Mismanagement
Please know that I am disappointed of your management. I never missed to forward all emails from the school (SAIT) whether it's for class registration, tuition payments, and even school orientations. I am the one who is always proactive to reach out and ask for assistance which I paid for. But I always get the average help.
Deyan @Pinoycare, I always remind you for the school registration and you replied to wait for the Visa and not do anything about the school reminders.
I asked many times of how much should I prepare for the tuition fee but I did not get any answers from you in spite of saying "I will check into this'' BUT NONE.
Days before the tuition fee deadline I am the one who reach out to you since I am worried, we do have the VISA yet. Yes, you called, but you gave me the DEFERRAL option which is FINE. But since I do not hear from you often, I emailed the school myself and applied for the deferral but they refuse the transfer because I was not able to register and pay the tuition.
I need an update of this ASAP, if I cannot transfer my deposit to another INTAKE at least I can refund my 75K. That money is not joke, I worked hard for it.
Desired outcome: EITHER DEFERRAL OR REFUND OF MY TUITION DEPOSIT
immigration services
Before signing up they made a promises that they will see through and will assign an ‘engineer' who will be the main contact person all through out. However, after I have paid everything they only lodged the application and the said engineer went on incognito mode and does not respond to any queries.
Hence, i raised a concern to the company's concerns team for my engineer to be changes and to my surprise they too does not care and does not respond at all.
Hi is this case.. still on going?
visa consultancy firm - legitimate?
Hello,
I recently attended a seminar/orientation on how to immigrate to Canada here in Oman at the Palayok Restaurant. This company called Pinoycare conducted a 3 hour seminar and explained how to get a Canadian Immigrant visa.
I became suspicious of this company because in the middle of the orientation, they said that they will provide proof of the settlement fund (show money) for the applicant of about 7500 OMR which I believe is illegal. It is one of the requirements required by Canada for this visa. They also charge about 900 OMR for their professional fee. In one of the slides that they show during their slideshow, they ask the prospective client to deposit the professional fee in their Philippine Bank account. No money is deposited in Oman. I further looked into this company and they have no office and license in Oman. The speaker in the seminar said they are a Filipino owned company and they do these seminars every month in Oman at the Palayok Restaurant.
I'm not sure if they are violating Oman laws, but they don't seem to be a legitimate business. I've talked to some friends who have signed in for this service, some of which have been waiting for more than 2 years and they have not received any immigrant visa yet.
Hopefully you can look into this company and verify if they are a legitimate company.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
John Santiago
