Pizza Hut ordering pizza

I called pizza hut store in beaver brook plaza yesterday order 2 medium pizzas. When I called for the order got dropped into the call center which is fine but somehow disconnected 3 times in middle of order. Called back 4th time and got actual store. A gentlemen named Leon took order. Then I said was going pay for it by credit card and Leon asked me hold I said fine. Then another gentlemen picked up phone said Leon didn't write down order so had repeat the order again (which was fine) but advised this representative how many times I called just place order for pizza and then Leon didn't write it down. I wasn't rude or mean.. And he says don't have attitude with me and was very arrogant. Then said something else rude. After giving credit card.. Was going ask how long and how much but he says will have sent out to you and hung up. Wasn't even done talking! Then called again and asked speak manager. This so called manager gets on phone I advised him what happened and he doesn't apologize tell me I am in the wrong and told me what he heard his co worker say. What now I am liar? Then I asked him how much he said 17.99 the price should been 12 bucks! The receipt they gave me says 12 dollars but they took $ 17.99 out of my bank! Also I asked manager what his name is and the number for regional manager is and he wouldn't give me his name & said he doesn't have info for regional manager... Yeah OK. So I already called complaint number and reported it but also sending y'all a message by web. Very disappointed and this was nightmare just order 2 pizzas! This whole crew needs be reported and replaced! Their customer service sucks! I also want my money back they overcharged me! Please get back me. Pizza Hut shift manager

I am a current employee at Ephrata Pizza Hut. My biggest struggle that I am having is not only a problem I have to face by myself but I am now aware that other employees of mine are also facing this situation. It's getting very stressful and unbearable to even work at Pizza Hut. I started with the RGM at Franklin mils and then moved towards another area west lawn. Phill as my first RGM and Darin Himmberger as my second. They were great RGM's and I was glad to have them as my boss. Now ! The current Pizza Huts RGM is Lucy. I would love to address this situation to her boss "Melissa" but she isn't the friendliest person. When I first started at this location, I was amazing how nice the inside the Pizza Hut looked. I also love how my co-workers are always putting the customers first. A lot of people come into this place because of certain employees that have been there so many years and they are very down to earth people. I first began to notice that my RGM doesn't like to train other people but not only that . In my situation that I am now in, I feel as I was not trained the correct way. She also has a short temper when it comes to most people she is working with in the store. When I say short temper, I mean she literally will yell at you in front of customer and other employees instead of pulling them off to the side . You can always tell when she is mad about something too. When she ignores you or when she is slamming things around the store while working . It's getting to a point where I feel like I have to be put my two week notice in and will have to move to a different job field because the way I've been treated. when it's busy, it becomes a more stressful environment . Some example, would be our co-workers call us names and talk to us in ways they should not. My boss knows about it but never seems to address the employee who has been actinf this way. I think she is just ignoring it. This doesn't help the shift managers when this employee is left thinking that it's okay to do whatever they want. Calling employees fat and one incident had happened when the same employee had pushed me out of the way while she watch him push me to get through. She stood there and look right at me like it was funny with a smile on her face. That is my breaking point and I pray to god there is a decent person that is able to help provent this situation that is happening

Pizza Hut extremely rude waitress

On Monday 20th January, myself and my partner visited pizza hut in Brussel, Belgium. We had come in for a sit down meal. As we walked in the door I standed to wait to be seated as I presumed that's what would happen, as this is the case in my own place of work and most cafes/ restaurants I visit. However about 5 minutes had passed and no waitress came to seat us so I proceeded to walk towards a table. As this happened I also took 2 menus for myself and my partner from the table near the till to bring to the table. As this happened a waitress came over and said something in French. As neither of us could not speak French we didn't understand so she rolled her eyes at us, brought us to a dirty table (not set, not cleared) and snatched the two menus from our hands and gave us other menus. After looking at the menus and deciding what we wanted we were unsure whether or not we had to go up to the counter to give the order or if the waitress would come around and take the order. Upon looking around we noticed how other tables were having their order being taken so we waited for ours to be taken also. after waiting 20 minutes for our order to be taken we decided to leave as in some other places we could already have had our food at this point. As a waitress myself I know this wasn't good service and I just cannot believe she rolled her eyes at us because we couldn't speak French, Brussels is a multi lingual city with majority of tourists speaking English. I don't expect anything from this complaint except for service to be better for future visits, as I do infact like pizza hut and would like to be able to visit again

Pizza Hut food was horrible. not sure how you stay in business.

CenterGrove Pizzahut #034891. Food burnt, pizza my dogs wouldn't eat nor my kids. Sauce for breadsticks tasted like pure sugar. If your site had pictures I would go to the top of the list. Terrible. I spent $27.00 for food I should've left at the store. My order was correct but taste and flavor was so bad. Sorry we won't be doing anything at this place again.

Pizza Hut service

I ordered by phone my order for my Pizza, from my local Pizza Hut (151st and Metcalf Overland Park Kansas). When I got there I had one person in front of me with small children in tow. We want for quite a while to get service. Delivery people came and went and still no one came to the desk for service. Finally I ask a delivery person if we were every going to get help, and he went back and got someone to help. Then even though the person in front of me told then her name, they gave her MY order. Went I ask why my name was taken off the board, he stopped the person in front of me and toke my order back and then had to refund her money and redo her transaction for her pizza. Here are my problems with this service :

1. The bell over the door, though it rang was not loud enough to alert those in the back that they had customer

2. No one was close enough to see people come in.

3. Who gives you an order without checking to have the right one ?

4. Is it legal to take an order back out of someone's hands and give it to another customer ? I know it wouldn't fly with McDonalds.

Pizza Hut being threatened by a customer upon pickup.

I walked in to pickup a order, there was a person looking at the menu board, after I picked up the order and walked by the person he became rude, threatened me and said let's go outside and settle this. He started to follow me outside, I turned around, went in to ask the manager to call the police. The manager tried to apologize, not taking into account the situation. I am being coaxed to go outside in front of the manager and she isn't taking it seriously. I don't feel safe going back that Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut incorrect information, poor planning. rude behaviors.

I ordered 2 pizzzas inside of the store for carry out and prepaid for them. . I was informed that they would be done in 10 to 15 mns . So i went out to my car . I came inside after 20 mns and the individual who I ordered from was not at the register. Another lady assisted me. She at first couldn't find my order # as they didn't give me a receipt yet. It was an older lady im, guessing in her 70s . I cannot remember her name. She then informed me that my pizzas would be ready in 8 to 10 mns. I responded with saying the other lady told be 10 to 15 mns over 20 mns ago. She said we are over busy with orders and behind. I responded with why didn't you tell me that when i ordered the pizzas. The older lady didn't say anything. But my pizzas took another 20 mns before they were done. I ordered inside the store and my pizzas took 45 mns to be done in a time that did not appear to be very busy. I witnessed several people coming in after me with extended waits . i also over heard the older lady taking ordered over the phone and telling people the pizzas will be ready in 8 to 10 minutes in which was completely not true. that may be why several people were coming in and waiting. I made a very calm and respectful complaint to the manager about the situation as the older lady kept interrupting trying to argue with me. I informed her that she wasn't even there when i ordered the pizzas and knows nothing of what i was told and the situation. The manager just listened to my compliant and said nothing. The manager was ok but the older lady was rude and made the situation more difficult because she wasn't the one who took my order. Over all, the experience took almost an hour posed to 10 minutes . I wish they would have just informed me of the time wait instead of giving me a line of balonga. My issue did not seem to both them much. I was disappointed of the dishonesty and rudeness along with the lengthy time I waited for my order.

Pizza Hut delivery that was never delivered

On Dec. 14th we ordered 65.86 from a Pizza hut in Lenexa, KS. It was my engagement party and we had a large order. We have ordered from this location before and had no major issues. After roughly 1 hour, we called the store to find out how much longer it would be, the store connected us with the driver, who had the wrong address, but the address he did have was right next door. After giving him the correct address and some more info on how to get to us, he said he would be right there. Another 30 minutes or so went by and the driver called my sister and said well you can meet me up the street or pick it up at the store, we said no, to refund the card. Well, here we are over 1 month later, no refund and a total run-around from the store manager. He stated that the driver said we picked it up and took both receipts, did NOT HAPPEN.. I have disputed this with my CC, and now the wait could be 45 days...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. My family, friends and ANYONE who will hear me will NEVER spend a dime at a Pizza Hut again! I consider this FRAUD!

Pizza Hut delivery

We order a pizza @ is 3:30pm.We called @ 4:00 to check our Order.The lady answering askd for the name, telephone #, and address said it would b there shortly..We called 4:45 the lady said the driver lefted already with the order.Still no driver no pizza 5:00 the lady answered said we gave them the wrong #.So i askd why they didnt tell us that b4 and can i speak to a Manger she said she was Manger.She said the driver came out called the # it was wrong...Instructions was for him to honk/and or call which he did neither.If we wouldnt kept calling because pizza never made it would have known..And we gave them the # plenty of times...Driver never showed up at all...

Pizza Hut service fee charge

I don't understand why there is now a service fee charge for placing an order inside the location. I would get it if I did it online like a convenience fee but seriously it is not like they went out of their way to create service in order to be charged extra. I would also understand an extra charge for using card like a lot of places do but I paid cash. If it is really to "offset rising costs in California" then raise the prices don't charge a service fee. At least make customers aware of the fee before placing the order. Where are your signs of this additional fee?

Pizza Hut rude employees

I work at a gaming facility next to your Crestwood, Illinois location and your employees believe they own the parking lot. There are 2 handicapped parking spaces along with the stripped handicapped loading and unloading zone. Your employees do park in the handicapped and the stripped area too. That is illegal and I will be calling the police every time i see them parking there. They have confronted our customers and even come in our establishment and told our customers to move their [censored]ing cars and also calling our employees names and I mean nasty names. This has gotten way out of hand and I hope this will be addressed. Also you have lost me and a few other's business because of this. I used to order at least once a week when I worked but no more. Please fix this mess of a location

Pizza Hut delivery I just ordered

I ordered delivery tracked it using the pizza tracker. As it arived I went to get the order. When I got there the pizza was cold in temp. Barley luke warm. It is hard and the cheese was ozzed out of the middle of the food. Not acceptable. I am looking for a full refund for this and you can come get the food if youd like. I am not happy withthe over all quality of the product and missing items, and the tempature implies that proper care to ensure an order makes it to its destination in a hot and ready condition was over looked. It makes me wonder what other formalaties ma have been over looked.

Pizza Hut store # 032011

I ordered a pizza was told it would be a 15 minute wait to which I agreed. The next thing the man that took my order left to do a delivery and the front was left completely unattended. Another person came in and was trying to order and had to wait ten minutes to get someone from the back to come up front. Then I asked for a to go menu and the man handed me a nutrition guide. Those are very poor sales skills especially at this tome when everyone is trying to act like they are determined to loose weight. I told him too that those are poor sales skills. I will never go back to that store

Pizza Hut bad service

On 04/01/2019, I ordered a plate of spaghetti at 1737 only to received my plate of spaghetti at 1810! I am a pregnant woman, I am dying of hunger and I have to wait for 40 mins for a plate of spaghetti? It's very very wrong.

And I wasn't being very watchful, but I kind of have this feeling where other people who came later than me, who ordered pizza, got their pizza first and while my plate of spaghetti is being put aside since it's not as hard to do as the pizza, I guessed? I could be wrong though.

However, I applause your staff politeness and friendliness. Congrats for but other than that, kindly do something about your service.

Pizza Hut scamming people, terrible service, rude, etc.

Every single time I order online, then the food gets here, the price is always higher.. They tell me that they dont honor the "deals" at this location but yet its online when I select this store. I tried to order online today and it kept saying internal server error. So I called not once, not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times before someone actually got on the phone and didnt just pick-up and then hang up the phone. So when i finally got through to someone they told me they couldn't give me my 54 reward points from the order, they had to transfer me. I finally said screw it and just placed my order. I only ordered from them to get the 2 or more for $5 deal plus their the "official" pizza of the NFL. trying to show love to NFL has left me with a sour taste in my mouth for pizza hut and I'm tired of ordering from this pizza hut. They are rude, liars, and I feel like this location likes to scam people when it comes to pricing. This must be a franchise, if notit's not, then I dont know what the hell the NFL was thinking of partnering with them. They should've went with pizza bolis for Maryland..lol After leaving my comment on Google I read some of the other reviews and apparently I'm not the only one this keeps happening to. Something needs to change for this location on Odenton rd. In Odenton, Md!

Pizza Hut health department and safety

My children and I went to the Pizza Hut in Maysville, Kentucky today, Jan. 5, 2019, for dinner today at 3:15 p.m. I am requesting that someone take a look into the matter of having three small children in the kitchen of the restaurant. That, alone, could shut this restaurant down. One child was a toddler on the hips of an employee, one child was approximately four years old and running all over the restaurant and in the back area of the kitchen, and a seven to eight year old was folding small pizza boxes. The thing that really bothered me the most is when I went to the register and had to wait for someone to cash me out. While waiting: I was watching an employee in the back making a pizza (Pepperoni) and eating something while fixing the pizza's. I imagine it was pepperoni because I did not see any other food items around. That disgusted me. The lady that was also preparing the Pepperoni Pizza's did not have any gloves on. I will not be going back to that Pizza Hut. It is a shame that the employees don't know the rules on Health violations. Please look into this matter. Thank you.

Pizza Hut safety/management

12/31/18. an attempt was made to order online. it often fails, but I digress with that, eventually it did go through this time. under a guest, not my member number, but that is another digression. I ordered 2 papas and 2 (1 topping) pies for delivery. the papas were (surprisingly) done very well, but the pies were overcooked. My son had a pepperoni and he was not unhappy with his, but mine had extra white sauce and Italian sausage on a thin crust and was horribly dry. I tried to call over the course of 15 minutes to no avail. My wife suggested we drive down there, it isn't far (3 miles) and since the pie was inedible, we had to do something. Of course, we were expecting that they were busy. What we weren't expecting was that the only workers there looked to be all related. the older lady at the front counter was quite pleasant. She called the manager up to look at our pie. She tried to argue that the pie was fine and that we just couldn't see the sauce because it was white sauce. It was absurd. My wife lifted the one half-eaten piece in the box and said, no...he tried it, it's dry and needs redone. The manager snapped that it would take 20 minuites to replace and asked if we really wanted to wait that long. (I used to work at a Pizza Hut 20+ years ago, we know re-firing a pie doesn't take that long, we just figured she was trying to discourage us and hoped we'd leave) We told her we would wait. Just before sitting in the waiting area, we noticed a toddler of about 3 IN THE KITCHEN AREA. As we arrived, a young man was also already waiting for his food. We had been sitting for 10 minutes before he got HIS order and it was missing pasta. they tried to argue with him that he didn't order pasta, even as he showed them the receipt! they finally conceded with him. He sat, but after a few more minutes he went to his car (he said upon his return he wanted to eat his pizza). During our long wait time, we noticed the phone constantly ringing. no one attempted to pick up the phone. Ever. Besides the lady at the counter and the manager (and the toddler) there was another lady BOH, a young teenager catching, cutting, and boxing pies, another slightly older teen wandering back and forth from the office to the kitchen and back, and the elderly delivery man. At some point, a young adult came it, went into the back, picked up the toddler for a while, but I don't think worked there, at least not in the time we were there. It seemed like the manager referred to herself as the baby's mother (she kept calling the child back into the kitchen, i'm not sure if she was saying come to mama or come to mawmaw), and with the teens having such a similar look to the manager and each other, I came to the assumption that she wasn't hiring anybody, they were just trying to run this on their own, and even with the factor that NYE is a hellish night anyway, there is really no reason that the store should be run the way I witnessed it. I haven't completely sworn-off Pizza Hut (we have another 2 miles in the other direction), but I can't in good conscience support the Georgetown, IN location.

Pizza Hut incorrect order, manager response

I ordered 1/31 at 5:32 pm and spent 33.43 on 2 medium pizzas ( which at this cost, they should have been perfect ) once my expensive pizza arrives, 1 was not the way it was clearly ordered, the receipt was correct, I mean, there wasn't a issue charging me for items not included. So I decided to call the store, after waiting what seemed like 10 min ( but I'm sure is was only a few ) the managers concern was non existent, like I was bothering him, and he quickly and rudely said, I can give you your money back or re make the pizza, of course I want my pizza, this wasn't about trying to get one over on him, it was a clear mistake on his teams part, so why I'm getting the attitude I don't understand, so I said, re make the pizza, his quick and [censored]ty response was well it will take a hour, ( which you'd think a upset guest, on a incorrect order, ( I've already paid ) should be priority, not put to the end of the line, in hope I would just say, refund my money. Again it's not about the money, but I'm sure Pizza Hut has standards or at least I hope they do, on how to handle a messed up order on your part. This may sound petty, but I'm in the business, and actually run a 2 in 1 fast food place, and funny thing is, I sell pizza too. But, this type of negitive or bothersome response from your manager needs to be known, I will not return to this Pizza Hut, with so many choices around, I'll order somewhere, that won't treat me this way. Just as a side note, I ordered my initial order at 17:32 is time on my order, and I actually got to eat, while my wife was able to eat her pizza which was like warm, we called back to get correct order at 6:26pm or 1826, ( keep in mind I live .7 miles away from the restaurant, I recieved my cold pizza at 7:32pm and the driver told me He needed to collect 2 dollars, I simply looked at him and said No, he no? I said no again, and he said ok I'll let them know you refused to pay, I also tried to give him back the messed up pizza with 1 bite missing, he says that ok. I'm completely baffled that I was trying to be charged a second time, I'd like to speak to a Higher then store level person. This type of service is completely uncalled for.

Pizza Hut service

I order a carry out order to this Location in November 30 at 8:30 I arrived to pick up my order and it turns out doors are locked and people inside looking at me but won't open the door nor answer the phone when I tried calling them. I mean i get it that it could be for safety reasons that they lock the door but answering the phone and let you know or give you information would be nice when I called customer service and asked the lady who answer the phone was rude and hanged up on me. It's sad to see how people operate a large business like Pizza Hut with bad Customer service.
