Pizza Hut terrible customer service when food was not received

I am writing in regards to a very disappointing experience my family had with an online order from the Pizza Hut in Walnutport, PA, today 2/24/2018. What was even more upsetting than the actual incident, which was bad enough, was the callous and uncaring manor in which, Shane, the manager, responded to our concerns.
Today was our family video night. Every week we have pizza and watch videos with our 6 children. My husband has many medical issues, and cannot eat pizza, so I always order him something that he can eat, such as pasta. Today we decided to order from Pizza Hut. I ordered 8 various pizzas, 1 order of French fries, and an order of the Tuscany meaty marinara pasta w/ 5 breadsticks. There was a special, so the price of our order was $73.14. The pasta was the only item that my husband would have been able to eat, and unfortunately it was the only item not to be delivered. The price on the receipt that I signed was $63.61, which was different from my order. I asked the delivery driver about it, but he did not know anything about any changes.
I called the Walnutport Pizza Hut to find out why the pasta was not delivered, and also find out why they would not inform me of the change. Had I known that the pasta was not going to come, I could have made other arrangements, rather than having the pizza come, and my husband not have something to eat. When I explained the situation to Shane, he said that he tried calling my phone one time, it went right to voice mail, and he did not leave a message. (My husband is disabled and does not make it to the phone, but we would have heard the voice mail if he left one) When I asked him why he did not leave a message, he stated that he had other thing to do and did not have time. I said that he should have at least left a message, so I could have made other arrangements for my husband. His response was that he couldn't give people "special treatment". I was not asking for special treatment, but it would have been nice to get common courtesy. I do not believe that receiving what you order should be considered special treatment. It should be the standard. I do understand that sometimes things happen, and changes have to be made, but it is the way you do things that matter. I spoke with Shane, and my husband spoke with Shane. He never even apologized for the inconvenience that his actions caused. All he said was that the only thing he could do was not charge us for the pasta that did not come, and there was nothing else he could do. I told him that he did not handle the situation correctly, and I was going to complain to someone higher up in the company. He told me that he had 10 years of experience and that if I contacted anyone else in the company I would get the same response. I truly hope that this is not the case. Customers should not be made to feel like they do not matter, and that is how Shane made us feel today.

Pizza Hut pizza not made correctly

On 2-24-18 at 3:45 p.m., I ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese on the thin crust on line. My husband went to pick the pizza up and brought it home. When I opened it, there was no extra cheese. Infect, there was hardly any cheese at all. The crust was burnt and the pizza was very dry. I looked at the receipt with is ticket # 0102 and it shows that I paid for a large, thin, meat lovers with extra cheese. Pizza Hut is the only place my husband and I order from. Today, this pizza was not acceptable. It did not taste good and was very dry and burnt. I am very disappointed that your company would serve something like this.

Please see if you could talk to the management and have this corrected.

Pizza Hut pizza was undercooked and my order was wrong

I order a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with garlic flavored crust for me and my children pizza was under cooked and it was sausage instead of pepperoni and the crust was not garlic I was very disappointed because this is my favorite place to eat I would like a refund I woke hard for my money so when I spend it I would like quality service,

Pizza Hut xxxtra green olives!

Yesterday, i ordered a super supreme with( xxxtra green olives). This has / is a continued problem? the pizza i received did not have one green olive on it! i was not even informed of this? at least two or three of the employees there like green olives as well as i do. I talked to the supervisor once regarding this and she said if i ever had a problem to call her. But unfortunately i have lost her number. I understand sometimes there is a problem from the warehouse... But so often? i am very dissatisfied. I worked for the public also (meatcutter). Can you investigate this issue? murphy, n.C. 28906

Pizza Hut horrible pizza and garbage service!!

Horrible dinner.. ordered large pizza and cheese sticks at 6:30 pm. Received my pizza at 9:05... They didn't deliver my cheese sticks because they ran out.. and didn't tell me when I ordered it. Pizza showed up and was the worst pizza I've ever had.. it was cold, ok I'll soaked and undercooked... I cant believe they would serve something like that to a customer.. then when we called to get our .one back the MANAGER said he couldn't refund our money unless we drove into the store and got it. And he told me to call corporate office and get the money... This place is a joke! Do not order from here they will definitely screw it up!

Pizza Hut the food

I was super irriated tonight. I didn't get my food till almost an hour and a half later on top of the food was not cooked all the way at all and the I was missing wings from my order. He didn't even have the wings the first time so he had to go back for them so they were cold by the time I got there. It's jus irritating I spent 60 dollars for undercooked n cold food

Pizza Hut delivery

I placed an order at 13344 North May Avenue in Oklahoma City at approximately 6:44 p.m. I called back to inquire about my order at 7:55 p.m. I explain to the manager that I was told it would take 45 minutes for my order to get to me. The manager Robin at that time stated to me that I was misinformed and it would take 60 minutes for my order to get to me. I than asked him, even with that said do you realize it has been over 60 minutes? he then proceeded to tell me it was not his fault. So I'm guessing it is my fault that I have not received my order and management cannot help me out with this and it's not his fault! Can somebody please get me a competent manager!

Pizza Hut customer service

I called to order a pizza she said that they did not deliver to my address I therefore then called Another Pizza Hut and they said that they did not deliver to my address then they told me that the Pizza Hut I originally called on New York Street in Aurora Illinois should deliver to my address I therefore then called back to the original Pizza Hut on New York Street and she told me I [censor]ing told you we don't deliver to your address who the [censor] are they to tell you that we deliver to your address and don't [censor]ing call back and then hung up on me if this is not resolved to my likings and I'm not just talking about a free pizza or a 20 or $30 credit I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and spreading this all over social media to let them know or to let other people know what type of business Pizza Hut is running I am baffled as to why a woman of this magnitude is hired at your company [protected] is my phone number John Frank de Potter is my email address I expect to hear back from you guys within 24 hours this is not a laughing matter and I will take this to the highest Department because this is absolutely ridiculously absurd and I've never in my entire

Pizza Hut large thin and crispy pizza

I used the app and ordered a large thin and crispy pizza. The crust was so thin that the toppings fell through the crust when we picked up the slices. After detecting this problem we then noticed that the crust was not even crust it was all goo toward the center of the pie. The toppings were good with cheese, ham, and Italian sausage, but when there is no crust to hold the toppings, what good is the pizza? My wife, son, and I were hungry so we ate it anyway. We were just disappointed in the quality.

Pizza Hut pizza wasn't cooked all the way

When I was ordering my Pizza's last night February 19, 2018 I used the PizzaHut app and it said that I would receive a free Hershey dessert with a $15 dollar purchase if I I'd for it with a visa online. I did. When I went to checkout the dessert was not on my order and when I arrived at the store I went through the drive through and I talked to the gentleman that served me and he said that it would take 8 minutes to make one, but my other stuff was ready so I left. Then my when I got home, my Pizzas were not baked all the way, and one of them had a hand-tossed crust and it was suppose to be thin & crispy. We actually had to put them in the oven to get it baked enough so I could eat them. I had bariatric surgery and cannot have doughy things. It cost me $19.36 plus the gas and time to drive 20 miles to pick up. Ridiculous!

Pizza Hut unhelpful employee

2/19/2018 at approx 7:55 PM I attempted to order a pizza on line. All stores in my area are differing in their service and level of helpfulness when I tell them I cannot order on line. Our internet service is extremely slow and we have few options as we are out in the country so far. Finally, when my computer would not pop up Pizza Hut app I used my phone, but could not figure out why the order did not show the free brownie for the Visa option. I called the store and a rather sarcastic young man said he did not receive the order and maybe I should try another store further from home. Again, I put the order in and got a message on my email that the internet to Pizza Hut was down and said I should call the store. I called the store again and asked for the manager who put the order in for me. He was very helpful and said that the internet ordering system to all stores was having some problems today. Perhaps the unhelpful young man I spoke to the first time could have told me that. Or maybe he was overworked and wanted the pizza I was ordering to go to the revenue of another store. In any case I am not pleased with his demeanor and that I had to spend over an hour using my phone to try to order a meal which I could have gotten from another vendor without all of the drama and aggravation.

Pizza Hut store number 2782 sioux falls south dakota

I called the customer care line and asked for the hours for dine in seating and was told 10 pm which I really appreciated since the Store did not answer the phone. When I arrived the server said she was trying to finish vacuuming and closing the dining room because she was going home to take pain pills and sleep. We arrived at 7:20pm and myself and my children were treated as if we we're inconveniencing her another staff member was there maybe the manager and they told me they close it at maybe 8, 8:30, or 9 pm. I am very unhappy with the service here.

Pizza Hut service and product

I ordered online to pick up at store ticket number 0029 I called to let them know I was on my way they couldn't find my order so I had to go to email find ticket and call back finally I go to pick it up the employees were all outside the front of store hanging out with friends. One person inside three other customers waiting by the time we got help and I got home the pizza and garlic knots we're cold didn't taste good at all. The whole experience was horrible

Pizza Hut delivery boy

My neighbor wanted me to order her a pizza from Pizza hut. We do that online cuz we can get it for $7.99 plus delivery and tip. I call Pizza Hut and ordered because there were lots of people ordering online. They said it would be an hour. They couldn't give me the online price. It costs $35.50. I ordered it. My neighbor wasnt happy. The delivery boy showed up after maybe close to an hour and a half go 2 hours. My neighbor said "You're 0
very late, its been 2 hours." He said they were backed up 2 hours and be laughed at her. She said I dont think we're going to get Pizza hut again" he Said "good" she said something about him being rude. He laughed and said "Enjoy your last pizza".She was shocked and so was I. I got online to order us a pizza cuz they're $7.99 again. Then we just looked at each other. Would someone spit in it.would they add something yucky. I dont know. He was.very rude, and mean. Pizza Hut food delivery service

I ordered from pizza hut online. I made 2 orders to be able to use my hut rewards and was charged 2 delivery fees of $3.50. Why was my card charged a different amount than what was supposed to be charged for both orders? This is not right. I need those dollars for something important. I signed 2 receipts for something totally different from what I understood I was being charged.

Pizza Hut online ordering and rewards program

It is Sunday, Feb 18th at 9pm.

I have ordered pizza from the store on Commercial Ave in Fort Lauderdale several times. Each time there is some sort of issue. Whether it is the lateness of delivery, the order being wrong, and on one case it never came and I had to re-order.

Tonight was the BEST. I placed an order online, got to the end to checkout...then decided 'oh, I have Rewards points...I think I will use those". So I click on to redeem the points. This brought my $18+ order down to now $5+. Then I go to check out. Guess what... I can't GET delivery s I do not meet the $10 delivery requirement. WHAT? But I thought the points meant I was being rewarded for alot of business; and now I cannot USE the points and have the luxury of a delivery. I called the store. 45 min later after one of the most grueling phone calls I have ever placed to a store, they agreed to have me use the "pick-up" option online; then call them BACK and they would deliver it. SO, I do that. I pay online $2.12 ( as it backed out the $3 delivery fee I guess when you select pick-up). It asks for my CC which I type in, and then BINGO I get the order confirmation. So I call the store, get the same girl ( the 5th of the 5 girls I spoke to tonight) and she confirms my address. Wait for it... THEN she asks for my CC to pay for the order. WHAT? "Oh yes", she says.."it doesn't show that you paid for this order. Ok, I admit, after that I let out a few expletives at her. she didn't deserve it, but based on my evening thus far, I had no control. Then she places me on hold...then comes back and says ok we will deliver in 45 minutes ( the same amount of time I have been on the phone) I am actually typing this as I sit here waiting for my pizza. So, I will not tell you what you need to do, as I am sure if you read this entire story you already know what needs to be fixed with Pizza Hut. I do, however, expect a call, or an email, or some sort of logical follow-up. I extended the courtesy of helping you better your business; I expect you will extend the same courtesy for my time and efforts.

Pizza Hut delivery

It took over an hour for me to receive my food which is way more than what it said and when I tried contacting them no one would pick up the phone. Completely unacceptable, I won't order again from Pizza Hut because of this. Plus when I got my food it was cold and was not what I ordered. It was already over priced then to get it cold didn't help at all. Don't run that store if no one is gonna help people

Pizza Hut the call center

Called my neighborhood store which when I picked up my found out it went to the call center. I ordered two (2) pizzas both without mushroom and black olives which I only picked up one (1) pizza at a price of $18.00 and this was a medium supreme pizza t on his date 02/15/2018. I will never order from this company again, I will go to Papa John's or Domino's for PIZZA.

Pizza Hut all around service during my carry out service

Placed my order over the phone for carry out. They said 20 to 30 min so I showed up at 20 minutes my name was on the screen as my pizza was done. 3 employees walked by me and didn't say anything 15 minutes later the employee in the far back came and helped me as the other 3 stood there. Then I bring my pizza home and it's still doughy and not enjoyable. All around bad service!

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered 2 large pizzas last night.One was hand tossed meat lovers with garlic buttery blend crust and the other one was hand tossed pepperoni with hut favorite crust.It was a special they had for $19.99 2 large pizzas a specialty and 1 topping.I always order from Pizza Hut and never have a problem until last night.The crust was super thin and there was hardly any cheese on it.
