Pipline Media Group is located in Canton Ohio. Stay clear of them.

They lie, cheat, over bill, and will tell you anything you want to hear just to get a sale.

They are a small operation, with a big front, and took a lot of my money.

I just met these guys, i think, in August of 2008 and joined their company. I was lied to by a guy named Mike Lemire ( a real smooth talker) He took my money and promised me a lot of things and nothing panned out as he said they would. RepStars is a joke and my video came out horrible. He was very rude to me.

One time they didn't answer their telephones or emails for a week!

Now when I call the office they tell me all of their employees are no longer with them. I was working with a guy named Steve who was helping me.

It's no wonder why they don't have any more employees. They over charge and can't be trusted.

Stay clear of the Pipeline Media Group

Pipeline Media Group, Repstars, Video for Profit and any other name they use are just one big pyramid scheme. Save your money.

Dear Sir

The accusations made about Pipeline Media Group are false. As many customers have found as they shop and price compare we are about the middle of the road in pricing and we are in the top three in video quality. We have many checks and balances in place to ensure the quality of the video before it is even sent to the client. As per our Terms and Services you have the ability to have the video re-shot or have a refund. we have NEVER denied a person either of these options.
As far as the EARLY TERMINATION FEE, there is no such thing with either Pipeline Media Group or RepStars. We have not sent anyone to collections ever in this company.
Both statements are completely false and our customer satisfaction could never be higher. I have never been more proud to work for a company than I am to work for Pipeline Media Group.
With any company there is employees who come and go.

Your post is not at all true and uncalled for - My partner and I run a great company with great people and great clients. If your claims were true - you would give clear and solid examples and or transactions. Having an untarnished reputation in the industry since 1991, I can promise you that false accusations and interference of business matters especially when they are not true will be handled by our attorneys.

No one took your money and lied to you. You never requested a refund. The reason I know this is that our company has not had one chargeback in 2008. Thats because we run an honest and ethical business. Our doors are always open, stop in anytime - call us anytime. If there are any issues with our vendors, including Repstars - then email or call us to see if we can help you instead of posting untruthful information on the internet.

This company has no moral. They charge $300 EARLY TERMINATION FEE, and have no way around it. In fact, the employees will tell you that no one can help you with that fee. If you try to talk to the collections department, they will say that is up to the sales department to surrender the fee. Once you get transfered to the Sales department, they will say that it is up to the billing department to cancel such fee.

Now, you think you have already worked things out when someone from the billing department is on the phone, but instead, they tell you that they dont have any power over the fee because it was sent to collection already. Notice that it will be a cycle, no one has reponsibility, and they all blame each other.. at the end, no way around the fee... at least not if you dont want your credit report screwed over $300.

Yet, this is not all of it... if you ask to cancel your merchant account 1 day after your effective day, you will be billed as usually for that month.

My example: My day was the 5th of every month. I canceled on the 6th. They billed me because I didnt cancel before the 5th.

Stay away from this company if you value your time, money, patience, business, and credit report.

Customer service is a pain in the neck, and not helpful at all... at least not based on my experience. Good luck.
