    Sounds like you deal with a store who has unprepared managers who can't seem to forecast the amount of dough to prep. They could prep more if they wanted to but it sounds like they just don't want to. You should prank them one day and warn you may be ordering for a group of 50 - 100 and that the dough might be pan! Eh...but you're not sure yet and will have to call them back and that they better be ready!
