I ordered online for my family's dinner on Monday November 1st because I got off work late.We waited and waited and nothing ever came, and by this time everywhere around us had closed and I had to explain why we didn't have dinner. I think I should have gotten a call at least saying they were no longer delivering, I understand it was late, but they said that they were still delivering, so assumed everything was ok. It sounds small, but where I live after a certain time everything closes down and we didn't have any other options...I believe it to only be fair that they repay us in the food we asked for, that's a lot easier than explaining to a 9yr old boy why he doesn't have the food I promised him...Thank you for your time.Thanks, Mark. I order Pepsi and Personal Pan Supreme Pizza and 2 employees forgot my order (Twice!) that have been delayed for over 29 minutes at Pizza Hut in Traverse City. This is the longest wait in my 40 years of eating there that happened in the same restaurant building since 1978 that I eat there as a teenager in my high school days. It happened on November 8, 2018 and 007941 and Table 23 at 1:02 p.m. I arrive there at 12:40 p.m. and did not leave at 1:40 p.m. I should have left half hour behind schedule. Also, One of the employee forgot the dish and software for my pizza. I had to get out of my seat to get it the dish and software in the cooking room.

I am writing to complain about Pizza Hut at 59th and Peoria in Tulsa okla first of all I ordered 2 pizzas and order cheese 2 maybe 3 months ago I was told it be 30-45 min when I took 1 1/2 hours to get it after I called the store can you find out where my pizza is at that time that manager offered me a 10% discount I was absolutely fine with that then when my pizza and And what was to be my cheesesteaks got to the house over an hour and a half later my cheese sticks was actually just breadsticks I did not get the cheese on them so I called the store back and this time the manager offered me $10 credit on to my next pizza order I was OK with that one and then last night on 111 and what was to be much cheesesteaks got to the house over an hour and a half later my cheese sticks was actually just breadsticks I did not get the cheese on them so I called the store back in this time the manager offered me $10 credit on to my next pizza ordered I was OK with that one and the nexts day after this experience I did the survey they gave me a promotion code to use at that time to take $10 off from my neck pizza order I waited quite some time to order another pizza just because I was still really upset at the way things are taken care of but I completely understand if things do happen so I was willing to try again then on 1110 I tried to use my credit and that promotion code they told me at that time but it had to be an online order I've tried four times to do it online order it would not let me do that order it just kept taking me back to the start screen so I called the store back and they told me that I would have to call because senior and gave me the phone number I called the call center explained exactly what happened and the lady on the phone told me in order to use that code I would have to do it online again I explain to her that it would not let me I did not know what was going on with Pizza Hut website she got an attitude with me so I told her I wanted to speak to a manager she told me that she was a supervisor and that nobody else was going to give me any other answer than what she was giving me when all she was basically was giving me an attitude I was not asking for anything special other than help to get this pizza order After having attitude from the store manager when I called the store and then getting an attitude with a person at the call center that says they are a supervisor I tell them I want to speak to a district manager she told me that that's not possible and that once again wasn't nobody going to override her and change her the story of what how thing after having attitude from the store manager when I called the store and then getting an attitude with a person at the call center that says they are a supervisor I tell them I want to speak to a district manager she told me that that's not possible and that once again wasn't nobody going to override her What she was saying was the way it would be because she was a supervisor as well so I got frustrated and said just forget it I would call another company after talking with my boyfriend we decided that it be best to make a formal complaint with Pizza Hut corporation due to he was a A store manager for the Pizza Hut corporation and we both worked at one time at the 49th and Peoria store we know that's not how Pizza Hut in general rents their business but if this is the way the people and customers are going to be treated by your employees I will no longer be doing service with This company I completely understand everybody has a bad day because I work in retail myself but what I do not understand is how this company does not let their people help you win at their website that's having issues

Me and my coworkers order lunch at 11:00am and requested that it would be delivered at 12:00pm and we only get 20 minutes for lunch. They didn't show until 12:30pm I missed my lunche and how to wait till 2:30pm eat my food. I was not happy with the service they provided to me and my coworkers. We had order food earlier in the week and they delivered it on time I don't know why they were late this time but it was a big inconvenience to all of us because we order there all the time.

They took forever to bring our family order and then when we called to see what was going on the order wasn't even put in and so they redid the order and still took forever and then it was wrong order . I have 3 small children and two teens and made dinner a hectic night. The driver didn't seem to care he also forgot our drinks and still had to pay for something we didn't really want . We called to complain and kept getting hung up on or they put us on hold forever

At 5:33 CST today 11-07-2018 I called local Pizza Hut number in Centerville, Ia and after barely a ring it put us into a call center line. I ordered a personal pan pizza, 1 order of cheese sticks and asked for a personal size chicken milano. I was told that is not available is no longer in the menu, so settled for a personal size chicken alfredo, ended up getting to pizza hut and asking when they stopped having chicken Milan on their menu and were told they have it, then we mentioned the prices must have really increased and find out it showed we ordered 2 family orders of cheese sticks, a personal pan and a pan of chicken alfredo with a side order of 5 plain bread sticks no sauce so basically order was ridiculously messed up. If in the future we call and are placed with customer call center where apparently the staff is inept we will no longer eat at pizza hut.

I should have known that this so called complaint site was a joke! I made a complaint for Pizza Hut, pizza delivery ticket # 145/I unit #002689 9/29/18 driver: james. To date I have heard nothing from you or Pizza Hut and am very upset. I expected a response from you, but as I said you are a joke! Complaints to your service are just like Pizza Hut, lousy and a lie.
Do you ever answer a complaint or resolve anything?
I really would appreciate a response and my money back, as taking this to Facebook would not be good.

I ordered a pizza at 8 o'clock in Dubai(from their Satwa branch) and they had not delivered my Pizza till 9:30 and I had to go out to eat. This is not the first time that this has happened and I live 800 meters from Pizza Hut but they take an hour to deliver a pizza. The pizza Hut service is very unprofessional and hope Pizza Hut US takes an action as their reputation is being tarnished.

My order took long to be delivered and not only that when my order was delivered ($40 worth) they left out the ranch and marinade sauce for my wings and bread sticks. Called and was told they was telling the driver to come back. They never did. I will never get anything from them again. Especially someone that's been in customer service for years. All this took place around 6 something pm when I placed the order 11-3-18 for Darlington pizza hut

When I ordered a 2 topping pizza with EXTRA cheese I was expecting exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately the topping were mostly on one side of the pizza and looked like they had an amputee make it with their feet. So I decided to call and see if they had made the order wrong. And apparantly from the associate I spoke to when u order a pizza with 2 toppings they only put it on one side? The person even hung up in my face and continue to pick up and immediately hang up the phone the 4-5 times I tried to call back which was EXTREMELY unprofressional. By this time I was forced to drive down to the store and deal with another person by time time I was over the pizza and just wanted my refund. The amount of disrespect was unbelievable, made me feel as though I was a beggar instead of a PAYING customer. I prefer the dough and sauce from pizza hut but I probably will not be back.

We take away two chicken Alfredo and when reach home and start eating 50% is over cooked, burn and so hard means definitely not eatable. We are customer of pizza hut since 15 years in Uae. This is happen to us but when we are paying it should not happen even single time. You should take it serious as it should not happen. Once a customer want to enjoy a meal and this things comes out it is really disappointing. So look into the matter and take necessary action as we are very old customer of you.

I have been ordering from these people for a while now and they are the worst. My order is never right or I get it up to four hours late most of the time and every time that I call in I'm told sorry and that they will give a discount but nothing ever happens. I don't get the discount and the services is worse the next time. We live in a small city so we have few fast food places that deliver and they play of of that. The delivery drivers are sometimes rude and won't show but will lie and say that they did because they don't want to travel here. I even went into the store and ordered and it took 3 hrs to get my food, other customers where waiting along time as well and they were so mad till they were cursing the workers out because they just walk around, talk and play instead of working and that doesn't make any sense.

My family and i went to Ruby Tuesdays in Easley sc tonight and were extremely disappointed. The service and food were horrible. The salad bar was low on or out of everything. The tomatoes were rotten. It took about 45 mins to get our order and we were never given any refills. I had to go up to the bar where the manager was and ask for more tea while i could clearly hear and see all the waitstaff in the back laughing and talking. I had to send my steak back because it wasn't cooked right and when the waitress brought it back out, she told us the cooks were tired and grouchy and the cook threw my steak back on the plate. Her words. The pasta in my husband's dish was like rubber. They overcharged us (they charged $14.99 + $3.00 for the chicken and broccoli dish w salad bar. The special was 9.99 + 3.00). I had to get up and go to where the waitress was standing talking to another waitress to tell her about that. We will def not be going back there again.

I have order pizza yesterday 10/29/2018 around 12:00pm from this same Pizza Hut every 2 week this same guy always messup my order heavy set guy with a beard I personally like for the older guy to make my pizza this older with glasses guy is in his late 40's or early 50's well manner he always give me what I pay for but anyway back to the younger guy hand me my pizza 2 large pepperoni with xtra pepperoni and cheese and sauce this guy bring me out the pizza out the warmer the 2 large burnt pizza I look at it then I checked underneath the cheese like I expected almost no sauce on my pizza he blame it on the pizza warmer saying it dried out in the pizza warmer the sauce not true the older guy made my pizza before and the pizza sauce did not dried out in the pizza warmer in the past with the older guy I ask him I don't have enough sauce on my pizza he said it is enough then he said I am not making you another pizza and have a nice day this guy did this to me a month ago burnt my pizza and did not add no xtra sauce on both of my pizza I paid for it saying to myself it is not that important then when I got home to eat it it was the driest nastiest pizza I have ever eating in my life the guy got mad at me and raised his voice at me like I made the mistake on this pizza this is crazy I wont come here nomore until he is gone because he don't like me now and I think he will do something to my pizza the address is 7941 euclid ave Cleveland Ohio [protected]

I order my pizza @ 10:00 pm he did not arrive till 11:17 my order was already not fresh as it could be but then the driver decided to get off. I did not receive my food, me and my husband both were coming out when he decided to drive off. He was in a little blue car maybe a Toyota or Nissan couldn't make it out he had all his lights off. This is very inexcusable and very disappointing. I am not happy at all.

called pizza hut Ennis at 7:43PM to order the big box dinner. She did tell me that it would take 70 minutes to be delivered to my location of 1604 Yorkstown Drive, Ennis
9:15PM I called back to pizza hut and asked of an update on my order and she told be another 30 minutes as they had no drivers and that I needed to calm down and wait like everyone else and hung up the phone.
9:18PM I called back and another employee answered the phone and I asked them about my order and they said it was ready and that as soon as a driver got back that it would be delivered. I told her that it wasn't a problem that I would just come pick it up. Once I got to PH - Ennis. The employee that I had spoken to last said that my order was still being made. But had previous told me on the phone that it was ready. She also informed me that instead of the original $39.71 that had already been charged to my card that she only charged $20.28 which PH - Ennis did not have my permission to make another charge to my bank card. I do business with PH - Ennis every Wednesday. Very disappointed in this experience.

Hai, saya nak complain untuk mashroom soup yang saya beli di pizza hut putra heights subang jaya, selangor. Saya beli 4 bekas tetapi mashroom soup itu cair seperti air dan juga rasanya sangat tawar tidak macam sebelum ini. Saya sangat kecewa kerana pekerja disitu tidak memberi kerjasama yang baik apabila saya ke sana untuk mengantikan dengan yang baru. Jadi saya harap pihak HQ dapat membaik pulih hal ini supaya tidak berlaku lagi. Terima kasih :)

On Sat. Oct 27th, my family decided to order pizza for my kids sleepover. We placed and paid for the order at 7:53pm and was given an estimate time of delivery of 9:25pm for this order. We called the location on 4715 Jonesboro Rd. we couldn't get anyone on the phone around 10:45 we were quite frustrated from waiting and we had hungry kids who were also disappointed because they collectively agreed on Pizza Hut. Once I did arrive at the location on Jonesboro the location looked closed minuse the two cars in the drive through so I decided to wait, but after about 15min of sitting there and no one coming to the windows and the cars just sitting I decided to get out of the drive through line and try to get someone's attention inside. I drove around to where the lobby entrance is and I noticed a delivery driver pulling pizzas out of his truck. I called him over and explained the reason I was there at 11pm, and hopefully to see if he was just running extremely late and my order was in the truck. After I explained my experience he asked my address and then proceeded to tell me they were closed, and that he didn't have any order with my address. I told him I had paid and I have a confirmation on my phone, and asked if he knew how I would get refunded he assumed that the refund would just go back to my card. He then proceeded to tell me he was the only driver and that they should have called me to inform me if they weren't going to be able to fulfill my order (I didn't receive a call) also he said that if a driver calls out orders get bumped, because they don't have drivers to cover them all. I don't feel like this is an acceptable solution to my problem because I didn't get a call, we waiting over 2hours! And no one told us anything, I had to leave my house and come to the store just to be told that the store was closed for one, I may receive a refund of the monies I'd paid, there wasn't an order for my address, but I have a receipt on my phone. My kids were extremely disappointed and I was extremely upset. I would like for someone to reach out to me by phone and offer a solution to my problem. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and 2 orders of boneless wings from the Pizza Hut at 110 Daniel Drive in Uniontown, PA. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived approximately 20 minutes later and still had to wait 10 minutes for order. Upon arrival home I opened the container that I thought would contain my double order of wings to find just a single order. I called the pizza hut only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Once they took my call they said to come back and they would give me my remaining wings. The last thing I wanted to do after a 12 hour work day and 20 minute drive home was make a second 20 minute drive back to get my wings but did. Upon arrival to Pizza Hut I had another 10 minute wait. While waiting I witnessed a young female employee snap and yell at another customer who had her takeout order screwed up. With service like this I do not understand how this site is still open. It may be a long time before I try this establishment again.

I called the location at 10:35pm because I had not received my order and was told that the order was cashed out so it was on it's way. I called back at 11:24pm because I still had received my order. I was told by Manager that someone called and I have no missed calls. I had been sitting waiting since I placed the order at 9:55pm and no one called me to discuss that something they didn't have which was the Pasta, Chicken Alfredo. So my order was cancelled. My debit card was charged $41.93 and I had added a $5.00. This location is terrible for delivery and it's getting worse. The Manager was very unprofessional and tried nothing to rectify this problem. So I am out money and no order was delivered.
