Pink Lace Wigs a lace wig

I orders two lace wigs at the same time, I recieved one and never recieved the other it was the Womans fashion water wave glueless lace front hair wigs full synthetic long wig Color black, price 36.00, I ordered it months ago and never recieved it and cannot pull it up anymore, I would like the product or my money back please, I just been having so many issues with wish lately wrong sizes mainly, my email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is [protected]

Pink Lace Wigs I will never buy from this site again!

I ordered a wig from Pink Lace Wigs and it paid a lot for that - over $200. When I received my wig it was incorrect. Color and length were different. I contacted customer service and asked for replacement. They said that if I want to return the wig I need to pay for the return shipping and also they will charge a return fee. I refused to pay anything because it was their mistake from the very beginning and it was their responsibility to fix everything! Unfortunately they did nothing to help. I will never buy from this site again!

Pink Lace Wigs product and customer service

I came across pinklacewigs.com through a google search and several different youtube reviews and opted to purchase one human hair lace front unit. The shipping was fairly fast and when I took the unit out of the package, the texture and color of the hair was great. In a little over two weeks (18 days and a grand total of seven wears) I started to notice a lot of shedding at the crown of the unit. Right now, it is at the point where I do not feel confident at all in wearing it. A few days after I received the unit (Kim, yaki tecture 14 inches 1B in color), the company sent me an email requesting that I fill out a review that would ultimately be posted on the site. With a review, you should give your honest opinion, but the only way you will see your review on their site is if the product is rated over four stars. I only gave it three because of the shedding and the two gray hairs I found in the unit. The explanation they gave me was: "Ma'am, the reviews need to be approved by the admin which can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months as we get a lot of reviews that is just spam. Thank you." I should have been careful especially if it is coming from an email address I am not familiar with, but this company sent me the email with instructions on how to leave a review. I followed their links. I could have thought the same thing about them. I emailed the customer serivce and placed a phone call the following day. The CSR (customer service representative) called me the following morning and I exlpained to her the issues I was having with this unit. She told me that since I did not order a full lace wig, they are not able to do repairs. Fine. She also mentioned that I should try some top sealant on the unit. Fine. I was not at all satisfied. I asked for a small discount on another unit and she said that it would be up to the manager. Fine. I asked if a supervisor/manager would be able to call me the same day and I really did not get a clear repsonse. After I hung up from her, another email appeared in my inbox from the CSR. It reads: "Ticket status: New

customer called in to complain about the kim wig she purchased online on march 13. she said the wig has shed a lot. I offered top loc knot sealer but she refused. the hair on top has shed badly and it wont help. wanted to talk to a supervisor i said they do not take in calls. she asked for a discount but i explained we are not allowed to give any extra discounts since the price on the web are already discounted. she said customer service is really bad bec I can not offer her anything. she does not want to talk to me anymore bec i cant offer her anything. wants a call from the supervisor.

1) She never said anything about a manager not being able to speak to me and/or taking calls from their customers. And what kind of business practice is that?
2) She never said anything about the prices already being discounted either as a reason why they cannot give me a discount on a future unit.
3) Sealant won't work on the area that is being affected. It is a lace front wigs. The shedding is apparent at the crown of the unit. The crown.
4) And yes the customer service is absolutely awful. I am not sure where these folks got their business degrees from. Most likely off the back of a milk carton because they are all really lost and daft when it comes to dealing with customers.
My search for a decent human hair lace front continues. Ladies, be aware of this site. Take a chance if you really have the money to burn.

They are a rip off! Bought a lace front wig and washed it and it shed and matted like crazy! Just had to throw it away! They are fraud!

i have always ordered from this company and never seemed to have a problem but recently i went to order a unit and the ccredit cards i alwasy use was denied, after checking on my sides( banks and what not to see if it was a mistake of mine i cleared it up that it was not i had well over enough money on the card to cover almost 4 units, i was told by one of the girls there that it was because i had not put in the address the exact same way that it appears on the card, ( even thought it worked in the past with the exact same company). so i went back and copy and pasted the address from my credit card statements on to the billing address on he plw purchase page so it would be exactly how it apperas on the card, and guess what it still didint work!after calling for days to get an answer from these girls i could not reach anyone, on their phone it says their customer service hours are from 9am to 8pm est, well i started calling at 11am all the way to 8 pm and can you believe their phone answering maching kept comming on saying they were closed for business.. not one single person answered the phone THE ENTIRE DAY!( WTF IS THAT!)...and they want you to send money orders and then call them to place your order after they have receievd your money, well how the hell are we supose to trust them with our money if they cant even answer a phone to take our orders... i agree the customer service here is wack, they do act really aloof when your speaking to them, and the fact that no one is available for either online support or on the phone support really pisses me off..i have sent an email to the manager but have yet to get any response...what a joke

i ordered a full lace wig from LaceWigsFront.com one month ago, it's gorgeous now, their custom service is very well, and they are patience. i am satisfied with my order.

I also ordered a wig on line from a different company "Fine Lace Wigs" there was a mix up in the order, I had tried to order on line and the process was not successful. So I called and placed my order with the customer representative. Several days later I received a wig I did not order. It was a mix of the online and telephone order, and not at all what I wanted. I called to see if I could exchange the wig for what I had requested over the phone. The answer was no, though I was advised I could send it back and they would try to sell it for me with no guarentee I would ever get the money or the wig if it didn't sell.
I am afraid to try to order anything on line based on that very bad experience. If anyone has a company they have used and like, please let me know.

Consumers beware of this company Pink lace wigs. I ordered a wig May 25, 2011. After waiting for a month and a half, I cancelled the order. I am having an extremly difficult time getting my refund back. The money was deducted from my account. Now they are saying they never recieved the money. I have bank statements to verify they were paid. Please read all the complaints on the internet before you order from this company. Very sad in Arizona

Pink Lace Wigs Poor Quality Human Hair Products

I paid $600 for a custom lace wig. When the unit came it was terribly thin, had masive bald spots and resembled a store bought wig for $30. When I called Pink Lace Wigs there was no one from management to speak to directly as they only reply every 48hrs by email. They refused to give me a refund and tried to make me exchange or pay a 20% restocking fee! This company is a complete RIP OFF and does not provide good quality custom HUMAN lace wigs, the hair is supposed to be Remy and the wig had some cheap plastict Remy knock off hair that was easily tangled.

Whatever you do don't order a custom lace wig from PINK LACE WIG you will never get it. I ordered my wig over two months ago and paid extra for a 3-4 week delivery and I still haven't received it. I keep calling and emailing this company and no one knows where my wig is. They keep giving me different shipping dates, will never let me speak with a manager, are not responding to my emails and will hang up the phone and pretend like they are having phone trouble just not to talk to me. They are very rude and are refusing to give me a refund, I needed this by a certain date and now I am out of almost 300.00 dollars . At this point I have to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company. I really REGRET doing business with this company again. The first custom wig I order was perfect and was delivered quickly but this was over a year ago, the second wig I ordered came quickly but the hair was horrible I couldn't even wear it; it was so frizzy, shed a lot and the color was horrible (a waste of 600.00 dollars). However because I liked the first wig so much I decided to give them another chance, big mistake.

I ordered a custom wig from Pinklacewigs.com and on the site it said the wig would take 5 to 6 weeks. I waited and waited and about the 8 week I decided to call them. The customer service girl said she would leave a message for the manager to look into why its taking so long. Thats weird I would think a buisness would know if one of their orders wasn't on time. I asked if I could just get a refund and she said there is a 50% fee for getting a refund. That made me mad because why should I pay a fee for something your company was too slack to keep up with. I just took it up with my bank. Dont buy anything from them ever!

Every one. I ordered over $400 custom wig from them. After they got confirmation of payment I could not contact with them. Never reply for email, hung up phone calls and disconnect. Now I let this problem to my attorney to handle this issue. I searched other cases. Most people does not receive the product even. Some people got wig, but these are $25 to 30 cheep party wigs. They don't even care about the hair color. If you google like " pinklacewig Tiffany Amber" and see the result of image. You can see exactly the same people up load the good comments or defense for this company. Do not wait their contact. Call your bank and credit company to solve this problem. Most impartially, please report this to a police. Google "ripoff scam pincklacewig" You can find other victims. Mainly I leave this massage people who needs wigs for medical reasons.

I have to agree, the quality is terrible. I have three of their wigs to verify my experience. I thought it was what I was doing to the hair but I've since ordered more wigs from different vendors and the hair is a lot better quality. Sorry that you had to waste 600 of your hard earned dollars.
