We have always been loyal customers at our Pizza Hut here in Keyser, WVa. And have had some small problems no too much to worry about. But today was not one of them. 10/18/2017. We had ordered two medium pizzas and had added a few more toppings. Our Pizza Hut doesn't deliver so we have to go pick it up. When we get hone and opened them up the sauce, cheese & toppings was only so far up the pizza. About 2 inches from the crust. The crust was burnt and hard.

On 10/17/2017 delivery driver Chris seemed very disobedient, noncompliant, and borderline racist. The store that delivers to my area is addressed as, 1840 East Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, Nevada 89104, telephone number [protected]. The phone call I received from him was made nearly 10 minutes after he pulled into the wrong parking lot. I asked that he approach me on the sidewalk, directly in front of the entrance of my apartment complex, where I stood, so that I may pay and tip him. He ignored my instructions, sat a moist drink atop the complexes electronic login tracker and tossed the food around as he called several associates to render a personnel able to input credit card information instead of accepting the cash I have. After I finally spoke to a Pizza Hut associate, he yelled out random obscenities as he typed in his phone while I gave out credit card information to his in store co worker and nearly grabbed my phone as I spoke to the associate over the phone. My order number was 3171017195208001181026614. I will contact the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive an email or call back.

and I had recently ordered a Big Dinner Box
They messed up my whole order.
I had told them no Onions on my pizza and they didn't listen to me and I broke out in hives from an allergic reaction to the onions.
on my second pizza order, they added meat and I didn't order that, then when I returned the box dinner they refused to give me a refund or make things right.
They were rude to me.
If you have allergies to certain ingredients, you certainly should look at the pizza before eating it.
How did you return the dinner? Was it that same day with the item with you and your receipt?

I placed an online order. Upon pick up a lady was on the phone with a customer while two others were on break outside. After about 10 mins on the phone she hung up and I acknowledged her while she was on the phone, so she saw me waiting. Immediately after she hung up she NEVER acknowledged me and went to the back to do I have no idea what. I waited another 5 minutes and left due to her not saying a word to me. This was the worst service I’ve ever had and I was very upset.

Place an delivery order @ 3:45pm received my order at 7:15pm was told that they were short of drivers this is totally unacceptable. My order was called into the pizza hut at 15002 ella blvd #18 houston tx 77090 ticket #58 server ISCC. Total purchase was 35.70

deceiving advertising
Your commercial regarding the 2 topping $7.99 pizza delivered, is very deceiving. I am disabled and normally order this as an online special and go and pick it up. Saturday the 14th of October, I wasn't feeling well and had saw this commercial on tv. I got online to place my order and at checkout was advised that the total has to be over $10.00 for delivery. I believe mine was $9.99. At this point, I had to add something to my order in order to have it delivered. I added a $5.99 brownie and now my total came to $18 and some odd cents. Because I am on a very fixed income, I wouldn't normally do this, but of course by this point I was very hungry for your pizza. I am a regular customer and love your pizza. I just wanted to let you know that I think your advertising of this is very wrong. I believe that I deserve a refund based on the misrepresentation of delivery option for this special.

messed up order.
Hi, my name is angelica I wanted to say I love your pizza place it's my favorite. But unfortunately I had a problem with my order... I was told my order was going to take 30 to 45 minutes to come and I said yes that's fine.. But my order came a 1hr. And 26 minutes later and it was close to 11:30 at night when they arrived... So I sent it in to the website and they sent me a email on the 26th of september saying that I would receive the coupons in the mail for 2 large pizzas with any 3 toppings and its been almost 3 weeks since then. I haven't received anything in the mail.. I called and spoke to a manager about on the phone and was told oh it will be sent out and it might be a delay and she read back my address to me and it was right so i'm not sure what's going on I just wanted the things that's was promised to me... Because I love this restaurant.

I have tried for 4 days to contact my local pizza hut for delivery of an order only to be told that they updated the computer system on a Friday afternoon and now its Monday and they still can not open the system and are only doing cash and carry only? So I asked if another store was covering the delivery area in Savannah Ga area? I was told they have no idea and they doubt it?

I ordered alot of food... The family deal pasta meaty marinara & bread sticks, fries, and I order pizza so often that I had a free medium pizza through hut rewards. When the driver delivered my stuff We paid almost $30 for the food & gave a $4 tip. This pizza hut is literally 5 minutes away from my house. But I know tips matter when your delivering.
We checked the food & everything was right except the pasta. We didn't touch anything and called. The cashier I spoke to was nice I explained the problem she said Okay let me get the manager. Manager got on the phone and from the beginning she was rude. I told her the situation & she said she would give me a credit. I told her that I didn't want a credit on food my kids wouldn't eat. That my kids were hungry now and wouldn't eat what they sent. That I just wanted my order I originally ordered. She told me that her driver was out on other delivered and they closed in an hour and no she couldn't fix it. When I started to say something else she flat out hung up on me. And yeah there was a time I did get nasty with her because she was very rude with me. I ended up having to drive up there to replace my food. She would not replace my bread sticks as they were cold because they messed up my order. While in person she was also rude. I really don't think she needs to be in management as I have been for 17 years and never ever talk to people like that or hang up the phone on them. My name is Amber Wehrman. On October 14, 2017 at 8:27 p.m. I ordered a Big dinner Wing box and was not satisfied. The bone out wings I ordered LOOKED LIKE POPCORN CHICKEN/ with no meat inside crust I only had 6/7. The pizza was warm not hot as I would expect a delivery to be. The restaurant is only like 5 minutes away from my home. I WILL NOT PUT IN A DELIVERY ORDER AGAIN!

October 14th at 4:33 I placed an order with Pizza Hut in Sidney Ohio on Russell Road said mojito would be delivered at 5:50 p.m. 6:30 I called and asked them if there was something wrong I have not received my pizza and it said it was out for delivery she said they only had one driver and it was going out now as we speak I said okay waited waited waited about 7:18 7:20 I called back still no pizza she said that they never even received my order I said and they had only two drivers but I gave her my order number and she told me I could not have my money back I had to leave it there as a credit which really pissed me off and I have all my documentation of what I'm telling you by the time I did get my pizza the receipt stated I placed that order at 4:33 and it was almost 8 o'clock when I got my pizza I was very disappointed never had that problem before I feel that they just didn't see the order and they just didn't make it I was told different stories didn't appreciate that

I ordered my pizza at 9.15 pm in Jersey City and it has been more than two hours and I still haven't received my order. I called them an hour ago and was told my order is on the way. It's been an hour since I last called and now they are not answering the phone. My place is less than 2 miles from the store. Pizza Hut please keep an option to cancel the order if this your situation.

I ordered two large two topping pizzas at 7:15 pm on the website, I didn't receive my pizzas until 9:30 pm when I was told 45 minutes I called the Pizza Hut 2 times and was assured by josh that it was on the way. When the Pizza Hut is only about a mile from my house, when the pizzas did arrive they where soggy and cold, I have had issues with this Pizza Hut before, this is unacceptable, I was buying dinner for my children and they fell asleep waiting on the pizza also I am diabetic and need to have food at a certain time. I've visited the Pizza Hut with several friends on October 13 on Wabash Street in Terre Haute Indiana. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. The management was horrible we had no waitress with no refills on her drinks The place was filthy dirty I have made a complaint to the health department. There was nobody there but one table us. They were eight employees standing around talking and playing including the manager I had to yell clear across the room to get service the salad bar was totally nasty I have never been so disappointed in a Pizza Hut I love pizza huts my favorite pizza my favorite place to go will never step foot in that place again

I moved to a new community on June 2017. The first time I ordered I called Pizza Hut located at 28640 S Dixie Hwy
Homestead, FL 33033. They couldn’t find my address but there was a regional manager at the time and she was able to fix the issue. I’ve ordered online and by phone and every time they have to verify my address but they are able to deliver . Today on October 14, 2017 the manager on shift says she could not find any of my previous orders and that she wouldn’t cancel it as courtesy but that going forward they would not deliver . I told her to cancel it since her tone was unprofessional and disrespectful. I order from Pizza Hut almost weekly on the weekends for my children and I have never had an issue . When I told her a regional manager had fixed the issue she stated that she was also a manager like if it didn’t matter who helped me before . I am really disappointed that a manager would treat a customer with such attitude. I canceled my order and will not prefer from there again. On Monday I will post my thoughts in social media so that people know not to go to that store any longer.
stuffed crust meat lovers
10/14/17 at 1255 frank sales person, i ordered a lg meat lovers pizza, which was too salty to digest.I called the store -026290 to complain and was told the toppings were what made the pizza so salty.First i was able to count the toppings on each slice and there was not enough for it to make the pizza that salty.Second i removed all the meat from the slice i tried and it was still salty.I then went to the so called stuffed crust to which the stuffing was as thin as thread and could barely see to try it and it was just as salty .I could not ingest this salty pizza.I have had meat lovers pizza before and never salty.For patrons who have hypertension, this is un acceptable.I was not looking for a refund or even another pizza, i just wanted to know where all the salt was coming from.I dont appreciate the sales person lack of concern or his attitude.The crust was thin .Nothing about this pizza was enjoyable.Perhaps they are adding salt to the butter they are spreading on the crust .It was salty!

Every two weeks I was ordering from pizza hut never had a problem, then I call today there's a new manager they hired who tells me they don't deliver to my house yet for over a year they have every two weeks, I tell her this she says oh well and hangs up on me. For a customer as loyal as I am they just lost all of my business due to that one manager.

Frequently my finance and I order from our local Pizza Hut. However, the last 3 times we have placed orders the store is "closed inside" with a paper sign on the door after we drive to the store after waiting for our food an hour. Or something like what happened tonight happens. I placed an order online at 7:40, got the text that my order was out for delivery at 8:20. Call at 8:40 asking where it is and told I will be called back. Then call at 9:30 and told my order has been canceled. No one came to my door, no one called me but they insisted upon someone doing so. No driver has every called me on the way as we live a mile away from the Pizza Hut. Then when talking to the manager they tell me well I can put your order back through (full price) but it will be an hour and a half. I am so completely displeased with this store I have no intention of ordering again and I just signed up. Remove me from the list.

I don't know the girls name..She did not tell me when she answered the phone. I tried to order pizza and all I could here were her and her coworkers laughing and cursing. Every time I said something to try and poo rder she said what or what was that and was laughing the whole time.. She was rude and when she ask where I lived I told her and I hears her ask one of the guys I could hear he said that dump behind wholesale.. The store was in Morehead, KY. I do not think that cursing, laughing, being rude, and calling where I live, better yet my home a dump.. I will never order product from pizza Hut again. I was a very good customer, always tipped $5.00 or more to each delivery driver because I know they are trying to make a living. I called at 8:24 pm on October 13, 2017. I think something should be done about this incident.

When I ordered my pizza, i waited for 45 minutes and then called them. They said that it was on its way when I specifically asked where it was. After 3 tries the girl said that it was a few minutes away. 15 minutes later the food still wasn’t here. I called them again and they couldn’t even find my order. Overall it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to bring me my order.
