Pizza 73 delivery time and forgot our order

We ordered 2 large pizzas and a small order of curly fried with 2 ranch dressings and katchup that was suppose to take 40 mins and arrived an hour later and they didn't have our curly fries we had to call them back and they answered the phone rudely, they brought us the box and left Quickly then the ranch wasn't in the box and we got charged for ranch and everything was cold

Pizza 73 pizza/ no cheese

To whom it should concern,

I walked in to the Terra Losa Pizza 73 and ordered the everyday special 2 for 1 Grand Slam with Donair meat with a side of Donair sauce $30.45. I had bought some things so I was going to take a taxi from there instead of delivery. When i got home and picked up a slice all of the toppings fell off. I'm like what wrong with this pizza then I realized there's no cheese on top. I'm kinda choked, so I call and speak with a representative. After 20 minutes waiting while the representative talks to the store on the phone, the representative tells me the store will replace the pizza if i give them the pizza I received which is not a problem and pay for the delivery. WHAT! Why should I pay for delivery when they made the mistake? When I asked why not a credit then they're saying no.WHAT! Are they ok? I'm like no now come get your pizza and give me my money back then, I don't want anything. I'm not a complainer if you can see my order history but this is absurd. It was an easy fix but somehow they feel justified telling me I should pay for delivery. Did I make the mistake? No.Did I ask for delivery? No. Basically they want the pizza back and to make me pay for it.  This is not right. 

This is horrible customer service and retention.

Pizza 73 delivery

Put in a phone request for an order or Sat Sept 1. Called at 5:30. Had a confirmed call at 5:35. Over the phone who I dealt with was absolutely lovely and wonderful to deal with, Alfred I think? He confirmed 40 minutes and swapping out garlic sauce for tomato base which were missed, no big deal though I can handle that. Simple mistakes get made. Gave delivery instructions over the phone as we just moved that day into a new apartment building at 1313 13 Ave SW Calgary.

Received a phone call at 6:18 from the delivery driver telling me to come downstairs. Asked if he tried buzzing in under the unit number as we had honestly no idea if it was working properly (it is, we had friends buzz in later that day). He repeated "no, no, you come down now." Asked again if he tried and he wasn't willing to try. So fine, go downstairs see him trying to buzz in (at this point I honestly don't think he has bothered trying before calling me) and ask him about it and he ignores me. Granted at this point, I've been moving for 8 hours, am pooped, haven't eaten, pretty hangry and am very aggravated by the poor service and just want the pizza so I tip very poorly. Unimpressed the delivery driver turns to leave and tells me to "[censored] OFF" as he walks out the door. Not impressed. At all. I've sat thinking about it for a couple days wanting to let go of it and I'm still upset by this behaviour.

If I pay a delivery fee for a driver to bring a pizza when the closest location is about a block away, I have an expectation that the delivery driver is able to figure out the simple instructions to deliver to my unit. If it's a 15-20 minute drive away I can understand a bit but this should have been a quick and easy delivery. I also have very understanding expectations that I will NOT be sworn at. It's completely unnecessary, unprofessional and makes me question the employees that this Pizza 73 chooses to hire. I have used Pizza 73 as my preferred choice of pizza delivery for the past 7 years and the previous drivers have been amazing. When I was younger in university I had the same delivery driver for 5 years. He delivered it to me in bed once when I was hung over and he was an absolute treat all around (and was very well tipped for his outstanding service). I also worked at a bar in downtown Calgary and we ordered $80-$100 of your product every Saturday night religiously for the 3/4 years that I worked there. I put a lot of value into your company and have been very impressed by the service in the past so I'm trying to assume that this is a one off situation.

But if this will be the delivery driver for this location for a building we just moved into I will NOT be ordering from Pizza 73. There are many other companies out there that will not tell their customers to "[censored] OFF" for receiving a poor tip (after delivering poor service). And as much as I love your pizzas and wings and would rather choose to pick up from now on, a block walk will not make the pizza that enjoyable during winter. And like I said, I'm questioning the level of employees this Pizza 73 location employs.

Pizza 73 call center

Called to oreder a pizza the way i like it. Large BBQ chicken with donair sauce subbed for the base sauce the second was going to be a large pepperoni with extra cheese. After having Shuki? argue that i was unable to do that as it is no longer a BBQ chicken i had to go out at 1 am to go to a physical location to pick up my za that supposedly could not be made only to have a lady at the counter tell me anything can be made. This was the WORST delivery service i have ever recieved as i had to GO GET IT MYSELF. Now here i sit only to realise i only recieved my chicken pizza no pepperoni pizza. I hope as a company this is not the quality of service i am to expect from you as a long standing customer. Now here i sit not even wanting this food as i am missing half my order.

Pizza 73 pizza which I ordered but didn't get on time

Well, today I ordered pizza on phone call at pizza73 at 9:04pm and they said there is wait for 35-40 minutes but after 40 minutes when I went there for pickup they said we forgot to place your order and your order is not ready yet and you have to wait for it. They took the walk-in order again When I ask them why you didn't tell me before so I could place order somewhere else then they answer me we are so busy. They didn't even feel to say sorry for it and didn't even made any kind of offer. After I made phone call to the head office at 10:07 pm and they ask me to send us your recipt so we can look it up so I'm sending a picture of recipt and picture of phone call which I made to pizza73 and head office.
please let me know what action you guys gonna take.

Pizza 73 service

I have just a bad experienced with very rude customer service from your branch in red deer near grayhound bus terminal branch. I supposed ro order a pack order but it turns out i ve been charged individual price.
I have a mistakes in my part that i did not confirm my order, but the cashier supposed to be open enough to suggest an option in order to satisfy my order. But he raise his voice againt me and and saying loud " I dont undestand what your saying" I think it is not supposed to be like this in dealing with customer with wrong order. Please dealt with your customer properly and listen and suggest to satisfy your customer. It was happened about 5:22 pm. July 2, 2018 with #000:21:POS:R.

Pizza 73 pizza 73 driver hit garage door

On May 24/2018 at between 6-7pm heard a bang but didn't think anything about it 10 secs later door bell rings driver takes money leaves pizza and leaves, next morning go to garage to see door smashed and creased. Phoned company right away sent in pictures and all info as pr there instructions. Was told every time I phoned company which was every day that a area supervisor would be getting in touch with me which up to now has not happened. A resolution would be repair garage door and an apology

Pizza 73 double charged

Hello,

I purchased a large half and half pizza with golden wings on March 31st 2018. I was double charged.

The debt transaction was through my checking account. First transaction was at 22:13 for $39.72 and a second charge was at 22:14 for $39.72.

Transaction ID numbers ending in 0517 and 0784 respectfully.

Please issue a full refund to my account.

Pizza 73 high prize

Hi there I placed an order for a pick up at your Saddletown Circle for med shrichacha pizza had ordered extra topping I ordered onions and mushrooms my total came to $19.00 when I went to pick up my order I noticed a SIGN SAYING YOU CAN GET 2 MED PIZZA FOR $19.88 SO I asked if I could change my order get the the pizza which was veg the guy says it will be $29, 99 so I refused to pay just picked up my order for the original pizza which I thought was little pricey anyways the cashier gave me a scratch card which had 3 ham symbols on the back the the front there was a code BFNQNF6DX so I went into your site but coudnt redeem my prize am not sure if I won this code please let me know 136 2017/11/11#772;44;CSC;73

Pizza 73 customer service and always forgetting items

It seems every time I order from pizza 73 they always forget something or simply forget our order all together!? This is really getting frustrating and even if I try to complain and call them it takes over 30 mins of waiting and I still can't get ahold of them? Im not sure where to go from here, I feel used and just thrown in the trash thanks pizza 73 for making my supper suck!?

Pizza 73 food contamination

I ordered a pizza on Monday August 7, 2017 after arriving home from holidays to an empty house with no food in it. It arrived and I had a couple of slices. A couple of hours later I went for another slice of the pizza, that I left on the counter as I always do for a few hours to keep it at room temperature. When I opened the box, the pizza was covered in fruit flies. I contacted Pizza 73 to advise them of their tomatoes being contaminated and they informed me it was due to my improper storage of the pizza and were not willing to look into it any further. I had not seen a single fruit fly this year, and certainly not in my home which was clean are bare of any food product whatsoever. It brings to mind all of the pizza parties I have attended over the years, and I find myself turned off of pizza all together now, especially anything from this company. While I wouldn't mind a refund, customer service saying it was my own fault was in bad taste. I am now informing our 180 staff members of this occurrence.

Pizza 73 delivery service

We ordered pizza and wings with dip and when the delivery guy came my husband noticed that the dips that we ordered were not there and the wing box were wide open and that alot of the wings were in the delivery guys bag. He tried to hide the fact that they fell out of the box and he tried to put the dirty wings back in the box. Very disgusting. We were very dissapointed from this because we never had a problem until tonight

I ce home tired from work and didn't wanted to cook and I ordered a veggie pizza with half cheese and half veggies
I specially asked pineapple
It even says on recipt
I guess who makes didn't care too look or even read
And taste of food nevermind

Pizza 73 pizza and hot wings

I'm terribly upset by the quality of Pizza which is delivered today. Asked for extra cheese but no cheese at all. I asked for olives but I can hardly find olives in it. I'm paying 2.95 for a topping.

I also ordered a chipotle boneless wings but got a barbecue topped wings.

Please see attached the bill and the picture of boneless chicken.

Pizza 73 short changing delivery driver

Twice this year we have ordered from this place. Fist time accidentally got hot sauce instead of tomato sauce on the pizza. Due to the dough being undercooked as it ALWAYS is I ended up at the hospital with my pancreatitous flaring up for 2 days of pain. Wife wanted it again I said no I coudn't eat it she insisted. Gave her exact change and the driver short changed her a dollar. Once I found out since my wife is handicapped and not good with her memory she phoned back manager all apologetic said he would send the driver back. Driver calls and argues with my me. I phoned the manager again and told them I don't appreciate a driver arguing with me over a dollar and I don't appreciate them ripping off the handicapped. But hey if people wanna eat raw dough and get short changed at the door thats their business.

Pizza 73 bad customer service experience in store by owner

This is about the real bad customer service experience i had at pizza 73 store in lloydminster, alberta. Today evening (november 24th, 2016), i went to store to get medium pizza. cashier on the counter was owner himself. i asked him that i want medium vegeterian pizza. he punched it in but i said i want toppings of my choice, he said he could not do this but finally agreed when i said please you can charge for extra toppings. i told him i want red peppers, mushroom and onion on all, half pineapple and half banana peppers. the guy gave me a bad look and said i cannot do it. it gets really hard for us to make this kind of pizza. i said if i call customer care then also you would have to make that pizza so why is this a problem. he replied that its wastage of time for us when you guys come in and make order like this. its easy when we get orders online.

I further said its you who is having problem no other pizza store have this problem. he literally told me you can go to other pizza store and he does not care. but i said you guys make good pizza so i come here. 

This guy had problem with my friend last year as well, he was rude to him the same way he was with me. my friend does not go to this store anymore. 

whatever happened today was not right. owner should atleast know how to treat customers. i was not asking for free stuff or anything. i wanted him to charge me but atleast give me what i want. i know one customer wont make difference to such a big franchise. i also know you guys will just send him a note telling him about his mistake, and he will just tear that note and through it in dustbin. he is owner there anyways.

It was really disappointing what i faced today. Hopefully you guys can ask the owner in this store to be well behaved and do some customer service course. Thanks for your service.

Pizza 73 horrible customer service

Ive been ordering from pizza 73 for over 25 years! I hated all other pizza companies except pizza 73! I moved into the Rundle area in Calgary right by the Peter Loughheed hospital. From the get go the people serving were horrible in terms of cutomer service, I've never been treated as bad as this by brown people except by east Asians deep in China Town. I thought to myself'i just want my pizza'. So we ordered again, big mistake. We had to send it back, the pizza was the oppisite of what we ordered. We, stupidily, ordered again. Thats when i got the food poison and I have the digestive constitution of an alligator. I still have the chicken wings, froze them. Im too afraid to order from any pizza 73 again, but, and this is absolutely racist, but I don't trust any pizza 73 or any othereatery that has brown people in charge. They ( asian)are everywhere, every business, and there is no where to go to get away from them.Sorry for the run on sentence, but not the racism.

Pizza 73 service store and delivery

Horrific Service
We ordered online, the 2 for 1 movie deal. We got our pizza. My husband came up and said, wow, that pizza driver was rude. But whatever, we sat down, opened the box. No movie ticket. Searched the bag, under the pizzas, on the floor. Went back down the stairs of the apartment building thinking maybe it fell out. So we called the driver back. First he said, no, no, no when we said that he had just delivered us a pizza, then he hung up. So I called back. He ignored it. So I called 3 more times, and he finally picked up the last time. He tried to say I had a wrong number and that he didn't want to take a survey... what? So I said, no, you delivered me a pizza and I didn't get my movie ticket. Now he said, call, call call, (in minimal english) and then not his problem. I said do you have a phone number to call. Not his problem. Not his problem. And then he hung up on me again. Honestly, I think he stole it.
But that's not the end of it. So I called customer service off the website, because your receipt doesn't have a # to call on it. The gentleman on the phone was very nice. He said he would call the store and see if they can get a driver to bring my ticket. He comes back on the phone and says that the store refused to bring me the movie ticket. I said, well, what if I walked the 7 blocks to go and get it. He called again. Comes back on the line and says, no they are refusing. I said, well, I paid for that. He said that they can mail me a ticket... which will take around a week. So I had to get a supervisor and he called the store. Meanwhile my pizza that I just paid for is cold and I've been on the phone for a half an hour trying to fix this. So the supervisor comes back and says that they will give me my ticket if I walk down there. Whatever, I'll walk.
So I get down there and the lady hands me the ticket. I asked why they would refuse to give it to me. She said they don't have many tickets. I said so if you don't have them, you just don't give them out? And she was silent. Nothing... I asked so how do you have this one. Then she said she didn't have an extra driver. So I said, why would you refuse to give it to me when I offered to walk down. She said, you got the ticket now...
A guy then came out from the back. I explained what happened and said I wouldn't be back. He said, that's fine. Get your pizza somewhere else. Are you kidding me? Worst service ever.

Pizza 73 failed order attempt

I tried to order with a coupon in my mail, I placed the order online and it didn't accept the code. So i called in advising I have a $5 off coupon, I was told they are not accepting them anymore, odd since the coupon just arrived. I told the person im a new customer ordering $40 worth of pizza but the guy told me if i didn't want to pay the full price he would cancel my order. Sadly because they where so cheap they wouldn't accept there coupon they are going to loose a good customer, sadly I really wanted to try them out but am not willing to be extorted on my first order. Good luck in this economy, I wont shed any tears if it shuts down first.

Pizza 73 late, cold, rude

So I ordered some wings and poutine from Pizza 73. 1 hour and 45 minutes later it arrived. I had called about an hour and a half or so after I ordered it and after waiting for 12 rings somebody answered. I complained about it taking so long and instead of an apology all I got was "We do not guarantee that we can deliver within 20 - 40 minutes." It arrived 10 minutes later, cold. Normally I would call and complain, but not this time. This time I decided I simply will never order anything from Pizza 73 again, and they will go without my estimated $150 a month that both my company and family spent on them. This simple act of rudeness and unapologetic response from them just cost them close to $2000 a year in business, and more once I put the word around on the social networking sites. They will learn first-hand that the most important customer is the one who they piss-off, and who has a very VERY big mouth. :)

For someone who sports the name of "Champion of Logic" it is stunning how you failed to reason that the poster "Moldeat" utterly failed to read the thread- as did you also- in which both of you would have noticed that not only did I point out earlier in the thread that the impostor posting with my name was fake, but so did the poster with the name of "Blame the Parents Here."

So therefore, "Champ, " where does your so-called "logic" leave you now?

And, Moldeat, if you actually had a clue on how to effectively use a computer to verify things you would have right-clicked the "John Gallant" on the post that said "I would fire them, " then chose "Open in new tab" and compare that info against what you would you would see if you did the same thing to the John Gallant name on this post, you would see that one is from "Red Deer" and the fake "John Gallant" is from Burundi.

But I guess I cannot expect you to demonstrate that level of intelligence?

"Blame The Parents Here" - Do you even have the intellectual capacity to understand what it is you are reading here? Who said anything about firing any employee? What part of "I foot the bill" did your minuscule stump that you call a brain so miserably fail to understand? I pay for lunch at my office for everybody at least once a week. I can't help but notice that you are obviously a troll on this board, as I have checked into your comments from other people and 90% of your comments are designed to disagree with the person no matter what he/she complains about. * Kevin- I did say that, and told them they had 10 minutes to get it to me or it would be refused at the door.

Well it is a good thing that there are a lot of other good pizza places out there. It is amazing how much variety there is in Canada. I could really go for some good thin crust stuff right now.
