PinkLilyBoutique / Stole my money!

I tried to make an order here and when I paid I received an error message stating that something went wrong and that payment did not go through. But when I checked my bank statement I found out that I did get charged.
I immediately contacted PinkLilyBoutique support and asked about my order. They said that according to their system I did not make any orders. When I told them about my card they said they never received the money! I have no idea how they did that but I know for sure that these people stole my money!
