the fact that I had a hair on my pizza the last time. I've been ordering pizza from this location for over a year since we moved to Katy, Texas and never really had a problem until recently. I will never order from this location again. I prefer Pizza Hut over your competitors (Dominoes) but I will go where my money is appreciated.

*** the last picture was from my previous order on May 9th. If you look closely you can see the hair baked on underneath the pepperoni.

Pizza Hut delivery

I'm highly upset that I placed a order online this is the second time this has happened where I tried to place for delivery which I should be able too because I have a new born and I am unable to go drive to pick up the pizza. So I called to make sure my online order was made for delivery and I was told they aren't taking delivery orders any more because of the wait which was 1 hour I was okay with waiting but apparently it was not an option I asked what time so y'all close they said 10:45 it's 9:00 when I called so they weren't able to take delivery orders for an entire hour and half that's ridiculous because no where online does it state they have a cut off time ! !

Pizza Hut service & lunch buffet

This is the second time I have been in the pizza hut on virginia ave.in tifton, ga.
I have never experienced such s-o-r-r-y service both times. 2 weeks ago I went in around 5:15pm. Did not get good service. The so called "manager" had her son and was babysitting him, therefore, her mind was on him and trying to discipline him.. The cook was heavy bearded and was the cook. His beard was exposed. If I ever go in again, I will call the health inspectors and the manager was not paying attention to anything but him and her son she was babysitting. This should not go on in a place of food service. Again your cook was very unsanitary.. Today (5-23-18) went in for what they called pizza buffet. Had to wait to be seated, plenty of seating was available. Finally was seated, nothing hardly on buffet. They had sorry pizza, no bread sticks, no cinnamnon sticks, only pizzas that was on the buffet was bbq chicken, pineapple and ham, cheese and pepperoni. They never had a variety of anything thin and crispy with any kind of beef. Also asked for bread sticks twice, they finally put them out but I had to leave, I sat there 45 min. Waiting. The management of this pizza hut needs to be replaced. Need to look at your revenue and should show you how sorry your pizza hut in tifton really is. I should not have paid for lunch, because it was awful. While sitting there waiting for pizzas to be put on buffet, waitress got her a plate and served herself while tables needed to cleaned and customers needed to be served. You have poor management and sorry employees who do not care about customers. Domino's do not treat there customers the way your employees treat customers. Need to send a person in and don't let them know pizza hut sent them and you will see why your customers are complaining. Note if I ever go in there again and the cook has beard uncovered I will call the health inspectors in tift county immediately, so unsanitary, also cashier needs to wash hands after handling money, before she goes into the cooking area or drink area. When I left she never said how was everything, thank you. Come again. Just grabbed mya money.

you need new management
get employees that know how to take care of a nasty, heavy beard when cooking.
need better planning for your buffet if it is to continue
if you do not want to serve good pizza on your buffet, quit having one

Pizza Hut pizza

I paid 32.33 for 2 MEDIUM carryout pizzas. The guy came in right after me and asked about specials. They told him a LARGE carryout pizza any way he wanted it was $10.99. My complaint is why couldn't the employee inform me of the special, or some type of sign in the store advertising the special? So instead of getting 2 MEDIUM pizzas I could of got 2 LARGE pizzas and save 10 dollars. Taught me a lesson ask about specials before ordering

Pizza Hut uncooked pizza

I ordered 2 pizzas, with special requests, crispy please, when the pizzas came they were not only not crispy but was not fully cooked. I called and explained my situation and I would give them the pizzas back and want a refund. I was informed the driver from the Pizza Hut I ordered from on altamont ave, Schenectady, NY would bring my refund. This location is less then a mile from my house. I called about 3 times waiting and it was about over a hour and half before the driver showed up. Now it was a Tuesday not a weekend and when my wife drove by this location getting food somewhere else as I waited back at the house for driver to come she clearly saw delivery cars in the lot. After this experience I won't be ordering from company.

Pizza Hut customer service

this is the second time I order pizza from the Scott Louisiana location and the pizza arrives over two hours late. the manager who said her name was Sherry they proceeded to be extremely rude and then I talked to Hunter who then told me if don't like it to go else where. this is beyond ridiculous. we are spending our money to keep this store running and this is how they treat their customer's

Pizza Hut order not delivered

On 5/20/2018. We Stopped in Osceola Arkansas. Stayed at local motel. Called Pizza Hut for pizza delivery. Person taking order was inefficient. She said she was new on the job. So I was patient. Said 45 min for delivery
I think that is too long but agreed because it was my only choice. After over an hour I called back. They did not answer the phone. A corporate rep answered. But I did not have the info they needed to follow up. I called back again to check on delivery status. They finally answered. Told me they had no record of my order. I did not want to place a second order. By now it is late and I was upset that we would not be getting to eat. I got No apologies or offer of compensations..That is 2 for 2 on bad experience at Pizza Hut. We do not have branch in my hometown. I will not seek out Pizza hut in my travels in the future. I guess Pizza Hut does not want business from travelers. Or care about negative advertising. Because I will definitely tell others about the bad experience. Next time I will get gas station pizza.. Good or bad. At least I won't go hungry

Pizza Hut unprofessional service

Lexington missouri pizza hut on monday may 21 2018 around 9:15 I order a pizza online an I drove 10 miles after my sons baseball practice to pick up my carry out order that I place. An when I got there the lady working that look to be 170lbs med brown hair with glasses an short bangs to men she did not make my pizza that I was there to pick up for my son cause I order a pizza 2weeks ago online for delivery an did not pay for it an that night I could not pay for that pizza an I talk to the man an said my money was missing from my wallet that I left in my car an I was very sorry... An he said no problem... After that issue I have order an pick up pizza from that location with no problem until tonight. My son was hungry an I would like someone to talk to her about how she handle this the wrong way an i'm very disappointed in this company on the type of people that work there an that they would treat me an my son the way they did an oh would like something done in this matter to try to fix this issue... I have documents online on when I order an be for an after an tonight's order I try to buy...in so surprise on how me an my family was treated... Pizza Hut late delivery and bad customer service for mgr

On May 19, 2018 i called and placed an order i was told it would be 55 minutes late which was no problem. Well Once i reach the 60 minutes i called back and i was told i need to wait an additional 15 minutes until anything could be done and ask for a manager. I did. The order was 17 minutes late. I called back and asked to speak with a manager while i was waiting my husband went to the door and it was the order. The driver stated " Please feel free to give a tip" not that i apologize for arriving late with your order. Young lady by the name of Aaron (hum) came to phone I explained what happened and what the driver said her exact words were " That has nothing to do with your order being late" what ? I said yes i am aware of that but pizza hut allows the type of behavior from the driver she stated no he is not suppose to ask that question but anyway I can give you a 3.00 back. WOW poor customer service on both ends. customer service is what keeps businesses open.

Hi who care at pizza hut, I been going to this pizza store for 9 years the last one is mind boggling. I try to order the box dinner it come with 2 medium pizza and chicken alfredo pasta and breadsticks, he told me ok, what you want on the first and the second pizza told, then he ask what past I told him I need chicken alfredo, then I hair a lady told him we sold out of dinner box. I never hair this before and it is 6:45pm, the I told him can have medium pizza cheese and chicken alfredo and breadsticks. The total is the same price of the dinner box. When I get there I told her my name she gave me the total I look at the pizza there is no marinara sauce, told her where is the marinara sauce she says do not come with it, I told her I been coming her 9 year I never hair about the bread stick dose not come with the marinara sauce
she says my name Darlene do you want me to split for you < I quote>. I Just took over this store the bread stick do not comes with marinara sauce.

Pizza Hut pizza order

I ordered pizzas yesterday as we are moving and needed food. I ordered boneless wings and the 2 two topping pizzas. We special ordered 1 of them. Half beef and half bacon with mushrooms and black olives. I was charged extra for it plus the meat lovers for the 2nd one. Now we stopped ordering from pizza hut a year ago because we have had several times where our food was not as ordered. So I'm extremely upset that I paid extra for another order. We didn't call the store this time because they have never made it right in the past. Being from KS where we got great pizzas from PH to moving here to Henderson NV and getting crappy pizza has prompted me to look for another pizza place.
Especially since I am sure this complaint will go unacknowledged.

Pizza Hut waited for 1 hour inside for 1 horribly made pizza

My name is Jude Estrade, I attached a screenshot files of my order information From Pizza Hut. I am very displeased With the horrible service. I actually was told it would be done it at 7:45 And I had to wait inside for 1 hour after getting there Only to receive one pizza that wasn't even made Well. It looks like more employees was much needed. The actual franchise owner most likely is being very cheap and not stand up to code. I am asking for a full refund or To receive the same pizza made again.

Pizza Hut no stuffed crust, high price for 1 pizza, wait time

Last Night, 19 May 2018, Me and my Family wanted a couple Stuffed Crust Pizzas. We went to Our Local Pizza Hut at 8pm. Location on Terry Pkwy, Terrytown, Louisiana.
First off, NO STUFFED CRUST PIZZAS AVAILABLE! So, called my Wife, she and the Kids aren't Happy now, and don't want Pizza anymore! So, I am going to Order 1 for myself, and get them something else. I Ordered a 4 Topping Large Pizza came to $24 somehow? I thought to myself..."I could have gotten 3 Little Cesar's Stuffed Crust Pizzas ($9 Each) for almost that, or 3 Three Topping Large At Dominos which are $8.50 Each when Picked Up! Then, they said it would be 15 Mins, and was close to or at 30 mins when I finally got it. I have had it with Pizza Hut! That is the Only Location around my City Of Belle Chasse, La. and they Do Not Deliver to Belle Chasse! TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!
