I ordered pizza over the phone for my friends and I. The pizza was not edible. The pizza slices were not able to be pulled apart and the pizza was so salt, I would not finish a slice. I called and spoke to the manager who took my order and she would not assist. She was full of attitude and was uncaring that the quality of food and service provided was not up to scratch. I have never had this issues with domino but pizza hit in my home country is extremely good and I wanted to give you guys a try here in the states. I will never again be ordering from pizza hut. I ended up having to order out somewhere else spending an addition amount of money.

My driver came up, gave me my order, was an incredibly kind man and was great to talk with.
Picture enclosed with whats wrong. I set it down, opened it and this was my pizza. I ordered it at about 6 35 and got it around 7 45. Not a big deal, traffic is busy. But the pizza is all goofed up. Trying to eat this in a hotel room is a little messy, ya know.

My husband stopped at your store at Van [censored] and 13 mile to purchase a pizza that had 2 items for $7.99. My husband ordered additional items and we couldn't tell if it (the pizza) had the items were on there. The pizza didn't have much sauce. To make a long story short, what happened to Pizza Hut!?! If I could have gotten my money back I would. My hisband wasn't even asked if we were Seniors. I found out when I went the Pizza Hut web you need a coupon, , really

I got a dinner box and got sick after eating some of the wings. Call and talked to them and it was horrible customer service. Talked to a manager she offered me a refund or credits so I took the credits. 2 days later call back to try to order something they don't have no information about anything that I told the manager. A different manager answered the phone and said "oh I heard something about" like wow

I place an order online for hot wings and cookie.i asked that my wings be cooked well done .well my wings was very gewy and my cookie was so burnt at the bottom.Well I call the store manager and he was so disrespectful to me like I was the one who made the mistake.im so pissed at this location and the manager behavior..#STORE IN MESQUITE ON CARTWRIGHT# The manager name Danielle was very rude and unprofessional

I was scheduled to work at 10 a.m. on Brandon Avenue in Roanoke Virginia as a server I arrived at 9:40 when I arrived I seen managers and cook in front and when i knocked on the door and window they ran to the back avoiding me. They didn't open at all.. The cook came back to the line and he seen me knocking and calling and ran again to the back. I want someone to call me I want to work for pizza hut but they treated me wrong

Your pizza hut in st Mary's ohio is a disgrace to the company...been there 3 times for dinner and there closed. I tried to get a carryout last night and they didn't have any drivers...are you aware how this business is being run. We have to go to Celina ohio to get anything from pizzahut. Last night was the last straw. Hope you can get a new manager there so we can enjoy your pizza closer to home...thanks...ck

Did not receive Stuffed Crust Pizza. Received burnt hand tossed supreme, inedible. Called to complain, was told after 20 min hold "We will review when the driver gets back and review it if it is possible". I feel like I was ripped off by this location.

I placed an order at 701 pm for the family wing meal. 8 Hawaiin teriyaki bone out with Cajun fries and 8 mild buffalo bone out with lemon pepper fries. I received the hawaiin bone out but the were cold. And then I did not receive my buffalo I got bbq. 😞 so disappointed to get home to find out my order was cold and wrong. I already am dissatisfied because u don't deliver to my area so I gave the drive thru carry out another chance. Guess I won't be going back.

I ordered my items online and played via card, I get there and they have given my order yo someone else. Then says I have to wait another 15mins. I get that food and it's disgusting, only a little of marinara sauce, a little of cheese, just skimpy on everything and it was over cooked and kind of hard.overall a horrible experience used to be my fave spot.

I ordered over your mobile app on 9/29/18 around 8:00 p.m., 2 MED HTT Pizza's. 1 with Classic sauce, Ham and Pineapple and the other Med Italian sausage with Mushrooms for delivery at 10:30 p.m. I live approximately 4 blocks from the hut I use. At 10:35 (which is fine) he pulls up in front of my house and stops, I had porch light on and main door open so I could go out to meet him as I have a large dog. As I opened the door he drove off, went inside to call and saw him go around block and park in front of house across street. He was there 15 min and then left again to go around the block again. This time as he approached the side of my house I stopped him as he was close. As I received my pizza I asked for parmesan cheese and the pepper packets. His response " I don't have any, I forgot". Fine, I went inside opened the boxes, and both of the pizza's were cold. They were not cut into slices, except the very top, looked at bottom of pizza and no cut, so all they did was a surface cut.
I have never had such lousy service from that Pizza Hut, and I can guarantee I will not ever use your company again.
I am requesting a refund for this purchase which was $16.25 plus tip $1.00, ( wasn't worth that much) for a total of $17.25. I paid cash for the pizza, I do not want credit to your company so I would like a check sent ASAP.

On 9/30/18 my daughter ordered me pizza from the hut which her order came to 25.00 and change..

When I received the box of pizza $10.00 here is what I noticed when I opened it.
1. It was cold
2. It looked like old pizza that must of been sitting in the fridge somewhere waiting to b rid of.
3. It was greasy
4. Immation cheese and it was mushy as well.
4. The sauce tasted old
5. The cinnamon bread cold and again looked like it was sitting around waiting to b sold ..The whold box looked like it was waiting to b sold or it was ordered brought back waited for some days and resold..how nasty.

I called at 4:19 pm to the pizza hut on Newark Avenue in Elizabeth New Jersey spoke to Ebony about the pizza she then got off the phone and came back to the phone and said she apologizes for the pizza and that my daughter will get $15.00 credit towards another order
..I said ok but can my daughter get confirmation that this is a credit she said no that when she orders again it will appear when she orders..

Before I got off the phone with her I still let it b known that that was the worst pizza ever n yes I should of ordered Dominos from the door..

I'm very disappointed in the store, the staff for letting this happen.. note: if their was a manager for that day 9/30/18 she did not do her job when the young lady came back on the phone it should of been the manger on the phone to let me know what would take place after I complained about the pizza..

I have tried my best to work with the Employees of the Pizza Hut in Jonesboro AR on Caraway about the order that was placed on Friday the 28th of September I was told through email that the food would be ready by 10:15 which is 30 to 45 minutes before it would be delivered, the food showed up later than the time that was told. No one I talked to seem to understand all they keep talking about is a store credit which I don't care about since this is not my first issue with the store. All I want is my money back and if they want me to go to the dumpster and get the pizza and take it back I will.

Ok, #1. Your pizza USED to be the best, but not anymore, due to the inconsistencies with ingredients, and the LACK thereof.
#2. Charging people for DEEP DISH is a bad move. That was ONE of the things that put you on the map and made you great, but NOT ANYMORE.
#3. Why would you offer an 'ONLINE PROMOTION' to get a pizza for a certain price when everyone DOES NOT have a PC, or know how to operate one? Ya'll have been doing DUMB THINGS lately. We no longer order from you. None of our friends and family do. All it takes is word of mouth...
By the way, I went to a friend's house to use the PC to make this complaint.
#4. When you make a pizza, the ingredients should be plentiful, NOT SCARCE! You are NO LONGER the BEST pizza chain!

On september 29, 2018 i ordered a pizza box and it was said to be delivered in 30-40 minutes and after about an hour and a half i called in the store because it had not come in and nobody answered then 2 hours went by i called and nothing and then 4 hours later and still nothing. This is the first time something like this is happened and i am very disappointed.

I was highly disappointed in the quality of my pizza. I order two pizzas one of which the pizza dough was undercooked it was doughy. I couldnt even enjoy a bite we had to throw the whole pizza away. Im always ordering pizza from pizza hut and never have an issue i would greatly appreciate it if my order was replaced not only because the pizza was undercooked but once I took a bit the cheese and toppings was not tasting or looking good at all im very upset that the quality of service was bad and I'm a very loyal customer because I absolutely love pizza hut but as of tonight my order was just not very great at all !

I come to the Pizza Hut in Culver City about once a week. Every time something is wrong. About 6 weeks ago the young girl that answered the phone seemed not to know anything about the menu items. ie.I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. It took her several times of asking me to please hold so she could talk to someone else. She picked up one time telling me they don't have Chicken Alfredo Pizza. Took almost a half hour to take my order. 4 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago and again tonight they were out of 20 oz diet Pepsi. One time whoever answered the phone kept telling me they don't have 20 oz drinks. They have one liter.and 2 liter. When I picked up my order I showed him on the bottle it's 20 ounce. He gave me a snotty response. Every time I go to this store something is wrong with my order.

Pizza Hut in Marianna Florida

On my way back home one day from Daytona Beach we stoped for lunch. This place was totally discussting, needs serious management training. I'll never stop again unless you garranty it's clefaned up.
I served myself been cause couldn't get service, even after all that the pizza was good but worried me and the salad Bar was as bad as the shades!this place needs help.

Last night I ordered two medium pizzas...a super supreme and a meat lovers... when the pizzas arrived the crust was still doughy and the cheese was barely melted.. so I called the store and the manager their said they would remake the pizzas and send them back out. When the pizzas arrived the delivery driver informed us that the manager had checked the pizzas to make sure they were ok... well they were not ok the second set was still doughy in the middle, the crust on the pizza was not even brown, when you picked up a piece of pizza your toppings all ran off because the crust was doughy. I am really disappointed with the quality of my product and will probably never use pizza hut again. Date of the incident was September 27th around 9pm. I would like a refund on my pizzas if its possible, i spent 23.000 dont remember what the cents portion was but am not worried about that. Maybe its time to retrain a manager as to how a pizza should look when it is done.

Today 29th sep, we placed order with Pizza Hut Karama at 9.00pm and the pizzas were delivered at 12.05am . Only 3hrs of waiting..., . What a pity... what customer service. And when we were calling to get an update, the manager was asking shall we cancel the order, after waiting for food .
So Pizza Hut, if you can't serve ur customers please don't orders. But please don't make starve like this. Just remember you are not the only Pizza company available.
