Pizza Hut quality of pizza

- I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was simply bread and pepperoni. There wasn't any marinara sauce and very little cheese. I peeled the back the top layer in the pic to show the depth. This has been the trend over the years. I've experienced it with other Pizza Huts as well. Not just this one. I once thought of Pizza Hut pizza as the top of the line pizza but no longer.
- No resolution at this time for me. I won't be back for a while but I recommend the franchise work on improving the quality.

Pizza Hut pizza and delivery time

On Saturday January 13th, I had ordered two medium pizzas and 4 Pepsi product beverages. The delivery time was estimated at 1 hour and 15 minutes. After two hours had gone by I called to see what was taking so long. The lady I had spoken to let me know that they only had one driver. Do to the long wait time she said there would be no charge. Our pizzas did not arrive until 12:30am and I ordered them at 7:30. They were cold hard and not what we ordered. I am still showing a pending balance of $24.05 which I would like to be reimbursed for as it took over 4 hours to get here and we could not even eat it when it arrived. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me. I called the Pizza Hut location today and asked about the reimbursement and she told me I had to send out an email.

Pizza Hut service

I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut in Spring, TX on Kykendahl to be delivered to my home less than one mile away. Waited for over an hour and then finally called to check on my order. The clerk apologized and transferred me to the manager. The manager claimed he didn't see my order and then pulled the old, "Let me put you on hold and then hang up on you" trick. Long story short, the pizza I ordered to be delivered never came. I think I'm going to stick with Uber Eats. Pizza delivery service from all of the pizza chains has gotten really bad.

Pizza Hut the customer service from the palm desert pizza hut in california

I called to complain about the quality of my pizza I received. I placed my order and used the tracker to check on the status of my order. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my pizza was made and the time to delivery. (25 min total) When I opened the box my pizza was cold, hard, and had the texture of cardboard. When I called to tell the store this was unacceptable the manager ARGUED with me for 5 minutes- asking me how much of my pizza was left and if it was that bad if it were him he would never eat pizza that was cold. I never asked his opinion, I only called to tell him his service was terrible compared to the quality I expected Pizza Hut & he should stop delivering cold and old pizzas to customers that pay money for a top quality, hot pizza. Ishmael was the most disrespectful manager I have EVER talked to. He was a total immature punk who had no respect for a paying customer.

Pizza Hut i’ve gotten physically sick on 3 of the past 5 orders

I just got very sick (vomiting/diarrhea) for the 3rd time on the 5 orders. The store is intentionally doing something very bad to the pizza that I order. I just paid $68 +$4 tip for a very large order that made me very sick. I don't want a free order, I want my money back! There's no point in a free order, because I'm NEVER going to use Pizza Hut again. I was planning on giving 75% of the order to a family that is poor and is very short on food. Now there is no way I will give them the rotten food that you gave me. I DON'T WANT CREDIT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Pizza Hut garlic butter on crust

I can't stand garlic butter. I ordered a medium, hand tossed, easy sauce, extra cheese and NO garlic butter online 1/18/18. Guess what...it has garlic butter. I want a refund. This is the third time this has happened and I've never complained but I'm tired of throwing pizza away. I was not given a receipt but my order number was 3180118111510001182014149 for $15.30. The store is located at 2943 E Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65804. Pizza is disgusting! And my office smells awful now because of the garlic all over the pizza. That stuff should not be automatically put on the pizza because I know plenty of people that don't like it. Please teach your cooks to read the orders and not add it when it's ordered without. This is such a waste of money and food because this is going in the dumpster outside so I don't have to smell it. It is making me sick to my stomach quite honestly. Could've killed me if I had an allergy to it.

Pizza Hut pizza

Hello,

I hope someone in upper management finds and reads this ! I ordered online in Avondale AZ, the order was incorrect and the pizza was uncooked, I called to get the correct order and have eatable food, I was hung up on, verbally disrespected and made to feel like as a customer I didn't matter. I'm extremely frustrated with Pizza Hut as this was for an 8 year birthday party, we had to go to our local grocery store to get food, this little girls party was ruined because of this ! I would like someone from man agent to contact me .

Hello my name is lorena austin I will like for someone to contact me regarding my experience with pizza hut here in lynchburg on memorial avenue! on dec. 21 I called for a pizza to be delivered okay first the cashier took my number wrong then when I called the store the manager renea was rude as ever then she got smart and relied to me that she can give me a store credit for 13$ because of renea attitude and the way she talked to me I choose not the eat from pizza hut ever again!

Pizza Hut food order and delivery time

my order of 2 large pepperoni pizzas, 12 burning hot wings and tuscany pasta was placed online to the riverside location in austin texas, "order placed at 12:55pm and delivery time was 2pm" i tried calling the store to switch the order from delivery to carry out, and none of my calls were answered... when i drove to the pizza hut location the driver had already left the store at 12:30 with my order. i went back home and waited til 2 pm for the pizza to be delivered and when it finally got there my order was 1) incomplete 2) cold pizza...
the pasta was missing...

i called the restaurant to let them know about this issue and the pizza hut representative said that they will replace my entire order but ILL HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 2 HOURS TO GET THE PIZZA...

i had to feed my little ones cold pizza cause pizza hut wouldnt deliever the remade order faster...

i usually buy pizza hut 3 to 6 times a month and this is the first time i get this ridiculous service...

Pizza Hut pizza hut in miami fl

I'd like to start off by saying I don't ever or have ever done this but I had to go ahead and seek some type of answers. I order from this same Pizza Hut for more then a year but it has gotten to the point that I refuse to order or deal with that Pizza Hut wish is very difficult being that it's the only one that delivers in my area. For some reason there has never been one delivery made on time I have no idea how many drivers they have but each and every time they come they never know where to go that's the least of it, it takes more then an hour every single time I've even asked to pick up and they tell me 30 to 45 minutes. I don't think anyone there speaks English including the manager which has been very rude and not helpful at all. Most important I love the wings I am constantly ordering the same wings over and over again every time except maybe once or twice they bring the wings barely cooked and with hardly any sauce at all it is the most frustrating thing ever I understand if it happens once maybe twice but it's continuesly with them even after I tell them. I can't imagine I'm the only one complaining about this particular Pizza Hut please if there's anything you can do please get back to me thank you for your time.

Pizza Hut poor customer service

I placed an order for delivery last night at 7pm. She said it would deliver in about an hour. 9 o'clock rolls around and I called back to see about the status of the order. The lady (Cassie) told me she tried calling back a couple times to confirm the address and had no choice but to cancel the order. Mind you, the credit card went through and she confirms the address when the order was first taken. There were no missed calls on my phone. Also, if there was a problem with the address, dont the delivery drivers call as well? Still, no missed calls. I called the store back on the same phone. She tells me that If I wanted to reorder it I could but wait time for delivery was over an hour again. So I'm sitting here, not having enough money for my card to be charged again, no food, my kids are starving just to be told sorry for the inconvenience. If the lady tried so hard to call me back, im sorry but i dont believe that the least bit. there was no missed calls whatsoever. She did say my card was refunded but it would take a few days. This experience normally wouldn't have bothered me so much except the fact I couldn't get out because my car was frozen shut hence the reason I chose delivery. She could have least offered to charge my card again and make sure it was delivered in a timely fashion. My address is not even 5 minutes away. Even though I couldn't have run my card again, it would have been nice for her to offer something. So my children and i settled on peanutbutter snd jelly sandwiches for dinner. I'm just really disappointed. I have ordered several times before and never had a problem.

My children were disappointed in having to eat peanubutter and jelly sandwiches. My youngest started crying because she was really expecting pizza. I slapped her across the face and made her stand outside in the cold. My no good neighbor saw her outside and called CPS, and now my children may end up in foster care.

Pizza Hut employees

I ordered pizza Friday and was highly NOT satisfied I tried to get in touch with a manger it didn't get handled then I tried to call corporate never got through was on hold all 3 days for 20plus minutes I have proof of it I just want my respect and refund and somebody to hear me out to make things better in the future If i ever order from Pizza Hut again

Pizza Hut employee unsanitary condition

I purchased 2 carry out Pizza at 16800 chagrin blvd shaker hts Ohio Saturday 1/13/18 expected time was 35 mins late as I waited. The restaurant only had 3 customers waiting including myself. I observed the female implored preparing pizza with no gloves and using her cell phone over and over again as she wiped her hands on her clothes and texted back and forth and touched to order slips for pizzas. This was very unsanitary and she had no respect for any person that could come into store and visibly see her. This restaurant needs to close its doors for business to serve the public. Maybe getting a new Managment team that abides by food and restaurant standards in the USA and enforces it will work. im very disappointed with this service. 2:15 untill 2:35 I waited for my order after ordering at around 1:25 that day. Pizza Hut service bad and poor responses in dunn area from. manager

I Praveen from Bangalore after long time I had visited pizza hut Kammanahalli for my new year dinner. Once I visited no one was there to invite us or provide us seat to sit I can see only one manager on dinning running towards his order... I was able to understand but still I was able to face an issue ordering food.. I was be refused to order some food bz of my long time in pizza hut.. I order my food an one of Ur manger was ruled to me by speaking about my order food I can my dinning table entry but food was served first pasta was serve without Carli bread finally I thought let me order pizza hut an take way an run way from this stories before manager hits me... He was very rash hope I order take way an exited. Please way back days pizza hut I was was very beautiful service I been received but now days wast service I have deen... Pizza Hut pizza order gone terribly bad

Hello,
Yesterday i have experienced the worst experience with Pizza Hut.

I have been ordering Pizza Hut for so many years now, starting from California till i moved to Dubai.

At exactly 9 pm yesterday i placed my order which arrived even before the time scheduled, i had a friend over we only tasted a couple of slices and they tasted like a very old Pizza which was heated in the Microwave, when i called the restaurant, the manager called Mary was even accusing me of lying and asking me to return the whole pizza, after i tried to explain millions of times that its not possible and ironically she is working in the complaint departmenet.

Pizza Hut customer service

I placed an order online to local Pizza hut location
( 3925 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd North Las Vegas 89032) estimated time for delivery was 6:30pm. I called at 6:50p to speak to a manager (Marty). The manger said that the order was on the way it the door with my order and I explained that this was the 3rd time that the order was late being delivered to my home and he said there was nothing he could do about that. He refused to refund my card and that if I have an issue I need to talk to corporate. I explained as a loyal customer that is not what I want to hear about their service. He said if I have an issue take it up corporate. Asked him for the number and he said he didnt have it. He told me to google it. I was not happy with my service and will no longer be ordering pizza hut. I have never had such horrible service. Then when the order was delivered the driver forgot the soda for the order. And the pizza looked like it was old. No where near fresh.

Pizza Hut medium hand tossed supreme and chicken alfredo

Yesterday I ordered dinner from the pizza hut on Volvo Pkwy in Chesapeake, VA. I ordered around 630pm online. It said it would be delivered at 830pm. I waited patiently considering it was a Saturday night, giving them the benefit of doubt. I called about 10pm and spoke to someone to whom I thought was at the store and found out later it was the answering service. Anyways the person I spoke to told me my order was on the way. So I said ok thank you, and hung up. Well it's now 11pm and still no dinner. I called again, I spoke to the manager at the store. Who was very professional and apologized for the inconvience and said my order would be free of charge. I said how is it going to be free of charge when you have already ran my card? He said I will cancel it out at the end of the night. I asked him how much longer on my order. He said as soon as my driver gets back I will send him your way. I said ok thank you. Well me and my husband fell asleep waiting on our dinner. Finally the delivery driver came knocking at our door around 12:35am. I grabbed the food and shut the door. I go to open the pizza box and discover it's not even the right pizza! I ordered a medium handtossed supreme, I received a medium handtossed meatlovers pizza. And the chicken alfredo, bread sticks were all ice cold! I called back once again got the answering service. Told them what happened she verified my order and gave me an 18.00 credit. I wasnt gonna stay up and wait again for another pizza it was almost 1am. I have never been so disappointed in pizza hut until now! I have been a long term customer for a while. It is 7:42pm Sunday night and my card has not been refunded. I would like this taken care of as quickly as possible and I believe even though I have the credit I should still receive free pizza or something for the next month. I've never been so ashamed and am about to the point of not ordering from Pizza hut again even though I love the pizza. you would be just as angry as I was if not more if you were in the situation I was in last night. And like I said before I have not been refunded my purchase as of right now. The manager said it was free of charge so I need to be reimbursed please and thank you

Pizza Hut 2 med pizzas with 2 two toppings

Pizza came on time. My pizza was suppose to have jalapeno's and tomato's, but came with double shot of jalapeno's. Called, and the manager said that they were out of tomato, and he was sorry, meant to call me, but he didn't and just gave me double jalapeno's. Would not be that worried except for the fact that I just wanted them to know, and he said "I'm sorry" then he hung up on me. Gave the driver a $5 tip.

Won't be ordering pizza hut again. sorry, just won't.

Pizza Hut Not enough staff

Complaining about not enough staff. My family and I walked in sat at a booth. No one came to our table it was 10 min. Still no one to be seen. I had to get up ask for menus still no one at the counter. Finally one the employees came to the front and sorry I'm the only one working to get orders. He said I will be with you in a moment, I he wad guess training someone. Not sure. I was very disappointed I have never had this problem in Belton Texas pizza hut. We left because he was still busy with an employee
Need to make sure you have enough staff in order to serve you customers .

Pizza Hut my delivery service and food

I ordered from the Greenwood Road location in Shreveport, Louisiana . 71109. Thursday January 11, 2018 at 9:39 p.m . I have email and ticket confirmation of so. We ordered a 6 Piece Lemon Pepper Wing, 6 Piece BBQ Wing, and a Medium Thin crust Pepperonni and Bacon Pizza . Totaled out to be $33.10. An employee called at 11:33 p.m. to confirm with me if I still wanted my order. The website did say that the delivery time was 60mins to 1hr . It was still past delivery time however we didn't mind because we had company over . I agreed because we've already purchased this food when we ordered online. I received my order at 11:45 p.m. . And tipped because the weather conditions . Only to find it the pizza was cold and the wings were a little warm. I was very dissatisfied with my service and experience. I called to inform them and really just wanted fresher food at the time. An employee told me to call the store with full knowledge that they were closed and wouldnt be able to fix our food. We had to wait longer than delivery time and received it cold . I want a full refund of my purchase and will be calling the store and corporate in the morning with my concerns.
