Pizza Hut pizza hut on ross avenue dallas texas

Ordered pizza at 7 didn't arrive until 825 pm! The box was smashed to both the pizza and wings! My order was 28.69. I gave him 40.00. He had no change! He only owed me 11.00! So after waiting this long time for the pizza he takes it back because he has no change! Attitude was horrible! Why have an attitude with me when you are late with my food and you are taking it back because you have no change! This pizza hut is by far the worst ever and I love pizza hut! Please fix this fast!

Pizza Hut pizza

Dear Sir or Dear Mam, I do not Normally Complain. I in fact have not complained in so long I cant remember. We ordered Pizza from The Pizza Hut 2345 National Road Wheeling WV 26003. I have been very disappointed before. We were disappointed the last time. But this time it was awful! My Sons pizza was stuck to box tasted bad to him it was cut in to giant pieces. Mine was awful it was some of it was hard, didn't taste good skimped on cheese on both it has holes all the way through and was cut into giant pieces. I am so upset over this I told my Son No more Pizza Hut ! I think its just plain wrong to charge people for one of the worst pizza I have had! On my list of not to buy Little Ceasers pizza & Pizza Hut !

Pizza Hut customer service

I was calling to cancel an order we sent it to the wrong pizza Hut for pick up and I was told to hold and was on hold for over 5 minutes. Then Toni gets on the phone and I said I was trying to cancel a order. She ducked her teeth then put the receiver down on the counter. I called back to asked if it was cancelled and a guy said it was done slready. No one told me anything I asked to speak to the woman from before and he gave her the phone, then she had the nerve to say she did not know what I was talking about and hung up. I need a resolution to this issue.

Pizza Hut delivery driver

On 4/25/2015 a delivery driver in Bedford County, VA, Forest/Lynchburg area driving a Honda Civic with New York plates 8DG 1303 was driving recklessly. It speed through an elementary school zone on Route 811, cut off school buses and nearly hit a school bus. I called the two Pizza Huts in the area and they did not seem to know this driver.

Pizza Hut food was never delivered...

I placed an order at 9:10pm on april 24, on the website delivery was quoted as being 75-85 minutes (not a problem) at 9:39pm, the order tracker said my order was out for delivery... But I never got a pizza.. Somebody called me from a number, but I missed the call... So when I called back, nobody answered the phone, at least whoever it was could have left me a message, but they did not... I had already paid for it on my card, but nobody bothered to even call me back from the restaurant either... Even when the driver got back to the store, someone in management should have called me back, and told me what had happened... I'm an understanding person, and I always tip the delivery drivers very well.. I'm in management for another rival pizza chain, and I understand the problems that come with food service, especially pizza, so was another phone call to the customer (me) so hard?

Pizza Hut 718 n federal highway hallandale florida location

I ordered a delivery online at 8:11 pm. I received a confirmation email that said my pizza would be delivered around 8:45 pm. At 9:10 pm I called the store to see what was taking so long. I was informed that there was no order under my name or number. They told me my order did not exist. The manager Jose Cuentez seemed not to care at all and kept saying how he didn't know how that could happen, insinuating that I was lying. I told him I didn't know how it happened but I just wanted to resolve the issue already instead of keep on talking about how it could have happened. I told him my card was charged and I had an email confirmation. He didn't seem to want to help and caught an attitude so I asked if they could make a new one. He told me it would take 30-40 mins and would only give me 50% off of my order. When I asked for contact info for corporate he rudely said he couldn't help me, then hung up. I was so hungry and frustrated. Ive had issues before but this was the worst experience.

Pizza Hut service

What is happening to the restaurant in Clayton Ga. Extreme waits. 5 last trips Last trip 2 hours for sandwich and salad with only 3 tables in restaurant occupied. Friend drove from Atlanta to Clayton before we could get a sandwich and salad. They have no help. Waitresses have a hard time performing job. No experience. Needs corporate managers to check it out badly.

Pizza Hut pay

All I'm going to say is do not put in an application for these people. I've been here cooking for 3 years and haven't got a single raise. Still making $7.25/hr. Manager keeps saying he gave me a raise but he hasn't. This is becoming a very big issue. No one in here has gotten a raise. He refuses to pay anyone. Like he's Mr. krabs or something. Running out of patience.

Pizza Hut service

You need to have a policy and enforce it for your delivery drivers to not park in customers driveways. This is the third time I have had to spend 45 minutes or better cleaning oil off my brand new driveway. I have talked to the manager about this with no results. I want to know what you plan to do to correct this issue ASAP. Very dissatisfied customer if you don't fix it I will shop elsewhere

Pizza Hut service

My order was called in at 628pm to store number 034500 in ferris Texas. When I arrived the teleprompter said it would be ready at 643pm. I waited with over a dozen people in line. I observed my 2 large pizza being put into 4 small boxes not knowing they were mine. I observed a man later known as the manager telling people that if they had not already placed an order they would not be helped. They were not taking any more orders. Several people walked away. Several orders were wrong and other people left upset. I heard them ask for a remake 4 different times. During this the manager walked out and left the store. At 740pm my name showed up on the teleprompter as being ready. At 750pm I paid for the pizza. I overheard the employee say the manager left!. The pizza was good but cold and [censored] me if I'll ever go back to that place again.

Pizza Hut bogus 50% off online pizza order

Tried three times to put through an on line order but was charged full price every time. Call to store at 36th St & Thomas gotno joy. Girl said offer only good on line and she didn't know of any code; supposed to be automatic.
Apparently Pizza Hut has no way to contact their corporate office directly and advertise things that don't work. Just remembered why I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut for a long time. I had this identical problem the last time I tried to order on line using a code.

Pizza Hut buffet and service

For 58$ and some change I took my family to eat lunch it took 10 minutes to put 2 of the same pizzas out the counter tops where nasty the salad bar was nasty veggies where old and the salad was empty. Could not get refills on drinks the servers where rude and all in all it was the worst service and food I have ever had I will be telling everyone that I know about this and will never spend money in this restaurant again.

Pizza Hut customer service and refund issues.

The pizza hut in Wolfforth tx has NEVER got a delivery order correctly to me. Tonight they failed to bring me dippind sauces in whixh I paid $4.80 for. The first manager Heather refused to refund me my money and hung up on me. Called back spoke w a second manager names allison. She offered me either a $4.80 store credit or delivery of sauces LONG after my food was done cold and dinner ruined. I then told her sure deliver it and I'll contact district manager Monday in reguards to all this. She then told me she could no longer deliver the sauces at that point and hung up on me also. I continued to call back and told then id incolve police for theft of services for they refused refund me. They continued to hang up on me. I got in my car and drove up there. While waiting at front I over heard all employees in back discussing it and laughing how I used calling manager as a scare tactic. I finally tired of waiting walked into the kitchen and said no scare tactic want refund or police will be here. Another lady Toni came trying guve me my sauces I refused for fact my dinner was of no use to me at that point I had pizzas ready to return and wanted my full refund. She kept deying me a refund and threatened to push panic button if I didnt leave. I told her to go ahead because she was in fault dor theft of services I was not delivered what I had paid for. She finally after about 5 minutes decided to refund my entire money and I left. Was the most ridiculous ordeal I have ever been through. This pizza hut is KNOWN for taking money and not delivering exact orders. They are thieves! They hang up laughing when someone calls in w a complaint and they never care to fix the mess up. On the lications fb there is NUMEROUS complaints over a few year period on the same manager Allison who obviously does not deserve to be manager of ANY bussiness. Worst experience ever and for the threats I received the fact I who am disabled had to drive up there and go through all that just to get my money back and have a ruined dinner over stupidity I WILL NEVER visit a pizza hut or give ANY pizza hut my bussiness again. I have in the past dealt with pizza hit bc I literally got delived am EMPTY BOX. YES EMPTY PIZZA BOX DELIVERED! tonight was the last straw the empty box should have been. Bunch of ignorants working at that location need to be shut DOWN!

Pizza Hut people

I'M not sure anything will be done but I wanted to voice my opinion. I'm a friend of an epolueebtbay was employed here and I think it a down right ridiculous the way people are treated st the Kenton Pizza Hut. A MANGER should never scream and cuss at an employee for another employees actions. I can definitely see favoritism at this place as well with the tall waitress w the big forehead. It's pretty sad when you pretty much harasss someone so bad to the point they quit and from what I heard you have already lost 3 cooks I wonder why.

Pizza Hut customer service extremely poor quality of food order was not made at all to order placed

I have been trying to get something anything done since December 17th 2017. My order was made so shotty, wrong infredients dry a heck I specified extra sauce on pizza and wings. I ordered 2 large pizzas and two 16 piece wings. The beings were so dry. I spent a couple dollars short of $50.00 I've tried contacting restaurant where order was placed, I have called numerous occasions all to no avail. I was offered a $10.00. gift certificate . It's unacceptable. I spent almost $50.00. So no $10 isn't going to cut it. I have not spent another oenny three since. I do still have receipt. It has been way too long. Don't y'all care about your product is better we uestion don't you care about ur customers and food they're paying for

Pizza Hut district manager

I was fired 4/20/18 due to the fact that the district manager notified me of using too much toppings I did not get a warning nor write up instead I am fired after three years of loyalty work there and we have employees in such that come to work three to four hours late but I'm fired for doing my job without warning . I feel as if subject to matter that the issue needs to be resolved upon the district manager Tony in which the way the situation was handled was very at failure

Pizza Hut my pizza & breadsticks

Hello how are you. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks from the Pizza Hut on Raymond Road in Jackson, Ms & the pizza was cold, not fresh at all, the crust wasn't what I paid for and the pizza didn't have any type of goodness about it . I usually have a good experience when i eat here but this specific time it was very horrible . I called the store phone xactly 13 Times back to back and the first couple of times no one answered then the last couple of times someone answered laughed and then hungup . I found that very rude. I feel like if you are paying for something you should get it hot and the way you ask for it . I was furious with my order this time . And it took so long to bring the pizza, i started to wonder if they forgot it. I ordered the pizza at 9:36 and i received my pizza @10:45 and i received a message around 10 saying my message was out for delivery but i didn't receive it until 45 minutes later . 15 minutes before closing . Parsons Kansas Pizza Hut:
Been a loyal customer even though my pizza is under cooked, center loaded, hair in my pizza. I've complained and complained. Being a previous manager of Pizza Hut I know the standards and expectations.
Furthermore tonight at 825 pm I ordered 2 large pizzas with a 30 minute carry out time. I arrived at 900 pm and the clerk informed me that they hadn't even made it. No phone call? I asked how long and the clerk said another 30 minutes. I've had so many unsatisfactory orders at this store. The people are unprofessional and rude. As a previous manager I am appalled at the way things have been done. I can complain and nothing changes. I spend my Hard earned money in this store to be disrespected. Not anymore. I was supposed to receive a free meal for the last complaint and the manager was so rude. I will no longer order here. And I think I'll call the health department seeing none of the worker were wearing their hair in nets and no gloves. Are you trying to get someone sick?

Pizza Hut general manager

I went to buy some wings and a salad. I had the worst experience ever. The food was delicious. But the general manager was helping the kid that was cutting the pizzas, i believe his name was yojand and she was very disrespectful and unprofessional towards him. The way she treats her employess is horrible. I work for quality assurance in a big company and i wouldnt have an employee like her there. Just because of that i wouldnt go to that pizza hut ever again in my life. So this is one of other cuatomers you lose. I hope one day you guys realize the monster you guys have hired as a manager ! Thank you.
