I supposedly subscribed to pointshop vip membership in June 2012 and did not realise that my account has been debited with £45 since June Iam not happy because I never verified my account ir went into the account to claim my free gift a braun electric toothbrush for £1. They only let you complain once about the service and I am determined to try and get my money back from them. I have advised my bank and they are reluctant to take up this up as a fraud investigation case. I am on a tight budget and have incurred fees as a result of this, please anyone reading this dont go into their site or accept any offers of a free gift.
