Pinnacle Security/GE Security/Alarm.com / Billing ripoffs = Company &Policy&

Contact information:

Sly, dishonest sales/installation company representatives ask you what date you want your bill to be paid by credit card. They do not inform you you will get double-billed up front if it's any date different from the day of installation.

Pinnacle Security does not apply pro-rata billing ethics. You are told Company "Policy" can't change the date except for a $25 fee and they say your last month due (39 months later) you'll have reduced amount due. Yeah -- believe that one!

Pinnacle Security is definitely NOT customer-oriented and not to be trusted to practice good business ethics. WATCH OUT. Better yet, don't use them. Add Pinnacle Security to your list of companies you won't do business with. Their poorly trained, incompetent personnel make a mistake and YOU PAY. Pinnacle Security has a company policy not to correct misrepresentations made by their employees. How convenient for them, and you will get ripped off.

I will repeat my Pinnacle Security Ripoff experience to all I meet, all I write and all I know. Over and over maybe a few thousand, or hundred thousand, times. Pinnacle Security will not cover for or correct personnel errors or misrepresentations. In fact, I suspect they train their people to apply these customer insults. MISTRUST PINNACLE SECURITY. Their lack of ethics in this respect means they are likely to be unethical in every facet of their business.

Read more -- Pinnacle's unethical tactics and business practices are not trustworthy. Pinnacle Security's lack of accountability for their employees, sales, installation, service and billing systems, their nasty contract ripoff game, and refusal to accept and correct their reps errors and/or dishonesty is all over the internet. There are complaints at every level of sales and service. We need to add a clause to their contracts whereby WE indicate we will be free to cancel if they do not uphold customer respect and service to acceptable standards. This is a company for a good lawyer to work on for a class action -- look into FCC, federal, state and local laws covering telecommunications because the systems tie in with bigger systems. If the little customer can't get issues resolved maybe the big partner companies should be aware of Pinnacle Security as a liability to their business -- get the word out to stockholders in security systems, vendors and communities that license Pinnacle Seurity to be in the community for business purposes. Throw the bums out!
